"I came to the Messenger of Allah when he was in Al-Batha', and he said: 'For what have you entered Ihram?' I said: 'I have entered Ihram for that for which the Proper had entered Ihram,' He said: 'Have you brought a hadi (sacrifical animal)?' I said: 'No.' He said: 'Then circumambulate the House and (perform Sa) between As-Safa and Al-Marwah, then exit Ihram, so I circumambulated the House and (performed Sa i) between As-Safa and Al-Marwah, then went to a woman of my people and she combed and washed my hair, I used to issue Fatwas to the people based on that, during the Khilafah of Abu Bakr and 'Umar. Then one day during Hajj season a man came to me and said: 'You do not know what the commander of the Believers has introduced concerning the rites. I said: O people, whoever heard our heard our Fatwa, let him not rush to follow it, for the commander of the Believers! Is coming to you, and you should follow him. When he came, I said: O Commander of the Believers! What is this that you have introduced concerning the rites? He said: If we follow the Book of Allah, then Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, says: 'And complete the Hajj and 'Umrah for Allah. And if we follow the sunnah of our Prophet then our Prophet did not exit Ihram until he had slaughtered the Hadi (sacrificial animal) (sahih)

That the Prophet (saws) said: "Indeed a woman grants (assurances of protection) to a people" - meaning it is to be honored - "from the Muslims."

There is something on this topic from Umm Hani, and this Hadith is Hasan Gharib.

I asked Muhammad and he said: "This Hadith is Sahih. Kathir bin Ziad heard from Al-Walid bin Rabah, and Al-Walid bin Rabah heard from Abu Hurairah, and he is Muqarib (average) in Hadith.

"We asked 'Ali what he had been dispatched with during the Hajj. He said: 'I was sent with four: That there shall be no Tawaf around the House while naked, that if there is a treaty between someone and the Prophet (SAW), then the treaty remains until its expiration, and whoever does not have a treaty, then he has the span of four months, none shall enter Paradise except a believer, and the idolaters and Muslims shall not congregate (for Hajj) after this year.'"

[Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih. It is the narration of [Sufyan] bin 'Uyainah from Abu Ishaq. Sufyan Ath-Thawri reported it from Abu Ishaq, from some of his companions, from 'Ali, and there is something about it from Abü Hurairah.

[Abu 'Eisa said:] Both narrations have been reported from Ibn 'Uyainah; from Ibn Uthai' and from Ibn Yuthai'. What is correct is that he is Zaid bin Yuthai'. Shu'bah reported a different narration from Abu Ishaq [from Zaid], and he was mistaken in it, he said: "From Zaid bin Uthail" and no one corroborated him in that. [There is something on this topic from Abu Hurairah].

Ibn `Abbas told that God's messenger recited this verse, "Fear God as He ought to be feared, and die only as Muslims[1]," after which he said, "If a drop of az-Zaqqum[2] were to fall on this world it would corrupt the people's means of livelihood, so what about those whose food it is?" Quran; 3:102 A tree growing in the bottom of hell. Cf. Quran; 37:62, 44:43; also 17:60. Tirmidhi transmitted it, saying this is a hasan sahih tradition.

"I arrived upon the Messenger of Allah (saws) at Khaibar along with a group of the Ash'ari tribe. He gave us shared along with those that conquered it."

This Hadith is Hasan Sahih Gharib. This is acted upon according to some of the people of knowledge. Al-Awza'i said: "Whoever meets up with the Muslims before the horses, share is distributed, then he is given a share." And Buraid's (a narrator) Kunyah is Abu Buraidah and he is trustworthy. Sufyan Ath-Thawri, Ibn 'Uyainah and others report from him.

That the Messenger of Allah (saws) said: "The deeds of everyone who dies are sealed. Except for the one who dies guarding the frontier from the enemy, in the cause of Allah. For indeed his actions are increased for him until the Day of Judgement, and he is secure from the tribulation of the grave." And I heard the Messenger of Allah (saws) saying: "The Mujahid is one who strives against his own soul."

[Abu 'Eisa said:] There are narrations on this topic from 'Uqbah bin 'Amir and Jabir.

The Hadith is Fadalah is a Hasan Sahih Hadith.

"It was said, 'O Messenger of Allah, what equals Jihad?' He said: 'Verily, you (people) are not capable of it.' So they repeated it to him two or three times, each time he said, 'You (people) are not capable of it.' Then he said the third time: 'The example of the Mujahid in the path of Allah is like the one who fasts and stands (in prayer) and does not slacken from Salat, nor fasting, until the Mujahid in the cause of Allah returns.'"

