Mishkat al-Masabih 4496
Abu Huraira told of hearing God’s messenger state that God most high says, “Who is more in the wrong than he who sets about creating things like what I have created ? Well, let such people create an atom, let them create a grain, or a grain of barley.”
(Bukhari and Muslim).

Ash-Shifa’ daughter of ‘Abdallah told that when she was with Hafsa God’s messenger entered and said:

Mishkat al-Masabih 4620
Umm al-‘Ala’ al-Ansariya said that while she was asleep she saw a spring belonging to 'Uthman b. Maz'un flowing, and when she told God’s messenger he replied:
“That represents his good deeds* which are kept increasing for him.”
Bukhari transmitted it.
* ‘Uthman had died after the battle of Badr, but this vision is taken as showing that his good deeds were still increasing. This is said to mean their reward. Cf. Mirqat, iv, 545.

Mishkat al-Masabih 4038
Anas told that God’s Messenger sent Khalid b. al-Walid to Ukaidir of Duma,* and when they seized him and brought him he spared his life and made peace with him on condition that he should pay jizya.
*Duma was a fortress-near Tabuk. Ukaidir was a Christian. The incident took place in the year 9 A.H during the expedition to Tabuk.

Abu Huraira reported God's messenger as saying, `Are you not astonished at the manner in which God turns away from me the reviling and cursing of Quraish? They revile one who is blameworthy (mudhammam) and curse one who is blameworthy, whereas I am Muhammad (praiseworthy)."

Allah’s Messenger (saw) delivered a Khutba (religious talk) to us at Mina while mounted on his camel and its saliva was pouring on my shoulders [Reported by Ahmad and At-Trimidhi and the latter graded it Sahih (sound)].
وَعَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ خَارِجَةَ - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ: { خَطَبَنَا رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -بِمِنًى, وَهُوَ عَلَى رَاحِلَتِهِ, وَلُعَابُهَا يَسِيلُ عَلَى كَتِفَيَّ. } أَخْرَجَهُ أَحْمَدُ, وَاَلتِّرْمِذِيُّ وَصَحَّحَه ُ 1 .

وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ: { كُفِّنَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -فِي ثَلَاثَةِ أَثْوَابٍ بِيضٍ سَحُولِيَّةٍ مِنْ كُرْسُفٍ, لَيْسَ فِيهَا قَمِيصٌ وَلَا عِمَامَةٌ. } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ 1 .

A’ishah (RAA) narrated, ‘Saudah(the wife of the Prophet (P.B.U.H.) asked his permission, on the night of al-Muzdalifah, to leave earlier (to Mina as she was a heavy and slow woman.’ The Prophet (P.B.U.H.) gave her permission.’ Agreed upon.
وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ: { اِسْتَأْذَنَتْ سَوْدَةُ رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -لَيْلَةَ اَلْمُزْدَلِفَةِ: أَنْ تَدْفَعَ قَبْلَهُ, وَكَانَتْ ثَبِطَةً -تَعْنِي: ثَقِيلَةً- فَأَذِنَ لَهَا } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِمَا 1 .

Ibn 'Abbas (RAA) narrated, ‘The Messenger of Allah said to us, "Do not throw the pebbles at Jamrah al-‘Aqabah until sunrise.” Related by the five Imams except An-Nasa’i, but with a disconnected chain of narrators.
وَعَنْ اِبْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: قَالَ لَنَا رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ لَا تَرْمُوا اَلْجَمْرَةَ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ اَلشَّمْسُ } رَوَاهُ اَلْخَمْسَةُ إِلَّا النَّسَائِيَّ, وَفِيهِ اِنْقِطَاعٌ 1 .

Ibn ‘Abbas (RAA) narrated, ‘When the Prophet (P.B.U.H.) was prevented from performing ‘Umrah (by Quraish) he shaved his head, had intercourse with his wives and slaughtered his animal. The next year he performed ‘Umrah to make up for the year that he had missed.’ Related by Al-Bukhari.
عَنِ اِبْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: { قَدْ أُحْصِرَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -فَحَلَقَ 1 وَجَامَعَ نِسَاءَهُ, وَنَحَرَ هَدْيَهُ, حَتَّى اِعْتَمَرَ عَامًا قَابِلًا } رَوَاهُ اَلْبُخَارِيُّ 2 .

Malik related to me that he had heard that Abdullah ibn Masud used to relate that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "When two parties dispute about a business transaction, the seller's word is taken, or they make an agreement among themselves.
Malik spoke about someone who sold goods to a man, and said at the contracting of the sale, 'I will sell to you provided I consult so-and-so. If he is satisfied, the sale is permitted. If he dislikes it, there is no sale between us.' They made the transaction on that basis. Then the buyer regretted before the seller consulted the person.
Malik said, "That sale is binding on them according to what they described. The buyer has no right of withdrawal, and it is binding on him, if the person whom the seller stipulated to him, permits it."
Malik said, "The way of doing things among us about a man who buys goods from another and they differ about the price, and the seller says, 'I sold them to you for ten dinars,' and the buyer says, 'I bought them from you for five dinars,' is that it is said to the seller, 'If you like, give them to the buyer for what he said. If you like, swear by Allah that you only sold your goods for what you said.' If he swears it is said to the buyer, 'Either you take the goods for what the seller said, or you swear by Allah that you bought them only for what you said.' If he swears, he is free to return the goods. That is when each of them testifies against the other."

The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "The five (daily) Salat (prayers) and the Friday (prayer) to the Friday (prayer) expiate whatever (minor sins) may be committed in between, so long as major sins are avoided."

The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) would not come (back) to his family by night. He used to come in the morning or in the evening (before dark).

The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "When any of you is invited to a meal, he should accept the invitation. If he is observing Saum (fasting), he should supplicate for the betterment of the host and if he is not fasting, he should eat."

Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi from Abdullah ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "You should not intend to pray either at sunrise or sunset."
وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
" لاَ يَتَحَرَّ أَحَدُكُمْ فَيُصَلِّيَ عِنْدَ طُلُوعِ الشَّمْسِ وَلاَ عِنْدَ غُرُوبِهَا " .

Anas (May Allah be pleased with him) said:
I heard the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) saying, "Allah, the Glorious and Exalted said: 'When I afflict my slave in his two dear things (i.e., his eyes), and he endures patiently, I shall compensate him for them with Jannah.".
