Mishkat al-Masabih 2546
Ibn ‘Umar said that at the Farewell Pilgrimage God’s messenger performed the ‘umra first and the hajj later (The phrase used is tamata'a bil-’umra ilal-hajj which indicates gaining the advantage of the ‘umra and waiting till the time for the hajj comes without requiring to wear the ihram during the intervening period. It is a difficult phrase to translate, and therefore one can only indicate its general meaning in a translation), raising his voice in the talbiya first for the 'umra and afterwards for the hajj.

Ibn 'Abbas (RAA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (P.B.U.H.) did not trot during the seven circuits made in the final Tawaf when he returned to Makkah.’ Related by the five Imams except at-Tirmidhi. Al-Hakim graded it as Sahih.

Mishkat al-Masabih 3285
‘A’isha told of hearing God’s Messenger say, “There is no divorce or emancipation in case of ighlaq." It is said that the meaning of ighlaq is “constraint”.

‘Abdallah b. Mas'ud said that when captives were brought to the Prophet he gave families together through dislike of separating them.

وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ: كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا أُتِيَ بِالسَّبْيِ أَعْطَى أَهْلَ الْبَيْتِ جَمِيعًا كَرَاهِيَةَ أَنْ يفرق بَينهم. رَوَاهُ ابْن مَاجَه

Mishkat al-Masabih 3146
Ibn ‘Umar said God’s Messenger prohibited shighar, which means that a man gives his daughter in marriage on condition that the other gives his daughter to him in marriage without any dower being paid by either. In a version by Muslim he said, “There is no shighar in Islam."

Rafi‘ b. Khadij reported the Prophet as saying, “The hand is not to be cut off for taking fruit or the pith of the palm-tree.”

Shu'ba narrated the same on the basis of two authorities and in the hadith transmitted by Hakam (the words are):
The people began to get water that was left out of his (the Prophet's) ablution.
