Sunan Abi Dawud 1235
Narrated Jabir ibn Abdullah:
The Messenger of Allah (saws) stayed at Tabuk twenty days; he shortened the prayer (during his stay).
Abu Dawud said: No one narrates this tradition with continuous chain except Ma'mar.
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ ثَوْبَانَ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ أَقَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِتَبُوكَ عِشْرِينَ يَوْمًا يَقْصُرُ الصَّلاَةَ . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ غَيْرُ مَعْمَرٍ لاَ يُسْنِدُهُ .

Narrated Abu al-Darda:
The Prophet (saws) said: Allah has sent down both the disease and the cure, and He has appointed a cure for every disease, so treat yourselves medically, but use nothing unlawful.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبَادَةَ الْوَاسِطِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ ثَعْلَبَةَ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي عِمْرَانَ الأَنْصَارِيِّ، عَنْ أُمِّ الدَّرْدَاءِ، عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
" إِنَّ اللَّهَ أَنْزَلَ الدَّاءَ وَالدَّوَاءَ وَجَعَلَ لِكُلِّ دَاءٍ دَوَاءً فَتَدَاوَوْا وَلاَ تَدَاوَوْا بِحَرَامٍ " .

Sunan Abi Dawud 1558
Abu Sa’id Al Khudri reported:
That the Apostle of Allaah(saws) as saying No sadaqah(zakat) is payable on less than five camels, on less than five ounces of silver and on less than five camel loads(wasq).
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ، قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مَالِكِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ يَحْيَى الْمَازِنِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيَّ، يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
" لَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسِ ذَوْدٍ صَدَقَةٌ وَلَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسِ أَوَاقٍ صَدَقَةٌ وَلَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسَةِ أَوْسُقٍ صَدَقَةٌ " .

Sunan Abi Dawud 1617
The aforesaid tradition has also been transmitted by Abu Sa’id through a different chain of narrators.
This version adds :
“Half a sa’ of wheat “. But this is a misunderstanding on the part of muawayah b. Hisham and of those who narrated from him.
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، لَيْسَ فِيهِ ذِكْرُ الْحِنْطَةِ . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَقَدْ ذَكَرَ مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ عِيَاضٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ،
" نِصْفَ صَاعٍ مِنْ بُرٍّ " . وَهُوَ وَهَمٌ مِنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ هِشَامٍ أَوْ مِمَّنْ رَوَاهُ عَنْهُ .

Abu Umamah said:
When the food cloth was removed, the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: “praise be to Allah abundantly and sincerely, of such a nature as is productive of blessing, is not insufficient, Abandoned, or ignored, O our lord.”
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ ثَوْرٍ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ مَعْدَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ، قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِذَا رُفِعَتِ الْمَائِدَةُ قَالَ
" الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ كَثِيرًا طَيِّبًا مُبَارَكًا فِيهِ غَيْرَ مَكْفِيٍّ وَلاَ مُوَدَّعٍ وَلاَ مُسْتَغْنًى عَنْهُ رَبُّنَا " .

Abu Dawud said:
The narrator sa'id retained te tradition more carefully than Hammad.

Sunan Abi Dawud 3379

Sunan Abi Dawud 2663
Abu Usaid reported the Apostle of Allaah(saws) as saying to us at the battle of Badr when he drew up in rows. When they came near you, shoot arrows at them, but do not use all your arrows.
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سِنَانٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ الْغَسِيلِ، عَنْ حَمْزَةَ بْنِ أَبِي أُسَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم حِينَ اصْطَفَفْنَا يَوْمَ بَدْرٍ
" إِذَا أَكْثَبُوكُمْ - يَعْنِي إِذَا غَشُوكُمْ - فَارْمُوهُمْ بِالنَّبْلِ وَاسْتَبْقُوا نَبْلَكُمْ " .

It was narrated that Ali bin Abu Talib said :
"When I narrate a Hadith from the Messenger of Allah (SAW), to you, then think of him as being the best, the most rightly guided and the one with the utmost Taqwa (piety, righteousness)"

Sunan Ibn Majah 135
It was narrated from Hudhaifah that:
The Messenger of Allah said to the people of Najran: "I will send you a trustworthy man with you, who is indeed trustworthy." The people craned their necks to see, and he sent Abu 'Ubaidah bin Jarrah.
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، جَمِيعًا عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ صِلَةَ بْنِ زُفَرَ، عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ لأَهْلِ نَجْرَانَ
" سَأَبْعَثُ مَعَكُمْ رَجُلاً أَمِينًا حَقَّ أَمِينٍ " . قَالَ فَتَشَوَّفَ لَهَا النَّاسُ فَبَعَثَ أَبَا عُبَيْدَةَ بْنَ الْجَرَّاحِ .

It was narrated from Abu Darda' that:
The Prophet said concerning the Verse: "Every day He is (engaged) in some affair." "His affairs include forgiving sins, relieving distress, raising some people and bringing others low."
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْوَزِيرُ بْنُ صَبِيحٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَلْبَسٍ، عَنْ أُمِّ الدَّرْدَاءِ، عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى {كُلَّ يَوْمٍ هُوَ فِي شَأْنٍ} . قَالَ " مِنْ شَأْنِهِ أَنْ يَغْفِرَ ذَنْبًا وَيُفَرِّجَ كَرْبًا وَيَرْفَعَ قَوْمًا وَيَخْفِضَ آخَرِينَ " .

It was narrated that Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri said:
"The Messenger of Allah said: 'Whoever conceals knowledge which Allah has made beneficial for mankind's affairs of religion, Allah will bridle him with reins of fire on the Day of Resurrection."

