Sunan Abi Dawud 2039
Narrated Jabir ibn Abdullah:
The Prophet (saws) said: The leaves should not be beaten off and the trees should not be cut in the protected land of the Messenger of Allah (saws), but the leaves can be beaten off softly.

Narrated Abdullah ibn Abbas:
A virgin came to the Prophet (saws) and mentioned that her father had married her against her will, so the Prophet (saws) allowed her to exercise her choice.

The Prophet (saws) said: Knowledge has three categories; anything else is extra; a precise verse, or an established sunnah (practice), or a firm obligatory duty.

" الْعِلْمُ ثَلاَثَةٌ وَمَا سِوَى ذَلِكَ فَهُوَ فَضْلٌ آيَةٌ مُحْكَمَةٌ أَوْ سُنَّةٌ قَائِمَةٌ أَوْ فَرِيضَةٌ عَادِلَةٌ " .

I was on an expedition along with the Messenger of Allah (saws). We got the vessels and skins of the polytheists and used them. But he did not object to them (i.e. us) for that (action).

It is narrated by Abdullah bin Amr that Prophet (saws) said, "When a person falls ill then the reward of those deeds is also recorded for him which he used to perform when he was healthy.

Musnad Ahmad 194
It was narrated from Jabir bin 'Abdullah that 'Umar bin al-Khattab رضي الله عنه said:
The Prophet of Allah ﷺ did not prohibit lizard (meat), but he found it off-putting.

Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi that Abdullah ibn Umar bought a female riding-camel for four camels and he guaranteed to give them in full to the buyer at ar-Rabadha.

Narrated `Abdullah:
An Ansari man accused his wife (of committing illegal sexual intercourse). The Prophet made both of them takes the oath of Lian, and separated them from each other (by divorce).

The Prophet said, "No human being is killed unjustly, but a part of responsibility for the crime is laid on the first son of Adam who invented the tradition of killing (murdering) on the earth. (It is said that he was Qabil).

It was narrated from 'Ubaidullah bin Abdullah bin Aqram that his father said:
"I prayed with the Messenger of Allah (SAW) and I used to see the whiteness of his armpits when he prostrated."

It was narrated that 'Abdullah said:
"I prayed two rak'ahs with the Messenger of Allah (SAW) on a journey, and two rak'ahs with Abu Bakr, and two rak'ahs with 'Umar, may Allah (SWT) be pleased with them both."

It was narrated that 'Abdur-Rahman bin Yazid said:
"Uthman prayer four (rak'ahs) in Mina until news of that reached 'Abdullah who said: 'I prayed two rak'ahs with the Messenger of Allah (SAW).'"

`Abdullah bin Mughaffal Al-Muzani who was one of those who witnessed (the event of) the tree, said, "The Prophet forbade the throwing of small stones (with two fingers)."

Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi that Abdullah ibn Umar, when questioned about forgetfulness in the prayer, said, "If you think that you have forgotten part of the prayer, then pray it."
وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ، كَانَ إِذَا سُئِلَ عَنِ النِّسْيَانِ، فِي الصَّلاَةِ قَالَ لِيَتَوَخَّ أَحَدُكُمُ الَّذِي يَظُنُّ أَنَّهُ نَسِيَ مِنْ صَلاَتِهِ فَلْيُصَلِّهِ .

Yahya related to me from Malik from Abu Jafar al-Qari that Abdullah ibn Ayyash ibn Abi Rabia al-Makhzumi sacrificed two camels, one of them a Bactrian.
وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ الْقَارِئِ، . أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَيَّاشِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبِيعَةَ الْمَخْزُومِيَّ، أَهْدَى بَدَنَتَيْنِ إِحْدَاهُمَا بُخْتِيَّةٌ .

Allah's Apostle said, "If it is very hot, then pray the Zuhr prayer when it becomes (a bit) cooler, as the severity of the heat is from the raging of the Hell-fire."

