وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ لَا يَغْتَسِلُ أَحَدُكُمْ فِي اَلْمَاءِ اَلدَّائِمِ وَهُوَ جُنُبٌ } أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ 1 .

'Ali (RAA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "Inflict the prescribed punishment to those whom you possess (i.e. your slaves)." Related by Abu Dawud. And it is related by Muslim (but only traced to the Companion).
وَعَنْ عَلِيٍّ - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ أَقِيمُوا اَلْحُدُودَ عَلَى مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ } رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ 1 .

O Muslim women, none of you should consider even a sheep's trotter too insignificant to give to her neighbour.

narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas that the Prophet (saw) said:

of you eats food, let him not wipe his hand until he has licked it

has someone else to lick it.”
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ الْعَدَنِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ " إِذَا أَكَلَ أَحَدُكُمْ طَعَامًا فَلاَ يَمْسَحْ يَدَهُ حَتَّى يَلْعَقَهَا أَوْ يُلْعِقَهَا " .
قَالَ سُفْيَانُ سَمِعْتُ عُمَرَ بْنَ قَيْسٍ، يَسْأَلُ عَمْرَو بْنَ دِينَارٍ أَرَأَيْتَ حَدِيثَ عَطَاءٍ " لاَ يَمْسَحْ أَحَدُكُمْ يَدَهُ حَتَّى يَلْعَقَهَا أَوْ يُلْعِقَهَا " . عَمَّنْ هُوَ قَالَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ . قَالَ فَإِنَّهُ حُدِّثْنَاهُ عَنْ جَابِرٍ . قَالَ حَفِظْنَاهُ مِنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَقْدَمَ جَابِرٌ عَلَيْنَا وَإِنَّمَا لَقِيَ عَطَاءٌ جَابِرًا فِي سَنَةٍ جَاوَرَ فِيهَا بِمَكَّةَ .

used to forbid you from making Nabidh in certain vessels, but

vessel does not make something unlawful. All intoxicants are
unlawful.”

" إِنِّي كُنْتُ نَهَيْتُكُمْ عَنْ نَبِيذِ الأَوْعِيَةِ أَلاَ وَإِنَّ وِعَاءً لاَ يُحَرِّمُ شَيْئًا كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ " .

" نَعَمْ وَلَكِ أَجْرٌ " .

“The Messenger of
Allah
(saw) said: ‘When the Imam recites, then listen attentively, and

he is sitting (in the prayer) then the first remembrance that
anyone
of you recites should be the Tashahhud.’”

narrated that Abu Hurairah said:
“The Prophet (saw) used to
teach
us not to bow or prostrate before the Imam; when he says the
Takbir
then say the Takbir, and when he prostrates, you should
prostrate.”

narrated from Abu Hurairah that in the two Rak’ah before the
Fajr,
the Prophet (saw) used to recite:
“Say: ‘O you disbelievers!”
[Al-Kafirun (109)] and “Say: Allah is One.” [Al-Ikhlas (112)]

" لأَنْ يَجْلِسَ أَحَدُكُمْ عَلَى جَمْرَةٍ تُحْرِقُهُ خَيْرٌ لَهُ مِنْ أَنْ يَجْلِسَ عَلَى قَبْرٍ " .

It was narrated that ‘Ali (رضي الله عنه) said:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “O ‘Ali, if you are appointed in charge after I am gone, then expel the people of Najran from the Arabian Peninsula.”
حَدَّثَنَا خَلَفٌ، حَدَّثَنَا قَيْسٌ، عَنِ الْأَشْعَثِ بْنِ سَوَّارٍ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ أَبِي ظَبْيَانَ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَا عَلِيُّ إِنْ أَنْتَ وُلِّيتَ الْأَمْرَ بَعْدِي فَأَخْرِجْ أَهْلَ نَجْرَانَ مِنْ جَزِيرَةِ الْعَرَبِ.

It was narrated from `Ali (رضي الله عنه) that he said:
If you are told a hadeeth from the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), then think of him in the most guided manner, the most pious manner and the best manner.

