Mishkat al-Masabih 4191
‘A’isha reported God’s messenger as saying, "The 'ajwa dates of al-‘Aliya* contain healing, and they are an antidote first thing in the morning."
*A name applied to some villages a few miles east of Medina.

Mishkat al-Masabih 4290
Ibn ‘Umar said God’s messenger forbade the use of pumpkins, [i.e. he forbade their use as containers.] green jars, vessels smeared with pitch and hollow stumps, giving command that dates should be steeped in skins.

Mishkat al-Masabih 4531
Ibn ‘Abbas reported the Prophet as saying:
“The evil eye is genuine If anything could get ahead of the decree the evil eye would do so. And when you are asked to bathe do so.”*

Mishkat al-Masabih 5474
Muslim added, "The dajjal will have an eye obliterated over which there will be a coarse film, and `Infidel'[*] will be written on his forehead. Every Muslim who can write and those who cannot will read it." He reported God's messenger as saying, "The dajjal is blind in the left eye and has a great quantity, of hair. He will have his paradise and his hell, but his hell will be paradise and his paradise hell."
*kafir The word is written in full in the text. In the tradition of Anas above the alif indicating the long vowel is not written.

'Auf bin Malik (RAA) narrated, “The Messenger of Allah (P.B.U.H.) judged that the belongings taken from the (non-Muslim enemy) killed soldier in a war, are to be given to the one who killed him.' Related by Abu Dawud. Muslim reported it as part of a long hadith.

He reported God’s Messenger as saying, “Do not go out to meet what is being brought [to market for sale]. If anyone does so and buys some of it, when its owner comes to the market he has the choice [of cancelling the deal].*
* He may find he could have a higher price in the market, and so he has the right to cancel the deal.

Mishkat al-Masabih 943
‘Amir b. Sa'd quoted his father as saying that he used to see God’s Messenger giving the salutation* to his right and his left, so that he could see the whiteness of his cheek.
*1. I.e. pronouncing the taslim.

Abush Sha'tha’ said that a man went out of the mosque after the adhan had been called in it, and Abu Huraira said, “This man has disobeyed Abul Qasim.”

وَعَنْ أَبِي الشَّعْثَاءِ قَالَ: خَرَجَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ بَعْدَمَا أُذِّنَ فِيهِ فَقَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ: أَمَّا هَذَا فَقَدَ عَصَى أَبَا الْقَاسِمِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسلم. رَوَاهُ مُسلم

Mishkat al-Masabih 4424
Jabir told that when Abu Quhafa (Abu Bakr’s father) was brought on the day of the Conquest of Mecca with his head and beard white like hyssop, the Prophet said, “Change this with something, but avoid black.”

وَعَن جَابر قَالَ: أُتِيَ بِأَبِي قُحَافَةَ يَوْمَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ وَرَأْسُهُ وَلِحْيَتُهُ كَالثُّغَامَةِ بَيَاضًا فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «غَيِّرُوا هَذَا بِشَيْءٍ وَاجْتَنِبُوا السَّواد» . رَوَاهُ مُسلم

Mishkat al-Masabih 4581
‘Amr b. ash-Sharid told on his father’s authority that there was a man with tubercular leprosy in the deputation of Thaqif and the Prophet sent to him a message:
"We have taken your oath of allegiance, so go home."

وَعَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الشَّرِيدِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: كَانَ فِي وَفْدِ ثَقِيفٍ رَجُلٌ مَجْذُومٌ فَأَرْسَلَ إِلَيْهِ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنَّا قد بايعناك فَارْجِع» . رَوَاهُ مُسلم

Mishkat al-Masabih 4037
Ibn ‘Abbas reported God’s Messenger as saying “Two qiblas in one land are not right, and no jizya is to be levied on a Muslim.”
Ahmad, Tirmidhi and Abu Dawud transmitted it.
عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا تَصْلُحُ قِبْلَتَانِ فِي أَرْضٍ وَاحِدَةٍ وَلَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِ جِزْيَةٌ» . رَوَاهُ أَحْمد وَالتِّرْمِذِيّ وَأَبُو دَاوُد

Narrated Abu Huraira (rad):
Allah’s Messenger (saw) said, “When one of you wakes up from his sleep, he must not put his hand in a utensil till he washed it three times, for he does not know where his hand was (while he slept)”.
[Agreed upon. This is Muslim’s version].
وَعَنْهُ: { إِذَا اِسْتَيْقَظَ أَحَدُكُمْ مِنْ نَوْمِهِ فَلَا يَغْمِسُ يَدَهُ فِي اَلْإِنَاءِ حَتَّى يَغْسِلَهَا ثَلَاثًا فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَدْرِي أَيْنَ بَاتَتْ يَدَهُ } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ. وَهَذَا لَفْظُ مُسْلِم ٍ 1 .

A’ishah (RAA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (P.B.U.H.) said, “Breaking a deceased body’s bones is exactly like breaking them when he is alive.” Related by Abu Dawud in accordance with the conditions of Muslim.
وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهَا; أَنَّ رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -قَالَ: { كَسْرُ عَظْمِ الْمَيِّتِ كَكَسْرِهِ حَيًّا } رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ بِإِسْنَادٍ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِم ٍ 1 .

Bulugh al-Maram 763
Jabir bin 'Abdullah (RAA) narrated, ‘The Messenger of Allah (P.B.U.H.) threw Jamrat—ul 'Aqabah on the Day of Sacrifice (the 9th of Dhul Hijjah) in the forenoon. On the following days he threw them when the sun had passed its meridian.’ Related by Muslim.
وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ: { رَمَى رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -اَلْجَمْرَةَ يَوْمَ اَلنَّحْرِ ضُحًى, وَأَمَّا بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَإِذَا زَادَتْ اَلشَّمْسُ } رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ 1 .

Abd Hurairah (RAA) narrated, “He who rebels against obedience to the ruler, abandons the Muslim community and then dies, his death will be as if he died at the time of Jahiliyah.” Related by Muslim.

وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ : { اِتَّقُوا اَلظُّلْمَ, فَإِنَّ اَلظُّلْمَ ظُلُمَاتٌ يَوْمَ اَلْقِيَامَةِ, وَاتَّقُوا اَلشُّحَّ , فَإِنَّهُ أَهْلَكَ مَنْ كَانَ قَبْلَكُمْ } أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ. 1 .

Abu ad-Darda’ (RAA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (P.B.U.H.) said, “Men accustomed to cursing will not be intercessors or witnesses on the Day of Resurrection.” Related by Muslim.
وَعَنْ أَبِي اَلدَّرْدَاءِ - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ إِنَّ اَللَّعَّانِينَ لَا يَكُونُونَ شُفَعَاءَ, وَلَا شُهَدَاءَ يَوْمَ اَلْقِيَامَةِ } أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ. 1 .
