Allah’s Messenger (saw) delivered a Khutba (religious talk) to us at Mina while mounted on his camel and its saliva was pouring on my shoulders [Reported by Ahmad and At-Trimidhi and the latter graded it Sahih (sound)].

The Prophet (saw) used to teach us the Qur’an except when he was in a state of sexual impurity. [Reported by Ahmad and Al-Arba’a. This is the version of At-Tirmidhi who graded it Hasan (fair). And Ibn Hibban graded it Sahih (sound)].

Qutbah bin Malik (RAA) narrated, ‘The Messenger of Allah (P.B.U.H.) used to say, “O Allah, I seek refuge in you from evil morals, deeds, passions and diseases.” Related by At-Tirmidhi. Al-Hakim graded it as Sahih and it is his version.

Ma’n bin Yazid narrated, ‘I heard the Messenger of Allah (P.B.U.H.) say, “Additional booties (extra to the allotted share) are to be distributed only after the fifth has been kept aside.” Related by Ahmad and Abu Dawud .At Tahawi graded it as Sahih.

Jabir (RAA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "There is no cutting of the hand for the treacherous, for snatching (like the one who snatches and runs away), or for forcibly seizure (looting or robbery)." Related by Ahmad and the four Imams. At-Tirmidhi and Ibn-Hibban graded it as Sahih.

Allah's Messenger (SAW) cursed the one who bribes and the one who takes bribes to influence the judgement. [Reported by Ahmad and al-Arba'a. at-Tirmidhi graded it Hasan (good), and Ibn Hibban graded it Sahih (authentic).

The Prophet (SAW) was brought a dish containing Tharid and said, "Eat from its side and not from the middle, for the blessing descends in the middle of it." [Reported by al-Arba'a. This is the wording of an-Nasa'i. Its chain of narrators is Sahih (authentic)].

Allah's Messenger (SAW) said, "There is no divorce except after marriage, and no freeing (of a slave) till one has possession (of one)." [Reported by Abu Ya'la and al-Hakim graded it Sahih (authentic), but it is Ma'lul (containing a hidden defective).

Allah's Messenger (SAW) said, "O people of the Qur'an! Offer Witr (prayer), because Allah is Witr (One) and loves Witr." [Reported by al-Khamsah and Ibn Khuzaimah graded it Sahih (authentic)].

Allah's Messenger (SAW) said, "Allah the Most High loves that His permissions be practiced, just as he dislikes that disobedience to Him be committed." [Ahmad reported it. Ibn Khuzaimah and Ibn Hibban graded it Sahih (authentic)].

Allāh, Allāhu Rabbī lā ushriku bihi shay'a. Allah, Allah is my Lord. I do not associate anything with Him. Reference: Abu Dawud 2/87. See also Al-Albani, Sahih Ibn Mdjah 2/335.

of Allah (saas) said: "Every deed of the son of Adam will be multiplied for him, between ten and seven hundred times for each merit. Allah said: 'Except for fasting, for it is for Me and I shall reward for it.'" (sahih)

Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "Were this world worth a wing of mosquito, He would not have given a drink of water to an infidel."

"The Messenger of Allab passed by a man who was leading another man with something that he had stipulated in a vow. The Prophet took it and broke it, and he said: 'It is a vow.'" (Sahih) Chatper 136. It Is Permissible To Speak During Tawaf

"The Messenger of Allah forbade the price of a dog, the gift of a female fornicator and the fees of a fortuneteller."( Sahih)

"Nafi narrated to me from Ibn 'Umar, tht the Messenger of Allah said: 'the two parties to a transaction both have the choice so long as they have not separated, or they have chosen." (Sahih )

"The Messenger of Allah said: "The two parties to a transaction both have the choice who long as they have not separated or one of them says to the other: 'Decide!"' (Sahih )

That the Messenger of Allah (saws) said: "Allah forgave a man who was before you: He was tolerant when selling, tolerant when purchasing, and tolerant when repaying."

He said: This Hadith is Gharib Sahih Hasan from this route.