There are narrations on this topic from Ash-Shifa', 'Abdullah bin Hubshi, Abu Musa', Abu Sa'eed, Umm Malik Al-Bahziyyah, and Anas.

This Hadith is a Hasan Sahih. And it has been reported through more than one route from Abu Hurairah from the Prophet (saws).

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: If anyone observes prayer in which he does not recite Umm al-Qur’an (i.e., Al-Fātiḥah), it is deficient [he said this three times] and incomplete. It was said to Abu Hurayraa: At times we are behind the Imam. He said: Recite it inwardly, for he had heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) declare that Allah the Exalted had said: I have divided the prayer into two halves between Me and My servant, and My servant will receive what he asks. When the servant says: Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the universe, Allah the Most High says: My servant has praised Me. And when he (the servant) says: The Most Compassionate, the Merciful, Allah the Most High says: My servant has lauded Me. And when he (the servant) says: Master of the Day of judgment, He remarks: My servant has glorified Me. And sometimes He would say: My servant entrusted (his affairs) to Me. And when he (the worshipper) says: You do we worship and of You do we ask help, He (Allah) says: This is between Me and My servant, and My servant will receive what he asks for. Then, when he (the worshipper) says: Guide us along the straight path, the path of those to whom You have been Gracious, not of those who have incurred Your displeasure, nor of those who have gone astray, He (Allah) says: This is for My servant, and My servant will receive what he asks for. Reference: Sahih Muslim 395

And its basic meaning is found in Sahih al-Bukhari.

And Al-Hakim graded it Sahih based on the narration of Aisha.

Ibn 'Umar (RAA) narrated that The Messenger of Allah (P.B.U.H.) said “Do you realize Ibn Umm ’Abd what the ruling of Allah is concerning those who rebel against the ruler in this Ummah?’ I said, ‘Allah and His Messenger know best. ‘He said, “A wounded man among them is not to be given the last stroke (that kills him), their captive is not killed, the one who runs away is not followed and their booties are not divided (among other Muslims).” Related by Al-Bazzar and al-Hakim. The latter graded it as Sahih but he was mistaken as Kawthar bin Hakim (one of the narrators) is a rejected narrator.

"The Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) grabbed me on part of my body and said: 'Be in the world like a stranger or a passerby, and count yourself among the inhabitants of the grave.'" Ibn 'Umar said to me: "When you wake up in the morning, then do not concern yourself with the evening. And when you reach the evening, then do not concern yourself with the morning. Take from your health before your illness, and from your life before your death, for indeed O slave of Allah! You do not know what your description shall be tomorrow." (sahih)

"The wealth of Banu An-Nadir was among the spoils of war which Allah granted upon His Messenger (saws) which the Muslims did not gain with the rush of their horses nor camel. So it was purely for the Messenger of Allah (saws), and the Messenger of Allah (saws) would set aside a year's worth of expenditure for his family, then he would use what remained of it for horses and weapons to be used in Allah's cause."

[Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih. Sufyan bin 'Uyainah reported this Hadith from Ma'mar, from Ibn Shihab.

Abu Sa’id bin al-Mu’alla (RA) reported, “I was praying when the Messenger of Allah ﷺ passed by me and called me. I didn’t come to him until I finished praying. Then I came to him and he said, “What prevented you from coming? Didn’t Allah say, ‘O you who believe, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you’?” Then he said, “I shall teach you the greatest sūrah in the Qur’an before I leave.” The Messenger of Allah ﷺ started to leave so I reminded him of it.” Mu’āth said, “Shu’bah narrated this to us from Khubayb, who heard from Hafs, who heard from Abu Sa’id, a man from the companions of the Prophet ﷺ, and he said, “It is ‘Alhamdu lillāhi Rabbil ‘Ālameen (i.e., Sūrah Al-Fātiḥah) which is As-Sab’ Al-Mathāni (i.e., the seven oft-repeated āyāt).” Reference: Sahih al-Bukhari 4474

It is also reported in as-Sahih on the authority of Mu'aiqib without mention of the reason.

"It was forbidden to us for a town-dweller to sell for a desert-dweller." (Sahih )

Subhānaka Allāhumma wa biḥamdika, wa tabāraka 'smuka, wa ta'ālā jadduka, wa lā 'ilāha ghayruk. Glory is to You O Allah, and praise. Blessed is Your Name and Exalted is Your Majesty. There is none worthy of worship but You Reference: Abu Dawud, Ibn Majah, An-Nasa'i, At-Tirmidhi. See Al-Albani, Sahih At-Tirmidhi 1/77 and Sahih Ibn Majah 1/135.

"We did not pledge to the Messenger of Allah (saws) for death, but only that we would not flee."

[Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih, meaning both of the Ahadith are Sahih. Some of his Companions pledged to him for death, they said only: "We will not leave from in front of you as long as we are not killed." While others pledged him by saying: "We will not flee."

From his father who said: "When the Messenger of Allah (sawS) sent a commander of an army, he would exhort him concerning himself to have Taqwa of Allah, and he would exhort him to be good to those who are with him among the Muslims. He would say: 'Fight in the Name of Allah, in the cause of Allah. Fight those who disbelieve in Allah, and do not steal from the spoils of war or be treacherous, nor mutilate, and do not kill a child. When you meet your enemy among the idolaters, then call them to one of the three options or choices, whichever of them they respond to then accept it from them, and refrain from them. Call them to Islam, and to relocate from their land to the land of Emigrants. Inform them that if they do that, then they will have similar to what those who emigrated have, and from them will be required similar to what is required from those who have emigrated. And if they refuse to relocate, then inform them that they will be like the Bedouins among the Muslim, and they will be treated the same as Bedouins are treated. There is no war spoils or Fay' for them, unless they fight along with the Muslims. If they refuse then seek aid from Allah against them and fight them. And if you lay siege to a fortress and they want you to grant them covenant from Allah and a covenant of His Prophet, then do not grant them the covenant of Allah nor the covenant of His Prophet. Rather grant them your own covenant and the covenant of your companions, it will be better than breaking Allah's covenant and the covenant of His Messenger. And if you lay siege to the people of a fortress and they want you to lift the siege for negotiating upon the judgement of Allah, then do not stop, but rather make them surrender to your judgement, for you do not know if you will come upon the judgement of Allah regarding them or not.' Or similar to that."

[Abu 'Eisa said:] There is something on this topic from An-Nu'man bin Muqarrin, and the Hadith of Buraidah is a Hasan Sahih Hadith

The origin of the aforesaid story is found in the Sahih of al-Bukhari from Abu Usaid as-Sa'idi's Hadith.

That the Messenger of Allah stopped in the valley that is in Dhul-Hulaifah and prayed there. (sahih)

"It is as if I can see the glistening of the perfume in parting of the Messenger of Allah while he was in Ihram. (sahih)

the Messenger of Allah forbade eating the meat of sacrificial animals after three days" (Sahih )

"The Messenger of Allah cursed those who take anything that has a soul as a target." (Sahih )

That the Messenger of Allah (saws) said: "Do not precede the Jews and the Christians with the Salam. And if one you meets one of them in the path, then force him to its narrow portion."

[He said:] There are narrations on this topic from Ibn 'Umar, Anas, and Abu Basrah Al-Ghifari the Companion of the Prophet (saws).

[Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih. And regarding the meaning of this Hadith: "Do not precede the Jews and the Christians": Some of the poeple of knowledge said that it only means that it is disliked because it would be honoring them, and the Muslims were ordered to humiliate them. For this reason, when one of them is met on the path, then the path is not yielded for him, because doing so would amount to honoring them.

Allah's Messenger (saws) used to repeat in a single sitting: Rabbigh’fir lī wa tub `alayy innaka antat-Tawwābu ‘l-Ghafūr. Ibn Umar (ra) said: Allah's Messenger (saws) used to repeat in a single sitting: My Lord, forgive me, and accept my repentance, You are the Ever-Relenting, the All-Forgiving. Reference: Sahih Ibn Majah 2/321. See also Al-Albani, Sahih At-Tirmidhi 3/153.

"or blow into it," [at-Tirmidhi graded it Sahih (authentic)].

Ahmad reported something similar from the narration of 'Ata. Its narrators are reliable and Ibn al-Qattan graded it Sahih (authentic).

"The Messenger of Allah (SAW) addressed us on the day of An-Nahr after the prayer." (Sahih

" I used to see the glistening of the perfume at the roots of the hair of the Messenger of Allah when he was in Ihram.(sahih)

"We slaughtered (Naharna) a horse during the time of the Messenger of Allah and ate it". (Sahih )

the Prophet forbade a town-dweller to sell for a desert- dweller, even if he was his father or brother. (Sahih )

"The garment the Messenger (saws) like most to wear was the Hibrah."

[Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih Gharib.

"The Messenger of Allah (saws) prohibited breathing in the vessel, or blowing into it."

[Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih.

] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih. He said: There is something on this topic from Anas.

While we were in the company of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) in the early hours of the morning, some people came there (who) were barefooted, naked, wearing striped woolen clothes, or cloaks, with their swords hung (around their necks). Most of them, nay, all of them, belonged to the tribe of Mudar. The color of the face of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) underwent a change when he saw them in poverty. He then entered (his house) and came out and commanded Bilal (to pronounce Adhan). He pronounced Adhān and Iqāma, and he (the Prophet) observed prayer (along with his Companion) and then addressed (them reciting verses of the Qur'an): “O people, fear your Lord, Who created you from a single being” to the end of the verse, “Allah is ever a Watcher over you” (4:1). (He then recited) a verse of Sura Hashr: “Fear Allah, and let every soul consider that which it sends forth for the afterlife, and fear Allah …” (18). (Then the audience began to vie with one another in giving charity.) Some donated a dinar, others a dirham, still others clothes, some donated a sā' of wheat, some a sā' of dates; till he (the Prophet) said: (Bring) even if it is half a date. Then a person from among the Ansar came there with a money bag which his hands could scarcely lift; in fact, they could not (lift). Then the people followed continuously, till I saw two heaps of eatables and clothes, and I saw the face of the Messenger (ﷺ) glistening, like gold (on account of joy). The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: He who sets a good precedent in Islam, there is a reward for him for this (act of goodness) and reward of that also who acted according to it subsequently, without any deduction from their rewards; and he who sets in Islam an evil precedent, there is upon him the burden of that, and the burden of him also who acted upon it subsequently, without any deduction from their burden. Reference: Sahih Muslim 1017

Something similar to the aforesaid Hadith. [Abu Dawud and at-Tirmidhi reported it. Ibn Hibban graded it Sahih (authentic)].

Bismillāh. With the Name of Allah. Reference: Abu Dawud 4/296. Al-Albani graded it authentic in Sahih Abu Dawud 3/941.

Ibn ‘Abbas said that "Water is necessary only when there is an emission” applies to a dream. Tirmidhi transmitted it, but I have not found it in the two Sahihs.

Ibn 'Abbas said concerning Sadaqatul-Fitr. "A Sa' of wheat, or a Sa' of dates, or Sa of barley, or a Sa' of rye." (Sahih Mawquf)

"Eat Sahur, for in Sahur there is blessing." (Sahih Mawquf) while Ibn Abi Laila narrated it in Marfu form:

"On the Day of Khaibar we ate the flesh of horses, and onagers, but the Prophet forbade us (from eating) donkeys."(sahih)

'May Allah curse the one who disfigures and animal. (Sahih )

that about Allah's saying: Thus we have made you a Wasata nation (2:143) - the Prophet (SAW) said: "The meaning of Wasata is just."
[Abu 'Eisa said: This Hadith is [Hasan] Sahih.

(Another chain) From Abu Sa'eed who narrated that: "The Messenger of Allah a said: 'Nuh will be called and it will be said: "Did you deliver (the Message)? "He will say: "Yes" and his people will be called and it will be said: "Did he call you?" They will say: "No warner came to us. No one came to us.' It will be said: "Who will testify for you?" So it is said: "Muhammad and his Ummah (community)." He (SAW) said: You will be brought to testify that he delivered (the Message) and that is His saying: Thus, we have made you a Wasata nation that you will be witnesses over mankind and the Messenger (Muhammad) will be a witness over you.' And Al-Wasat is "Just." (Sahih)
Abu 'Eisa said: This Hadith is Hasan Sahih.

Abu ad-Darda (RAA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (P.B.U.H.) said, “Allah hates the profligate and the obscene.” Related by At-Tirmidhi who graded it to be Sahih.

the Prophet (SAW) bought Safiyyah for seven slaves. (Sahih) (One of the narrators) 'Abdur-Rahman said: "From Dihyah Kalbi.'

