باب مَا يَقُولُ إِذَا سَمِعَ الْمُؤَذِّنَ
Sunan Abi Dawud 522
Abu Sa’id al-Khudri reported the Messenger of Allah (May peace be upon him) as saying :
When you hear the Adhan, you should repeat the same words as the mu’adhdhin pronounces.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ الْقَعْنَبِيُّ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ اللَّيْثِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
" إِذَا سَمِعْتُمُ النِّدَاءَ فَقُولُوا مِثْلَ مَا يَقُولُ الْمُؤَذِّنُ " .
