Musnad Ahmad 563
It was narrated that ‘Ali (رضي الله عنه) said:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: `The urine of a boy is to be sprinkled with water and the urine of a girl is to be washed.` Qatadah said: That is if they are not yet eating solid food; if they are eating solid food then their urine is to be washed in both cases.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَارِثِ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي حَرْبِ بْنِ أَبِي الْأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَوْلُ الْغُلَامِ يُنْضَحُ عَلَيْهِ وَبَوْلُ الْجَارِيَةِ يُغْسَلُ قَالَ قَتَادَةُ هَذَا مَا لَمْ يَطْعَمَا فَإِذَا طَعِمَا غُسِلَ بَوْلُهُمَا.

Sahih al-Bukhari 6884
Narrated Anas bin Malik:
A Jew crushed the head of a girl between two stones. It was said to her. "Who has done this to you, such-and-such person, such-and-such person?" When the name of the Jew was mentioned, she nodded with her head, agreeing. So the Jew was brought and he confessed. The Prophet ordered that his head be crushed with the stones. (Hammam said, "with two stones.")
حَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَاقُ، أَخْبَرَنَا حَبَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ يَهُودِيًّا، رَضَّ رَأْسَ جَارِيَةٍ بَيْنَ حَجَرَيْنِ، فَقِيلَ لَهَا مَنْ فَعَلَ بِكِ هَذَا أَفُلاَنٌ أَفُلاَنٌ حَتَّى سُمِّيَ الْيَهُودِيُّ فَأَوْمَأَتْ بِرَأْسِهَا، فَجِيءَ بِالْيَهُودِيِّ فَاعْتَرَفَ، فَأَمَرَ بِهِ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَرُضَّ رَأْسُهُ بِالْحِجَارَةِ. وَقَدْ قَالَ هَمَّامٌ بِحَجَرَيْنِ.

Riyad as-Salihin 434
'Abdullah bin Mas'ud (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
A man kissed a woman and he came to the Prophet (PBUH) and made a mention of that to him. It was (on this occasion) that this Ayah was revealed:
"And perform As-Salat (Iqamat-As-Salat), at the two ends of the day and in some hours of the night [i.e., the five compulsory Salat (prayers)]. Verily, the good deeds remove the evil deeds (i.e., small sins)". (11:114)
That person said, "O Messenger of Allah (PBUH), does it concern me only?". He (Messenger of Allah (PBUH)) said, "It concerns the whole of my Ummah".

وعن ابن مسعود، رضي الله عنه ، أن رجلاً أصاب من امرأة قبلة، فأتى النبي، صلى الله عليه وسلم، فأخبره، فأنزل الله تعالى: { وأقم الصلاة طرفي النهار وزلفاً من الليل إن الحسنات يذهبن السيئات } ((هود:114)) فقال الرجل: ألي هذا يا رسول الله؟ قال
" لجميع أمتى كلهم" ((متفق عليه)) .

Safwan bin 'Assal (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
A Jew asked his companion to take him to the Prophet (PBUH); and when they came to the Messenger of Allah (PBUH), they asked him about the nine clear signs (given to Prophet Musa). Safwan narrated the long Hadith which concludes: They kissed the hands and feet of the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) and said: "We testify that you are a Prophet."

The Prophet (PBUH) kept standing (in prayer) so long that the skin of his feet would crack. I asked him: "Why do you do this, while you have been forgiven of your former and latter sins?" He said, "Should I not be a grateful slave of Allah?"

It was narrated that Mus'ab bin Sa'd said:
"I prayed beside my father and I put my hands between my knees, and he told me: 'Put your hands on your knees.' Then I did that again and he struck my hands and said: 'We were forbidden to do that, and we were commanded to put our hands on our knees.'"
أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي يَعْفُورٍ، عَنْ مُصْعَبِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، قَالَ صَلَّيْتُ إِلَى جَنْبِ أَبِي وَجَعَلْتُ يَدَىَّ بَيْنَ رُكْبَتَىَّ فَقَالَ لِي اضْرِبْ بِكَفَّيْكَ عَلَى رُكْبَتَيْكَ . قَالَ ثُمَّ فَعَلْتُ ذَلِكَ مَرَّةً أُخْرَى فَضَرَبَ يَدِي وَقَالَ إِنَّا قَدْ نُهِينَا عَنْ هَذَا وَأُمِرْنَا أَنْ نَضْرِبَ بِالأَكُفِّ عَلَى الرُّكَبِ .

Sunan an-Nasa'i 1757
It was narrated from Aishah that:
The Prophet (SAW) would not omit four rak'ahs before Zuhr and two rak'ahs before Fajr.
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ لاَ يَدَعُ أَرْبَعَ رَكَعَاتٍ قَبْلَ الظُّهْرِ وَرَكْعَتَيْنِ قَبْلَ الْفَجْرِ . خَالَفَهُ عَامَّةُ أَصْحَابِ شُعْبَةَ مِمَّنْ رَوَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ فَلَمْ يَذْكُرُوا مَسْرُوقًا .

Narrated `Imran bin Husain:
I offered the prayer with `Ali in Basra and he made us remember the prayer which we used to pray with Allah's Apostle. `Ali said Takbir on each rising and bowing.
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ الْوَاسِطِيُّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ، عَنِ الْجُرَيْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي الْعَلاَءِ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، قَالَ صَلَّى مَعَ عَلِيٍّ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ بِالْبَصْرَةِ فَقَالَ ذَكَّرَنَا هَذَا الرَّجُلُ صَلاَةً كُنَّا نُصَلِّيهَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم. فَذَكَرَ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُكَبِّرُ كُلَّمَا رَفَعَ وَكُلَّمَا وَضَعَ.