That the Prophet (saws) said: "A worshipper does not fast a day in the cause of Allah except that, that day (of fasting) distances the Fire from his face by seventy autumns."

[Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih.

That the Messenger of Allah (saws) said, "Whoever prepares a fighter in Allah's cause, or looks after the family of a fighter, then he has participated in a military expedition."

[Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih.

That the Messenger of Allah (saws) said: "The angels do no accompany a group among whom there is a dog or a bell."

[Abu 'Eisa said:] There are narrations on this topic from Ibn 'Umar, Umm Habibah, and Umm Salamah. This Hadith is Hasan Sahih.

"The only bed that the Messenger of Allah had which he slept was [made of a tanned skin] stuffed with palm-fibres."

[Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih.

'Abdullah bin 'Amro bin al-As (RAA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (P.B.U.H.) said, “Allah’s pleasure results from the parent’s pleasure, and Allah’s displeasure results from the parent’s displeasure.” Related by At-Tirmidhi. Ibn Hibban and al-Hakim graded it as Sahih.

’Abdullah bin Abi Aufa (RAA) narrated, ‘On the Day of Khaibar, we got some food (as spoils). The man would come and take as much as he needed and then go away.’ Related by Abu Dawud.Ibn al-Garud and Al-Hakim graded it as Sahih.

Allah's Messenger (SAW) said, "He who has been appointed a Qadi (judge) has been slaughtered without a knife." [Reported by Ahmad and al-Arba'a. Ibn Khuzaimah and Ibn Hibban graded it Sahih (authentic)].

Allah's Messenger (SAW) said, "Any slave who marries without the permission of his masters or owners is (like) a fornicator." [Reported by Ahmad, Abu Dawud, an-Nasa'i and at-Tirmidhi; the latter graded it Sahih (authentic), as did Ibn Hibban].

The Prophet (SAW) said, "Anyone who has two wives and inclines to one of them will come on the Day of Resurrection with a side (of his body) inclining." [Reported by Ahmad and al-Arba'a; its chain of narrators is Sahih (authentic)].

Allah's Messenger (SAW) said, "Whoever recites Ayat al-Kursi at the end of every obligatory prayer, nothing but death will prevent him from entering Paradise." [An-Nasa'i reported it, and Ibn Hibban graded it Sahih (authentic).

Allah's Messenger (SAW) said, "If any of you prays the two Rak'at before the dawn prayer, he should lie on his right side." [Reported by Ahmad, Abu Dawud and at-Tirmidhi, the latter graded it Sahih (authentic)].

"When the Prophet and (in his narration) Hannad said: "The Messenger of Allah "wanted to enter Ihram, he would daub the best perfume that he could find, until I saw it glistening on his head and in his beard. (sahih)

"O Messenger of Allah, my fater is an old man and he cannot perform Hajj or 'Umrah, nor can he travel." He said: "Perform Hajj and 'Umrah on behalf of your father."(sahih)

I heard Ibn 'Abbas deliver a Khutbah from your Minbar - meaning the Minbar in Al-Basrah - saying: 'Sadaqatul Fitr is a Sa' of food." (Sahih) Abu 'Abdur-Rahman (An-Nasa'i) said: This is the most reliable of the three.

some Bedouin people used to bring us meat, and we did not know whether they had mentioned the Name of Allah (when slaughtering it) or not. The Messenger of Allah said: "Messenger of Allah said: "Mention the Name of Allah and eat." (Sahih )

"Nafi narrated to us from Ibn 'Umar, who said: 'The Messenger of Allah said: There is no transaction between the two parties until they separate, unless they have chosen to conclude the transaction."" (Sahih )

"'Aishah brought a patched woolen Kisa' (cloak), and a thick Izar, She said: 'The Messenger of Allah (saws) died in these.'"

[Abu 'Eisa said:] There are narrations on this topic from 'Ali and Ibn Mas'ud. The Hadith if 'Aishah is Hasan Sahih Hadith.

