The Prophet (PBUH) said, "Whenever forbearance is added to something, it adorns it; and whenever it is withdrawn from something, it leaves it defective."

[Muslim].

The Prophet (PBUH) said, "The return from an expedition is an act as meritorious as fighting."

[Abu Dawud].

The Prophet (PBUH) said, "Verily, Allah elevates some people with this Qur'an and abases others."

[Muslim].

The Prophet (PBUH) said, "Fever comes from the vehement raging of Hell, so cool it with water."

[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].

The Prophet (PBUH) said, "The soul of the deceased believer remains pending on account of the debt till it (the debt) is repayed."

[At-Tirmidhi].

The Prophet (PBUH) prohibited observing continuous voluntary fasts beyond one day.

"Abu Bakr and Umar prostrated during: 'When the heaven is split asunder,' as did the one who was better than them (the Prophet (SAW)). "

The Prophet (SAW) used to say the Qunut in Subh and Maghrib. (One of the narrators) 'Ubaidullah said: "Allah's Messenger (SAW) used to."

"The prayer of the resident was enjoined on the tongue of your Prophet (SAW), four (rak'ahs), and the prayer of the traveler is two rak'ahs, and the prayer of fear is one rak'ah."

"I prayed two rak'ahs with the Prophet (SAW) in Mina when the people were more secure and greater in number."

The Prophet (SAW) said: "Prayers at night are two by two, then if you fear that dawn will come, pray witr with one rak'ah."

"The Prophet did not pray inside the Kabah, but he recited the Takbir in its corners." (Sahih) Chatper 131. Dhikr And Supplication Inside The House

"One prayer in this Masjid of mine is better than a thousand prayers in any other Masjid except Al-Masjid Al-Kabah.'"

"The Prophet said: "There are five animals all of which are vermin, and may killed outside and inside the sanctuary: Vicious dogs, crows, kites, scorpions and mice.'"

Concerning the Hajj of the Prophet, that when he came to Dhul-Hulaifah, he prayed and then he remained silent until he came to Al-Baida'.

That the Prophet said "If a Muhrim cannot find sandals then let him wear Khuffs, and cut them, so that they come lower than the ankles.''

"The injuries caused by the beast are without liability, [2] and wells are without liability, and mines are without liability, and the Khumus is due on Rikaz."

"Fasting three days of each month is fasting for a lifetime, and the shining days of Al-Bid, the thirteenth, fourteenth and fifteenth."

"Hafsah, the wife of the Prophet said: 'There is no fast for the one who does not intend (to fast) before dawn."'

"Hasten with the Janazah, for if it was righteous then your are taking it toward something good, and if it was otherwise, then it is an evil of which you are relieving yourselves."

"Whoever loves to meet Allah, Allah loves to meet him, and whoever hates to meet Allah, Allah hates to meet him."

"Seek the permission of women with regard to marriage." It was said: "What if a virgin is too shy and remains silent?" He said: "That is her permission."

It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas that the Prophet married Maimunah when he was a Muhrim, and she appointed Al-'Abbas in charge of her marriage, and he married her to him.

"The Prophet married me in Shawwal, and he consummated the marriage with me in Shawwal, and which of his wives find more favor with him than me?"

"Allah, the Most High, has forgiven my Ummah for whatever enters the mind, so long as it is not spoken of or put into action."

The Prophet [SAW] said: "If two Muslims confront each other with swords and one of them kills the other, they will both be in Hell."

The Prophet [SAW] said: "Do not revert to disbelievers after I am gone, striking the necks of one another (killing one another)."

a man brought a mastigure to the Prophet and he said? "A nation was transformed, and Allah knows best "

"We would make Tamattu' when the Prophet was with us, and we would sacrifice a cow on behalf of seven people, sharing it among ourselves." (Sahih )

"The Prophet said: ' A heap of grain should not be sold for a heap of grain, or for a heap of grain of known measure. "

"The Messenger of Allah forbade charging stud fees for a camel, the sale of water, the renting of land for cultivation. Selling one's land and water, this is what the Prophet forbade."

"He is better than him." [1]

"The major sins are: associating others with Allah, disobeying parents, killing a souls (murder) and swearing a false oath knowingly.

"The (hand of) a thief is not to be cut off except for the price of a shield, and in those days the price of a shield was a Dinar."

The Prophet [SAW] said: "None of you has believed until he loves for his brother what he loves for himself."

That he had long thick hair. "He asked the Prophet (about it) and he told him to take care of it and comb it every day."

"Abu Quhafah was brought to the Messenger of Allah [SAW] and his head and beard were white like the Thaghamah. The Prophet [SAW] said: 'Change this, or dye it.'"

The Prophet [SAW] said: "Do not combine dried dates with raisins, nor Az-Zahuw with ripe dates."

"Goodness is tied to the forelocks of horses until the Day of Resurrection: Reward and spoils of war."

"My mother died and did not leave a will; shall I give charity on her behalf?" He said: "Yes."

"The likeness of the one who gives a gift then takes it back, is that of a dog which vomits, then goes back to its vomit and eats it."

"There is nothing on Earth that I swear an oath upon, and I see that something else is better, but I do that which is better."

"If a dog licks the vessel of any one of you, let him wash it seven times, the first time with dust."

"Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him not enter a bath house except wearing an Izar (waist wrap)."

"As for me, I pour water on my head three times."

"If any one of you touches his private part with his hand, let him perform Wudu'."

"The Salah was enjoined on the lips of the Prophet (PBUH), four Rak'ahs while resident, and two while traveling, and one Rak'ah during times of fear."

"Belief in Allah and Jihad in the cause of Allah, the Mighty and Sublime."

“The Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) used to drink while standing.”

"I did not see the Prophet fast (Allah bless him and give him peace) for two consecutive months, other than Sha'ban and Ramadan.”

“I used to hear the Qur’anic recitation of the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) during the night while I was on my pallet.”

"The Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) used to accept gifts and provide recompense of greater value.”

“I saw Amr ibn Huraith, the Companion of the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace), when I was a little boy.”

I came to the Prophet (saws) with the intention of embracing Islam. He commanded me to take a bath with water (boiled with) the leaves of the lote-tree.

The Prophet (saws) said: A man's prayer does not avail him unless he keeps his back steady when bowing and prostrating.

My father sent me to the Prophet (saws) to take the camels which he had given him from among those of sadaqah.

The Prophet (saws) said: When a man has two wives and he is inclined to one of them, he will come on the Day of resurrection with a side hanging down.

We kept fast for twenty-nine days along with the Prophet (saws) more often than we kept fast for thirty days.

The Prophet (saws) said: When three are on a journey, they should appoint one of them as their commander. Nafi' said: We said to AbuSalamah: You are our commander.

The Prophet (saws) said: Were dogs not a species of creature I should command that they all be killed; but kill every pure black one.

Ibrahim, the son of the Prophet (saws), died when he was eighteen months old. The Messenger of Allah (saws) did not pray over him.

When the Prophet (saws) placed the dead in the grave, he said: In the name of Allah, and following the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (saws). This is Muslim's version.

The Prophet (saws) said: If anyone swears a false oath in confinement, he should make his seat in Hell on account of his (act).

The Prophet (saws) forbade the sale of fruits till they were clearly in good condition , and (ordered that) they should not be sold but for dinar or dirham except Araya.

The Prophet (saws) said: If anyone buys a slave who possesses property, his property belongs to the seller unless the buyer makes a proviso.

The Prophet (saws) said: If anyone intercedes for his brother and he presents a gift to him for it and he accepts it, he approaches a great door of the doors of usury.

The Prophet (saws) said: It is not permissible for a woman to present a gift (from her husband's property) except with the permission of her husband.

The Prophet (saws) said: If a woman uses perfume and passes the people so that they may get its odour, she is so-and-so, meaning severe remarks.

The Prophet (saws) said: At the end of time there will be people who will use this black dye like the crops of doves who will not experience the fragrance of Paradise.

The Prophet (saws) said: The greatest war, the conquest of Constantinople and the coming forth of the Dajjal (Antichrist) will take place within a period of seven months.

The Prophet (saws) said: Meetings are confidential except three: those for the purpose of shedding blood unlawfully, or committing fornication, or acquiring property unjustly.

The Prophet (saws) said: The believer is the believer's mirror, and the believer is the believer's brother who guards him against loss and protects him when he is absent.

The Prophet (saws) said: Do not call a hypocrite sayyid (master), for if he is a sayyid, you will displease your Lord, Most High.

The Prophet (saws) said: Do not say: "What Allah wills and so and so wills," but say: "What Allah wills and afterwards so and so wills.

The Prophet (saws) said: If anyone cares for three daughters, disciplines them, marries them, and does good to them, he will go to Paradise.

The Prophet (saws) addressed me, saying: O AbuDharr! I replied: At thy service and at thy pleasure, Messenger of Allah! may I be ransom for thee.

The Prophet(saws) said: Anyone who cuts off relationship from his nearest relatives will not enter Paradise.

Do not sit which those who believe in free will and do not address them before they address you.

People will come forth from Hell by Muhammad’s intercession, will enter paradise and be named Jahannamis.

neither the Jawwaz nor the Jazari will enter paradise. He said that the Jawwaz is the one who is coarse and uncivil.

A similar tradition has been transmitted by Aban b. ‘Uthman, from ‘Uthman, from the prophet (May peace be upon him). This version does not mention the story of paralysis.

Gabriel gives you a greeting. Replying she said: Upon him be peace and grace of Allah.

He did not dye his hair, but Abu Bakr and 'Umar dyed their hair.

The former is more perfect.

The tradition mentioned above has also been transmitted by Ibn 'Umar from the Prophet (saws) to the same effect as mentioned by Ibrahim b. Musa through a different chain.

Nafi’ said Ibn ‘Umar walked proudly (ramal) from the corner (Black Stone) to the corner (Black Stone) and mentioned that the Apostle of Allaah (saws) had done so.

Jabir bin ‘Abdallah said “Neither the Prophet (saws) nor his Companions ran between Al Safa’ and Al Marwah except once and that was his first running.”

Abu Hurairah reported the Apostle of Allaah(saws) as saying “ A man should not seek the hand of a woman in marriage when his brother has already sought her hand.”

The Prophet (saws) performed the obligatory circumambulation (Tawaf al-Ziyarah) on the day of the sacrifice ; he then offered the noon prayer at Mina when he returned.

The Prophet (saws) sacrificed seven camels standing with his own hand, and sacrificed at Medina two horned rams which were white with black markings.

When the Apostle of Allaah (sal Allaahu alayhi wa sallam) got up during the night (to pray), he cleansed his mouth with the tooth-stick.

when the prophet (may peace be upon him) intended to sleep while he was sexually defiled, he would perform ablution as he did for prayer.

Mu’adh b. Jabal would pray along the prophet (may peace be upon him), then go and lead his people in prayer.

The prophet (may peace be upon him) persuaded them to say prayer in congregation and prohibited them to leave before he goes away from the prayer.

We were with the Prophet (saws) on a journey. He said: Make a general practice of wearing sandals, for a man keeps riding as long as he wears sandals.