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet said:
"Troops will not cease to attack this House until an army of them are swallowed up by the earth."

Samurah said:
"The Messenger of Allah said; 'DO not be confused by the Adhan of Bilal, or by this whiteness, until dawn appears like this" - meaning horizontally. (One of the narrators) Abu Dawud said: "And he spread out his hands gesturing to the right and left."
أَخْبَرَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلاَنَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، أَنْبَأَنَا سَوَادَةُ بْنُ حَنْظَلَةَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ سَمُرَةَ، يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
" لاَ يَغُرَّنَّكُمْ أَذَانُ بِلاَلٍ وَلاَ هَذَا الْبَيَاضُ حَتَّى يَنْفَجِرَ الْفَجْرُ هَكَذَا وَهَكَذَا " . يَعْنِي مُعْتَرِضًا . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَبَسَطَ بِيَدَيْهِ يَمِينًا وَشِمَالاً مَادًّا يَدَيْهِ .

"Jundab said: 'So and so told me that the Messenger of Allah [SAW] said: The slain will bring his killer on the Day of Resurrection and will say: Ask him why he killed me. He will say: I killed him defending the kingdom of so and so.'" Jundab said: "So be careful.'"

Karimah said:

The Messenger of Allah [SAW] took a ring and put it on, then he said: "This distracted me from you all day, shifting my gaze from it to you (and back again)." Then he threw it away.

" شَغَلَنِي هَذَا عَنْكُمْ مُنْذُ الْيَوْمِ إِلَيْهِ نَظْرَةٌ وَإِلَيْكُمْ نَظْرَةٌ " . ثُمَّ أَلْقَاهُ .

Narrated Abu Hurairah:
That the Messenger of Allah (saws) said: "When one of you dons sandals, then let him begin with the right. And when he removes them then let him begin with left, so that the right will be the first to put on and the last of them removed."
[Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih.
حَدَّثَنَا الأَنْصَارِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْنٌ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
" إِذَا انْتَعَلَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيَبْدَأْ بِالْيَمِينِ وَإِذَا نَزَعَ فَلْيَبْدَأْ بِالشِّمَالِ فَلْتَكُنِ الْيُمْنَى أَوَّلَهُمَا تُنْعَلُ وَآخِرَهُمَا تُنْزَعُ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .

[Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih.
حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلاَنَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ، وَعُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ جَبَلَةَ بْنِ سُحَيْمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ يَقْرِنَ بَيْنَ التَّمْرَتَيْنِ حَتَّى يَسْتَأْذِنَ صَاحِبَهُ . قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ سَعْدٍ مَوْلَى أَبِي بَكْرٍ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .

“The Messenger of Allah ordered burning and cutting down the date palms of Banu An-Nadir, and that (place was called Al-Buwairah. So Allah revealed: What you cut down of the Linah, or you left of them standing on their trunks, it was by the leave of Allah, and in order that He might disgrace the rebellious.”
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، رضى الله عنهما قَالَ حَرَّقَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَخْلَ بَنِي النَّضِيرِ وَقَطَّعَ وَهِيَ الْبُوَيْرَةُ فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ : (ما قَطَعْتُمْ مِنْ لِينَةٍ أَوْ تَرَكْتُمُوهَا قَائِمَةً عَلَى أُصُولِهَا فَبِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ وَلِيُخْزِيَ الْفَاسِقِينَ ) . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .

“That I should say: ‘Glory is to Allah (Subḥān Allāh).’ ‘All praise is due to Allah (Al-ḥamdulillāh),’ ‘None has the right to be worshipped by Allah (Lā ilāha illallāh),’ and ‘Allah is the greatest (Allāhu akbar)’ is more beloved to me than all that the sun has risen over.”

Abu Huraira was asked:
“Did Allah’s Messenger (Allah bless him and give him peace) dye [his hair]?” He said: “Yes!”
حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ وَكِيعٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، عَنْ شَرِيكٍ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ مَوْهَبٍ، قَالَ: سُئِلَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ: هَلْ خَضَبَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ.

Al-Mughira ibn Shu'ba said (may Allah be well pleased with him):
"Allah’s Messenger (Allah bless him and give him peace) performed the ritual prayer until his feet became swollen, so he was asked: 'Must you burden yourself with this, when
Allah has already forgiven you your former and your latter sins?' He replied: 'Shall I not be a thankful servant?'”
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، وَبِشْرُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ، قَالا: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ عِلاقَةَ، عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ، قَالَ: صَلَّى رَسُولُ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم، حَتَّى انْتَفَخَتْ قَدَمَاهُ، فَقِيلَ لَهُ: أَتَتَكَلَّفُ هَذَا، وَقَدْ غَفَرَ اللَّهُ لَكَ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِكَ وَمَا تَأَخَّرَ؟ قَالَ: أَفَلا أَكُونُ عَبْدًا شَكُورًا.

Sunan Abi Dawud 166
Narrated Hakam ibn Sufyan ath-Thaqafi:
When the Messenger of Allah (saws) urinated, he performed ablution and sprinkled water on private parts of the body.
Abu Dawud said: A group of scholars agreed with Sufyan upon this chain of narrators. Some have mentioned the name of Sufyan b. al-Hakam, and others al-Hakam b. Sufyan.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، - هُوَ الثَّوْرِيُّ - عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ الثَّقَفِيِّ، أَوِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ سُفْيَانَ قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِذَا بَالَ يَتَوَضَّأُ وَيَنْتَضِحُ . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَافَقَ سُفْيَانَ جَمَاعَةٌ عَلَى هَذَا الإِسْنَادِ وَقَالَ بَعْضُهُمُ الْحَكَمُ أَوِ ابْنُ الْحَكَمِ .

Narrated Umm Salamah, Ummul Mu'minin:
The Messenger of Allah (saws) taught me to say when the adhan for the sunset prayer was called; "O Allah, this is the time when Thy night comes on, Thy day retires, and the voices of Thy summoners are heard, so forgive me."
حَدَّثَنَا مُؤَمَّلُ بْنُ إِهَابٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ الْعَدَنِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ مَعْنٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، مَوْلَى أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، قَالَتْ عَلَّمَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ أَقُولَ عِنْدَ أَذَانِ الْمَغْرِبِ
" اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّ هَذَا إِقْبَالُ لَيْلِكَ وَإِدْبَارُ نَهَارِكَ وَأَصْوَاتُ دُعَاتِكَ فَاغْفِرْ لِي " .

Narrated Suhayb:
I passed by the Messenger of Allah (saws) who was praying. I saluted him and he returned it by making a sign.
The narrator said: I do not know but that he said: He made a sign with his finger. This is the version reported by Qutaybah.
حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ خَالِدِ بْنِ مَوْهَبٍ، وَقُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، أَنَّ اللَّيْثَ، حَدَّثَهُمْ عَنْ بُكَيْرٍ، عَنْ نَابِلٍ، صَاحِبِ الْعَبَاءِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ صُهَيْبٍ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ مَرَرْتُ بِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَهُوَ يُصَلِّي فَسَلَّمْتُ عَلَيْهِ فَرَدَّ إِشَارَةً . قَالَ وَلاَ أَعْلَمُهُ إِلاَّ قَالَ إِشَارَةً بِأُصْبُعِهِ وَهَذَا لَفْظُ حَدِيثِ قُتَيْبَةَ .

My father brought me to Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) and said: I have donated this slave to my son. whereupon he said: Have you made (such) donation to every one or your sons? He said: No. Thereupon he (the-Holy Prophet) said: Then take him back.
وَحَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ، عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ وَمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ النُّعْمَانِ عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ، قَالَ أَتَى بِي أَبِي إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ إِنِّي نَحَلْتُ ابْنِي هَذَا غُلاَمًا . فَقَالَ " أَكُلَّ بَنِيكَ نَحَلْتَ " . قَالَ لاَ . قَالَ " فَارْدُدْهُ " .

It is good for a slave that he worships Allah well, and serves his master (well). It is good for him.

" نِعِمَّا لِلْمَمْلُوكِ أَنْ يُتَوَفَّى يُحْسِنُ عِبَادَةَ اللَّهِ وَصَحَابَةَ سَيِّدِهِ نِعِمَّا لَهُ " .

It has been narrated on the authority of Abdullah b. Zaid who said:
A person came to him and said: Here is Ibn Hanzala who is making people swear allegiance to him. He (, Abdullah) asked: To what effect? He replied: To the effect that they will die for him. 'Abdullah said: I will never swear allegiance to this effect after the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him).
وَحَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَخْبَرَنَا الْمَخْزُومِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ، يَحْيَى عَنْ عَبَّادِ بْنِ تَمِيمٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، قَالَ أَتَاهُ آتٍ فَقَالَ هَذَاكَ ابْنُ حَنْظَلَةَ يُبَايِعُ النَّاسَ فَقَالَ عَلَى مَاذَا قَالَ عَلَى الْمَوْتِ قَالَ لاَ أُبَايِعُ عَلَى هَذَا أَحَدًا بَعْدَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم .

"I heard the Prophet saying: (Labbaika Bi'umratin wa Hajjah) 'Here I am for 'Umrah and Hajj.'"
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ
" لَبَّيْكَ بِعُمْرَةٍ وَحَجَّةٍ " . قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ عُمَرَ وَعِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ أَنَسٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ . وَقَدْ ذَهَبَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ إِلَى هَذَا . وَاخْتَارُوهُ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكُوفَةِ وَغَيْرِهِمْ .

" لاَ مِنًى مُنَاخُ مَنْ سَبَقَ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ .

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، وَالْفَضْلُ بْنُ مُوسَى، عَنْ حُسَيْنٍ الْمُعَلِّمِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدَبٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم صَلَّى عَلَى امْرَأَةٍ فَقَامَ وَسَطَهَا . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ . وَقَدْ رَوَاهُ شُعْبَةُ عَنْ حُسَيْنٍ الْمُعَلِّمِ .

" نَفْسُ الْمُؤْمِنِ مُعَلَّقَةٌ بِدَيْنِهِ حَتَّى يُقْضَى عَنْهُ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ وَهُوَ أَصَحُّ مِنَ الأَوَّلِ .

حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْخَلاَّلُ، وَغَيْرُ، وَاحِدٍ، قَالُوا أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ، قَالَ رَدَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَلَى عُثْمَانَ بْنِ مَظْعُونٍ التَّبَتُّلَ وَلَوْ أَذِنَ لَهُ لاَخْتَصَيْنَا . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .

“Whichever woman dies while her husband is pleased with her, then she enters Paradise.”

" أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ مَاتَتْ وَزَوْجُهَا عَنْهَا رَاضٍ دَخَلَتِ الْجَنَّةَ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ .

" لاَ تُسَافِرُ امْرَأَةٌ مَسِيرَةَ يَوْمٍ وَلَيْلَةٍ إِلاَّ وَمَعَهَا ذُو مَحْرَمٍ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .

The believer is to the believer like parts of a building, each one of them supporting the other."
حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْخَلاَّلُ، وَغَيْرُ، وَاحِدٍ، قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ بُرَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى الأَشْعَرِيِّ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
" الْمُؤْمِنُ لِلْمُؤْمِنِ كَالْبُنْيَانِ يَشُدُّ بَعْضُهُ بَعْضًا " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .

"Whoever causes harm, Allah harms him, and whoever is harsh, Allah will be harsh with him."
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ حَبَّانَ، عَنْ لُؤْلُؤَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي صِرْمَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
" مَنْ ضَارَّ ضَارَّ اللَّهُ بِهِ وَمَنْ شَاقَّ شَاقَّ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ . وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرٍ .

" مَلْعُونٌ مَنْ ضَارَّ مُؤْمِنًا أَوْ مَكَرَ بِهِ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ .

"Jibril – may the Salawat of Allah be upon him – continued to recommend me about (treating) the neighbors so (kindly and politely), that I thought he would order me to make them heirs.”

Abu Hurairah narrated that the Messenger of Allah(s.a.w) said:
"The night and the day shall not go away until a man called Jahjah among the Mawali reigns."

It was narrated that Anas said:
"The Messenger of Allah(s.a.w) said: 'There was no Prophet except that he warned his Ummah of the liar who is blind in one eye. Lo! He is blind in one eye, and your Lord is not blind in one eye. Written between his eyes is: Kafir.'"

Anas narrated that the Messenger of Allah (saws) borrowed a bowl which broke, so he guaranteed (compensated) it for them.
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم اسْتَعَارَ قَصْعَةً فَضَاعَتْ فَضَمِنَهَا لَهُمْ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَيْرُ مَحْفُوظٍ . وَإِنَّمَا أَرَادَ عِنْدِي سُوَيْدٌ الْحَدِيثَ الَّذِي رَوَاهُ الثَّوْرِيُّ وَحَدِيثُ الثَّوْرِيِّ أَصَحُّ . اسْمُ أَبِي دَاوُدَ عُمَرُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ .

Narrated 'Uqbah bin 'Amir:
That the Messenger of Allah (saws) said: "The atonement of a vow when it is not specified is the atonement of an oath."

Narrated Ibn 'Abbas:
"I was informed by As-Sa'b bin Jaththamah who said: " I said: "O Messenger of Allah our horses trampled over women and children of the idolaters." He said: "They are from their fathers.'"
[Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih.

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) many ahadith and one of them was this:
The last Hour will not come until the two parties (of Muslims) confront each other and there is a large-scale massacre amongst them and the claim of both of them is the same.
وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ هَمَّامِ بْنِ مُنَبِّهٍ، قَالَ

" لاَ تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ حَتَّى تَقْتَتِلَ فِئَتَانِ عَظِيمَتَانِ وَتَكُونُ
بَيْنَهُمَا مَقْتَلَةٌ عَظِيمَةٌ وَدَعْوَاهُمَا وَاحِدَةٌ " .

Sunan Abi Dawud 5218
Abu Hurairah said; Al-Aqra’ b. Habib saw that the Messenger of Allah(may peace be upon him) was kissing Husain. He said:
I have ten children and I have never kissed any of them. The Messenger of Allah(may peace be upon him) said: He who does not show tenderness will not be shown tenderness.

" مَنْ لاَ يَرْحَمُ لاَ يُرْحَمُ " .

Narrated Jabir bin ‘Abdullah :
Abu Quhafah was brought on the day of the conquest of Mecca with head and beard while like hyssop. The Messenger of Allah (saws) said: Change this something, but avoid black.

" غَيِّرُوا هَذَا بِشَىْءٍ وَاجْتَنِبُوا السَّوَادَ " .

Narrated Jabir bin ‘Abdullah :
The wife of Sa'd b. al-Rabi said: Messenger of Allah, Sa'd died and left two daughters. He then narrated the rest of the tradition in a similar way.
Abu Dawud said: This is the most correct tradition.
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ السَّرْحِ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي دَاوُدُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ، وَغَيْرُهُ، مِنْ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، أَنَّ امْرَأَةَ، سَعْدِ بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ قَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ سَعْدًا هَلَكَ وَتَرَكَ ابْنَتَيْنِ . وَسَاقَ نَحْوَهُ قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَهَذَا هُوَ الصَّوَابُ .

The above mentioned tradition has also been reported by Muhammad b. ‘Amr b. ‘Ata’ through a different chain of narrators. This version adds:
“When he prostrated himself he neither placed his arms on the ground nor closed them; putting forward his fingers towards the qiblah.”

‘Abd Allaah bin Mughaffal said “On the day of Khaibar a skin of fat was hanging. I came to it and clung to it. I then said (i.e., thought) I shall not give any one any of it today. I then turned round and saw the Apostle of Allaah(saws) smiling at me.
حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، وَالْقَعْنَبِيُّ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ هِلاَلٍ - عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُغَفَّلٍ، قَالَ دُلِّيَ جِرَابٌ مِنْ شَحْمٍ يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ - قَالَ - فَأَتَيْتُهُ فَالْتَزَمْتُهُ - قَالَ - ثُمَّ قُلْتُ لاَ أُعْطِي مِنْ هَذَا أَحَدًا الْيَوْمَ شَيْئًا - قَالَ - فَالْتَفَتُّ فَإِذَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَتَبَسَّمُ إِلَىَّ .

Verily your people would constantly question about this and that till they would say: Well, it is Allah Who created the creation, but who created Allah?

" قَالَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ إِنَّ أُمَّتَكَ لاَ يَزَالُونَ يَقُولُونَ مَا كَذَا مَا كَذَا حَتَّى يَقُولُوا هَذَا اللَّهُ خَلَقَ الْخَلْقَ فَمَنْ خَلَقَ اللَّهَ " .

Sunan Abi Dawud 1413
Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar:
The Messenger of Allah (saws) used to recite the Qur'an to us. When he came upon the verse containing prostration, he would utter the takbir (Allah is most great) and we would prostrate ourselves along with him.
The narrator 'Abd al-Razzaq said: Al-Thawri liked this tradition very much.
Abu Dawud said: This was liked by him for this contains the uttering of takbir.

Narrated Aisha, Ummul Mu'minin:
The Messenger of Allah (saws) said: When one of you throws pebbles at the last jamrah (Jamrat al-Aqabah), everything becomes lawful for him except women (sexual intercourse).
Abu Dawud said: This is a weak tradition. The narrator al-Hajjaj neither saw al-Zuhri nor heard tradition from him.

Mishkat al-Masabih 883
Ibn Jubair said that he heard Anas b. Malik declare, “After the death of God’s Messenger I never prayed behind anyone whose prayer more closely resembled that of God’s Messenger than this young man,” meaning ‘Umar b. ‘Abd al-‘AzIz.* He reported him as saying, “I computed that he uttered ten tasbihas when bowing and ten when prostrating himself.”
* He was Caliph from 99 to 101 A.H. and was noted for his piety.
Abu Dawud and Nasa’i transmitted it.
وَعَنِ ابْنً جُبَيْرٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ: مَا صَلَّيْتُ وَرَاءَ أَحَدٍ بَعْدَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَشْبَهَ صَلَاةً بِصَلَاةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ هَذَا الْفَتَى يَعْنِي عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ قَالَ: قَالَ: فَحَزَرْنَا رُكُوعَهُ عَشْرَ تَسْبِيحَاتٍ وَسُجُودَهُ عَشْرَ تَسْبِيحَاتٍ. رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَالنَّسَائِيّ

Mishkat al-Masabih 1084
Mujahid, on the authority of ‘Abdallah b. ‘Umar, reported the Prophet as saying, “No man must prevent his family from coming to the mosques.” A son of ‘Abdallah b. ‘Umar said, “I will certainly prevent them,” whereupon ‘Abdallah said, “I tell you something from God’s Messenger, and you say this!” He said that ‘Abdallah did not speak to him during the remainder of his life.
Ahmad transmitted it.
وَعَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَا يَمْنَعَنَّ رَجُلٌ أَهْلَهُ أَنْ يَأْتُوا الْمَسَاجِدَ» . فَقَالَ ابْنٌ لِعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ: فَإِنَّا نَمْنَعُهُنَّ. فَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ: أُحَدِّثُكَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَتَقُولُ هَذَا؟ قَالَ: فَمَا كَلَّمَهُ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ حَتَّى مَاتَ. رَوَاهُ أَحْمد

Mishkat al-Masabih 4481
Abu Huraira told that a mukhannath who had dyed his hands and feet with henna was brought to God’s messenger who asked, "What is the matter with this man?” On being told that he affected women’s get-up he ordered him to be banished to an-Naqi'. The people suggested that they should kill him, but he said, “I have been prohibited from killing people who pray.”
Abu Dawud transmitted it.
وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: أَتَى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِمُخَنَّثٍ قَدْ خَضَبَ يَدَيْهِ وَرِجْلَيْهِ بِالْحِنَّاءِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَا بَالُ هَذَا؟» قَالُوا: يَتَشَبَّهُ بِالنِّسَاءِ فَأَمَرَ بِهِ فَنُفِيَ إِلَى النَّقِيعِ. فَقيل: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَلَا تَقْتُلُهُ؟ فَقَالَ: «إِنِّي نُهِيتُ عَنْ قَتْلِ الْمُصَلِّينَ» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ

Abu Hurairah (RAA) narrated, 'I heard the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) say, "When the slave-woman of one of you commits adultery and she is proven guilty (through witnesses or confession), he should flog her as prescribed (for the slave woman), but he should not admonish her. If she does this again, then she should be flogged again but he should not admonish her. If she commits it for the third time, and she is proven guilty, then he must sell her even if it was for a rope of hair." Agreed upon, and the wording is from Muslim.
وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ - رضى الله عنه - سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -يَقُولُ: { "إِذَا زَنَتْ أَمَةُ أَحَدِكُمْ, فَتَبَيَّنَ زِنَاهَا, فَلْيَجْلِدْهَا اَلْحَدَّ, وَلَا يُثَرِّبْ عَلَيْهَا, ثُمَّ إِنْ زَنَتْ فَلْيَجْلِدْهَا اَلْحَدَّ, وَلَا يُثَرِّبْ عَلَيْهَا, ثُمَّ إِنْ زَنَتِ اَلثَّالِثَةَ, فَتَبَيَّنَ زِنَاهَا, فَلْيَبِعْهَا وَلَوْ بِحَبْلٍ مِنْ شَعَرٍ } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ وَهَذَا لَفْظُ مُسْلِمٍ 1 .

Narrated Umm 'Atiyah (RA):
Allah's Messenger (SAW) said, "A woman must not observe her mourning for more than three nights for the one who has died, except for the four months and ten days in the case of her husband; and she must not wear a dyed garment except one of the type made of 'Ash (dyed yarn) or apply Kuhl (antimony), or apply perfume, except for a little Qust or Azfar, when she has been purified after her menstruation."

Mishkat al-Masabih 6
‘Abdallah b. ‘Amr reported God's messenger as saying, “The Muslim is he from whose tongue and hand the Muslims are safe, and the Emigrant is he who abandons what God has prohibited.”
This is Bukhari’s wording.
Muslim has:
A man asked the Prophet, “Which of the Muslims is best?” He replied, “He from whose tongue and hand the Muslims are safe.”.

Mishkat al-Masabih 323
‘A’isha said that the Prophet used to kiss one of his wives and then pray without performing ablution.
Abu Dawud, Tirmidhi, Nasa’i and Ibn Majah transmitted it. Tirmidhi said, “The isnad ‘Urwa from
‘A'isha is in no way sound in the opinion of our friends,* and the same applies to the isnad Ibrahim at-Taimi from her.”
Abu Dawud said that this is mursal and that Ibrahim at-Taimi never heard from ‘A'isha.
*This must apply to this particular tradition, as ‘Urwa is a recognised transmitter from ‘A'isha
وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُقَبِّلُ بَعْضَ أَزْوَاجِهِ ثُمَّ يُصَلِّي وَلَا يَتَوَضَّأُ. رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَالتِّرْمِذِيُّ وَالنَّسَائِيُّ وَابْنُ مَاجَهْ. وَقَالَ التِّرْمِذِيُّ: لَا يَصِحُّ عِنْدَ أَصْحَابِنَا بِحَالٍ إِسْنَادُ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ وَأَيْضًا إِسْنَادُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ التَّيْمِيِّ عَنْهَا

Mishkat al-Masabih 2007
He reported God’s messenger as saying, "If one has a sudden attack of vomiting while he is fasting no atonement is required of him, but if he vomits intentionally he must make atonement."
Tirmidhi, Abu Dawud, Ibn Majah and Darimi transmitted it. Tirmidhi said this is a gharib tradition which he knew only among the traditions of ‘Isa. b. Yunus, and that Muhammad, i.e. Bukhari, said he did not consider it one which was held in estimation.
وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عَلَيْهِ وَسلم: «من ذرعه الْقَيْء وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ قَضَاءٌ وَمَنِ اسْتَقَاءَ عَمْدًا فَلْيَقْضِ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ وَابْنُ مَاجَهْ وَالدَّارِمِيُّ. وَقَالَ التِّرْمِذِيُّ: هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ لَا نَعْرِفُهُ إِلَّا مِنْ حَدِيثِ عِيسَى بْنِ يُونُس. وَقَالَ مُحَمَّد يَعْنِي البُخَارِيّ لَا أرَاهُ مَحْفُوظًا

Suwaid b. Qais said:
Makhrafa al-‘Abdi and I imported some garments from Hajar* and brought them to Mecca. God’s Messenger came to us walking and after he had bargained with us for some trousers we sold them to him. God’s Messenger then said to a man there who was weighing out for pay, “Weigh out and give overweight.”
*A name applied to the whole district of al-Bahrain.
Ahmad, Abu Dawud, Tirmidhi, Ibn Majah and Darimi transmitted it, Tirmidhi saying this is a hasan sahih tradition.
عَن سُوَيْد بن قيس قَالَ: جَلَبْتُ أَنَا وَمَخَرَفَةُ الْعَبْدِيُّ بَزًّا مِنْ هَجَرٍ فَأَتَيْنَا بِهِ مَكَّةَ فَجَاءَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَمْشِي فَسَاوَمَنَا بِسَرَاوِيلَ فَبِعْنَاهُ وَثمّ رجل يزن بِالْأَجْرِ فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُول الله: «زِنْ وَأَرْجِحْ» . رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ وَالتِّرْمِذِيُّ وَابْنُ مَاجَهْ وَالدَّارِمِيُّ وَقَالَ التِّرْمِذِيُّ: هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ

Mishkat al-Masabih 3060
'Imran b. Husain said:
A man came to God’s Messenger and said, “My son’s son has died, so what do I receive from his estate?” He replied, “You receive a sixth;” then when he turned away he called him and said, “You receive another sixth;” and when he turned away he called him and said, “The other sixth is an allowance [beyond what is due],” (It would seem, although it is not explicit, that the grandson had left two daughters who were therefore entitled to two-thirds of the estate. The grandfather was entitled only to a sixth, but was given another sixth, as a favour, presumably because there were no other heirs).
Ahmad, Tirmidhi and Abu Dawud transmitted it, Tirmidhi saying this is a hasan sahih tradition.
وَعَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ قَالَ: جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: إِن ابْنِي مَاتَ فَمَا لِي مِنْ مِيرَاثِهِ؟ قَالَ: «لَكَ السُّدُسُ» فَلَمَّا وَلَّى دَعَاهُ قَالَ: «لَكَ سُدُسٌ آخَرُ» فَلَمَّا وَلَّى دَعَاهُ قَالَ: «إِنَّ السُّدُسَ الْآخَرَ طُعْمَةٌ» . رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَالتِّرْمِذِيُّ وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ وَقَالَ التِّرْمِذِيُّ: هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ

Mus'ab b. Sa'd b. Abu Waqqas reported:
I said prayer by the side of my father. When I bowed I intertwined my fingers and placed them between my knees. He struck my hands. When he completed the prayer he said: We used to do that but then were commanded to lift (our palms) to the knees.
حَدَّثَنِي الْحَكَمُ بْنُ مُوسَى، حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، عَنِ الزُّبَيْرِ بْنِ عَدِيٍّ، عَنِ مُصْعَبِ بْنِ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ، قَالَ صَلَّيْتُ إِلَى جَنْبِ أَبِي فَلَمَّا رَكَعْتُ شَبَّكْتُ أَصَابِعِي وَجَعَلْتُهُمَا بَيْنَ رُكْبَتَىَّ فَضَرَبَ يَدَىَّ فَلَمَّا صَلَّى قَالَ قَدْ كُنَّا نَفْعَلُ هَذَا ثُمَّ أُمِرْنَا أَنْ نَرْفَعَ إِلَى الرُّكَبِ .

When the call is made for prayer come to it walking with tranquillity, and pray what you are in time for, and complete what you have missed.

" إِذَا نُودِيَ بِالصَّلاَةِ فَأْتُوهَا وَأَنْتُمْ تَمْشُونَ وَعَلَيْكُمُ السَّكِينَةُ فَمَا أَدْرَكْتُمْ فَصَلُّوا وَمَا فَاتَكُمْ فَأَتِمُّوا " .

وَحَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَسْمَاءَ الضُّبَعِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مَهْدِيٌّ، - وَهُوَ ابْنُ مَيْمُونٍ - حَدَّثَنَا غَيْلاَنُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، - رضى الله عنهما - أَنَّصلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ لَهُ أَوْ قَالَ لِرَجُلٍ وَهُوَ يَسْمَعُ " يَا فُلاَنُ أَصُمْتَ مِنْ سُرَّةِ هَذَا الشَّهْرِ " . قَالَ لاَ . قَالَ " فَإِذَا أَفْطَرْتَ فَصُمْ يَوْمَيْنِ " .

حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ ظَبْيَانَ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " الْمُدَبَّرُ مِنَ الثُّلُثِ " . قَالَ ابْنُ مَاجَهْ سَمِعْتُ عُثْمَانَ - يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ - يَقُولُ هَذَا خَطَأٌ يَعْنِي حَدِيثَ " الْمُدَبَّرُ مِنَ الثُّلُثِ " . قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ لَيْسَ لَهُ أَصْلٌ .

It was
narrated from Wathilah bin Asqa’ that the Prophet (saw) said:

woman may get three types of inheritance: From her freed slave
woman,
a foundling whom she raised, and her child concerning whom she
swore
in Li’an that he was legitimate.”

" الْمَرْأَةُ تَحُوزُ ثَلاَثَ مَوَارِيثَ عَتِيقِهَا وَلَقِيطِهَا وَوَلَدِهَا الَّذِي لاَعَنَتْ عَلَيْهِ " . قَالَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ مَا رَوَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ غَيْرُ هِشَامٍ .

It was narrated that Zirr bin Hubaish said:
Ibn Jurmooz asked for permission to enter upon ‘Ali (رضي الله عنه). He said: Who is this? They said: Jurmooz is asking for permission to enter upon you. He said: Let him in; let the killer of Az-Zubair enter the Fire, I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: “Every Prophet (ﷺ) has a disciple and my disciple is Az-Zubair.”
حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمٌ، وَحَسَنٌ، قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ زِرِّ بْنِ حُبَيْشٍ، قَالَ اسْتَأْذَنَ ابْنُ جُرْمُوزٍ عَلَى عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ فَقَالَ مَنْ هَذَا قَالُوا ابْنُ جُرْمُوزٍ يَسْتَأْذِنُ قَالَ ائْذَنُوا لَهُ لِيَدْخُلْ قَاتِلُ الزُّبَيْرِ النَّارَ إِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ إِنَّ لِكُلِّ نَبِيٍّ حَوَارِيًّا وَحَوَارِيَّ الزُّبَيْرُ.

It was narrated that Qais al-Kharifi said:
I heard ‘Ali (رضي الله عنه) say on this minbar. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) came first, Abu Bakr (رضي الله عنه) came second and `Umar (رضي الله عنه) came third; then we got involved in turmoil, and it was what Allah willed.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ كَثِيرٍ أَبِي هَاشِمٍ، بَيَّاعِ السَّابِرِيِّ عَنْ قَيْسٍ الْخَارِفِيِّ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَلِيًّا، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ يَقُولُ عَلَى هَذَا الْمِنْبَرِ سَبَقَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَصَلَّى أَبُو بَكْرٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ وَثَلَّثَ عُمَرُ ثُمَّ خَبَطَتْنَا فِتْنَةٌ أَوْ أَصَابَتْنَا فِتْنَةٌ فَكَانَ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ.

Ibn 'Umar said:
"One day I climbed on Hafsah's house, and I saw the Prophet relieving himself while facing Ash-Sham, with his back toward the Ka'bah."
حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادٌ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ حَبَّانَ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ، وَاسِعِ بْنِ حَبَّانَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ رَقِيتُ يَوْمًا عَلَى بَيْتِ حَفْصَةَ فَرَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَلَى حَاجَتِهِ مُسْتَقْبِلَ الشَّأْمِ مُسْتَدْبِرَ الْكَعْبَةِ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .

Riyad as-Salihin 738
Abu Mas'ud Al-Badri (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
A man prepared some food especially for the Prophet (PBUH) and invited him along with four others. But a man accompanied him. Having arrived at the door, Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said to the host, "This person has followed us. You may allow him, if you like, and if you like he will return." He said: "O Messenger of Allah, I allow him, too."

عن أبى مسعود البدرى رضى الله عنه قال: دعا رجل النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم لطعام صنعه له خامس خمسة، فتبعهم رجل، فلما بلغ الباب، قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم:
"إن هذا تبعنا؛ فإن شئت أن تأذن له، وإن شئت رجع" قال: بل آذن له يا رسول الله .((متفق عليه))

It was narrated from Ya'la bin Ata that he heard Ali Al-Azdi (say) that he heard Ibn Umar narrate that:
The Prophet (SAW) said: "The prayers of the night and day are two by two."
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ عَطَاءٍ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَلِيًّا الأَزْدِيَّ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عُمَرَ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
" صَلاَةُ اللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ مَثْنَى مَثْنَى " . قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ عِنْدِي خَطَأٌ وَاللَّهُ تَعَالَى أَعْلَمُ .

It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas said:
"The Prophet (SAW) used to pray two rak'ahs of Fajr when he heard the Adhan and he made them brief."
أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَثَّامُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يُصَلِّي رَكْعَتَىِ الْفَجْرِ إِذَا سَمِعَ الأَذَانَ وَيُخَفِّفُهُمَا . قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ مُنْكَرٌ .

It was narrated that Al-Muhajir Al-Makki said:
"Jabir bin Abdullah was asked whether a man should raise his hands when he sees the House. He said: "I do not think that anyone does that except the Jews. We performed Hajj with the Messenger of Allah and we did not do that." (Daif)
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا قَزَعَةَ الْبَاهِلِيَّ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ الْمُهَاجِرِ الْمَكِّيِّ، قَالَ سُئِلَ جَابِرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ، يَرَى الْبَيْتَ أَيَرْفَعُ يَدَيْهِ قَالَ مَا كُنْتُ أَظُنُّ أَحَدًا يَفْعَلُ هَذَا إِلاَّ الْيَهُودَ حَجَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَلَمْ نَكُنْ نَفْعَلُهُ .

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that the Messenger of Allah said:
Thos is the one at whose death the Throne shook, the gates of heaven were opened of him and seventy thousand angles attended his funeral. It squeezed him once then released him."
أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْعَنْقَزِيُّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
" هَذَا الَّذِي تَحَرَّكَ لَهُ الْعَرْشُ وَفُتِحَتْ لَهُ أَبْوَابُ السَّمَاءِ وَشَهِدَهُ سَبْعُونَ أَلْفًا مِنَ الْمَلاَئِكَةِ لَقَدْ ضُمَّ ضَمَّةً ثُمَّ فُرِّجَ عَنْهُ " .

It was narrated that Wa'il bin Hujr said:
"I came to the Prophet [SAW] and I had hair. He said: 'This is bad,' and I thought he meant me, so I cut my hair then I came to him. He said to me: 'I didn't mean you, but this is better.'"
أَخْبَرَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلاَنَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، أَخُو قَبِيصَةَ وَمُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمُ بْنُ كُلَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ وَائِلِ بْنِ حُجْرٍ، قَالَ أَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَلِي شَعْرٌ فَقَالَ " ذُبَابٌ " . فَظَنَنْتُ أَنَّهُ يَعْنِينِي فَأَخَذْتُ مِنْ شَعْرِي ثُمَّ أَتَيْتُهُ فَقَالَ لِي " لَمْ أَعْنِكَ وَهَذَا أَحْسَنُ " .

أَخْبَرَنِي يُوسُفُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ بَلَغَنِي عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي زِيَادُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ بُسْرِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ زَيْنَبَ الثَّقَفِيَّةِ، قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
" إِذَا شَهِدَتْ إِحْدَاكُنَّ الصَّلاَةَ فَلاَ تَمَسَّ طِيبًا " . قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ وَهَذَا غَيْرُ مَحْفُوظٍ مِنْ حَدِيثِ الزُّهْرِيِّ .

It was narrated that Humaid bin 'Abdur-Rahman said:
"I heard Mu'awiyah say, when he was on the Minbar in Al-Madinah, and he brought out a hairpiece from his sleeve: 'O people of Al-Madinah, where are your knowledgeable ones? I heard the Messenger of Allah [SAW] forbid such things as this, and he said: "The Children of Israel were destroyed when their women started to wear things like this."
أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ مُعَاوِيَةَ، وَهُوَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ بِالْمَدِينَةِ وَأَخْرَجَ مِنْ كُمِّهِ قُصَّةً مِنْ شَعْرٍ فَقَالَ يَا أَهْلَ الْمَدِينَةِ أَيْنَ عُلَمَاؤُكُمْ سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَنْهَى عَنْ مِثْلِ هَذِهِ وَقَالَ
" إِنَّمَا هَلَكَتْ بَنُو إِسْرَائِيلَ حِينَ اتَّخَذَ نِسَاؤُهُمْ مِثْلَ هَذَا " .
