Narrated AbuSa'id ; AbuHurayrah:
The Prophet (saws) said: When a man himself wakes at night and wakens his wife and they pray two rak'ahs together, they are recorded among the men and women who make much mention of Allah.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَاتِمِ بْنِ بَزِيعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، عَنْ شَيْبَانَ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الأَقْمَرِ، عَنِ الأَغَرِّ أَبِي مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، وَأَبِي، هُرَيْرَةَ قَالاَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
" مَنِ اسْتَيْقَظَ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ وَأَيْقَظَ امْرَأَتَهُ فَصَلَّيَا رَكْعَتَيْنِ جَمِيعًا كُتِبَا مِنَ الذَّاكِرِينَ اللَّهَ كَثِيرًا وَالذَّاكِرَاتِ " .

The Prophet (saws) passed by me while I was supplicating by pointing with two fingers of mine. He said: Point with one finger; point with one finger. He then himself pointed with the forefinger.

Narrated AbuMusa al-Ash'ari:
When the Prophet (saws) feared a (group of) people, he would say: "O Allah, we make Thee our shield against them, and take refuge in Thee from their evils."

A man from the Ansar said on the authority of Ka'b ibn Ujrah that he was feeling pain in his head (due to lice); so he shaved his head. The Prophet (saws) ordered him to sacrifice a cow as offering.
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، أَنَّ رَجُلاً، مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ أَخْبَرَهُ عَنْ كَعْبِ بْنِ عُجْرَةَ، - وَكَانَ قَدْ أَصَابَهُ فِي رَأْسِهِ أَذًى فَحَلَقَ فَأَمَرَهُ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ يُهْدِيَ هَدْيًا بَقَرَةً .

Narrated Aisha, Ummul Mu'minin:
The Prophet (saws) was brought a pouch containing bead and divided it among free women and slave women. Aisha said: My father used to divide things between free men and slave.

Narrated Mu'adh ibn Jabal:
When the Prophet (saws) sent him to the Yemen, he ordered to take from everyone who had reached puberty one dinar or its equivalent in Mu'afiri garment of Yemen origin.

The Prophet (saws) said: One should not take a false oath at this pulpit of mine even on a green tooth-stick; otherwise he will make his abode in Hell, or Hell will be certain for him.
حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ هَاشِمٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نِسْطَاسٍ، مِنْ آلِ كَثِيرِ بْنِ الصَّلْتِ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ يَحْلِفُ أَحَدٌ عِنْدَ مِنْبَرِي هَذَا عَلَى يَمِينٍ آثِمَةٍ وَلَوْ عَلَى سِوَاكٍ أَخْضَرَ إِلاَّ تَبَوَّأَ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ " . أَوْ " وَجَبَتْ لَهُ النَّارُ " .

" مَنْ تَعَلَّمَ عِلْمًا مِمَّا يُبْتَغَى بِهِ وَجْهُ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ لاَ يَتَعَلَّمُهُ إِلاَّ لِيُصِيبَ بِهِ عَرَضًا مِنَ الدُّنْيَا لَمْ يَجِدْ عَرْفَ الْجَنَّةِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ " . يَعْنِي رِيحَهَا .

" أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ أَضَافَ قَوْمًا فَأَصْبَحَ الضَّيْفُ مَحْرُومًا فَإِنَّ نَصْرَهُ حَقٌّ عَلَى كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ حَتَّى يَأْخُذَ بِقِرَى لَيْلَةٍ مِنْ زَرْعِهِ وَمَالِهِ " .

When the Prophet (saws) was informed of anything of a certain man, he would not say: What is the matter with so and so that he says? But he would say: What is the matter with the people that they say such and such?

Farwah b. Nawfal quoted his father as saying that the Prophet (saws) said to Nawfal (his father):
Recite (the Surah) 'Say, O you disbelievers!' and then go to sleep at its end, for it is a declaration of freedom from polytheism.

Abu Sa’id Al Khudri reported:
That the Apostle of Allaah(saws) as saying No sadaqah(zakat) is payable on less than five camels, on less than five ounces of silver and on less than five camel loads(wasq).

He who has a morning meal of seven ‘Ajwah dates will not suffer from any harm that day through poison or magic.

Ibn ‘Umar said the Prophet used to wear tanned leather sandals and dye his beard yellow with wars (a plant of yellow colour in the Yemen, like sesame) and saffron. And Ibn ‘Umar used to do that.

Abu Sa'id al-Khudri reported the Prophet as saying, "When a fly alights on food plunge it in, for one of its wings contains poison and the other a cure, and it puts the poison first and the cure second."
It is transmitted in Sharh as-sunna.

Salman said he read in the Torah that the blessing of food consists in ablution after it, and when he mentioned that to the Prophet he said, “The blessing of food consists in ablution before it and ablution after it.”

Anas reported that a Jewish woman brought the Prophet, may Allah
bless him and grant him peace, poisoned sheep. He ate from it and she was
brought. It was asked, "Should we not kill her?" "No," he replied.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ يَهُودِيَّةً أَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِشَاةٍ مَسْمُومَةٍ، فَأَكَلَ مِنْهَا، فَجِيءَ بِهَا، فَقِيلَ: أَلاَ نَقْتُلُهَا؟ قَالَ: لاَ، قَالَ: فَمَا زِلْتُ أَعْرِفُهَا فِي لَهَوَاتِ رَسُولِ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم.

It was narrated that a woman from (the tribe of) Banu 'Abdul-Ashhal said:
"I said to the prophet: 'Between the mosque and I there is a filthy path.' He said: 'After that is there a cleaner path?' I said: 'Yes.' He said: 'This is (a remedy) for that.'"

" حَبَسُونَا عَنْ صَلاَةِ الْوُسْطَى مَلأَ اللَّهُ قُبُورَهُمْ وَبُيُوتَهُمْ نَارًا " .

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، وَزَيْدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ، وَشِبْلٍ، قَالُوا كُنَّا عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَسَأَلَهُ رَجُلٌ عَنِ الأَمَةِ تَزْنِي قَبْلَ أَنْ تُحْصَنَ . فَقَالَ " اجْلِدْهَا فَإِنْ زَنَتْ فَاجْلِدْهَا فَإِنْ زَنَتْ فَاجْلِدْهَا " . ثُمَّ قَالَ فِي الثَّالِثَةِ أَوْ فِي الرَّابِعَةِ " فَبِعْهَا وَلَوْ بِحَبْلٍ مِنْ شَعَرٍ " .

Sunan Ibn Majah 1724
It was
narrated that Muhammad bin ‘Abbad bin Ja’far said:
“While I
was
circumambulating the House, I asked Jabir bin ‘Abdullah: ‘Did the
Prophet (saw) forbid fasting on a Friday?’ He said: ‘Yes, by the
Lord
of this House.’”

Sunan Ibn Majah 1686
It was
narrated that Maimunah the freed (female) slave of the
Messenger of
Allah (saw), said:
“The Prophet (saw) was asked about a
man who
kissed his wife when they were both fasting. He said: ‘They
have
broken their fast.’”

It was
narrated that from ‘Abdur-Rahman bin Abu Bakrah, from his
father,
that the Prophet (saw) said:
“Two months of ‘Eid whose reward
cannot be reduced (even if they are twenty-nine days): ‘Ramadan
and
Dhul-Hijjah.”

It was
narrated that Abu Sa’eed Al-Khudri said:
“We bought a ram for
sacrifice, then a wolf tore some flesh from its rump and ears. We
asked the Prophet (saw) and he told us to offer it as a sacrifice.”
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ أَبُو بَكْرٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ قَرَظَةَ الأَنْصَارِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، قَالَ ابْتَعْنَا كَبْشًا نُضَحِّي بِهِ فَأَصَابَ الذِّئْبُ مِنْ أَلْيَتِهِ أَوْ أُذُنِهِ فَسَأَلْنَا النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَأَمَرَنَا أَنْ نُضَحِّيَ بِهِ .

It was
narrated that Ibn ‘Umar said:
“A man burped in the presence of
the Prophet (saw) and he said: ‘Withhold your burps from us! For
the
most hungry of you on the Day of Resurrection will be those who
most
ate their fill in this world.’”

narrated that Anas bin Malik said:
“The Prophet (saw) went to
visit
a sick person, and said: ‘Do you want anything? Do you want
cake?’
He said: ‘Yes.’ So they looked for some for him.”

" أَتَشْتَهِي شَيْئًا أَتَشْتَهِي كَعْكًا " . قَالَ نَعَمْ . فَطَلَبُوا لَهُ .

It was
narrated from Abu ‘Umar, the freed slave of Asma’, from Asma’
bint Abi Bakr, that she brought out a cloak edged with brocade and
said:
“The Prophet (saw) used to wear this when he met the enemy.”

Yemenite cloth.”

It was
narrated from ‘Abdullah bin ‘Amr that the Prophet (saw) passed
by
him when he was praying sitting down. He said:
“The prayer of one
who sits down is equivalent to half of the prayer of one who stands.”

[Al-A’la (87)] and “Has there come to you the narration of the
overwhelming?” [Al-Ghashiyah (88)]

It was
narrated from Hudhaifah bin Asid that the Prophet (SAW) led
them out
and said:
“Pray for a brother of yours who has died in a land
other
than yours.” They said: “Who is he?” He said: “Najashi.”
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، عَنِ الْمُثَنَّى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الطُّفَيْلِ، عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ بْنِ أَسِيدٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ خَرَجَ بِهِمْ فَقَالَ " صَلُّوا عَلَى أَخٍ لَكُمْ مَاتَ بِغَيْرِ أَرْضِكُمْ " . قَالُوا: مَنْ هُوَ؟ قَالَ: " النَّجَاشِيُّ " .

Sunan Ibn Majah 1597
It was
narrated from Abu Umamah that the Prophet (SAW) said:
“Allah
says:
‘O son of Adam! If you are patient and seek reward at the moment
of
first shock, I will not approve of any reward for you less than
Paradise.’”

" يَقُولُ اللَّهُ سُبْحَانَهُ: ابْنَ آدَمَ إِنْ صَبَرْتَ وَاحْتَسَبْتَ عِنْدَ الصَّدْمَةِ الأُولَى لَمْ أَرْضَ لَكَ ثَوَابًا دُونَ الْجَنَّةِ " .
