Sahih Muslim 355 a
Ja'far b. Amr b. Umayya al-Damari reported on the authority of his father who said:
I saw the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) take slices from goat's shoulder, and then eat them, and then offer prayer without having performed ablution.

Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar:
In the year of Conquest the Messenger of Allah (saws) recited a verse at which a prostration should be made and all the people prostrated themselves. Some were mounted, and some were prostrating themselves on the ground, and those who were mounted prostrated themselves on their hands.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ أَبُو الْجُمَاهِرِ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ - عَنْ مُصْعَبِ بْنِ ثَابِتِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَرَأَ عَامَ الْفَتْحِ سَجْدَةً فَسَجَدَ النَّاسُ كُلُّهُمْ مِنْهُمُ الرَّاكِبُ وَالسَّاجِدُ فِي الأَرْضِ حَتَّى إِنَّ الرَّاكِبَ لَيَسْجُدُ عَلَى يَدِهِ .

Narrated Az-Zuhri:
Uthman offered complete prayer at Mina for the sake of bedouins who attended (hajj) in large numbers that year. He led the people four rak'ahs in prayer in order to teach them that the prayer (i.e. noon or afternoon prayer) essentially contained four rak'ahs.
حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، أَنَّ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ عَفَّانَ، أَتَمَّ الصَّلاَةَ بِمِنًى مِنْ أَجْلِ الأَعْرَابِ لأَنَّهُمْ كَثُرُوا عَامَئِذٍ فَصَلَّى بِالنَّاسِ أَرْبَعًا لِيُعْلِمَهُمْ أَنَّ الصَّلاَةَ أَرْبَعٌ .

Narrated Mu'adh ibn Anas al-Juhani:
I fought along with the Prophet (saws) in such and such battles. The people occupied much space and encroached on the road. The Prophet (saws) sent an announcer to announce among the people: Those who occupy much space or encroach on the road will not be credited with jihad.
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ أَسِيدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْخَثْعَمِيِّ، عَنْ فَرْوَةَ بْنِ مُجَاهِدٍ اللَّخْمِيِّ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ مُعَاذِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ غَزَوْتُ مَعَ نَبِيِّ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم غَزْوَةَ كَذَا وَكَذَا فَضَيَّقَ النَّاسُ الْمَنَازِلَ وَقَطَعُوا الطَّرِيقَ فَبَعَثَ نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم مُنَادِيًا يُنَادِي فِي النَّاسِ أَنَّ مَنْ ضَيَّقَ مَنْزِلاً أَوْ قَطَعَ طَرِيقًا فَلاَ جِهَادَ لَهُ .

Narrated Malik ibn Hubayrah:
The Prophet (saws) said: If any Muslim dies and three rows of Muslims pray over him, it will assure him (of Paradise). When Malik considered those who accompanied a bier to be a few, he divided them into three rows in accordance with this tradition.

" مَا مِنْ مُسْلِمٍ يَمُوتُ فَيُصَلِّي عَلَيْهِ ثَلاَثَةُ صُفُوفٍ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ إِلاَّ أَوْجَبَ " . قَالَ فَكَانَ مَالِكٌ إِذَا اسْتَقَلَّ أَهْلَ الْجَنَازَةِ جَزَّأَهُمْ ثَلاَثَةَ صُفُوفٍ لِلْحَدِيثِ .

Narrated AbdurRahman al-Himyari:
A companion of the Prophet (saws) reported him as saying: When two people come together to issue an invitation, accept that of the one whose door is nearer in neighbourhood, but if one of them comes before the other accept the invitation of the one who comes first.

" إِذَا اجْتَمَعَ الدَّاعِيَانِ فَأَجِبْ أَقْرَبَهُمَا بَابًا فَإِنَّ أَقْرَبَهُمَا بَابًا أَقْرَبُهُمَا جِوَارًا وَإِنْ سَبَقَ أَحَدُهُمَا فَأَجِبِ الَّذِي سَبَقَ " .

" مَنْ سَمِعَ بِالدَّجَّالِ فَلْيَنْأَ عَنْهُ فَوَاللَّهِ إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَيَأْتِيهِ وَهْوَ يَحْسِبُ أَنَّهُ مُؤْمِنٌ فَيَتَّبِعُهُ مِمَّا يُبْعَثُ بِهِ مِنَ الشُّبُهَاتِ أَوْ لِمَا يُبْعَثُ بِهِ مِنَ الشُّبُهَاتِ " . هَكَذَا قَالَ .

" قَدْ وَجَبَ أَجْرُكِ وَرَجَعَتْ إِلَيْكِ فِي الْمِيرَاثِ " .

Muslim transmitted it.

Ibn ‘Abbas (RAA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (P.B.U.H.) said concerning the man who fell off his mount and died during Hajj, “Wash him with water and Sidr (lotus leaves) and shroud him in his two garments (that he was wearing for Ihram).” Agreed upon.
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا: أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -قَالَ فِي اَلَّذِي سَقَطَ عَنْ رَاحِلَتِهِ فَمَاتَ: { اغْسِلُوهُ بِمَاءٍ وَسِدْرٍ, وَكَفِّنُوهُ فِي ثَوْبَيْنِ } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ 1 .

Narrated Ibn Mas'ud (RA):
I heard Allah's Messenger (SAW) saying, "When two people who are arranging a business transaction disagree and there is no proof to arbitrate between them, the seller's word is final, or they may break the deal."

Narrated 'Ali bin Abu Talib (RA):
The Witr prayer is not obligatory as the prescribed prayer is [i.e. the five daily prayers], but it is a Sunnah which was established by the practice of Allah's Messenger (SAW).
[at-Tirmidhi and an-Nasa'i reported it, who graded it Hasan (good). al-Hakim graded it Sahih (authentic)].

Umm Hisham (RA) daughter of Haritha said:
I learnt Surat Qaf (Chapter 50) from no other source than the tongue of Allah's Messenger (SAW) who used to recite it every Friday on the pulpit when he delivered the Khutbah (sermon) to the people."

Ibn Mas'ud said about a case where there was a grandmother and her son that she was the first grandmother to whom God’s Messenger gave a sixth which was not due to her when she had a son who was still alive.
Tirmidhi and Darimi transmitted it, but Tirmidhi declared it to be a weak tradition.

*He will have to pay blood wit if the patient dies.
وَعَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «من تطيب وَلَمْ يُعْلَمْ مِنْهُ طِبٌّ فَهُوَ ضَامِنٌ» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد وَالنَّسَائِيّ

وَحَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ خَلاَّدٍ الْبَاهِلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ سَعِيدٍ - حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، حَدَّثَنِي الْبَرَاءُ، - وَهُوَ غَيْرُ كَذُوبٍ - قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِذَا قَالَ
" سَمِعَ اللَّهُ لِمَنْ حَمِدَهُ " . لَمْ يَحْنِ أَحَدٌ مِنَّا ظَهْرَهُ حَتَّى يَقَعَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم سَاجِدًا ثُمَّ نَقَعُ سُجُودًا بَعْدَهُ .

'Abdullah b. 'Umar reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying:
The example of a man who has memorised the Qur'an is like that of a hobbled camel. If he remained vigilant, he would be able to retain it (with him), and if he loosened the hobbled camel it would escape.

" لاَ تُلْحِفُوا فِي الْمَسْأَلَةِ فَوَاللَّهِ لاَ يَسْأَلُنِي أَحَدٌ مِنْكُمْ شَيْئًا فَتُخْرِجَ لَهُ مَسْأَلَتُهُ مِنِّي شَيْئًا وَأَنَا لَهُ كَارِهٌ فَيُبَارَكَ لَهُ فِيمَا أَعْطَيْتُهُ " .

Humaid b. 'Abd al-Rahman reported that Abu Huraira had narrated to him that the Apostle of Allah (may peace be upon him) commanded the person (who) broke the fast in Ramadan to free a slave or observe fasts for two (consecutive) months or feed sixty poor persons.

It was narrated that Jabir bin 'Abdullah said:
The Messenger of Allah used to appear before the people during the Hajj season and say: 'Is there any man who can take me to his people, for the Quraish have prevented me from conveying the speech (i.e. the Message) of my Lord.'"

" أَلاَ رَجَلٌ يَحْمِلُنِي إِلَى قَوْمِهِ فَإِنَّ قُرَيْشًا قَدْ مَنَعُونِي أَنْ أُبَلِّغَ كَلاَمَ رَبِّي " .

It was narrated that 'Aishah said:
"Mention was made in the presence of the Messenger of Allah of some people who did not like to face towards the Qiblah with their private parts. He said: 'I think that they do that. Turn my seat (in the toilet) to face the Qiblah.'" (Da'if)

Sunan Ibn Majah 710
'Abdur-Rahman bin Sa'd bin 'Ammar bin Sa'd, who was the Mu'adh-dhin of the Messenger of Allah narrated from his grandfather, that:
The Messenger of Allah commanded Bilal to put his fingers in his ears when calling the Adhan, and he said: "It makes the voice louder."

It was narrated from 'Aishah that :
the Prophet (saas) used to say: "Allahum-maj'alni minal-ladhina idha ahsanu istabsharu, wa idha asa'u istaghfaru (O Allah, make me one of those who, if they do good deeds, they rejoice, and if they do bad deeds, they seek forgiveness)."

It was narrated that Abu Umamah said:
"A woman came to the Prophet with two of her children, carrying one and leading the other. The Messenger of Allah said: 'They carry children and give birth to them and are compassionate. If they do not annoy their husbands, those among them who perform prayer will enter Paradise."'

It was narrated that 'Ali said:
"The Messenger of Allah (SAW) gave me two slaves who were brothers, and I sold one of them. He said: 'What happened with the two slaves?' I said: 'I sold one of them.' He said: 'Take him back."'

It was narrated that Tha'labah bin Abu Malik said:
“The Messenger of Allah (SAW) ruled concerning the stream of Mahzur that the higher ground took precedence over the lower, so the higher ground should be irrigated until the water reached the ankles, then it should be released to those who were lower.

narrated that Anas bin Malik said:
“Ramadan began, and the
Messenger of Allah (saw) said: ‘This month has come to you, and in

there is a night that is better than a thousand months. Whoever is
deprived of it is deprived of all goodness, and no one is deprived of
its goodness except one who is truly deprived.’”

Resurrection.’”

this?’ It was said: ‘(He is) ‘Abdullah bin Qais.’ He said:
‘He has
been given (sweet melodious voice) from the Mazamir of the
family of
Dawud.’”

remembered.”

Narrated `Abdullah:
that Ka`b had a slave girl who used to graze his sheep on a small mountain, called "Sl'a", situated near the market. Once a sheep was dying, so she broke a stone and slaughtered it with it. When they mentioned that to the Prophet, he, permitted them to eat it.
حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى، حَدَّثَنَا جُوَيْرِيَةُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ، مِنْ بَنِي سَلِمَةَ أَخْبَرَ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ، أَنَّ جَارِيَةً، لِكَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ تَرْعَى غَنَمًا لَهُ بِالْجُبَيْلِ الَّذِي بِالسُّوقِ وَهْوَ بِسَلْعٍ، فَأُصِيبَتْ شَاةٌ، فَكَسَرَتْ حَجَرًا فَذَبَحَتْهَا، فَذَكَرُوا لِلنَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَأَمَرَهُمْ بِأَكْلِهَا.

Allah's Apostle said, "Anyone who takes an oath through which his family may be harmed, and insists on keeping it, he surely commits a sin greater (than that of dissolving his oath). He should rather compensate for that oath by making expiation."

Narrated Ibn `Umar:
Salim, the freed salve of Abu Hudhaifa used to lead in prayer the early Muhajirin (emigrants) and the companions of the Prophet in the Quba mosque. Among those (who used to pray behind him) were Abu Bakr, `Umar, Abu Salama, and Amir bin Rabi`a.

"For those who fast there is a gate in Paradise called Ar-Rayyan, through which no one but they will enter. When the last of them has entered it, it will be closed. Whoever enters through it will drink, and whoever drinks will never thirst again."

" فَهَلاَّ قَبْلَ الآنَ " .

" يَا مَعْشَرَ النِّسَاءِ أَمَا لَكُنَّ فِي الْفِضَّةِ مَا تَحَلَّيْنَ أَمَا إِنَّهُ لَيْسَ مِنِ امْرَأَةٍ تَحَلَّتْ ذَهَبًا تُظْهِرُهُ إِلاَّ عُذِّبَتْ بِهِ " .

Sunan an-Nasa'i 5138
It was narrated from Rib'i, from his wife, that the sister of Hudhaifah said:
"The Messenger of Allah [SAW] addressed us and said: 'O women, do you not have any silver to wear for adornment? For there is no woman among you who wears gold and shows it, but she will be punished because of it.'"
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْمُعْتَمِرُ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ مَنْصُورًا، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ رِبْعِيٍّ، عَنِ امْرَأَتِهِ، عَنْ أُخْتِ، حُذَيْفَةَ قَالَتْ خَطَبَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ
" يَا مَعْشَرَ النِّسَاءِ أَمَا لَكُنَّ فِي الْفِضَّةِ مَا تَحَلَّيْنَ أَمَا إِنَّهُ لَيْسَ مِنْكُنَّ امْرَأَةٌ تُحَلَّى ذَهَبًا تُظْهِرُهُ إِلاَّ عُذِّبَتْ بِهِ " .

Narrated Jabir:
"The Messenger of Allah (saws) prohibited eating the cat and from its price."
[Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Gharib. We do not know of any major (known) narrators who reports from 'Umar bin Zaid (one of the narrators) besides 'Abdur-Razzaq.

Abu Umamah [may Allah be pleased with him] said:
`Amr bin `Abasah reported to me that he heard the Prophet (saws) say: “The closest that the Lord is to a worshipper is during the last part of the night, so if you are able to be of those who remember Allah in that hour, then do so.”

" أَقْرَبُ مَا يَكُونُ الرَّبُّ مِنَ الْعَبْدِ فِي جَوْفِ اللَّيْلِ الآخِرِ فَإِنِ اسْتَطَعْتَ أَنْ تَكُونَ مِمَّنْ يَذْكُرُ اللَّهَ فِي تِلْكَ السَّاعَةِ فَكُنْ " . قَالَ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيبٌ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ .

Narrated Iyas bin Salamah:
from his father who said: "I guided Allah's Prophet (SAW) and Al-Hasan and Al-Husain, on his gray mule until I brought him to the apartment of the Prophet (SAW), this one was in front of him, and this one behind him."

Narrated Anas:
that the Prophet (SAW) said: "I entered Paradise and it was as if I was in a palace of gold. So I said: 'Whose palace is this?' They said: 'A youth's, from the Quraish.' So I thought that I was him. I said: 'And who is he?' They said: "'Umar bin Al-Khattab."
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
" دَخَلْتُ الْجَنَّةَ فَإِذَا أَنَا بِقَصْرٍ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ فَقُلْتُ لِمَنْ هَذَا الْقَصْرُ قَالُوا لِشَابٍّ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ فَظَنَنْتُ أَنِّي أَنَا هُوَ فَقُلْتُ وَمَنْ هُوَ فَقَالُوا عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ " . هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .

Narrated Musa bin Talhah:
"I entered upon Mu'awiyah and he said:' Shall I not give you some good news?' I said: 'Of course!' He said: 'I heard the Messenger of Allah (SAW) saying: 'Talhah is among those who fulfilled their vow.'"