" مَنْ كَتَمَ عِلْمًا مِمَّا يَنْفَعُ اللَّهُ بِهِ فِي أَمْرِ النَّاسِ فِي الدِّينِ أَلْجَمَهُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ بِلِجَامٍ مِنَ النَّارِ " .

It was narrated from 'Abdur-Rahman bin Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri from his father that:
The Messenger of Allah said: "No woman should look at the nakedness of another woman, and no man should look at the nakedness of another man."

" لاَ تَنْظُرِ الْمَرْأَةُ إِلَى عَوْرَةِ الْمَرْأَةِ وَلاَ يَنْظُرِ الرَّجُلُ إِلَى عَوْرَةِ الرَّجُلِ " .

It was narrated from Sad bin Abu Waqas that the Prophet(SAW) said:
"If a man were to fill his stomach completely with pus until it destroyed him, that would be better for him than filling (his mind) with poetry."

" لأَنْ يَمْتَلِئَ جَوْفُ أَحَدِكُمْ قَيْحًا حَتَّى يَرِيَهُ خَيْرٌ لَهُ مِنْ أَنْ يَمْتَلِئَ شِعْرًا " .

Sunan Ibn Majah 2225
It was narrated that Abu Hamra' said:
"I saw the Messenger of Allah (SAW) pass by a man having food in a vessel. He put his hand in it and said: 'Perhaps you are cheating. Whoever cheats us is not one of us."'

" لَعَلَّكَ غَشَشْتَهُ مَنْ غَشَّنَا فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا " .

It was narrated from Dawud bin Salih Al Madani that his father said:
I heard Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri say: "The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: 'Transactions may only be done by mutual consent."'

It was narrated from Mu`awiyah bin Abu Sufyan that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said:
“If they drink (again), then whip them. If they drink (again), then whip them. If they drink (again), then whip them. If they drink (again), then kill them.”

" إِذَا شَرِبُوا الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ ثُمَّ إِذَا شَرِبُوا فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ ثُمَّ إِذَا شَرِبُوا فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ ثُمَّ إِذَا شَرِبُوا فَاقْتُلُوهُمْ " .

Sunan Ibn Majah 1659
It was
narrated that from ‘Abdur-Rahman bin Abu Bakrah, from his
father,
that the Prophet (saw) said:
“Two months of ‘Eid whose reward
cannot be reduced (even if they are twenty-nine days): ‘Ramadan
and
Dhul-Hijjah.”

" شَهْرَا عِيدٍ لاَ يَنْقُصَانِ رَمَضَانُ وَذُو الْحِجَّةِ " .

Sunan Ibn Majah 3146
It was
narrated that Abu Sa’eed Al-Khudri said:
“We bought a ram for
sacrifice, then a wolf tore some flesh from its rump and ears. We
asked the Prophet (saw) and he told us to offer it as a sacrifice.”

to seek refuge from the evil eye of the jinn and of mankind. When

Mu’awwidhatain* were revealed, he started to recite them and
stopped reciting anything else.”

“Do not prepare a mount (travel)
to
visit any mosque except three: the Sacred Mosque, Aqsa Mosque, and
this mosque of mine.”

first shock, I will not approve of any reward for you less than
Paradise.’”

It was narrated from Abu Moosa that `Umar said:
It was the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), i.e., tamattu` (in Hajj), but I am afraid that they will have intimate relations with them (their wives) beneath the Arak trees, then they will bring them for Hajj.

Sakhbara al-Azdi reported God’s messenger as saying, “If anyone
seeks knowledge, it will be an atonement for past sins.” Tirmidhi and
Darimi transmitted it, Tirmidhi saying that this is a tradition whose
isnad is weak, and that Abu Dawud the transmitter is declared to be
weak.

عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ اَلْأَ نْصَارِيِّ - رضى الله عنه - أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -يَقُولُ: {
" لَا يُجْلَدُ فَوْقَ عَشَرَةِ أَسْوَاطٍ, إِلَّا فِي حَدِّ مِنْ حُدُودِ اَللَّهِ" } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ 1 .

Abu Tha'labah (RAA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "When you shoot your arrow and the game has gone our of sight, eat it when you come upon it, provided it has not become rotten."

Ibn 'Abbas (RAA) narrated, "The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) slaughtered a ram for both al-Hasan and al-Husain (at their birth).' Related by Abu Dawud, Ibn Khuzaimah, Ibn al-Garud and 'Abdul Haqq graded it as Sahih.
عَنِ اِبْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا; { أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -عَقَّ عَنْ اَلْحَسَنِ وَالْحُسَيْنِ كَبْشًا كَبْشًا } رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ, وَصَحَّحَهُ اِبْنُ خُزَيْمَةَ, وَابْنُ اَلْجَارُودِ, وَعَبْدُ اَلْحَقّ ِ (1777) .

Narrated 'Ali (RA):

Narrated Abu Mahdhura (RA):
The Prophet (SAW) taught him the Adhan (call to prayer) and he (the narrator) mentioned the Tarji' in it.
[Muslim reported it, but mentioned the phrase (Takbir) "Allah is the Most Great" at its beginning just twice.
عَنْ أَبِي مَحْذُورَةَ - رضى الله عنه - { أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -عَلَّمَهُ اَلْآذَانَ, فَذَكَرَ فِيهِ اَلتَّرْجِيعَ } أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ. وَلَكِنْ ذَكَرَ اَلتَّكْبِيرَ فِي أَوَّلِهِ مَرَّتَيْنِ فَقَطْ 1 .

In another narration Abu Dawud and an-Nasa'i reported through Ibn Abbas (RA) a similar report without its end and connected the prohibition of a woman passing in front of a praying person to the state of being in her menstruation period.
