" لاَ تُصَاحِبْ إِلاَّ مُؤْمِنًا وَلاَ يَأْكُلْ طَعَامَكَ إِلاَّ تَقِيٌّ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ إِنَّمَا نَعْرِفُهُ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ .

" مَا مِنْ مُسْلِمٍ يَغْرِسُ غَرْسًا أَوْ يَزْرَعُ زَرْعًا فَيَأْكُلُ مِنْهُ إِنْسَانٌ أَوْ طَيْرٌ أَوْ بَهِيمَةٌ إِلاَّ كَانَتْ لَهُ صَدَقَةٌ " . قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ وَجَابِرٍ وَأُمِّ مُبَشِّرٍ وَزَيْدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ أَنَسٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .

Narrated `Aisha:
the mother of the faithful believers: The Prophet was asked by his wives about the Jihad and he replied, "The best Jihad (for you) is (the performance of) Hajj."

وَعَنْ اِبْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا; { أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -كَانَ يَغْتَسِلُ بِفَضْلِ مَيْمُونَةَ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهَا } أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ 1 .

Ka'b bin Malik (RAA) narrated, 'A woman slaughtered a sheep with a stone, so the Prophet (PBUH) was asked about that and he ordered it to be eaten.' Related by Muslim.

Abu Sa'id reported God's messenger as saying, "Water is necessary only when there is an emission.”
Muslim transmitted it. The shaikh and imam Muhyi as-Sunna said that this is abrogated.