Abu Hurairah narrated that :
Allah's Messenger said: "When one of you is in the Masjid, and he senses wind between his buttocks then he should not exit until he hears a sound or smells an odor."

" إِذَا كَانَ أَحَدُكُمْ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فَوَجَدَ رِيحًا بَيْنَ أَلْيَتَيْهِ فَلاَ يَخْرُجْ حَتَّى يَسْمَعَ صَوْتًا أَوْ يَجِدَ رِيحًا " . قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ وَعَلِيِّ بْنِ طَلْقٍ وَعَائِشَةَ وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ وَأَبِي سَعِيدٍ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ . وَهُوَ قَوْلُ الْعُلَمَاءِ أَنْ لاَ يَجِبَ عَلَيْهِ الْوُضُوءُ إِلاَّ مِنْ حَدَثٍ يَسْمَعُ صَوْتًا أَوْ يَجِدُ رِيحًا . وَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ إِذَا شَكَّ فِي الْحَدَثِ فَإِنَّهُ لاَ يَجِبُ عَلَيْهِ الْوُضُوءُ حَتَّى يَسْتَيْقِنَ اسْتِيقَانًا يَقْدِرُ أَنْ يَحْلِفَ عَلَيْهِ . وَقَالَ إِذَا خَرَجَ مِنْ قُبُلِ الْمَرْأَةِ الرِّيحُ وَجَبَ عَلَيْهَا الْوُضُوءُ . وَهُوَ قَوْلُ الشَّافِعِيِّ وَإِسْحَاقَ .

" أَيُّكُمْ يَتَّجِرُ عَلَى هَذَا " . فَقَامَ رَجُلٌ فَصَلَّى مَعَهُ . قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ وَأَبِي مُوسَى وَالْحَكَمِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَحَدِيثُ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ . وَهُوَ قَوْلُ غَيْرِ وَاحِدٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَغَيْرِهِمْ مِنَ التَّابِعِينَ قَالُوا لاَ بَأْسَ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ الْقَوْمُ جَمَاعَةً فِي مَسْجِدٍ قَدْ صُلِّيَ فِيهِ جَمَاعَةً . وَبِهِ يَقُولُ أَحْمَدُ وَإِسْحَاقُ . وَقَالَ آخَرُونَ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ يُصَلُّونَ فُرَادَى . وَبِهِ يَقُولُ سُفْيَانُ وَابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ وَمَالِكٌ وَالشَّافِعِيُّ يَخْتَارُونَ الصَّلاَةَ فُرَادَى . وَسُلَيْمَانُ النَّاجِيُّ بَصْرِيٌّ وَيُقَالُ سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ الأَسْوَدِ . وَأَبُو الْمُتَوَكِّلِ اسْمُهُ عَلِيُّ بْنُ دَاوُدَ .

Jami` at-Tirmidhi 1889
Narrated 'Abdullah bin Abi Qatadah:
From his father, that the Messenger of Allah (saws) said: "When one of you drinks, then do not breathe into the vessel."
[Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih.
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَارِثِ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ الدَّسْتَوَائِيُّ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
" إِذَا شَرِبَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلاَ يَتَنَفَّسْ فِي الإِنَاءِ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .

Jami` at-Tirmidhi 3355
Zirr bin Jubaish reported from Ali [may Allah be pleased with him] that he said:
“We were still in doubt concerning the torment of the grave, until ‘the mutual rivalry diverts you” was revealed’.”
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَكَّامُ بْنُ سَلْمٍ الرَّازِيُّ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ أَبِي قَيْسٍ، عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ، عَنِ الْمِنْهَالِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ زِرِّ بْنِ حُبَيْشٍ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رضى الله عنه قَالَ مَا زِلْنَا نَشُكُّ فِي عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ حَتَّى نَزَلَتْْ : (ألهَاكُمُ التَّكَاثُرُ ) قَالَ أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ مَرَّةً عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ أَبِي قَيْسٍ هُوَ رَازِيٌّ وَعَمْرُو بْنُ قَيْسٍ الْمُلاَئِيُّ كُوفِيٌّ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنِ الْمِنْهَالِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ .

Narrated Abu Hurairah:
"The Prophet (SAW) said to me: 'Who are you from?' I said: 'From Daws.' He said: 'I did not used think there was anyone from Daws in whom there was good.'"
حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ آدَمَ ابْنُ بِنْتِ أَزْهَرَ السَّمَّانِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَارِثِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَلْدَةَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَالِيَةِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مِمَّنْ أَنْتَ " . قَالَ قُلْتُ مِنْ دَوْسٍ . قَالَ " مَا كُنْتُ أُرَى أَنَّ فِي دَوْسٍ أَحَدًا فِيهِ خَيْرٌ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيبٌ . وَأَبُو خَلْدَةَ اسْمُهُ خَالِدُ بْنُ دِينَارٍ وَأَبُو الْعَالِيَةِ اسْمُهُ رُفَيْعٌ .

حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الأُمَوِيُّ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مَنْ أَحَبُّ النَّاسِ إِلَيْكَ قَالَ " عَائِشَةُ " . قَالَ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ قَالَ " أَبُوهَا " . هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنْ قَيْسٍ .

Narrated Anas [May Allah be pleased with him]:

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ الضَّبِّيُّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْمُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ قِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مَنْ أَحَبُّ النَّاسِ إِلَيْكَ قَالَ " عَائِشَةُ " . قِيلَ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ قَالَ " أَبُوهَا " . هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيبٌ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ أَنَسٍ .

And 'Abdur-Rahman bin Mahdi reported it from 'Ikrimah bin 'Ammar and it is similar to the narration of Ibn Al-Mubarak, but he said to him the third time:

"Bilal calls the Adhan during the night, so eat and drink until you hear Ibn Umm Maktoom calling the Adhan."

It was narrated that 'Aishah said:
"The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: 'Give me the mat from the Masjid.'" She said: "I am menstruating." The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: "Your menstruation is not in you hand."

"Wait until it cools down to pray Zuhr, for the heat you experience is a breeze from Hell."

" أَبْرِدُوا بِالظُّهْرِ فَإِنَّ الَّذِي تَجِدُونَ مِنَ الْحَرِّ مِنْ فَيْحِ جَهَنَّمَ " .

" مَا أَسْفَرْتُمْ بِالْفَجْرِ فَإِنَّهُ أَعْظَمُ بِالأَجْرِ " .

" فَلْيُصَلِّهَا أَحَدُكُمْ مِنَ الْغَدِ لِوَقْتِهَا " .

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقْرَأُ فِي الْوِتْرِ بِـ (سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الأَعْلَى ) وَ (قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ ) وَ (قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ ) فِي رَكْعَةٍ رَكْعَةٍ . قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَعَائِشَةَ وَعَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبْزَى عَنْ أُبَىِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ وَيُرْوَى عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبْزَى عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَقَدْ رُوِيَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ قَرَأَ فِي الْوِتْرِ فِي الرَّكْعَةِ الثَّالِثَةِ بِالْمُعَوِّذَتَيْنِ وَ (قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ ) . وَالَّذِي اخْتَارَهُ أَكْثَرُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَمَنْ بَعْدَهُمْ أَنْ يُقْرَأَ بِـ (سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الأَعْلَى ) وَ (قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ ) وَ (قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ ) . يُقْرَأُ فِي كُلِّ رَكْعَةٍ مِنْ ذَلِكَ بِسُورَةٍ .

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَخْبَرَنَا حُمَيْدٌ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ مُرَّ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِجَنَازَةٍ فَأَثْنَوْا عَلَيْهَا خَيْرًا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " وَجَبَتْ " . ثُمَّ قَالَ " أَنْتُمْ شُهَدَاءُ اللَّهِ فِي الأَرْضِ " . قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ عُمَرَ وَكَعْبِ بْنِ عُجْرَةَ وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ أَنَسٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .
