Sunan Abi Dawud 1559
Narrated AbuSa'id al-Khudri:
The Prophet (saws) said: There is no zakat payable (on grain or dates) on less than five camel-loads. The wasq (one camel-load) measures sixty sa' in weight.
حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الرَّقِّيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِدْرِيسُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ الأَوْدِيُّ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ الْجَمَلِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي الْبَخْتَرِيِّ الطَّائِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، يَرْفَعُهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
" لَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسَةِ أَوْسُقٍ زَكَاةٌ " . وَالْوَسْقُ سِتُّونَ مَخْتُومًا . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ أَبُو الْبَخْتَرِيِّ لَمْ يَسْمَعْ مِنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ .

Narrated Jabir ibn Abdullah:
The Prophet (saws) said: The leaves should not be beaten off and the trees should not be cut in the protected land of the Messenger of Allah (saws), but the leaves can be beaten off softly.

Narrated AbuHurayrah:
When the Prophet (saws) congratulated a man on his marriage, he said: May Allah bless for you, and may He bless on you, and combine both of you in good (works).

Narrated Ata' ibn Yasar:
Ata' reported a similar tradition (to No 2777) from the Prophet (saws).
This version adds: a man is appointed on groups of people, and takes (wages) from the share of this, and from the share of this.

The Prophet (saws) said: Knowledge has three categories; anything else is extra; a precise verse, or an established sunnah (practice), or a firm obligatory duty.

The Prophet (said) said: A bier should not be followed by a loud voice (of wailing) or fire.
Abu Dawud said: Harun (one of the narrators) added: "And it should not be preceded (with those) either."

Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar:
The Prophet (saws) said: If anyone swears an oath and makes an exception, he may fulfil it if he wishes and break it if he wishes without any accountability for breaking.

The Prophet (saws) said: The child of adultery is worst of the three.
Abu Hurairah said: That I give a flog in the path of Allah (as a charity) is dearer to me than emancipating a child of adultery.

" وَلَدُ الزِّنَا شَرُّ الثَّلاَثَةِ " . وَقَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ لأَنْ أُمَتِّعَ بِسَوْطٍ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ أَحَبُّ إِلَىَّ مِنْ أَنْ أَعْتِقَ وَلَدَ زِنْيَةٍ .

Narrated Ibn Abzi:
Ubayy ibn Ka'b) said: The Prophet (saws) read the verse: "Say: In the bounty of Allah and in His mercy--in that let you rejoice: that is better than the wealth you hoard."

Narrated Ubayy ibn Ka'b:
The Prophet (saws) read the Qur'anic verse: "Thou hast received (full) excuse from me (min ladunni)" and put tashdid (doubling of consonants) on nun (n).

Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar:
The Prophet (saws) saw a boy with part of his head shaved and part left unshaven. He forbade them to do that, saying: Shave it all or leave it all.

" احْلِقُوهُ كُلَّهُ أَوِ اتْرُكُوهُ كُلَّهُ " .

The Prophet (saws) said: Those who do not show mercy to our young ones and do not realise the right of our elders are not from us.

" مَنْ لَمْ يَرْحَمْ صَغِيرَنَا وَيَعْرِفْ حَقَّ كَبِيرِنَا فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا " .

Ibn ‘Umar reported the Prophet as saying, “There are five creatures which it is not a sin for anyone to kill in the sacred territory and when in the sacred state:
the rat, the crow, the kite, the scorpion and the biting dog."

Ibn ‘Umar said that the Prophet made a prostration in the noon prayer, then stood up and bowed; and they thought he recite Tanzil, i.e. sura as-Sajda (Al-Qur’an; 32).
Abu Dawud transmitted it.
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سَجَدَ فِي صَلَاةِ الظُّهْرِ ثُمَّ قَامَ فَرَكَعَ فَرَأَوْا أَنَّهُ قَرَأَ تَنْزِيلَ السَّجْدَةَ. رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد

Ibn ‘Umar reported God’s messenger as saying regarding honey,
“A skin is payable on every ten.”
Tirmidhi transmitted it, saying its isnad is criticised and that little on this subject is soundly reported from the Prophet.

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that the Prophet (SAW) said:
“The Muslim man has no right to spend two nights, if he has something for which will should be made, without having a written will with him.”

" مَا حَقُّ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ يَبِيتُ لَيْلَتَيْنِ وَلَهُ شَىْءٌ يُوصِي بِهِ إِلاَّ وَوَصِيَّتُهُ مَكْتُوبَةٌ عِنْدَهُ " .

Sunan Ibn Majah 1772
It was
narrated from ‘Umar that he had vowed during the days of Ignorance to spend one night in I’tikaf. He asked the Prophet (saw) about
it, so
he commanded him to spend it in I’tikaf.
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْخَطْمِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ عُمَرَ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ عَلَيْهِ نَذْرُ لَيْلَةٍ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ يَعْتَكِفُهَا فَسَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَعْتَكِفَ .

Sunan Ibn Majah 1768
It was
narrated that ‘Aishah said:
“When the last ten days of Ramadan
began, the Prophet (saw) used to stay up at night, tighten his
waist-
wrap, and wake up his family (to pray).”

Sunan Ibn Majah 1676
It was
narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet (saw) said:
“Whoever
unintentionally vomits, he does not have to make up for the
fast, but
whoever makes himself vomit, has to make up for the fast.”

" مَنْ ذَرَعَهُ الْقَىْءُ فَلاَ قَضَاءَ عَلَيْهِ وَمَنِ اسْتَقَاءَ فَعَلَيْهِ الْقَضَاءُ " .

Sunan Ibn Majah 3227
It was
narrated that ‘Abdullah bin Mughaffal said:
“The Prophet (saw)
forbade throwing small pebbles and said: ‘They do not kill any game
or
hurt the enemy, but they can break a tooth or put out an eye.’”
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ صُهْبَانَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُغَفَّلٍ، قَالَ نَهَى النَّبِيُّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ عَنِ الْخَذْفِ وَقَالَ
" إِنَّهَا لاَ تَقْتُلُ الصَّيْدَ وَلاَ تَنْكِي الْعَدُوَّ وَلَكِنَّهَا تَفْقَأُ الْعَيْنَ وَتَكْسِرُ السِّنَّ " .

Sunan Ibn Majah 3489
It was
narrated from ‘Aqqar bin Al-Mughirah from his father that the
Prophet (saw) said:
“Whoever seeks treatment by cauterization, or
with
Ruqyah, then he had absolved himself of reliance upon Allah.”

" مَنِ اكْتَوَى أَوِ اسْتَرْقَى فَقَدْ بَرِئَ مِنَ التَّوَكُّلِ " .

Mu’adh
bin Jabal narrated that he heard the Prophet (saw) say:
“Any
Muslim
who fights in the cause of Allah for the time between two
milkings of
a she-camel, he will be guaranteed Paradise.”
حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ آدَمَ، حَدَّثَنَا الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ يُخَامِرَ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ جَبَلٍ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ
" مَنْ قَاتَلَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ مِنْ رَجُلٍ مُسْلِمٍ فُوَاقَ نَاقَةٍ وَجَبَتْ لَهُ الْجَنَّةُ " .
