Mishkat al-Masabih 2218
Ibn ‘Abbās said that God's messenger did not know where sūras were to be separated till “In the name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful,” was sent down.
Abū Dāwūd transmitted it.

Ibn ‘Abbas was asked about payment for writing a copy of the Qur’an and replied, “There is no harm. They are just people who draw figures and get a living simply by their handiwork.”

Allah has prescribed the prayer by the tongue of your Apostle (may peace be upon him) as two rak'ahs for the traveller, four for the resident, and one in danger.

I have been helped by the east wind and the 'Ad were destroyed by the west wind.

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that:
The Messenger of Allah said: "Whoever seeks knowledge in order to argue with the foolish, or to show off before the scholars, or to attract people's attention, will be in Hell."

" مَنْ طَلَبَ الْعِلْمَ لِيُمَارِيَ بِهِ السُّفَهَاءَ أَوْ لِيُبَاهِيَ بِهِ الْعُلَمَاءَ أَوْ لِيَصْرِفَ وُجُوهَ النَّاسِ إِلَيْهِ فَهُوَ فِي النَّارِ " .

It was narrated from 'Aishah that:
The Prophet used to wash his private parts three times. Ibn 'Umar said: "We did that and we found it to be healing and a means of purification."

قَالَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حَاتِمٍ، وَإِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الْوَاسِطِيُّ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، نَحْوَهُ .

"The Messenger of Allah came to us, and we brought water out to him in a vessel of brass, and he performed ablution with it."

"The Messenger of Allah ate a shoulder, then he wiped his hands on a Mish that was underneath him, then he got up for prayer, and performed the prayer.

" لاَ تَوَضَّئُوا مِنْ أَلْبَانِ الْغَنَمِ وَتَوَضَّئُوا مِنْ أَلْبَانِ الإِبِلِ " .

It was narrated that 'Uthman bin Abul-As said:
"The last instruction that the Messenger of Allah gave to me was that I should not appoint a Mu'adh-dhin who took payment for the Adhan." (sahih)

It was narrated that 'Uthman bin 'Affan said:
"I heard the Messenger of Allah say: 'Whoever builds a mosque for the sake of Allah, Allah will build something similar for him in Paradise.'"

Sunan Ibn Majah 744
It was narrated that Ibn 'Umar was asked about gardens in which excrement was thrown.:
He said: "If it has been watered several times, then perform prayer there," and he attributed that to the Prophet.

Jabir bin 'Abdullah said:

It was narrated from Sulaiman bin Buraidah from his father that the Prophet(SAW) said:
"Whoever plays backgammon, it is as if he dipped his hand in the flesh and blood of a pig."

It was narrated from Khuzaimah bin Thabit:
That the Messenger of Allah (saws) said: “Allah is not too shy to tell the truth,” three times. “Do not have intercourse with women in their buttocks.”

It was narrated from Ibn Abbas that:
a virgin girl came to the Prophet and told him that her father arranged a marriage that she did not like, and the Prophet gave her the choice.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو السَّقْرِ، يَحْيَى بْنُ يَزْدَادَ الْعَسْكَرِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمَرُّوذِيُّ، حَدَّثَنِي جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، . أَنَّ جَارِيَةً، بِكْرًا أَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَذَكَرَتْ لَهُ أَنَّ أَبَاهَا زَوَّجَهَا وَهِيَ كَارِهَةٌ . فَخَيَّرَهَا النَّبِيُّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ .

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that:
a man invoked curses on his wife, and refused to accept her child. The Messenger of Allah (SAW) separated them, and left the child with the woman.

"Do not sell fruits until they have ripened." And he forbade (both) the seller and the purchaser (to engage in such a transaction).

" لاَ تَبِيعُوا الثَّمَرَةَ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاَحُهَا " . نَهَى الْبَائِعَ وَالْمُشْتَرِيَ .

" أَنْشُدُكَ بِاللَّهِ الَّذِي أَنْزَلَ التَّوْرَاةَ عَلَى مُوسَى " .

Fadalah bin ‘Ubaid narrated that the Prophet (saw) said:

safe, and the Muhajir is the one who forsakes mistakes and sins.”

Narrated Ibn `Abbas:
The Prophet performed a prostration when he finished reciting Surat-an-Najm, and all the Muslims and pagans and Jinns and human beings prostrated along with him.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مَعْمَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ قَالَ سَجَدَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِالنَّجْمِ وَسَجَدَ مَعَهُ الْمُسْلِمُونَ وَالْمُشْرِكُونَ وَالْجِنُّ وَالإِنْسُ. تَابَعَهُ ابْنُ طَهْمَانَ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ. وَلَمْ يَذْكُرِ ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ.

The Prophet said, "On the Day when all mankind will stand before the Lord of the Worlds, some of them will be enveloped in their sweat up to the middle of their ears."
