Narrated Umm Salama (rad):
Allah’s Messenger (saw) said, “He who drinks in a silver utensil is only swallowing Hell-fire in his stomach”. [Agreed Upon]
وَعَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ رَضِيَ الْلَّهُ عَنْهَا، قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ الْلَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ الَّذِي يَشْرَبُ فِي إِنَاءِ الْفِضَّةِ إِنَّمَا يُجَرْجِرُ فِي بَطْنِهِ نَارَ جَهَنَّمَ } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ 1 .

Bulugh al-Maram 570
Salim narrated on the authority of his father (RAA) that he saw the Messenger of Allah (P.B.U.H.), Abu Bakr and ’Umar walking in front of a Funeral.’ Related by the five Imams, and Ibn Hibban rendered it Sahih.
وَعَنْ سَالِمٍ, عَنْ أَبِيهِ - رضى الله عنه - { أَنَّهُ رَأَى اَلنَّبِيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -وَأَبَا بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ, يَمْشُونَ أَمَامَ الْجَنَازَةِ } رَوَاهُ اَلْخَمْسَةُ، وَصَحَّحَهُ ابْنُ حِبَّانَ, وَأَعَلَّهُ النَّسَائِيُّ وَطَائِفَةٌ بِالْإِرْسَالِ 1 .

Sa'd bin Abi Wqqas (RAA) said (during his death illness) ‘Make a lahd for me and cover it with un-burnt bricks, as you did with the grave of the Prophet (P.B.U.H.).’ Related by Muslim.
وَعَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ: { أَلْحَدُو ا 1 لِي لَحْدًا, وَانْصِبُوا عَلَى اللَّبِنِ نُصْبًا, كَمَا صُنِعَ بِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -. } رَوَاهُ مُسْلِم ٌ 2 .

وَعَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ مَنْ عَيَّرَ أَخَاهُ بِذَنْبٍ, لَمْ يَمُتْ حَتَّى يَعْمَلَهُ } أَخْرَجَهُ اَلتِّرْمِذِيُّ وَحَسَّنَهُ, وَسَنَدُهُ مُنْقَطِعٌ. 1 .

Abu Hurairah (RAA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, 'If anyone owns a dog except a sheepdog, a hunting dog, or a farm dog, a carat of his reward will be deducted daily." Agreed upon.

"مَنِ اتَّخَذَ كَلْباً, إِلَّا كَلْبَ مَاشِيَةٍ, أَوْ صَيْدٍ, أَوْ زَرْعٍ, اِنْتَقَصَ مِنْ أَجْرِهِ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ قِيرَاطٌ" } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ (1745) .

وَعَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «سَلُوا اللَّهَ مِنْ فَضْلِهِ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ أَنْ يُسْأَلَ وَأَفْضَلُ الْعِبَادَةِ انْتِظَارُ الْفَرَجِ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ وَقَالَ هَذَا حَدِيث غَرِيب

Salim narrated it from his father ('Abdullah b. Umar) that the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said:
When women ask permission for going to the mosque, do not prevent them.

" إِذَا اسْتَأْذَنَتْ أَحَدَكُمُ امْرَأَتُهُ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ فَلاَ يَمْنَعْهَا " .

" None of you should stretch out his forearms like the stretching out of a dog."

" وَلاَ يَتَبَسَّطْ أَحَدُكُمْ ذِرَاعَيْهِ انْبِسَاطَ الْكَلْبِ " .

He who observed two prayers at two cool (hours) would enter Paradise.

'Abdullah b. Zaid b. Mazini reported:
The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) went to the place of prayer and prayed for rain and turned round his mantle while facing the Qibla.
وَحَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مَالِكٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَبَّادَ بْنَ تَمِيمٍ، يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ زَيْدٍ الْمَازِنِيَّ، يَقُولُ خَرَجَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِلَى الْمُصَلَّى فَاسْتَسْقَى وَحَوَّلَ رِدَاءَهُ حِينَ اسْتَقْبَلَ الْقِبْلَةَ .

It was narrated from 'Awn bin Abi Juhaifah that his father said:
"The Messenger of Allah said: 'Abu Bakr and 'Umar are the leaders of the mature people of Paradise, the first and the last, except for the Prophets and the Messengers.'"
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو شُعَيْبٍ، صَالِحُ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ الْوَاسِطِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْقُدُّوسِ بْنُ بَكْرِ بْنِ خُنَيْسٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ مِغْوَلٍ، عَنْ عَوْنِ بْنِ أَبِي جُحَيْفَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ
" أَبُو بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرُ سَيِّدَا كُهُولِ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ مِنَ الأَوَّلِينَ وَالآخِرِينَ إِلاَّ النَّبِيِّينَ وَالْمُرْسَلِينَ " .

Sunan Ibn Majah 358
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that:
The Prophet relieved himself, then he cleaned himself (with water) from a pot made of brass, then he wiped his hand on the ground.

" ثَلاَثَةُ أَيَّامٍ - أَحْسِبُهُ قَالَ - وَلَيَالِيهِنَّ لِلْمُسَافِرِ فِي الْمَسْحِ عَلَى الْخُفَّيْنِ " .

that the Messenger of Allah said: "Whoever has two wives and favors one of them over the other, he will come on the Day of Resurrection with one of his sides leaning."

It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas that :
the Prophet (SAW) was treated with cupping and he gave him (the cupper) his wages. (Sahih)Ibn Abu 'Umar was alone in narrating it. That was said by Ibn Majah. [1]

narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet (saw) said:

of you incapable, when he prays, of stepping forwards or
backwards,
or to his right or left?” meaning in order to offer a
voluntary
prayer.

enters the grave, the sun is made to appear as if it is
setting. He
sits up, wipes his eyes and says: ‘Let me pray.’”

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " إِنَّ بِلاَلاً يُؤَذِّنُ بِلَيْلٍ فَكُلُوا وَاشْرَبُوا حَتَّى تَسْمَعُوا تَأْذِينَ ابْنِ أُمِّ مَكْتُومٍ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ وَعَائِشَةَ وَأُنَيْسَةَ وَأَنَسٍ وَأَبِي ذَرٍّ وَسَمُرَةَ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ ابْنِ عُمَرَ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ . وَقَدِ اخْتَلَفَ أَهْلُ الْعِلْمِ فِي الأَذَانِ بِاللَّيْلِ فَقَالَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ إِذَا أَذَّنَ الْمُؤَذِّنُ بِاللَّيْلِ أَجْزَأَهُ وَلاَ يُعِيدُ . وَهُوَ قَوْلُ مَالِكٍ وَابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ وَالشَّافِعِيِّ وَأَحْمَدَ وَإِسْحَاقَ . وَقَالَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ إِذَا أَذَّنَ بِلَيْلٍ أَعَادَ . وَبِهِ يَقُولُ سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ . وَرَوَى حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ بِلاَلاً أَذَّنَ بِلَيْلٍ فَأَمَرَهُ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ يُنَادِيَ " إِنَّ الْعَبْدَ نَامَ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَيْرُ مَحْفُوظٍ . قَالَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمَدِينِيِّ حَدِيثُ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم هُوَ غَيْرُ مَحْفُوظٍ وَأَخْطَأَ فِيهِ حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ .

" إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ لاَ يَقْبَلُ صَلاَةً بِغَيْرِ طُهُورٍ وَلاَ صَدَقَةً مِنْ غُلُولٍ " .

Sunan an-Nasa'i 2359
It was narrated from Usamah bin Zaid:
That the Messenger of Allah used to fast continually and it ws said that he would not break his fast, and he used not to fast and it was said that he would not fast.
أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي ثَابِتُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ الْغِفَارِيُّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيُّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ يَسْرُدُ الصَّوْمَ فَيُقَالُ لاَ يُفْطِرُ وَيُفْطِرُ فَيُقَالُ لاَ يَصُومُ .

Sunan an-Nasa'i 2286
It was narrated from Humaid bin 'Abdur-Rahman bin 'Awf that his father said:
"The one who fasts while traveling is like one who does not fast while a resident.' (Daif)

Sunan an-Nasa'i 2246
It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said:
"The Messenger of Allah said: 'Whoever fasts one day in the cause of Allah, Allah, the mighty and sublime, will separate his face from the fire by (a distance of)seventy autumns."'

" مَنْ صَامَ يَوْمًا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ بَاعَدَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَجْهَهُ عَنِ النَّارِ سَبْعِينَ خَرِيفًا " .

Sunan an-Nasa'i 2191
It was narrated from Saeed bin Al-Musayyab that the Messenger of Allah said:
"Whoever spends the nights of Ramadan in prayer (Qiyam) out of faith and in the hope of reward, he will be forgiven his previous sins." '

" مَنْ قَامَ رَمَضَانَ إِيمَانًا وَاحْتِسَابًا غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ " .

Sunan an-Nasa'i 2044
It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said:
"The Messenger of Allah said: 'If any one of you were to sit on a live coal until it burns his garment, that would be better for him than sitting on a grave."
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنْ وَكِيعٍ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ سُهَيْلٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
" لأَنْ يَجْلِسَ أَحَدُكُمْ عَلَى جَمْرَةٍ حَتَّى تَحْرِقَ ثِيَابَهُ خَيْرٌ لَهُ مِنْ أَنْ يَجْلِسَ عَلَى قَبْرٍ " .