" طَلْحَةُ مِمَّنْ قَضَى نَحْبَهُ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ لاَ نَعْرِفُهُ مِنْ حَدِيثَ مُعَاوِيَةَ إِلاَّ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ وَإِنَّمَا رُوِيَ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ .

Riyad as-Salihin 18
'Abdullah bin 'Umar bin Al-Khattab (May Allah be pleased with them) reported that:
The Prophet (PBUH) said, "Allah accepts a slave's repentance as long as the latter is not on his death bed (that is, before the soul of the dying person reaches the throat)".

It was narrated from Yahya bin Sa'eed who heard Sa'eed bin Al-Musayyab say:
"Thaqif welcomed 'Umar with a drink. He called for it, but when he brought it close to his mouth, he did not like it. He called for water to weaken it, and said: 'Do like this.'"

"I heard 'Amr bin Dinar, narrating from Tawus, from Hujr Al-Madari, from Zaid bin Thabit, that the Messenger of Allah said: "'Umra (a gift given for life) belongs to the heir." And Allah knows best."

"Rafi' bin Khadij said: 'The Messenger of Allah forbade us to do something that was beneficial for us, (but we respect and obey the command of the Messenger of Allah). He forbade us to lease land in return for some of its produce."

It was narrated from 'Abdullah bin Rubayyi'ah that he was with the Messenger of Allah (S.A.W) on a journey and he heard the voice of a man calling the Adhan, and he said what he said. Then he said:
"This is a shepherd or a man who is away from his family." So they looked and so it was a shepherd.
أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ رُبَيِّعَةَ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي سَفَرٍ فَسَمِعَ صَوْتَ رَجُلٍ يُؤَذِّنُ فَقَالَ مِثْلَ قَوْلِهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ إِنَّ هَذَا لَرَاعِي غَنَمٍ أَوْ عَازِبٌ عَنْ أَهْلِهِ . فَنَظَرُوا فَإِذَا هُوَ رَاعِي غَنَمٍ .

Abu Sa‘id al-Khudri said:
“Allah’s Messenger (Allah bless him and give him peace) used to say, when he had finished his meal: ‘Praise be to Allah, who has fed us and quenched our thirst, and has made us Muslims'!”
حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلانَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي هَاشِمٍ، عَنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ رِيَاحٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ رِيَاحِ بْنِ عَبِيدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، قَالَ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِذَا فَرَغَ مِنْ طَعَامِهِ، قَالَ: الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَطْعَمَنَا وَسَقَانَا وَجَعَلَنَا مُسْلِمِينَ.

Sahih Muslim 1200 a
Hafsa, the wife of Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him), reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) having said this:
There are five beasts, all of them are vicious and harmful and there is no sin for one who kills them (and these are): scorpion, crow, kite, rat and voracious dog.

" خَمْسٌ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ كُلُّهَا فَاسِقٌ لاَ حَرَجَ عَلَى مَنْ قَتَلَهُنَّ الْعَقْرَبُ وَالْغُرَابُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ وَالْفَارَةُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ " .

Five (are the animals) which, it one kills them In the state of Ihram, entail no sin for one (who does it): scorpion, rat, voracious dog, crow and kite.

Jabir b. 'Abdullah reported that Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) saw a woman; and the rest of the hadith was narrated but (with this exception) that he said he came to his wife Zainab, who was tanning a (piece of) leather, and he made no mention of:
" She retires in the shape of satan."

Whichever tree is bought with its roots, and if it is fecundatedits fruit would belong to one who has grafted it except when the provision is laid down by the buyer.

" أَيُّمَا نَخْلٍ اشْتُرِيَ أُصُولُهَا وَقَدْ أُبِّرَتْ فَإِنَّ ثَمَرَهَا لِلَّذِي أَبَّرَهَا إِلاَّ أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الَّذِي اشْتَرَاهَا" .
