Nafi' ibn 'Abdu'l-Harith reported that the Prophet, may Allah bless
him and grant him peace, said, "Part of the happiness of the Muslim man includes
a spacious dwelling, righteous neighbour and a good mount"

said again, "It is a sacrificial camel." "Ride it," he repeated. The man
said, "It is a sacrificial camel." The Prophet said, "Ride it, and bother
you!"

Jabir bin 'Abdullah (RAA) narrated, A Bedouin came to the Prophet (P.B.U.H.) and said, ‘O Messenger of Allah! Tell me about 'Umrah! Is it compulsory? He replied (P.B.U.H.), “No (it is not compulsory), but it is better for you to perform it.” Related by Ahmad and at-Tirmidhi. Scholars are of the opinion that it is Mawquf.
وَعَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: { أَتَى اَلنَّبِيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -أَعْرَابِيٌّ. فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ! أَخْبِرْنِي عَنْ اَلْعُمْرَةِ, أَوَاجِبَةٌ هِيَ? فَقَالَ:

Narrated Ibn 'Abbas (RA):
When the Prophet (SAW) came to al-Madinah, they were paying one and two years in advance for fruits. So he (SAW) said, "Those who paid in advance for fruits must do so for a specified measurement and weight, and for a specified time."

In his Khutbah (religious talk - sermon) on the Day of Sacrifice at Mina, the Prophet (SAW) said, "Your blood and your property and your honor are forbidden for you to violate, like the sacredness of this day of yours, in this month of yours, in this city of yours."

Narrated [Abu Hurairah (RA)]:
A blind man came to the Prophet (SAW) and said, "O Messenger of Allah, I have no guide to take me to the mosque." He [the Prophet (SAW)] therefore permitted him (to pray at his house), then when the man turned away the Prophet (SAW) called him and asked, "Can you hear the Adhan (call) for prayer?" He answered, "Yes". He [the Prophet (SAW)] said, "Then respond to it."

Narrated Tariq bin Shihab (RA):
Allah's Messenger (SAW) said, "The Friday prayer in congregation is an obligatory duty upon every Muslim, with the exception of four: a slave, a woman, a child and a sick person."

Narrated Ibn 'Abbas (RA):
Allah's Messenger (SAW) went out (of al-Madinah, to pray for rain) humbling (himself), wearing rough clothes, submissive, walking slowly, supplicating (Allah). Then, he offered two Rak'at in the same way he prayed 'Eid, but did not deliver your kind of Khutbah (religious talk, sermon).

An-Nu’mān bin Basheer reported that the Prophet ﷺ said:
“Allah inscribed a book two thousand years before He created the heavens and the earth, from which the last two verses of Sūrat al-Baqarah were revealed. If they are recited for three nights in a home, no devil will come near it.”

قَالَ : فَدَخَلْتُ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ يُصَلِّي جَالِسًا، فَقُلْتُ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، إِنَّهُ بَلَغَنِي أَنَّكَ قُلْتَ : " صَلَاةُ الرَّجُلِ جَالِسًا نِصْفُ الصَّلَاةِ "، وَأَنْتَ تُصَلِّي جَالِسًا؟ قَالَ : " أَجَلْ، وَلَكِنِّيلَسْتُ كَأَحَدٍ مِنْكُمْ "

Abu Sa'id al-Khudri said that God's messenger was asked about the purity of the cisterns between Mecca and Medina to which beasts of prey, dogs and asses go down, and replied, “They have what they carry in their bellies, and we have what is left as pure water.”

Ibn ‘Umar told that when the dead was placed in the grave the Prophet said, “In the name of God, by God’s grace, and following the religion of God’s messenger.” A version has “And following the sunna of God’s messenger.”
Ahmad, Tirmidhi and Ibn Majah transmitted it, and Abu Dawud transmitted the second version.

It is related in munqati’ form on the authority of Ibn ‘Abbas that the Prophet said, “No legacy is to be left to an heir unless the other heirs are agreeable.” This is the wording in al-Masabih, but in Daraqutni’s version he said, “A legacy to an heir is not allowable unless the other heirs are agreeable.”

Umm al-Fadl stated that God’s Prophet said, “Being suckled once or twice does not make marriage unlawful.” In ‘A’isha’s version he said, “One or two sucks do not make marriage unlawful.” In another by Umm al-Fadl he said, “One suckling or two does not make marriage unlawful.”
These are versions by Muslim.
وَعَنْ أُمِّ الْفَضْلِ قَالَتْ: أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَا تُحَرِّمُ الرضعة أَو الرضعتان»

Abu Sa'id reported the Prophet as saying, “Every perfidious one will have a standard at his anus on the day of resurrection.” A version has, “On the day of resurrection every perfidious one will have a standard which will be raised for him according to the amount of his perfidy, and no one is more perfidious than the ruler of a community.”
Muslim transmitted it.