" إِذَا اشْتَدَّ الْحَرُّ فَأَبْرِدُوا عَنِ الصَّلاَةِ، فَإِنَّ شِدَّةَ الْحَرِّ مِنْ فَيْحِ جَهَنَّمَ ".

Narrated Jabir:
The Prophet came to (the grave of) `Abdullah bin Ubai after his body was buried. The body was brought out and then the Prophet put his saliva over the body and clothed it in his shirt.

That the Prophet commanded that those who had been killed at Uhud should be taken back to the place where they fell; they had been brought to Al-Madinah.

The Prophet [SAW] said: "No person is killed wrongfully, but a share of responsibility for his blood will be upon the first son of Adam, because he was the first one to set the precedence, of killing."

" الْعَهْدُ الَّذِي بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَهُمُ الصَّلاَةُ فَمَنْ تَرَكَهَا فَقَدْ كَفَرَ " . وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ أَنَسٍ وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيبٌ .

" إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُبْغِضُ الْبَلِيغَ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ الَّذِي يَتَخَلَّلُ بِلِسَانِهِ كَمَا تَتَخَلَّلُ الْبَقَرَةُ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ . وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ سَعْدٍ .

" إِنَّ اللَّهَ أَوْحَى إِلَىَّ أَىَّ هَؤُلاَءِ الثَّلاَثَةِ نَزَلْتَ فَهِيَ دَارُ هِجْرَتِكَ الْمَدِينَةَ أَوِ الْبَحْرَيْنِ أَوْ قِنَّسْرِينَ " . هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ لاَ نَعْرِفُهُ إِلاَّ مِنْ حَدِيثِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ مُوسَى تَفَرَّدَ بِهِ أَبُو عَامِرٍ .

"O Messenger of Allah! May any one of us sleep while he is Junub?" He said: "When he performs Wudu'."

Narrated Abdullah ibn Abbas:
The Messenger of Allah (saws) offered the 'Id prayer without the adhan and the iqamah. AbuBakr and Umar or Uthman also did so. The narrator Yahya is doubtful about Uthman.

" إِذَا أُقِيمَتِ الصَّلاَةُ فَلاَ تَقُومُوا حَتَّى تَرَوْنِي خَرَجْتُ " . قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ أَنَسٍ وَحَدِيثُ أَنَسٍ غَيْرُ مَحْفُوظٍ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ . وَقَدْ كَرِهَ قَوْمٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَغَيْرِهِمْ أَنْ يَنْتَظِرَ النَّاسُ الإِمَامَ وَهُمْ قِيَامٌ . وَقَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ إِذَا كَانَ الإِمَامُ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فَأُقِيمَتِ الصَّلاَةُ فَإِنَّمَا يَقُومُونَ إِذَا قَالَ الْمُؤَذِّنُ قَدْ قَامَتِ الصَّلاَةُ قَدْ قَامَتِ الصَّلاَةُ . وَهُوَ قَوْلُ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ .

" اصْنَعُوا لأَهْلِ جَعْفَرٍ طَعَامًا فَإِنَّهُ قَدْ جَاءَهُمْ مَا يَشْغَلُهُمْ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ . وَقَدْ كَانَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ يَسْتَحِبُّ أَنْ يُوَجَّهَ إِلَى أَهْلِ الْمَيِّتِ شَيْءٌ لِشُغْلِهِمْ بِالْمُصِيبَةِ . وَهُوَ قَوْلُ الشَّافِعِيِّ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَجَعْفَرُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ هُوَ ابْنُ سَارَةَ وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ رَوَى عَنْهُ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ .

Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar:
Allah's Apostle forbade Muzabana; and Muzabana means the selling of fresh dates (on the trees) for dried dates by measure and also the selling of fresh grapes for dried grapes by measure.

A man amongst us declared that his slave would be freed after his death. The Prophet called for that slave and sold him. The slave died the same year.