The Prophet (SAW) went out to pray for rain, and he prayed two rak'ahs facing the Qiblah. (Sahih

"I heard the Prophet say; 'do not wear shirts, or pants, or 'Imamahs, or burnouses, or Khuffs while in Ihram.'''(sahih)

the Messenger of Allah forbade artificially inflating prices, meeting traders on the way, and for a town-dweller to sell for a desert-dweller." (Sahih )

That the Messenger of Allah (saws) said: "Animals [two for one] are not proper on credit, and there is no harm in a hand to hand (exchange)."

The Hadith is Hasan Sahih.

and its Asl (original source) is in Abu Da’ud and At-Tirmidhi and Ibn Khuzaima graded it Sahih (sound) through Abu Huraira (rad) without mentioning the “stones”.]

Abu Hurairah (RAA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (P.B.U.H.) cursed the women who frequently visit the graves. Related At-Tirmidhi and Ibn Hibban graded it as Sahih.

An-Nu’man bin al-Bashir (RAA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (P.B.U.H.) said, “Verily supplication is worship.” Related by the four Imams and At-Tirmidhi graded it as Sahih,

Samurah (RAA) narrated that The Messenger of Allah (P.B.U.H.) said, “Kill the mature men of the polytheists but spare their children.” Related by Abu Dawud and At-Tirmidhi graded it as Sahih.

The Prophet (SAW) then said, "Food for food, and a vessel for a vessel." [at-Tirmidhi graded it Sahih (authentic)].

Allah's Messenger (SAW) entered my house and prayed eight Rak'at of Duha prayer. [Reported by Ibn Hibban in his Sahih].

In the narration of al-Hakim quoted in the al-Arba'in with a Sahih Isnad, "He (SAW) prayed Zuhr and 'Asr then rode (his beast, to continue his journey.)"

when the Messenger of Allah was in Dhul-Hulaifah someone came to him and he was told: "You are in a blessed valley.''(sahih)

"A woman lifted a child up to the Messenger of Allah and said: 'Is there Hajj for this one?' He said: 'Yes, and you will be rewarded.'''(sahih)

" I heard the Messenger of Allah say: 'The month of patience ( Ramadan) and three days of each month is fasting for a lifetime."' (Sahih).

"We slaughtered (naharna) a horse during the time of the Messenger of Allah while we were in Al-Madinah, and we ate it." (Sahih )

"Taking oaths may help you to make a sale but it takes (blessing) away from the earnings "(Sahih )

"The Messenger of Allah said: 'If any one of you sells a sheep or a milch- camel, let him not refrain from milking it.'' (Sahih )

the Messenger of Allah cut off (a thief's hand) for a shield. (Sahih) Abu 'Abdur-Rahman (An-Nasai) said: This is a mistake.

"Five things are of the Fitrah: Clipping the nails, trimming the mustache, plucking the armpit hairs, shaving the pubes, and circumcision." (Sahih Mawquf)

"There is no soul born upon the earth – meaning today – upon whom will come one hundred years." (Sahih)

That the Messenger of Allah (saws) said: "Whoever plunders then he is not of us."

[Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih Gharib as a Hadith of Anas.

I saw Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) reciting Sūrat-al-Fatḥ on his she-camel on the day of the Conquest of Mecca. Reference: Sahih al-Bukhari 5034 In a similar report, Abdullah bin Mughaffal said: I saw the Prophet (ﷺ) reciting (Qur'an) while he was riding on his she camel or camel which was moving, carrying him. He was reciting Sūrat Fatḥ or part of Sūrat Fatḥ very softly and in an attractive, moving tone. Reference: Sahih al-Bukhari 5047

Allāhummaj'al fī qalbī nūran, wa fī lisānī nūran, wa fī sam`ī nūran, wa fī baṣarī nūran, wa min fawqī nūran, wa min taḥtī nūran, wa `an yamīnī nūran, wa `an shimālī nūran, wa min 'amāmī nūran, wa min khalfī nūran, waj`al fī nafsī nūran, wa 'a`ẓim lī nūran, wa `ẓẓim lī nūran, waj`allī nūran, waj`alnī nūran, Allāhumma 'a`tinī nūran, waj'al fī `aṣabī nūran, wa fī laḥmī nūran, wa fī damī nūran, wa fī sha`rī nūran, wa fī basharī nūran. [Allāhummaj`allī nūran fī qabrī wa nūran fī `iẓāmī.] [Wa zidnī nūran, wa zidnī nūran, wa zidnī nūran.] [Wa hab lī nūran `alā nūr.] O Allah, place light in my heart, and on my tongue light, and in my ears light and in my sight light, and above me light, and below me light, and to my right light, and to my left light, and before me light and behind me light. Place in my soul light. Magnify for me light, and amplify for me light. Make for me light and make me a light. O Allah, grant me light, and place light in my nerves, and in my body light and in my blood light and in my hair light and in my skin light.1 [O Allah, make for me a light in my grave... and a light in my bones.] (At-Tirmidhi 5/483 (Hadith no. 3419).) [Grant me light upon light.] (Al-Bukhari, cf. Al-Asqalani, Fathul-Bari 11/118.) Reference: 1 Up to this point was reported by Al-Bukhari 11 / 116 (Hadith no. 6316) and by Muslim 1/526, 529-530 (Hadithno. 763).

