باب الحرم يجتنب الصيد
Mishkat al-Masabih 2698
Ibn ‘Umar reported the Prophet as saying, “There are five creatures which it is not a sin for anyone to kill in the sacred territory and when in the sacred state:
the rat, the crow, the kite, the scorpion and the biting dog."
Bukhari and Muslim.
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:
" خَمْسٌ لَا جُنَاحَ عَلَى من قتلَهُنّ فِي الْحل وَالْإِحْرَامِ: الْفَأْرَةُ وَالْغُرَابُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ "
