Sunan Abi Dawud 1299
Narrated 'Urwah b. Ruwaim:
That an al-Ansari narrated to him: The Messenger of Allah (saws) said to Ja'far. He then narrated the tradition in like manner. This version has the words: "In the second prostration of the first rak'ah" in addition to the words transmitted by Mahdi b. Maimun (in the previous tradition).

Abu Usaid reported the Apostle of Allaah(saws) as saying to us at the battle of Badr when he drew up in rows. When they came near you, shoot arrows at them, but do not use all your arrows.

Ibn ‘Abbas said:
the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) used to recite in the morning prayer on Friday Surah Tanzil al-Sajdah (xxxii.) and Surah al-Dahr(lxxi.).

'A'isha reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying:
He who loves to meet Allah, Allah also loves to meet him, and who dislikes to meet Allah, Allah abhors to meet him. There is death before (one is able to) meet Allah.

Narrated Anas bin Malik:
Abu Taiba cupped Allah's Apostle and so Allah's Apostle ordered that a Sa of dates be paid to him and ordered his masters (for he was a slave) to reduce his tax.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ الطَّوِيلِ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ حَجَمَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَبُو طَيْبَةَ، فَأَمَرَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِصَاعٍ مِنْ تَمْرٍ، وَأَمَرَ أَهْلَهُ أَنْ يُخَفِّفُوا عَنْهُ مِنْ خَرَاجِهِ.

I asked the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) the (implication of the) words of Allah, the Exalted: The sun glides to its appointed resting place. He replied: Its appointed resting place is under the Throne.

Narrated AbuHurayrah:
A man asked the Prophet (saws) whether one who was fasting could embrace (his wife) and he gave him permission; but when another man came to him, and asked him, he forbade him. The one to whom he gave permission was an old man and the one whom he forbade was a youth.
حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ، - يَعْنِي الزُّبَيْرِيَّ - أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ أَبِي الْعَنْبَسِ، عَنِ الأَغَرِّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَجُلاً، سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنِ الْمُبَاشَرَةِ لِلصَّائِمِ فَرَخَّصَ لَهُ وَأَتَاهُ آخَرُ فَسَأَلَهُ فَنَهَاهُ . فَإِذَا الَّذِي رَخَّصَ لَهُ شَيْخٌ وَالَّذِي نَهَاهُ شَابٌّ .

Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar:
Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) took a vow in the pre-Islamic days to spend a night or a day in devotion near the Ka'bah (in the sacred mosque). He asked the Prophet (saws) about it. He said: Observe i'tikaf (i.e. spend a night or a day near the Ka'bah) and fast.

" اعْتَكِفْ وَصُمْ " .

Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar:
The Prophet (saws) said: If anyone buys a sheep whose udders have been tied up, he has option for three days (for decision). If he returns it, he should return with it wheat equal to its milk or double of it.

Narrated Qatadah:
When the Messenger of Allah (saws) saw the new moon, he turned away his face from it.
Abu Dawud said: On this subject there is no tradition which has perfect chain and is sound.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلاَءِ، أَنَّ زَيْدَ بْنَ حُبَابٍ، أَخْبَرَهُمْ عَنْ أَبِي هِلاَلٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ إِذَا رَأَى الْهِلاَلَ صَرَفَ وَجْهَهُ عَنْهُ . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ لَيْسَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي هَذَا الْبَابِ حَدِيثٌ مُسْنَدٌ صَحِيحٌ .

Ibn ‘Umar reported the Prophet(may peace be upon him) as sayings:
When any of you eats, he should eat with his right hand, and when he drinks, he should drink with his right hand, for the devil eats with his left hand and drinks with his left hand.
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
" إِذَا أَكَلَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيَأْكُلْ بِيَمِينِهِ وَإِذَا شَرِبَ فَلْيَشْرَبْ بِيَمِينِهِ فَإِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ يَأْكُلُ بِشِمَالِهِ وَيَشْرَبُ بِشِمَالِهِ " .

Mishkat al-Masabih 1290
Ibn ‘Abbas said that God’s Messenger stood in humble supplication daily for a month at the noon, afternoon; sunset, evening and morning prayer when he said, “God listens to him who praises Him” in the last rak'a, invoking a curse on some clans of the B. Sulaim, Ri‘l, Dhakwan and ‘Usayya, and those standing behind him said Amen.
Abu Dawud transmitted it.
عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: قَنَتَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ شَهْرًا مُتَتَابِعًا فِي الظّهْر وَالْعصر وَالْمغْرب وَالْعشَاء وَصَلَاة الصُّبْح إِذا قَالَ: «سَمِعَ اللَّهُ لِمَنْ حَمِدَهُ» مِنَ الرَّكْعَةِ الْآخِرَة يَدْعُو عَلَى أَحْيَاءٍ مَنْ بَنِي سُلَيْمٍ: عَلَى رِعْلٍ وَذَكْوَانَ وَعُصَيَّةَ وَيُؤَمِّنُ مَنْ خَلْفَهُ. رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد

Mishkat al-Masabih 1388
Aus b. Aus reported God's Messenger as saying, “If anyone washes and bathes on Friday, goes out early* walking, not riding, goes near to the imam and listens without interrupting, he will have the reward of a year’s fasting and praying for every step he takes."
*The text has bakkara wa 'btakara. Both words mean the same thing and are presumably both used to emphasise the idea of going out early.
Tirmidhi, Abu Dawud, Nasa’i and Ibn Majah transmitted it.
وَعَنْ أَوْسِ بْنِ أَوْسٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
" مَنْ غَسَّلَ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ وَاغْتَسَلَ وَبَكَّرَ وَابْتَكَرَ وَمَشَى وَلَمْ يَرْكَبْ وَدَنَا مِنَ الْإِمَامِ وَاسْتَمَعَ وَلَمْ يَلْغُ كَانَ لَهُ بِكُلِّ خُطْوَةٍ عَمَلُ سَنَةٍ: أَجْرُ صِيَامِهَا وَقِيَامِهَا ". رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ وَالنَّسَائِيُّ وَابْنُ مَاجَهْ

Abu Hurayra reported that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and
grant him peace, said, "Do you know what it is that makes most people enter
Hellfire?" "Allah and His Messenger know best," they said. He said, "The
two empty ones:
the genitals and the mouth. Do you know what it is that
makes most people enter Paradise? Taqwa of Allah and good character."
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبِي يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم: تَدْرُونَ مَا أَكْثَرُ مَا يُدْخِلُ النَّارَ؟ قَالُوا: اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ أَعْلَمُ، قَالَ: الأَجْوَفَانِ: الْفَرْجُ وَالْفَمُ، وَأَكْثَرُ مَا يُدْخِلُ الْجَنَّةَ؟ تَقْوَى اللهِ وَحُسْنُ الْخُلُقِ.

'A'isha said, "I went to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant
him peace, and said, 'Messenger of Allah, you give your wives kunyas, so
give me a kunya.' He said, 'Take the kunya of your nephew, 'Abdullah.'"

Abu Dawud and An-Nasa’i narrated on the authority of Ibn ’Abbas that 'Umar (RAA) asked about the judgment of the Prophet (P.B.U.H.) concerning the Diyah of the dead fetus. Hamal bin An-Nabighah Al-Hudhaili then got up and said, “I was between the two women. One of them struck the other with a stone, killing her and what was in her womb. So the Messenger of Allah (P.B.U.H.) ordained....” (as above). Ibn Hibban and al-Hakim graded it as Sahih.
وَأَخْرَجَهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ, وَالنَّسَائِيُّ: مِنْ حَدِيثِ اِبْنِ عَبَّاسٍ; أَنَّ عُمَرَ - رضى الله عنه - سَأَلَ مَنْ شَهِدَ قَضَاءَ رَسُولِ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -فِي اَلْجَنِينِ? قَالَ: فَقَامَ حَمَلُ بْنُ اَلنَّابِغَةِ, فَقَالَ: كُنْتُ بَيْنَ اِمْرَأَتَيْنِ, فَضَرَبَتْ إِحْدَاهُمَا اَلْأُخْرَى... فَذَكَرَهُ مُخْتَصَرًا. وَصَحَّحَهُ اِبْنُ حِبَّانَ, وَالْحَاكِمُ. 1

Abu Hurairah (RAA) narrated that The Messenger of Allah (P.B.U.H.) said, “If anyone spies on you (tries to look at you) without your permission, and you thereupon throw a stone at him and because of it he lost his eye, you are not to be bIamed.” Agreed upon. In another version by Ahmad and an-Nasa'i and graded as Sahih by Ibn Hibban, “He has no right for Diyah or Qisas.”
وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ: قَالَ أَبُو اَلْقَاسِمِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ لَوْ أَنَّ اِمْرَأً اِطَّلَعَ عَلَيْكَ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنٍ, فَحَذَفْتَهُ بِحَصَاةٍ, فَفَقَأْتَ عَيْنَهُ, لَمْ يَكُنْ عَلَيْكَ جُنَاحٌ } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ 1 . وَفِي لَفْظٍ لِأَحْمَدَ, وَالنَّسَائِيِّ, وَصَحَّحَهُ اِبْنُ حِبَّانَ: { فَلَا دِيَةَ لَهُ وَلَا قِصَاصَ } . 2 .

'Ubaidullah bin ’Adi bin Al-Khiyar (RAA) narrated that Two men told him that they had gone to the Messenger of Allah (P.B.U.H.) asking him to give them something from the Zakah money (as he was distributing it at that time). The Messenger of Allah (P.B.U.H.) then looked them up and down and found them to be sturdy and strong. He then said to them, “If you desire, I shall give it to you, but this Zakah is not for one who is rich, neither for the one who is strong and able to earn.” Related by Ahmad, Abu Dawud and An-Nasa'i.
وَعَنْ عُبَيْدِ اَللَّهِ بْنِ عَدِيِّ بْنِ اَلْخِيَارِ; { أَنَّ رَجُلَيْنِ حَدَّثَاهُ أَنَّهُمَا أَتَيَا رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -يَسْأَلَانِهِ مِنَ اَلصَّدَقَةِ، فَقَلَّبَ فِيهِمَا اَلْبَصَرَ, فَرَآهُمَا جَلْدَيْنِ, فَقَالَ:
"إِنْ شِئْتُمَا, وَلَا حَظَّ فِيهَا لِغَنِيٍّ, وَلَا لِقَوِيٍّ مُكْتَسِبٍ". } رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَقَوَّاهُ, 1 وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ, وَالنَّسَائِيُّ 2 .

Mishkat al-Masabih 368
‘A'isha told of God’s messenger passing water and ‘Umar standing behind him with a jug of water. He said, “What is this, ‘Umar?” He replied, “Water for you to perform ablution with.” He said, “I have not been commanded to perform ablution every time I pass water. If I were to do so it would become a sunna”
Abu Dawud and Ibn Majah transmitted it.
وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ:
" بَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَامَ عُمَرُ خَلْفَهُ بِكُوزٍ مِنْ مَاءٍ فَقَالَ: مَا هَذَا يَا عمر؟ قَالَ: مَاءٌ تَتَوَضَّأُ بِهِ. قَالَ: مَا أُمِرْتُ كُلَّمَا بُلْتُ أَنْ أَتَوَضَّأَ وَلَوْ فَعَلْتُ لَكَانَتْ سُنَّةً «.» رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد وَابْن مَاجَه "

