Sahih Muslim 12 b
It is narrated on the authority of Thabit that Anas said:
We were forbidden in the Holy Qur'an that we should ask about anything from the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) and then Anas reported the hadith in similar words.

The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: Five prayers and from one Friday prayer to (the next) Friday prayer is an expiation (of the sins committed in between their intervals) if major sins are not committed.

When anyone amongst you enters the privy he should not touch his penis with his right hand.

The Messenger of Allah (saws) gave us licence to use (for our purpose) a stick, a rope, a whip and things of that type which a man picked up; he may benefit from them.

A man from the Ansar said on the authority of Ka'b ibn Ujrah that he was feeling pain in his head (due to lice); so he shaved his head. The Prophet (saws) ordered him to sacrifice a cow as offering.

Narrated Abdullah ibn Abbas:
The Messenger of Allah (saws) and his Companions performed umrah from al-Ji'ranah and walked proudly with rapid strides round the House (the Ka'bah) in three circuits and walked as usual in four circuits.

Narrated Mu'adh ibn Jabal:
When the Prophet (saws) sent him to the Yemen, he ordered to take from everyone who had reached puberty one dinar or its equivalent in Mu'afiri garment of Yemen origin.

The Prophet (saws) said: If any Muslim is a guest of people and is given nothing, it is the duty of every Muslim to help him to the extent of taking for him from their crop and property for the entertainment of one night.

" أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ أَضَافَ قَوْمًا فَأَصْبَحَ الضَّيْفُ مَحْرُومًا فَإِنَّ نَصْرَهُ حَقٌّ عَلَى كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ حَتَّى يَأْخُذَ بِقِرَى لَيْلَةٍ مِنْ زَرْعِهِ وَمَالِهِ " .

May Allah have mercy on the early immigrant women. When the verse "That they should draw their veils over their bosoms" was revealed, they tore their thick outer garments and made veils from them.

" إِذَا زَنَى الرَّجُلُ خَرَجَ مِنْهُ الإِيمَانُ كَانَ عَلَيْهِ كَالظُّلَّةِ فَإِذَا انْقَطَعَ رَجَعَ إِلَيْهِ الإِيمَانُ " .

Farwah b. Nawfal quoted his father as saying that the Prophet (saws) said to Nawfal (his father):
Recite (the Surah) 'Say, O you disbelievers!' and then go to sleep at its end, for it is a declaration of freedom from polytheism.

The aforesaid tradition has also been transmitted by Abu Sa’id through a different chain of narrators.
This version adds :
“Half a sa’ of wheat “. But this is a misunderstanding on the part of muawayah b. Hisham and of those who narrated from him.
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، لَيْسَ فِيهِ ذِكْرُ الْحِنْطَةِ . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَقَدْ ذَكَرَ مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ عِيَاضٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ،
" نِصْفَ صَاعٍ مِنْ بُرٍّ " . وَهُوَ وَهَمٌ مِنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ هِشَامٍ أَوْ مِمَّنْ رَوَاهُ عَنْهُ .

Ibn `Umar said this is your al-Baida’ about which you ascribe falsehood to the Messenger of Allah (SWAS). He did not raise his voice in talbiyah but from the masjid, i.e. the mosque of Dhu al-Hulaifah.

He who has a morning meal of seven ‘Ajwah dates will not suffer from any harm that day through poison or magic.

Mishkat al-Masabih 996
Anas told that the Prophet said, “Keep looking in the direction towards which you prostrate yourself, Anas.”
Baihaqi transmitted it in [Kitab] as-sunan al-kabir through al-Hasan from Anas, tracing it back to the Prophet.
وَعَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «يَا أَنَسُ اجْعَلْ بَصَرَكَ حَيْثُ تَسْجُدُ» . رَوَاهُ الْبَيْهَقِيُّ فِي سُنَنِهِ الْكَبِيرِ مِنْ طَرِيق الْحسن عَن أنس يرفعهُ

“Every act of kindness is sadaqa, and kindness includes meeting your brother with a cheerful face and pouring water from your bucket into your brother’s vessel."

Abu Huraira reported the Prophet as saying, "The one who will be most fortunate by reason of my intercession on the day of resurrection will be the one who says there is no god but God sincerely from his heart," or, "his soul."

Anas reported that a Jewish woman brought the Prophet, may Allah
bless him and grant him peace, poisoned sheep. He ate from it and she was
brought. It was asked, "Should we not kill her?" "No," he replied.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ يَهُودِيَّةً أَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِشَاةٍ مَسْمُومَةٍ، فَأَكَلَ مِنْهَا، فَجِيءَ بِهَا، فَقِيلَ: أَلاَ نَقْتُلُهَا؟ قَالَ: لاَ، قَالَ: فَمَا زِلْتُ أَعْرِفُهَا فِي لَهَوَاتِ رَسُولِ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم.

'Abdullah ibn 'Amr said, "There are four qualities such that if
you were to be given them, you will not be harmed even if the world were

It is stated by sayidina Abu Hurayrah (ra) that the Messenger of Allah (saws) said "Wind is the mercy of Allah. It brings mercy or punishment. Do not denounce it but ask Allah, the exalted, for the good of it and seek the protection of Allah from its evil.”

Ma'qil b. Yasar told that he heard God’s Messenger say, “Any governor in charge of Muslim subjects who dies while acting dishonestly towards them will be excluded by God from paradise.”

Mu'aiqib quoted the Apostle of Allah (may peace be upon him) mentioning the removal of pebbles from the ground where he prostrated himself. He (the Prophet) said:
It you must do so, do it only once.

The Messenger of Allah said to the people of Najran: "I will send you a trustworthy man with you, who is indeed trustworthy." The people craned their necks to see, and he sent Abu 'Ubaidah bin Jarrah.

