Mishkat al-Masabih 2806
Jabir told that God’s Messenger gave a desert Arab the right to rescind a bargain after having made it.
Tirmidhi transmitted it, saying this is a hasan sahih gharib tradition.
عَنْ جَابِرٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى الله عَلَيْهِ وَسلم خيَّرَ أعرابيَّاً بَعْدَ الْبَيْعِ. رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَقَالَ: هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيب
