Narrated AbuSa'id al-Khudri:
When the Messenger of Allah (saws) finished his food, he said: "Praise be to Allah Who has given us food and drink and made us Muslims."
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلاَءِ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي هَاشِمٍ الْوَاسِطِيِّ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ رَبَاحٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَوْ غَيْرِهِ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ إِذَا فَرَغَ مِنْ طَعَامِهِ قَالَ
" الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَطْعَمَنَا وَسَقَانَا وَجَعَلَنَا مُسْلِمِينَ " .

When the Messenger of Allah (saws) ate or drank, he said: "Praise be to Allah Who has given food and drink and made it easy to swallow, and provided an exit for it.

The Prophet (saws) said: Forgive the infliction of prescribed penalties among yourselves, for any prescribed penalty of which I hear must be carried out.

وَعَن العبَّاسِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّا نُرِيدُ أَنْ نَكْنُسَ زَمْزَمَ وَإِنَّ فِيهَا مِنْ هَذِهِ الْجِنَّانِ يَعْنِي الْحَيَّاتِ الصِّغَارِ فَأَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِقَتْلِهِنَّ. رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد

وَعَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو الْفُقَيْمِيِّ، عَنْ مُنْذِرٍ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ ابْنِ الْحَنَفِيَّةِ قَالَ: لَيْسَ بِحَكِيمٍ مَنْ لاَ يُعَاشِرُ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ مَنْ لاَ يَجِدُ مِنْ مُعَاشَرَتِهِ بُدًّا، حَتَّى يَجْعَلَ اللَّهُ لَهُ فَرَجًا أَوْ مَخْرَجًا.

وَعَنْ اِبْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: قَالَ لَنَا رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ لَا تَرْمُوا اَلْجَمْرَةَ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ اَلشَّمْسُ } رَوَاهُ اَلْخَمْسَةُ إِلَّا النَّسَائِيَّ, وَفِيهِ اِنْقِطَاعٌ 1 .

وَعَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ اَلْخُدْرِيِّ - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ خَصْلَتَانِ لَا يَجْتَمِعَانِ فِي مُؤْمِنٍ: اَلْبُخْلُ, وَسُوءُ اَلْخُلُقِ } أَخْرَجَهُ اَلتِّرْمِذِيُّ, وَفِي سَنَدِهِ ضَعْفٌ. 1 .

It was narrated that 'Abdullah bin Mughaffal Al-Muzani said:
"The Prophet said: 'Perform prayer in the sheep's resting-places and do not perform prayer in the camels' resting-places, for they were created from the devils."

That the Prophet (SAW) ruled that Hamal bin Malik Hudhali Al-Lihyani should inherit from his wife who was killed by his other wife.