Mishkat al-Masabih 450
Ibn ‘Umar said that the original requirement was fifty times of prayer, seven washings to remove sexual defilement, and seven washings when urine fell on a garment. God’s messenger therefore kept on making requests till five times of prayer were appointed, one washing for sexual defilement, and one washing of a garment because of urine.
Abu Dawud transmitted it.
وَعَن عبد الله بن عمر قَالَ كَانَتِ الصَّلَاةُ خَمْسِينَ وَالْغُسْلُ مِنَ الْجَنَابَةِ سبع مرار وَغسل الْبَوْل من الثَّوْب سبع مرار فَلَمْ يَزَلْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُسْأَلُ حَتَّى جعلت الصَّلَاة خمْسا وَالْغسْل من الْجَنَابَة مرّة وَغسل الْبَوْل من الثَّوْب مرّة. رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد

Mishkat al-Masabih 3380
He told of a woman who came to God's Messenger and said, “My husband wants to take away my son, and he has provided drink and other benefits for me.” The Prophet said, “This is your father and this is your mother, so take whichever of them you wish by the hand.” He took his mother’s hand and she went off with him.

Mishkat al-Masabih 3594
‘Amr b. Shu'aib, on his father’s authority, said his grandfather, ‘Abdallah b. ‘Amr b. al-‘As, told that God’s Messenger was asked about fruit which was hung up and said, “If anyone steals any of it after it is put in the place where it is dried and it amounts to the price of a shield, he must have his hand cut off.”
Abu Dawud and Nasa’i transmitted it.

'A'isha reported that the Messenger of Allah (may peace he upon him) used to pronounce while bowing and prostrating himself:

Sahih Muslim 1119 b
Anas (Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) was journeying (along with his Companions). Some of them had observed the fast whereas the others had broken it. Those who did not fast girded up their loins and worked, but the observers of the fast were too weak to work. Upon this he (the Apostle of Allah) said:
Today the breakers of the fast have gone with the reward.
وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ الأَحْوَلِ، عَنْ مُوَرِّقٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي سَفَرٍ فَصَامَ بَعْضٌ وَأَفْطَرَ بَعْضٌ فَتَحَزَّمَ الْمُفْطِرُونَ وَعَمِلُوا وَضَعُفَ الصُّوَّامُ عَنْ بَعْضِ الْعَمَلِ - قَالَ - فَقَالَ فِي ذَلِكَ
" ذَهَبَ الْمُفْطِرُونَ الْيَوْمَ بِالأَجْرِ " .

It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said:
"The Messenger of Allah said: 'Whoever performs ablution, let him clean his nose, and whoever uses pebbles to clean himself after defecating, let him use an odd number.'"

“None of you should walk in one sandal or in one leather sock.

him take them both off or walk in both of them.”

Maimunah,
the wife of the Prophet (saw), said:
“The Prophet (saw)

perform prayer when I was opposite to him, and his garment

sometimes touch me when he prostrated.”

It was
narrated from Abu Sa’eed that the Messenger of Allah (saw) saw
that
some of his Companions tended to stand in the rear, so he said:
“Come
forward and follow me, and let those who are behind you follow
your
lead. If people continue to lag behind, Allah will put them
back.”

nothing affixed.

Shall I not tell you of the best of this ummah after its Prophet? [It is] Abu Bakr, and the best of it after Abu Bakr is `Umar (رضي الله عنهما) . Then Allah puts goodness wherever He wills.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنِي وَهْبُ بْنُ بَقِيَّةَ الْوَاسِطِيُّ، أَنْبَأَنَا خَالِدٌ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ يَعْنِي ابْنَ السَّائِبِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ خَيْرٍ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ أَلَا أُخْبِرُكُمْ بِخَيْرِ، هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ بَعْدَ نَبِيِّهَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ وَخَيْرُهَا بَعْدَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ عُمَرُ ثُمَّ يَجْعَلُ اللَّهُ الْخَيْرَ حَيْثُ أَحَبَّ.

‘Ali (رضي الله عنه) stood up and said: The best of this ummah after its Prophet are Abu Bakr and ‘Umar, then we got involved in matters which Allah will judge as He wills.

It was narrated that ’Abd Khair said:
I saw Ali (رضي الله عنه) doing wudoo’ and wiping over his shoes. Then he said: “If I had not seen the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) doing what you have seen me do, I would have thought that the bottoms of the feet were more deserving of being wiped than their tops”.