It was narrated that Ibn Shihab said:
"Salim said: 'I heard 'Abdullah bin 'Umar say: 'Umar said: The Messenger of Allah said: The deceased is punished due to his family's weeping for him."'

" يُعَذَّبُ الْمَيِّتُ بِبُكَاءِ أَهْلِهِ عَلَيْهِ " .

Jafar bin Muahammad narrated that his father said:
"We came to Jabir bin Abdullah and he told us that the Messenger of Allah said: 'All of Al Muzdalifah is a place for (the pilgrims) to stand.'"

Ata bin Abi Rabah told them that he heard Ibn Abbas say:
"The Messenger of Allah sent me with the weak ones of his family to pray Subh in Mina and stone the Jamrah."
أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ أَشْهَبَ، أَنَّ دَاوُدَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، حَدَّثَهُمْ أَنَّ عَمْرَو بْنَ دِينَارٍ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ عَطَاءَ بْنَ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ حَدَّثَهُمْ أَنَّهُ، سَمِعَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ، يَقُولُ أَرْسَلَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي ضَعَفَةِ أَهْلِهِ فَصَلَّيْنَا الصُّبْحَ بِمِنًى وَرَمَيْنَا الْجَمْرَةَ .

It was narrated that Abu Salamah said:
"I asked 'Aishah about that and she said: 'The Messenger of Allah got married (and married his daughters) for twelve Uqiyah and a Nashsh'" which is five hundred Dirhams.
أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْهَادِ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، قَالَ سَأَلْتُ عَائِشَةَ عَنْ ذَلِكَ، فَقَالَتْ فَعَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَلَى اثْنَتَىْ عَشْرَةَ أُوقِيَّةً وَنَشٍّ وَذَلِكَ خَمْسُمِائَةِ دِرْهَمٍ .

Sunan an-Nasa'i 3942
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet said:
"Whoever has two wives and is inclined to favor one of them over the other, he will come on the Day of Resurrection with half of his body leaning."

" مَنْ كَانَ لَهُ امْرَأَتَانِ يَمِيلُ لإِحْدَاهُمَا عَلَى الأُخْرَى جَاءَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَحَدُ شِقَّيْهِ مَائِلٌ " .

Sunan an-Nasa'i 3398
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that he divorced his wife when she was menstruating, but the Messenger of Allah told him to take her back, and divorce her when she was pure (not menstruating).
أَخْبَرَنِي زِيَادُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بِشْرٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّهُ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ فَرَدَّهَا عَلَيْهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم حَتَّى طَلَّقَهَا وَهِيَ طَاهِرٌ .

Sunan an-Nasa'i 3985
It was narrated from 'Abdullah that:
The Prophet [SAW] said: "No person is killed wrongfully, but a share of responsibility for his blood will be upon the first son of Adam, because he was the first one to set the precedence, of killing."
أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
" لاَ تُقْتَلُ نَفْسٌ ظُلْمًا إِلاَّ كَانَ عَلَى ابْنِ آدَمَ الأَوَّلِ كِفْلٌ مِنْ دَمِهَا وَذَلِكَ أَنَّهُ أَوَّلُ مَنْ سَنَّ الْقَتْلَ " .

"The Messenger of Allah said: 'whoever keeps a dog, two Qirats will be detracted from his reward each day, except a trained hunting dog, or a dog for herding livestock."

" مَنِ اقْتَنَى كَلْبًا نَقَصَ مِنْ أَجْرِهِ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ قِيرَاطَانِ إِلاَّ ضَارِيًا أَوْ صَاحِبَ مَاشِيَةٍ " .

"Whoever keeps a dog, except a dog for hunting, herding livestock or farming, one Qurat will be deducted from his reward each day."

" مَنِ اتَّخَذَ كَلْبًا إِلاَّ كَلْبَ صَيْدٍ أَوْ مَاشِيَةٍ أَوْ زَرْعٍ نَقَصَ مِنْ أَجْرِهِ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ قِيرَاطٌ " .

" لَوْ طَعَنْتَ فِي فَخِذِهَا لأَجْزَأَكَ " .

Sunan an-Nasa'i 4809
It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas that:
the Prophet of Allah ruled that the Diyah for a Mukatab should be (equivalent) to the Diyah for a free man, proportionate to the amount he had paid off (toward buying his freedom).
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الطَّرَائِفِيُّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَضَى فِي الْمُكَاتَبِ أَنْ يُودَى بِقَدْرِ مَا عَتَقَ مِنْهُ دِيَةَ الْحُرِّ .
