Mishkat al-Masabih 2982
Ibn ‘Abbas said the Prophet had himself cupped and gave the cupper his pay; and he poured medicine into his nose.

وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ احْتَجَمَ فَأَعْطَى الْحَجَّامَ أجره واستعط