Jundub bin Sufyan narrated that :
the Prophet said: "Whoever prays the Subh then he is under the protection of Allah's covenant, so do not be treacherous with Allah in his covenant."

" إِذَا مَاتَ أَحَدُكُمْ عُرِضَ عَلَيْهِ مَقْعَدُهُ غُدْوَةً وَعَشِيًّا، إِمَّا النَّارُ وَإِمَّا الْجَنَّةُ، فَيُقَالُ هَذَا مَقْعَدُكَ حَتَّى تُبْعَثَ إِلَيْهِ".

The Prophet said, "The most hated persons to Allah are three: (1) A person who deviates from the right conduct, i.e., an evil doer, in the Haram (sanctuaries of Mecca and Medina); (2) a person who seeks that the traditions of the Pre-lslamic Period of Ignorance, should remain in Islam (3) and a person who seeks to shed somebody's blood without any right."

" أَبْغَضُ النَّاسِ إِلَى اللَّهِ ثَلاَثَةٌ مُلْحِدٌ فِي الْحَرَمِ، وَمُبْتَغٍ فِي الإِسْلاَمِ سُنَّةَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ، وَمُطَّلِبُ دَمِ امْرِئٍ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ لِيُهَرِيقَ دَمَهُ ".

'Amr bin Shu'aib on the authority of his father and grandfather reported:
Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "It is not permissible for a man to separate between two [people] without their permission."

And in a version narrated by Abu Dawud "He should not sit between two men without their permission."

وعن عمرو بن شعيب عن أبيه عن جده رضى الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: "لا يحل لرجل أن يفرق بين اثنين إلا بإذنهما" رواه أبو داود والترمذي وقال "حديث حسن".
وفى رواية لأبى داود: "لا يجلس بين رجلين إلا بإذنهما".

It was narrated that Jabir bin Samurah said:
"I saw the Messenger of Allah (SAW) delivering the Khutbah standing up, then he sat down for a while and did not speak, then he stood up and delivered another Khutbah. Whoever tells you that the Prophet (SAW) delivered a Khutbah sitting do not believe him."

It was narrated from Humaid bin 'Abdur-Rahman- that is Ibn 'Awf, that Abu Hurairah said:
"The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: 'The best fasting after the month of Ramadan is the month of Allah, Al-Muharram, and the best prayer is prayer at night.'"

Allah's Apostle came to visit me while I was sick and unconscious. He performed ablution and sprinkled the remaining water on me and I became conscious and said, "O Allah's Apostle! To whom will my inheritance go as I have neither ascendants nor descendants?" Then the Divine verses regarding Fara'id (inheritance) were revealed.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ جَابِرًا، يَقُولُ جَاءَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَعُودُنِي، وَأَنَا مَرِيضٌ لاَ أَعْقِلُ، فَتَوَضَّأَ وَصَبَّ عَلَىَّ مِنْ وَضُوئِهِ، فَعَقَلْتُ فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ لِمَنِ الْمِيرَاثُ إِنَّمَا يَرِثُنِي كَلاَلَةٌ. فَنَزَلَتْ آيَةُ الْفَرَائِضِ.

Sunan an-Nasa'i 4449
It was narrated that 'Aishah said:
"The Messenger of Allah said: "The best (most Pure) food that a man eats is that which he has earned himself, and a man's child (and his child's wealth) is part of his earnings" (Sahih )

Sunan an-Nasa'i 4728
It was narrated from Simak bin Harb that 'Alqamah bin Wa'il told him that his father said:
"I was sitting with the Messenger of Allah when a man came leading another" (and he narrated) a similar report.

It was narrated from Ibn Hunain- the freed slave of Ibn 'Abbas- that 'Ali said:
"The Messenger of Allah [SAW] forbade me from wearing Al-Qassi, garments dyed with safflower, and gold rings."

The Messenger of Allah [SAW] said: "Any woman who has been perfumed with incense should not attend 'Isha' the later with us."

Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Amr:
that the Prophet (SAW) said: "The major sins are associating others with Allah, disobeying the parents" or he said, "the false oath". Shu'bah (a narrator in the chain) was in doubt.

Riyad as-Salihin 47
Mu'adh bin Anas (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
The Prophet (PBUH) said, "The one who suppresses anger and has the power to give effect to it, will be called out by Allah, the Exalted, to the forefront of the creatures on the Day of Resurrection and he will be asked to choose any of the virgins (Hur) of his liking".

'Umar bin Al-Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him, said: "If you fear that Nabidh may be too strong, then weaken it with water." 'Abdullah (one of the narrators) said: "Before it gets strong."

"A vow does not bring anything to the son of Adam that has not been decreed for him. It is just a means of taking wealth from the miserly."

" لاَ يَأْتِي النَّذْرُ عَلَى ابْنِ آدَمَ شَيْئًا لَمْ يُقَدِّرْهُ عَلَيْهِ وَلَكِنَّهُ شَىْءٌ يُسْتَخْرَجُ بِهِ مِنَ الْبَخِيلِ " .

"I heard Umm Qais bint Mihsan say that she asked the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) about menstrual blood that gets on one's clothes. He said: 'Scratch it with a stick and wash it with water and lotus leaves.'"

" حُكِّيهِ بِضِلَعٍ وَاغْسِلِيهِ بِمَاءٍ وَسِدْرٍ " .

"The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: 'Do not let the Bedouin make you change the name of this prayer of yours, for they delay the prayer until it is very dark because of their preoccupation with camels and milking them. Verily, it is 'Isha'.'"

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ شَرِيكِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي نَمِرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ، قَالَ: تُوُفِّيَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَوْمَ الاثْنَيْنِ، وَدُفِنَ يَوْمَ الثُّلاثَاءِ.
قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى: هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ.

Narrated Al-Bara' ibn Azib:
When we would pray behind the Messenger of Allah (saws), we liked to be on his right side. He (the Prophet) would sit turning his face towards us (and back towards the Ka'bah) (saws).

Five are the beasts 1618 harmful and vicious and these must be killed even within the precincts of the Ka'ba: crow, kite, voracio@s dog, kcorpion and rat.
وَحَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الطَّاهِرِ، وَحَرْمَلَةُ، قَالاَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ، شِهَابٍ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، - رضى الله عنها - قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
" خَمْسٌ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ كُلُّهَا فَوَاسِقُ تُقْتَلُ فِي الْحَرَمِ الْغُرَابُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْفَارَةُ " .

حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الطَّاهِرِ، أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ سَرْحٍ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، أَنَّ أَبَا الزُّبَيْرِ، أَخْبَرَهُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، يَقُولُ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ بَيْعِ الصُّبْرَةِ مِنَ التَّمْرِ لاَ يُعْلَمُ مَكِيلَتُهَا بِالْكَيْلِ الْمُسَمَّى مِنَ التَّمْرِ .

Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying:
He who has land should cultivate it or lend it to his brother, but if he refuses, he should retain his land.
حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحُلْوَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو تَوْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ، أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
" مَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَرْضٌ فَلْيَزْرَعْهَا أَوْ لِيَمْنَحْهَا أَخَاهُ فَإِنْ أَبَى فَلْيُمْسِكْ أَرْضَهُ " .

Sahih Muslim 1738 b
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Sa'id that the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said:
On the Day of Judgment there will be a flag for every person guilty of the breach of faith. It will be raised in proportion to the extent of his guilt; and there is no guilt of treachery more serious than the one committed by the ruler of men.
حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَارِثِ، حَدَّثَنَا الْمُسْتَمِرُّ بْنُ الرَّيَّانِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نَضْرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
" لِكُلِّ غَادِرٍ لِوَاءٌ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ يُرْفَعُ لَهُ بِقَدْرِ غَدْرِهِ أَلاَ وَلاَ غَادِرَ أَعْظَمُ غَدْرًا مِنْ أَمِيرِ عَامَّةٍ " .
