Jalbir b. Abdullah reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying:
None of you should lie on his back and place one of his feet upon the other.

A person came to Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him). The rest of the hadith is the same as transmitted by jarir but with this addition: By your father, you would get the information.

This tradition has also been reported by ‘Uqbah b. ‘Amr through a different chain of narrators. This version adds:
Say, O Allah, bless Muhammad, the Prophet, the unlettered, and Muhammad’s family.
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، بِهَذَا الْخَبَرِ قَالَ

Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2126
'Abdullah bin 'Umar narrated that :
the Messenger of Allah (saws) prohibited selling the Wala' and [from] conferring it.
[Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih. We do not know of it except as a narration of 'Abdullah bin Dinar from Ibn 'Umar from the Prophet (saws). Shu'bah, Sufyan Ath-Thawri, and Malik bin Anas (also) reported it from 'Abdullah bin Dinar. It has been related that Shu'bah said: "I so wished that 'Abdullah bin Dinar would permit me when he narrated this Hadith that I stand-up, so that I kiss his head." And Yahya bin Sulaim reported this Hadith from 'Ubaidullah bin 'Umar from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar from the Prophet (saws). But this is mistaken, Yahya bin Sulaim erred in it, what is correct is: "From 'Ubaidullah bin 'Umar, from 'Abdullah bin Dinar, from Ibn 'Umar from the Prophet (saws). This is how it is reported by more than one narrator from 'Ubaidullah bin 'Umar.
[Abu 'Eisa said:] And 'Abdullah bin Dinar is alone with this Hadith.
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ، سَمِعَ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الْوَلاَءِ وَعَنْ هِبَتِهِ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ لاَ نَعْرِفُهُ إِلاَّ مِنْ حَدِيثِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الْوَلاَءِ وَعَنْ هِبَتِهِ وَقَدْ رَوَاهُ شُعْبَةُ وَسُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ وَمَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ . وَيُرْوَى عَنْ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ لَوَدِدْتُ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ دِينَارٍ حِينَ حَدَّثَ بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ أَذِنَ لِي حَتَّى كُنْتُ أَقُومُ إِلَيْهِ فَأُقَبِّلُ رَأْسَهُ . وَرَوَى يَحْيَى بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَهُوَ وَهَمٌ وَهِمَ فِيهِ يَحْيَى بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ وَالصَّحِيحُ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم . هَكَذَا رَوَاهُ غَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَتَفَرَّدَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ .

Narrated Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (RA):
A man said, "O Allah's Messenger, I have a slave-girl and I withdraw the penis while having intercourse with her ('Azl). I dislike that she become pregnant, but I want (from her) what a man wants (from a woman). And the Jews say - withdrawing the penis to avoid conception is the minor (form of) burying alive." He replied, "The Jews told a lie, for if Allah intended to create it you would not be able to turn it away."
[Reported by Ahmad and Abu Dawud, the wording is Abu Dawud's. an-Nasa'i and at-Tahawi also reported it. Its narrators are reliable].
وَعَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ اَلْخُدْرِيِّ - رضى الله عنه - { أَنَّ رَجُلاً قَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ ! إِنَّ لِي جَارِيَةً , وَأَنَا أَعْزِلُ عَنْهَا , وَأَنَا أَكْرَهُ أَنْ تَحْمِلَ , وَأَنَا أُرِيدُ مَا يُرِيدُ اَلرِّجَالُ , وَإِنَّ اَلْيَهُودَ تُحَدِّثُ: أَنَّ اَلْعَزْلَ المَوْؤُدَةُ اَلصُّغْرَى . قَالَ : " كَذَبَتْ يَهُودُ , لَوْ أَرَادَ اَللَّهُ أَنْ يَخْلُقَهُ مَا اِسْتَطَعْتَ أَنْ تَصْرِفَهُ } رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ , وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ , وَالنَّسَائِيُّ , وَاَلطَّحَاوِيُّ , وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ 1 .

Narrated Abu Hurairah (RA):
A man came to the Prophet (SAW) and said, "I have a Dinar." He said, "Spend it on yourself." He said, "I have another." He replied, "Spend it on your children." He said, "I have another." He replied, "Spend it on your wife." He said, "I have another." He replied, "Spend it on your servant." He said, "I have another." He replied, "You know best (what to do with it)."
[ash-Shafi'i and Abu Dawud reported it, and the wording is Abu Dawud's. an-Nasa'i and al-Hakim reported it with the wife preceding the children].
وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ: { جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى اَلنَّبِيِّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ! عِنْدِي دِينَارٌ? قَالَ: "أَنْفِقْهُ عَلَى نَفْسِكَ". قَالَ: عِنْدِي آخَرُ? قَالَ: "أَنْفِقْهُ عَلَى وَلَدِكَ". قَالَ: عِنْدِي آخَرُ? قَالَ: "أَنْفِقْهُ عَلَى أَهْلِكَ". قَالَ: عِنْدِي آخَرُ, قَالَ: "أَنْفِقُهُ عَلَى خَادِمِكَ". قَالَ عِنْدِي آخَرُ, قَالَ: "أَنْتَ أَعْلَمَ". } أَخْرَجَهُ اَلشَّافِعِيُّ وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ, وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ, وَأَخْرَجَهُ النَّسَائِيُّ وَالْحَاكِمُ بِتَقْدِيمِ 1 . اَلزَّوْجَةِ عَلَى اَلْوَلَدِ 2 .

Ibrahim reported:
I heard 'Abd al-Rahman as saying; 'Uthman led us four rak'ahs of prayer at Mina. It was reported to Abdullah b. Mas'ud and he recited:" Surely we are Allah's and to Him shall we return," and then said: I prayed with the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) at Mina two rak'ahs of prayer. I prayed along with Abu Bakr al-Siddiq two rak'ahs of prayer at Mina. I prayed along with 'Umar b. Khattab two rak'ahs of prayer at Mina. I wish I had my share of the two rak'ahs acceptable (to God) for the four rak'ahs.
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ يَزِيدَ، يَقُولُ صَلَّى بِنَا عُثْمَانُ بِمِنًى أَرْبَعَ رَكَعَاتٍ فَقِيلَ ذَلِكَ لِعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ فَاسْتَرْجَعَ ثُمَّ قَالَ صَلَّيْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِمِنًى رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَصَلَّيْتُ مَعَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الصِّدِّيقِ بِمِنًى رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَصَلَّيْتُ مَعَ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ بِمِنًى رَكْعَتَيْنِ فَلَيْتَ حَظِّي مِنْ أَرْبَعِ رَكَعَاتٍ رَكْعَتَانِ مُتَقَبَّلَتَانِ .

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "None of you should wish for death. If he is righteous, perhaps he may add to (his) good works, and if he is a sinner, possibly he may repent (in case he is given a longer life)."
[Al-Bukhari].
In Muslim, Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported : Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "Let none of you wish for death, nor he ask for it before it comes to him, because when he dies, his actions will be terminated; certainly the age of a (true) believer does not add but good."
عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: “لا يتمن أحدكم الموت إما محسناً فلعله يزداد، وإما مسيئاً فلعله يستعتب” ((متفق عليه)) .وهذا لفظ البخاري
وفى رواية لمسلم عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: “لا يتمن أحدكم الموت، ولا يدع به من قبل أن يأتيه، إنه إذا مات انقطع عمله، وإنه لا يزيد المؤمن عمره إلا خيراً”.

Sunan Abi Dawud 1078
Narrated Muhammad ibn Yahya ibn Habban:
The Messenger of Allah (saws) said: What is the harm if any of you has two garments, if he can provide them, for Friday (prayer) in addition to the two garments for his daily work? Amr reported from Ibn Habib from Musa ibn Sa'd from Ibn Habban from Ibn Salam who heard this (tradition) from the Messenger of Allah (saws) on the pulpit.
Abu Dawud said: This tradition has been reported by Yusuf b. 'Abd Allah b. Salam from the Prophet (saws) through a different chain of narrators.
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، وَعَمْرٌو، أَنَّ يَحْيَى بْنَ سَعِيدٍ الأَنْصَارِيَّ، حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ يَحْيَى بْنِ حَبَّانَ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَا عَلَى أَحَدِكُمْ إِنْ وَجَدَ " . أَوْ " مَا عَلَى أَحَدِكُمْ إِنْ وَجَدْتُمْ أَنْ يَتَّخِذَ ثَوْبَيْنِ لِيَوْمِ الْجُمُعَةِ سِوَى ثَوْبَىْ مَهْنَتِهِ " . قَالَ عَمْرٌو وَأَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ حَبَّانَ عَنِ ابْنِ سَلاَمٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ ذَلِكَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَرَوَاهُ وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ يُوسُفَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سَلاَمٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم .

Sahl b. Sa'd reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying:
In Paradise, there is a tree under the shadow of which a rider can travel for a hundred years without covering (the distance) completely. This hadith has also been transmitted on the authority of Abu Sa'id al-Khudri that Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) is reported to have said: In Paradise, there is a tree under the shadow of which a rider of a fine and swift-footed horse would travel for a hundred years without covering the distance completely. There would be the pleasure of Allah for the inmates of Paradise and He would never be annoyed with them.
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْحَنْظَلِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنَا الْمَخْزُومِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، عَنْ أَبِي،
حَازِمٍ عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " إِنَّ فِي الْجَنَّةِ لَشَجَرَةً
يَسِيرُ الرَّاكِبُ فِي ظِلِّهَا مِائَةَ عَامٍ لاَ يَقْطَعُهَا " .
قَالَ أَبُو حَازِمٍ فَحَدَّثْتُ بِهِ النُّعْمَانَ بْنَ أَبِي عَيَّاشٍ الزُّرَقِيَّ، فَقَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيُّ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " إِنَّ فِي الْجَنَّةِ شَجَرَةً يَسِيرُ الرَّاكِبُ الْجَوَادَ الْمُضَمَّرَ السَّرِيعَ مِائَةَ عَامٍ مَا يَقْطَعُهَا " .

Sunan Abi Dawud 2104
Ibrahim bin Maisarah reported from his maternal aunt who reported on the authority of a woman called Mussaddaqah (a truthful woman). She said “In pre Islamic days, when my father participated in a battle the feet of the people burnt due to intense heat. Thereupon a man said “Who gives me his shoes, I shall marry him to my first daughter born to me. My father took off his shoes and there them before him. A girl was thereafter born to him and came of age.” The narrator then mentioned a similar story. But he did not mention that she had grown old.
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَيْسَرَةَ، أَنَّ خَالَتَهُ، أَخْبَرَتْهُ عَنِ امْرَأَةٍ، قَالَتْ هِيَ مُصَدَّقَةٌ امْرَأَةُ صِدْقٍ قَالَتْ بَيْنَا أَبِي فِي غَزَاةٍ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ إِذْ رَمِضُوا فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ مَنْ يُعْطِينِي نَعْلَيْهِ وَأُنْكِحُهُ أَوَّلَ بِنْتٍ تُولَدُ لِي فَخَلَعَ أَبِي نَعْلَيْهِ فَأَلْقَاهُمَا إِلَيْهِ فَوُلِدَتْ لَهُ جَارِيَةٌ فَبَلَغَتْ وَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ قِصَّةَ الْقَتِيرِ .

Narrated Ata' ibn Yasar:
Ata' reported a similar tradition (to No 2777) from the Prophet (saws).
This version adds: a man is appointed on groups of people, and takes (wages) from the share of this, and from the share of this.

Every intoxicant is forbidden. He who drinks wine in this world, and dies when he is addiction to it, will not drink it in the next.

Al-Adab Al-Mufrad 41
Ibn 'Umar reported that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and
grant him peace, said, "The strongest form of dutifulness is when a man maintains
relations with the people his father loved."
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَيْوَةُ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو عُثْمَانَ الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي الْوَلِيدِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ: إِنَّ أَبَرَّ الْبِرِّ أَنْ يَصِلَ الرَّجُلُ أَهْلَ وُدِّ أَبِيهِ.

Al-Adab Al-Mufrad 83
It is reported that there was a man who had daughters who was with Ibn
'Umar when he wished that his daughters were dead. Ibn 'Umar became angry
and said, "While you are providing for them!"

Al-Adab Al-Mufrad 141
'Awf ibn Malik reported that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant
him peace, said, "I and a woman who is widowed and is patient with her child
will be like these two fingers in the Garden."
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ نَهَّاسِ بْنِ قَهْمٍ، عَنْ شَدَّادٍ أَبِي عَمَّارٍ، عَنْ عَوْفِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ: أَنَا وَامْرَأَةٌ سَفْعَاءُ الْخَدَّيْنِ، امْرَأَةٌ آمَتْ مِنْ زَوْجِهَا فَصَبَرْتَ عَلَى وَلَدِهَا، كَهَاتَيْنِ فِي الْجَنَّةِ.

Abu Hurayra reported that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and
grant him peace, said, "Allah ta'ala said to the self, 'Go forth.' It replied,
'I only go forth reluctantly.'"

Bakr ibn 'Abdullah reported that the Companions of the Prophet,
may Allah bless him and grant him peace, used to throw melons at one another.
He said, "If these were real, they would be men."

Al-Adab Al-Mufrad 310
Jabir ibn 'Abdullah reported that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah
bless him and grant him peace, said, "Allah does not love the loud and
coarse nor the one who shouts in the markets."
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلامٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْفَزَارِيُّ، عَنِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ مُبَشِّرٍ الأَنْصَارِيِّ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم: إِنَّ اللَّهَ لاَ يُحِبُّ الْفَاحِشَ الْمُتَفَحِّشَ، وَلاَ الصَّيَّاحَ فِي الاسْوَاقِ.

Al-Adab Al-Mufrad 453
It is reported that Habba ibn Khalid and Sawa' ibn Khalid came
to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, while he was repairing
a wall - or a building - of his, and they helped him.
حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ سَلاَّمِ بْنِ شُرَحْبِيلَ، عَنْ حَبَّةَ بْنِ خَالِدٍ، وَسَوَاءَ بْنِ خَالِدٍ، أَنَّهُمَا أَتَيَا النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَهُوَ يُعَالِجُ حَائِطًا أَوْ بِنَاءً لَهُ، فَأَعَانَاهُ.

Ibn 'Umar reported that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant
him peace, said, "If anyone behaves insolently or walks with an arrogant,
he will meet Allah Almighty covered with His anger."
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ أَبُو عُمَرَ الْيَمَامِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ: مَنْ تَعَظَّمَ فِي نَفْسِهِ، أَوِ اخْتَالَ فِي مِشْيَتِهِ، لَقِيَ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ غَضْبَانُ.

'Abdullah ibn 'Amr reported that a man said, "Messenger of Allah,
which aspect of Islam is best?" He replied, "Feeding people and greeting
those you know and those you do not know."

protection, Allah has no responsibility for (protecting) him."
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سَالِمُ بْنُ نُوحٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ، رَجُلٌ مِنْ بَنِي حَنِيفَةَ هُوَ ابْنُ جَابِرٍ، عَنْ وَعْلَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ وَثَّابٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ: مَنْ بَاتَ عَلَى ظَهْرِ بَيْتٍ لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ حِجَابٌ فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ. قال: أبو عبد الله: في إسناده نظر.

Jabir reported that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant
him peace, said, "Keep children in until the evening has completely fallen.
That time is the hour when the shaytans come out."

his hand in the meat and blood of a pig."
