Virtues of the Qur'an's Chapters and Verses
No Ṣalāh (prayer) is valid without reciting Sūrah al-Fātiḥah
لَا صَلَاةَ لِمَن لَمْ يَقْرَأْ بِسُورَةِ الْفَاتِحَةِ
Virtues of the Qur'an's Chapters and Verses 5
The Prophet is reported to have said, “The prayer is not valid for the one who does not recite the Fātiḥah (opening chapter) of the Book.”