"There is no man among you except that his Lord shall converse with him on the Day of Judgement, there being no interpreter between him and Him (Allah). Then he looks to the south (his right) and does not see anything except the things he put forward (of good), then he looks to the north (his left) and he does not see anything except the things he put forward (of evil), then he turns to look before him to find he is facing the Fire."

The Messenger of Allah SAW, said: "Whoever among you is able to protect his face from [the heat of] the Fire – even with a piece of a date - then let him do so." (Sahih) [Abu 'Eisa said: This Hadith is Hasan Sahih].

Abu As-Sã'ib narrated to us: "One day, Waki' narrated this Hadith to us from Al-'Amash. When Waki' was finished with this Hadith, he said: 'Whoever is present from the inhabitants of Khurãsãn, then let him seek the reward of spreading this Hadith in Khurãsãn."

Abu 'Eisa said: The Jahmiyyah rejected this. [Abu As-Sã'ib's name is Salam bin Junadah bin Khãlid bin Jäbir bin Samurah Al-Kufi]. This Hadith is Hasan Sahih.

“Do you testify that I am the Messenger of Allah?” So Ibn Sayyad looked at him, and said: 'I testify that you are the Messenger to the illiterates.'” He said: “Then Ibn Sayyad said to the Prophet(s.a.w): 'Do you testify that I am the Messenger of Allah?' So the Prophet(s.a.w) said: 'I believe in Allah and His Messengers.' Then the Prophet(s.a.w) said: 'Who has come to you?' Ibn Sayyad said: 'A truthful one and a liar came to me.' So the Prophet(s.a.w) said: 'The matter has been confused for you.' Then the Messenger of Allah(s.a.w) said: 'I have concealed something from you.' And he had concealed (the verse): The day when the sky will bring forth a visible smoke. Ibn Sayyad said: 'It is, “Ad-Dukh.'” So the Messenger of Allah(s.a.w) said: 'Beat it! You can never surpass your ability.' `Umar said: 'O Messenger of Allah! Permit me to chop off his head!' The Messenger of Allah(s.a.w) said: 'If he is indeed him, then you will never overpower him, and if he is not, then there is no good in you killing him.'” (Sahih)

Lā ilāha illallāh wallāhu Akbar, lā ilāha illallāhu waḥdah, lā ilāha illallāh waḥdahu lā sharīka lah, lā ilāha illallāh lahu ‘l-mulku wa lahu ‘l-ḥamd, lā ilāha illallāh wa lā ḥawla wa lā quwwata illā billāh. There is none worthy of worship but Allah, Allah is the Most Great. None has the right to be worshipped but Allah alone. None has the right to be worshipped but Allah alone, Who has no partner. There is none worthy of worship but Allah, His is the dominion and His is the praise. There is none worthy of worship but Allah, there is no power and no might but by Allah. Reference: At-Tirmidhi and Ibn Majah. See also Al-Albani, Sahih At-Tirmidhi 3/152 and Sahih Ibn Majah 2/317.

He (the Prophet) wiped his head (with water) only once. [Reported by Abu Da’ud, An-Nasa’i, AtTirmidhi with a Sahih Sanad (authentic chain of narrators). At-Tirmidhi said, “It’s the most Hadith on this subject”].

‘l am with my slave when he remembers me and his lips move with my mention.” Related by Ibn Majah and Ibn Hibban graded it as Sahih.

Allah's Messenger (SAW) cursed the man who made a woman lawful for her first husband and the one for whom she was made lawful (the men involved in Halalah). [Reported by Ahmad, an-Nasa'i and at-Tirmidhi; the latter declared it to be Sahih (authentic)].

Allah's Messenger (SAW) said, "The suckling that makes marriage unlawful is that which reaches the intestines (i.e. nourishes the child), and is taken before (two years) time of weaning." [Reported by at-Tirmidhi, he and al-Hakim graded it Sahih (authentic)].

I saw Bilal calling for prayer and I would follow (looking at) his mouth (as he turned it) this (right) side and that (left) side with his fingers in his ears. [Reported by Ahmad and at-Tirmidhi who graded it Sahih (authentic)].