Al-Baihaqi transmitted on the authority of Jabir (RAA) a similar narration and added, ‘And his grave was raised one span from the ground.’ Ibn Hibban graded it as Sahih.

The Prophet (SAW) commanded her to lead the members of her household (in prayer). [Reported by Abu Dawud; Ibn Khuzaimah graded it Sahih (authentic)].

I saw the Prophet (SAW) praying while sitted in a cross-legged position. [Reported by an-Nasa'i; and al-Hakim graded it Sahih (authentic)].

Jabir told that God’s Messenger gave a desert Arab the right to rescind a bargain after having made it. Tirmidhi transmitted it, saying this is a hasan sahih gharib tradition.

"The Messenger of Allah sacrificed a horned, intact ram, with black feet some black at the stomach and black around its eyes." (Sahih )

"The hand of the traitor is not to be cut off." (Sahih) Abu 'Abdur-Rahman (An-Nasai) said: Ashath bin Sawwar (one of its narrators) is weak.

That the Prophet (saws) was asked about Bit' so he said: "All drinks that intoxicate are unlawful."

[Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih.

Ibn 'Umar narrated that the Prophet (SAW) said: "Whoever says to his brother 'disbeliever' then it will have settled upon one of them." Sahih

"The ring of the Messenger of Allah (saws) was made of silver, its Fass was from it."

[Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih Gharib from this route.

That the Prophet (saws) said: "Indeed each of you is a shepherd and all of you will be questioned regarding your flock. The commander who is in authority over the Muslims is responsible and he will be questioned regarding his responsibility. The man is responsible over the inhabitants of his house and he is the one who will be questioned about them. The wife is responsible in her husband's house and she will be questioned about it. The slave is responsible regarding his master's property, and he will be questioned about it. Indeed each of you is a shepherd and each of you will be questioned about his flock."

[Abu 'Eisa said:] There are narrations on this topic from Abu Hurairah, Anas, and Abu Musa. The Hadith of Abu Musa is not preserved, and the Hadith of Anas is not preserved. And the Hadith of Ibn 'Umar is Hasan Sahih Hadith.

"I granted asylum for two men among my brother-in-laws. So the Messeneger of Allah (saws) said: 'We grant security to whomever you have granted security.'"

[Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih.

This is acted upon according to the people of knowledge. They permit assurance of protection by a women. This is the view of Ahmad and Ishaq. They permitted the asylum of a woman and slave

It has been related from other routes from 'Umar bin Al-Khattab that he permitted the asylum granted by a slave.

One of the narrators of this last narration Abu Murrah is the freed slave of 'Aqil bin Abi Talib - they also say that he was freed slave of Umm Hani' - and his name was Yazid.

It has been related from 'Ali bin Abi Talib and 'Abdullah bin 'Amr that the Prophet (saws) said: "The covenants of the Muslims are one, it covers the rest of them."

[Abu 'Eisa said:] According to the people of knowledge, the meaning of this Hadith is that whoever gives assurance of protection among the Muslims, then it is valis to all of them.

Narrated (rad): Allah’s Messenger (saw) said, “The tanning of a dead animal’s skin purifies it”. [Ibn Hibban graded it Sahih (sound)].

While performing Wudu, the Prophet (saw) would run (his fingers) through his beard. [Reported by At-Tirmidhi and Ibn Khuzaima graded it Sahih].

’Abdullah bin As-Sa'di narrated that The Messenger of Allah (P.B.U.H.) said, “Emigration (to fight the enemy) will continue as long as an enemy is fought.” Related by An-Nasa’i, and Ibn Hibban graded it as Sahih.