"I said to the prophet: 'Between the mosque and I there is a filthy path.' He said: 'After that is there a cleaner path?' I said: 'Yes.' He said: 'This is (a remedy) for that.'"

A man came to the Prophet; he had performed ablution and has missed a spot the size of a fingernail where water had not reached. The Prophet said to him: 'Go back and perform ablution properly.'"

Messenger of Allah (saas) said: "No one among you should say: "O Allah, forgive me if You will.' Let him be definite in his asking, and no one can compel Allah."

" لاَ يَقُولَنَّ أَحَدُكُمُ اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي إِنْ شِئْتَ وَلْيَعْزِمْ فِي الْمَسْأَلَةِ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لاَ مُكْرِهَ لَهُ " .

" لأَنْ يَمْتَلِئَ جَوْفُ أَحَدِكُمْ قَيْحًا حَتَّى يَرِيَهُ خَيْرٌ لَهُ مِنْ أَنْ يَمْتَلِئَ شِعْرًا " .

the Messenger of Allah said: “No woman should arrange the marriage of another woman, and no woman should arrange her own marriage. The adulteress is the one who arranges her own marriage.”

" لاَ تُزَوِّجُ الْمَرْأَةُ الْمَرْأَةَ وَلاَ تُزَوِّجُ الْمَرْأَةُ نَفْسَهَا فَإِنَّ الزَّانِيَةَ هِيَ الَّتِي تُزَوِّجُ نَفْسَهَا " .

It was narrated that Ibn 'Umar said:
"We used to buy food from troops of riders (i.e., the caravans) without knowing the amount, but the Messenger of Allah (SAW) forbade us to sell it until it had been delivered to us."

It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said:
“If the people were given what they claimed, some would have claimed the lives and property of men. But the one the claim is made against is obliged to swear an oath.”

“A mount may be ridden when it is pawned, and its milk may be drunk when it is pawned, but the one who rides it or milks it must pay for its upkeep.' ”

It was narrated from Jabir bin Abdullah that:
the Messenger of Allah (SAW) ruled that preemption takes effect in all cases where land has not been divided. But if the boundaries have been set and the roads laid out, then there is no preemption.”

“If a person's relative is killed, he has the choice of two things: He may either have the killer killed, or he may demand the blood money.”

his narration: "And the Messenger of Allah (saws) said:
'Fasting is half of patience.'"

The Messenger of Allah

delivered a sermon on the days of Tashriq (11th, 12th,
and 13th
of Dhul-Hijjah) and said: “No one will enter
Paradise but a Muslim
soul, and these days are the days of eating and
drinking.”

Sunan Ibn Majah 3350
It was
narrated that Ibn ‘Umar said:
“A man burped in the presence of
the Prophet (saw) and he said: ‘Withhold your burps from us! For
the
most hungry of you on the Day of Resurrection will be those who
most
ate their fill in this world.’”

narrated that Abu Sa’eed said:
“The Messenger of Allah (saw)
used
to seek refuge from the evil eye of the jinn and of mankind. When
the
Mu’awwidhatain* were revealed, he started to recite them and
stopped reciting anything else.”

narrated that Lahi’ah bin ‘Uqbah said:
“I heard Abul-Ward, the

which, when it meets (the enemy) it flees, and when it takes
spoils of
war, it steals from it.’”

‘Amr
bin Shu’aib narrated from his father that his grandfather said:
“There is no awarding of the spoils after the Messenger of Allah
(saw), rather whatever the army acquires (of spoils of war) will be
distributed among strong and weak alike.”

قَالَ رَجَاءٌ فَسَمِعْتُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنَ مُوسَى، يَقُولُ لَهُ حَدَّثَنِي مَكْحُولٌ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ مَسْلَمَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَفَّلَ فِي الْبَدْأَةِ الرُّبُعَ وَحِينَ قَفَلَ الثُّلُثَ . فَقَالَ عَمْرٌو أُحَدِّثُكَ عَنْ أَبِي عَنْ جَدِّي وَتُحَدِّثُنِي عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ

(earthenware) jars, and in such and such, and such and such, except
for vinegar.”

narrated that Abu Hurairah said:
“Some Nabidh from an
(earthenware)
jar was brought to the Messenger of Allah (saw) and it
was bubbling.
He said: ‘Throw this against the wall, for this is the
drink of one
who does not believe in Allah and the Last Day.’”

narrated from Ibn Ya’la bin Umayyah that his father Ya’la
said:
“The Prophet (saw) performed Tawaf while doing Idtiba’.”* (In
his narration, one of the narrators) Qabisah said: “While wearing a
Yemenite cloth.”

It was
narrated from Ibn ‘Umar that the Messenger of Allah (saw) came

performed Tawaf around the House seven times, then he prayed two
Rak’ahs. Waki’ said:
“Meaning, at the Maqam,* then he went out
to
Safa.”

narrated from ‘Abdullah bin ‘Amr that the Prophet (saw) passed

him when he was praying sitting down. He said:
“The prayer of one
who sits down is equivalent to half of the prayer of one who stands.”

“Do not prepare a mount (travel)

visit any mosque except three: the Sacred Mosque, Aqsa Mosque, and
this mosque of mine.”
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، عَنْ قَزَعَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ
" لاَ تُشَدُّ الرِّحَالُ إِلاَّ إِلَى ثَلاَثَةِ مَسَاجِدَ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ وَإِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ الأَقْصَى وَإِلَى مَسْجِدِي هَذَا " .

‘Hasten with the funeral (procession), for if the person was
righteous then you are advancing him towards good, and if he was
otherwise then it is evil which you are taking off of your necks.”
