Ibrahim ibn Ata, the client of Imran ibn Husayn, reported on the authority of his father:

Ziyad, or some other governor, sent Imran ibn Husayn to collect sadaqah (i.e. zakat). When he returned, he asked Imran: Where is the property? He replied: Did you send me to bring the property? We collected it from where we used to collect in the lifetime of the Messenger of Allah (saws), and we spent it where we used to spend during the time of the Messenger of Allah (saws).

Narrated Hisham ibn Amir:

The Ansar came to the Messenger of Allah (saws) on the day of Uhud and said: We have been afflicted with wound and fatigue. What do you command us?

He said: Dig graves, make them wide, bury two or three in a single grave.

He was asked: Which of them should be put first?

He replied: The one who knew the Qur'an most.

He (Hisham) said: My father Amir died on the day and was buried with two or one.

Ubayy b. Ka'b said that when God’s Messenger gave the salutation in the witr he said, “Glory be to the King most holy.” Abu Dawud and Nasa’i transmitted it, Nasa’i adding that he said it three times, prolonging the words. In a version by Nasa’i from ‘Abd ar-Rahman b. Abza from his father, he said that he used to say three times when he uttered that salutation, “Glory be to the King most holy”, raising his voice when saying it the third time.

"A man came to the Prophet of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and asked, 'What do you command me to do?' He replied, 'Be dutiful towards your mother.' Dawud said, "Be like a merciful father towards the orphan. Know that you will reap as you sow. How ugly poverty is after wealth! More than that:
how ugly is misguidance after guidance! When you make a promise to your friend, fulfil your promise. If you do not, it will bring about enmity between you and him. Seek refuge in Allah from a companion who, when you mention something to him, does not help you and who does not remind you when you forget."

Abu Huraira reported that a person came to the Apostle of Allah (may peace be upon him) and said:

Messenger of Allah, which charity is the greatest in reward? (The Holy Prophet said): By your father, beware, you should give charity (in a state when you are) healthy and close-fisted, haunted by the fear of poverty, and still hoping to live (as rich). And you must not defer charity (to the time) when you are about to die, and would then say:" This is for so and so, and this for so and so." It has already become the possession of so and so.

It was narrated from Ya'la bin Murrah that his father said:
"I was with the Prophet on a journey, and he wanted to relieve himself. He said to me: 'Go to those two small date-palm trees and tell them: "The Messenger of Allah orders you to come together.'" So they came together and he concealed himself behind them, and relieved himself. Then he said to me: 'Go to them and tell them: "Go back, each one of you, to your places.'" So I said that to them and they went back."

It was narrated from Hisham binIshaq bin Abdullah bin Kinanah that:
His father said: "I asked Ibn 'Abbas how the Messenger of Allah (SAW) prayed for rain. He said: 'The Messenger of Allah (SAW) went out (dressed) in a state of humility, beseeching and humble. He sat on the minbar but he did not deliver a Khutbah like this Khutbah of yours, rather he kept supplicating, beseeching and saying the takbir, and he prayed two rak'ahs as he used to do during the two 'Eids.'"

they were on a march, somr of them in Ihram and some not in Ihram. He said: "I saw an onager so I mounted my horse and picked up a spear. I asked them to help me but they refused to help me. They said, 'No.' He said: Then eat.'"

“May my father and my mother be ransomed for you, O Messenger of Allah (saws)! Which speech is most beloved to Allah [the Mighty and Sublime]?” So he said: “That which Allah selected for His angels (to say): ‘Glory to my Lord, and with His praise. Glory to my Lord, and with His praise (Subḥāna rabbī wa biḥamdihi, subḥāna rabbī wa biḥamdihi).’”

Zaid b. Aslam reported on the authority of his father that 'Umar (Allah be pleased with him) donated a horse in the path of Allah. He came to Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) and made a mention of that to him, whereupon he said:

Don't buy that even if you get it for a dirham for he who gets back the charity is like a dog which swallows its vomit.

From his father, from his grandfather, that the Messenger of Allah (saws) said during his Khutbah: "Fulfill the allegiances sworn in Jahiliyyah for it" - meaning Islam - "does not add to them except in gravity. And do not initiate new allegiances in Islam."