The Apostle of Allah (way peace be upon him) had a garment which had designs upon it and this distracted him in prayer. He gave it to Abu Jahm and took a plain garment in its place which is known anbijaniya.

Witr is a rak'ah at the end of the night prayer.

" الْوِتْرُ رَكْعَةٌ مِنْ آخِرِ اللَّيْلِ " .

Sahih Muslim 823 b
Ishaq is reported to have said on the authority of Aswad who quoted on the authority of 'Abdullah b. Mas'ud that the Apostle of Allah (may peace be upon him) used to recite these words as (fahal min muddakir).

Jabir b. 'Abdullah said that the Apostle of Allah (may peace be upon him) delivered the sermon and said:
When any one of you comes for the Friday (prayer) and the Imam comes out (from his apartment), (even then) should observe two rak'ahs (of prayer).

It was narrated that ‘Ali (رضي الله عنه) said:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: “I will not give to you and leave Ahlus-Suffah suffering from hunger.` On one occasion he said: `I shall not give you a servant and leave Ahlus-Suffah suffering from hunger.”
حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا أُعْطِيكُمْ وَأَدَعُ أَهْلَ الصُّفَّةِ تَلَوَّى بُطُونُهُمْ مِنْ الْجُوعِ وَقَالَ مَرَّةً لَا أُخْدِمُكُمَا وَأَدَعُ أَهْلَ الصُّفَّةِ تَطْوَى.

“The angels do not enter a house in which there is a junub person or an image or a dog.`

It was narrated from `Ali (رضي الله عنه), from the Prophet (ﷺ), that he said:
“Whoever lies about his dreams deliberately will be ordered to tie a grain of barley on the Day of Resurrection.`
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى الثَّعْلَبِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيِّ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ مَنْ كَذَبَ فِي الرُّؤْيَا مُتَعَمِّدًا كُلِّفَ عَقْدَ شَعِيرَةٍ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ.

It was narrated that ‘Ali (رضي الله عنه) said:
I was a man who emitted a great deal of madhi, and if I emitted madhi I would do ghusl, I told al-Miqdad to ask the Prophet (ﷺ) about it. He smiled and said: `Wudoo’ is due for that.”
حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ هَانِئِ بْنِ هَانِئٍ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ كُنْتُ رَجُلًا مَذَّاءً فَإِذَا أَمْذَيْتُ اغْتَسَلْتُ فَأَمَرْتُ الْمِقْدَادَ فَسَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَضَحِكَ وَقَالَ فِيهِ الْوُضُوءُ.

Malik related to me that Yahya ibn Said said, ''Abd ar-Rahman ibn Abi Bakr died in his sleep, and A'isha, the wife of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, set free many slaves for him." Malik said, "This is what I like best of what I have heard on the subject."
وَحَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ تُوُفِّيَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ فِي نَوْمٍ نَامَهُ فَأَعْتَقَتْ عَنْهُ عَائِشَةُ زَوْجُ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم رِقَابًا كَثِيرَةً . قَالَ مَالِكٌ وَهَذَا أَحَبُّ مَا سَمِعْتُ إِلَىَّ فِي ذَلِكَ .

Yahya related to me from Malik from Salama ibn Safwan ibn Salama az-Zuraqi that Zayd ibn Talha ibn Rukana, who attributed it to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, 'Every deen has an innate character. The character of Islam is modesty.' "
وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ الزُّرَقِيِّ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ رُكَانَةَ، يَرْفَعُهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
" لِكُلِّ دِينٍ خُلُقٌ وَخُلُقُ الإِسْلاَمِ الْحَيَاءُ " .

Al-Bara bin Azib narrated:

Narrated Sa`d bin Abi Waqqas:
The Prophet prevented `Uthman bin Mazun from that (not marrying), and had he allowed him, we would have got ourselves castrated.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيَّبِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ سَعْدَ بْنَ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ، يَقُولُ لَقَدْ رَدَّ ذَلِكَ ـ يَعْنِي النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ عَلَى عُثْمَانَ، وَلَوْ أَجَازَ لَهُ التَّبَتُّلَ لاَخْتَصَيْنَا.
