Mishkat al-Masabih 3935
Islam al-Muzani said:
God’s Messenger sent us in a detachment and said, “When you see a mosque or hear a mu’adhdhin (The one who makes the call to prayer) do not kill anyone.”
Tirmidhi and Abu Dawud transmitted it.
وَعَن عصامٍ المزنيِّ قَالَ بَعَثَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي سَرِيَّةٍ فَقَالَ: «إِذَا رَأَيْتُمْ مَسْجِدًا أَوْ سَمِعْتُمْ مُؤَذِّنًا فَلَا تَقْتُلُوا أَحَدًا» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ وَأَبُو دَاوُد

Aslam told that ‘Umar b. al-Khattab imposed as jizya four dinars on those who possessed gold and forty dirhams on those who possessed silver along with provisions for the Muslims and three days’ hospitality.

'Abdullah ibn 'Amr ibn al-'As reported that the Prophet, may Allah bless him

Ibn 'Abbas (RAA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (P.B.U.H.) did not trot during the seven circuits made in the final Tawaf when he returned to Makkah.’ Related by the five Imams except at-Tirmidhi. Al-Hakim graded it as Sahih.

Wa'il Al-Hadrami narrated that Tariq bin Suwaid asked the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) about Khamr which he made only to be used as a medicine. The Prophet (PBUH) replied, "It is not a medicine, it is a disease." Related by Muslim and Abu Dawud.
وَعَنْ وَائِلٍ اَلْحَضْرَمِيِّ; أَنَّ طَارِقَ بْنَ سُوَيْدٍ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا { سَأَلَ اَلنَّبِيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -عَنْ اَلْخَمْرِ يَصْنَعُهَا لِلدَّوَاءِ? فَقَالَ:
" إِنَّهَا لَيْسَتْ بِدَوَاءٍ, وَلَكِنَّهَا دَاءٌ" } أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ. وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ وَغَيْرُهُمَ ا 1 .

The Mahfudh (correct) narration from 'Aishah (RA) (concerning this matter) is that it was her practice (that she (RA) offered prayers in the complete form during travelling) [and not the practice of the Prophet (SAW)]. She said:
'It is not hard for me.'

Al-Hasan reported in mursal form that God’s messenger said, “If

No prayer is valid after the 'Asr prayer till the sun sets and no prayer is valid after the dawn prayer till the sun rises.

" لاَ صَلاَةَ بَعْدَ صَلاَةِ الْعَصْرِ حَتَّى تَغْرُبَ الشَّمْسُ وَلاَ صَلاَةَ بَعْدَ صَلاَةِ الْفَجْرِ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ " .

It was narrated that Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri said:
"The Messenger of Allah said: 'The people of the highest degrees of Paradise will be seen by those beneath them as a rising star is seen on the horizon. Abu Bakr and 'Umar will be among them, and how blessed they are!'"

Qais bin Talq Al-Hanafi narrated that his father said:
"I heard the Messenger of Allah being asked about touching the penis. He said: 'That does not require ablution, because it is a part of you (your body).'"

"A house burned down in Al-Madinah, with its occupants inside. The Prophet(SAW) was told of what had happened, and he said: 'This fire is an enemy to you. When you go to sleep, extinguish it.'"

It was narrated from Abu 'Abdur-Rahman Al Juhani that the Messenger of Allah(SAW) said:
"I am riding to the Jews tomorrow. Do not initiate the greeting with them, and if they greet you, then say: Wa 'alaikum (and also upon you)".

Sunan Ibn Majah 1930
It was narrated that Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri said:
“I heard the Messenger of Allah forbid two types of marriage: For a man to be married to a woman and her paternal aunt (at the same time), and to a woman and her maternal aunt( at the same time).”
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ يَنْهَى عَنْ نِكَاحَيْنِ أَنْ يَجْمَعَ الرَّجُلُ بَيْنَ الْمَرْأَةِ وَعَمَّتِهَا وَبَيْنَ الْمَرْأَةِ وَخَالَتِهَا .

It was narrated from Salamah bin Sakhr Al-Bayedi that:
the Prophet (SAW) said concerning a man who declared Zihar upon his wife having intercourse with her before compensation: "Let him offer one expiation."

It was narrated that :
Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri recited this Verse: “O you who believe! When you contract a debt for a fixed period...” until: “then if one of you entrusts the other.” Then he said: “This abrogates what came before.”

"The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: 'The best fasting after the month of Ramadan is the month of Allah, Al-Muharram, and the best prayer is prayer at night.'"

This hadith has been narrated by Ibn Juraij with the same chain of transmitters. Imam Muslim has narrated this hadith on the authority of Abu 'Abbas al-Sa'ib b. Farrukh and he was a trustworthy and reliable (narrator) among the people of Mecca.