When Allah's Messenger (RA) completed the recitation of Surat Al-Fatiha, he raised his voice and said Amin. [Reported by ad-Daraqutni who graded it Hasan (good) and Al-Hakim who graded it Sahih (authentic)).

Allah's Messenger (SAW) said, "Stand close together in your rows, bring them (the rows) near one another, and stand neck to neck (in straight lines)." [Reported by Abu Dawud and an-Nasa'i. And Ibn Hibban graded it Sahih (authentic)].

The Prophet (SAW) performed Salatal-Khauf leading these (Companions) in one Rak'ah and those (other Companions) in one Rak'ah, and they did not make up the second Rak'ah. [Reported by Ahmad, Abu Dawud and an-Nasa'i. Ibn Hibban graded it Sahih (authentic)].

"He (SAW) faced the Qiblah making supplication. Then, he prayed two Rak'at, reciting (the Qur'an) in them audibly."

"Indeed Allah has angels who roam the earth and they convey to me the greetings (or prayers of peace) of my Ummah (nation)." Reference: An-Nasa'i, Al-Hakim 2/421. Al-Albani graded it authentic in Sahih An-Nasa'i 1/274.

Ad-Dahhak b. Sufyan said that God’s Messenger wrote to him telling him to include the wife of Ashyam ad-Dibabi among the heirs to the blood-wit paid for her husband. Tirmidhi and Abu Dawud transmitted it, Tirmidhi saying this is a hasan sahih tradition.

The Prophet (PBUH) said, "There is no right for the son of adam except in these (four) things: A house to live in, a cloth to cover therewith his private parts, bread and water."

[At-Tirmidhi, who classified it as Hadith Sahih].

I have retained these words of Messenger of Allah (PBUH), "Leave what causes you doubt and turn to what does not cause you doubt."

[At- Tirmidhi, who classified it as Hadith Hasan Sahih].

"I was informed by As-Sa'b bin Jaththamah who said: " I said: "O Messenger of Allah our horses trampled over women and children of the idolaters." He said: "They are from their fathers.'"

[Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih.

"On the day of the Conquest, the Prophet (saws) entered Makkah, and he was wearing a black 'Imamah."

[He said:] THere are narrations on this topic from 'Ali, 'Amr bin Huraith, Ibn 'Abbas, Rukanah.

[Abu 'Eisa said:] The Hadith is Jabir is Hasan Sahih Hadith.

‘Ali reported God’s Messenger as saying, “The niggardly one is the man in whose presence I am mentioned but who does not invoke a blessing on me.” Tirmidhi transmitted it, and Ahmad transmitted it from al-Husain b. ‘Ali. Tirmidhi said this is a hasan sahih gharib tradition.

Allah’s Mesenger (saw) said, “Perform a perfect Wudu run (your fingers) through the fingers of the hands and the toes, and if not fasting, sniff water up well inside the nose”. [Reported by Al-Arba’a and Ibn Khuzaima graded it Sahih].

The Prophet (SAW) was asked, 'What type of earning is best?' He replied, "A man's work with his hand and every transaction which is free from cheating or deception." [Reported by al-Bazzar; al-Hakim graded it Sahih (authentic)].

We used to sell our slave-women who had borne (our) children while the Prophet (SAW) was still living, and he saw no harm in that. [Reported by an-Nasa'i, Ibn Majah and ad-Daraqutni. Ibn Hibban graded it Sahih (authentic)].

The Prophet (SAW) appointed a sixth to a grandmother if no mother is left to inherit before her. [Reported by Abu Dawud and an-Nasa'i. Ibn Khuzaimah and Ibn al-Jarud graded it Sahih (authentic) and Ibn 'Adi graded it strong].

Allah's Messenger (SAW) said, "The Witr is a duty, so he who does not offer it, is not one of us." [Reported by Abu Dawud with a Laiyin (weak) chain of narrators and Al-Hakim graded it Sahih (authentic)].

Allah's Messenger (SAW) saw a man praying alone behind the row so he ordered him to repeat the Salat (prayer). [Reported by Ahmad, Abu Dawud and at-Tirmidhi. The latter graded it Hasan, and Ibn Hibban graded it Sahih (authentic)].

