It is reported on the authority of Ibn Umar that Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) forbade (the preparation of Nabidh in) a green pitcher (besmeared with pitch) and gourd and varnished jar.

Abu Malik al-Ash'ari reported God's messenger as saying that when a man goes into his house he should say, “O God, I ask Thee for good both when entering and when going out; in the name of God we have entered and in God our Lord do we trust.” He should then greet his family.

‘A’isha said :

Mishkat al-Masabih 4400
‘Abd ar-Rahman b. Tarafa told that his grandfather ‘Arfaja b. As'ad who had had his nose cut off at the battle of al-Kulab (This was a battle about ten years before the Hijra in which the tribe of Tamim was engaged) got a silver nose, but it developed a stench, so the Prophet ordered him to get a gold nose.

Abu Kabsha al-Anmari told that God’s messenger used to have himself cupped on the top of his head and between his shoulders and that he used to say:

A’ishah (RAA) narrated, ‘When the Messenger of Allah (P.B.U.H.) died and they wanted to make Ghusl (full ritual washing of the body), they said, ‘By Allah we do not know whether we should take off the clothes of Allah’s Messenger as we do for our dead or not?’ Related by Ahmad and Abu Dawud.

’Asim bin ’Umar narrated On the authority of Anas and Uthman bin Abu Sulaiman (RAA),‘The Messenger of Allah (P.B.U.H.) sent Khalid bin al-Walid to Ukaidir of Dawmat al-Jandal and they seized him and brought him to the Prophet (P.B.U.H.). The Messenger of Allah (P.B.U.H.) spared his life and made peace with him on the condition that he should pay Jizyah.’ Related by Abu Dawud.
وَعَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ عُمَرَ, عَنْ أَنَسٍ, وَعَن ْ 1 عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ; { أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -بَعْثٍ خَالِدُ بْنُ اَلْوَلِيدِ إِلَى أُكَيْدِرِ دُومَةَ, فَأَخَذُوهُ , 2 فَحَقَنَ دَمِهِ, وَصَالَحَهُ عَلَى اَلْجِزْيَةِ } رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد َ 3 .

'Amro bin Shu’aib narrated on the authority of his father, on the authority of his grandfather (RAA), That the Messenger of Allah (P.B.U.H.) said, “A slave who entered into an agreement to buy his freedom is still a slave as long as a Dirham of the agreed price remains to be paid.” Related by Abu Dawud with a good chain of narrators. The full hadith is related by Ahmad and the three Imams. Al-Hakim graded it to be Sahih.
وَعَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ, عَنْ أَبِيهِ, عَنْ جَدِّهِ, عَنْ اَلنَّبِيِّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ قَالَ:

Narrated Ibn 'Abbas (RA):
A virgin girl came to the Prophet (SAW) and mentioned that her father had married her against her will, so Allah's Messenger (SAW) allowed her to exercise her choice.
[Reported by Ahmad, Abu Dawud and Ibn Majah. If it is considered defective for being Mursal (missing link in the chain after the Tabi'i)].

Mishkat al-Masabih 1991
Anas said that the Prophet used to break his fast before praying with some fresh dates, but if there were no fresh dates he had a few dry dates, and if there were no dry dates he took some mouthfuls* of water.
*Mirqat explains this as three mouthfuls, but 'three' does not occur in the text.
Tirmidhi and Abu Dawud transmitted it, Tirmidhi saying that this is a hasan gharib tradition.

Mishkat al-Masabih 1688
Abu Huraira reported the Prophet as saying in the course of prayer over a dead body, “O God, Thou art its Lord, Thou didst create it, Thou didst guide it to Islam, Thou hast taken its spirit, and Thou knowest best its inner nature and outer aspect. We have come as intercessors, so forgive him.”
Abu Dawud transmitted it.

Mishkat al-Masabih 3586
He reported him as saying, “There is no prescribed punishment for one who has intercourse with an animal."
Tirmidhi and Abu Dawud transmitted it. Tirmidhi quoted Sufyan ath-Thauri as saying that this is sounder than the first tradition, “Kill him who has intercourse with an animal," (Cf. p. 763) and that the learned act according to this one.

Anas told that the Prophet gave a beating with palm branches and sandals for drinking wine and that Abu Bakr gave forty lashes.
(Bukhari and Muslim.) In a version on his authority it says that the Prophet used to give forty stripes with palm branches and sandals for drinking wine.

Milk mixed with water was brought to the Messenger of Allah (PBUH). On his right side was sitting a bedouin and on his left was sitting Abu Bakr (May Allah be pleased with him). He (PBUH) drank from it and handed the rest to the bedouin saying, "One who is on the right has preference, then again the one who is on the right."

Riyad as-Salihin 1132
'Ali (bin Abu Talib) (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
The Witr prayer is not obligatory as the prescribed Salat (prayers), but the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) observed it as his regular practice (Sunnah). He (PBUH) said, "Allah is Witr (single, odd) and loves what is Witr. So perform Witr prayer. O followers of Qur'an, observe Witr (prayer)."

عن علي رضي الله عنه قال: الوتر ليس بختم كصلاة المكتوبة ولكن سن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال:
"إن الله وتر يحب الوتر، فأوتروا يا أهل القرآن". ((رواه أبو داود والترمذي)). وقال: حديث حسن.

Narrated Jubair bin Mut`im:
Allah's Apostle said, "As for me, I pour water three times on my head." And he pointed with both his hands.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ صُرَدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي جُبَيْرُ بْنُ مُطْعِمٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
" أَمَّا أَنَا فَأُفِيضُ عَلَى رَأْسِي ثَلاَثًا ". وَأَشَارَ بِيَدَيْهِ كِلْتَيْهِمَا.