The Messeenger of Allah said: "Whoever catches one Rak'ah of the Subh before the sun rises, then he has caught it, and whoever catches one Rak'ah of the 'Asr before the sun sets, then he has caught it." (Sahih)Another chain with similar wording.

"The Messenger of Allah said: 'It is not righteousness to fast when traveling."' (Sahih) Abu 'Abdur-Rahman (An-Nasai) said: This is a mistake, and what is correct is the one that is before it. We do not know of anyone who followed up Ibn Kathir.

"Then he" meaning the Prophet on the Day of Sacrifice - "Went toward two Amlah rams and sacrificed them, then (he went toward) a small flock of sheep and distributed them among us." (Sahih )

a man told the Messenger of Allah that he was always being cheated. The Messenger of Allah said to him: "When you make a deal, say: There is no intention of cheating" So, whenever the man engages in a deal he says, 'There is no intention of cheating." "(Sahih )

"I heard the Messenger of Allah say: 'The hand is not to be cut off for (stealing) produce or the spadix of palm trees."' (Sahih) Abu 'Abdur-Rahman (An-Nasai) said: This is a mistake, and I do not know who Abu Maimun (one of the narrators) is.

"The Messenger of Allah (saws) prohibited taking two dates at a time until seeking permission from one's companion."

He said: There is something on this topic from Sa'd the freed slave of Abu Bakr.

[Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih.

From Thumamah, from Anas that: "The Prophet (saws) would breathe three times in the vessel."

Another chain from Anas bin Malik: "The Prophet (saws) would breathe three times in the vessel."

He said: This Hadith is Hasan Sahih.

There are narrations on this topic from Jabir, Ibn 'Abbas, and Abu Hurairah.

[Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih.

I remember (these words) from Messenger of Allah (PBUH): "Give up what is doubtful to you for that which is not doubtful; for truth is peace of mind and falsehood is doubt".

[At- Tirmidhi, who categorised it as Hadith Hasan Sahih].

That the Messenger of Allah (saws) said: "Indeed when a Jew gives Salam to one of you, then he is only saying: 'As-Samu 'Alaikum' (Death be upon you) so say: "Alaik (And upon you).'"

[Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih.

"When the Messenger of Allah (saws) arrived from Tabuk, the people went out to Thaniyyah Al-Wada' to meet him." As-Sa'ib said: "I went out with the people, and I was a boy."

[Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih.

"The Messenger of Allah (saws) prohibited me from rings of gold, and from wearing Al-Qassi, and from reciting in the bowing and prostration positions, and from wearing what was dyed with 'Usfur."

[Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih.

That the Prophet (saws) said: "Indeed the best of what the gray may be changed with is Henna' and Katam."

[Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih. Abu Al-Aswad Ad-Dili's (a narrator in this chain) name is Zalim bin 'Amr bin Sufyan.

‘Alqama said that Ibn Mas'ud suggested leading them in prayer in the way God’s Messenger had performed it. He prayed, raising his hands only once, along with the takbir at the beginning. Tirmidhi, Abu Dawud and Nasa’i transmitted it, and Abu Dawud said it is not sahih put this way.

Allah’s Messenger (saw) said, “When two people go together to relieve themselves they should disappear from each other and do not talk, for Allah detests that”. [Reported by Ahmad; Ibn As-Sakan and Ibn Al-Qattan graded it Sahih (sound) but it is defective].

Allah’s Messenger (saw) used to take a bath from four things; after sexual intercourse, on Fridays, after extracting blood from his body and after washing a dead body. [Reported by Abu Da’ud and Ibn Khuzaima graded it Sahih (sound)]

Ya'li bin Umaiyah (RAA) narrated, The Messenger of Allah (P.B.U.H.) made the Tawaf while wearing a green Yemeni mantle, bringing it up from under his right armpit while covering the left shoulder.’ Related by the five Imams except for An-Nasa’i. At-Tirmidhi graded it as Sahih

Ibn ’Umar (RAA) narrated, ‘The people were trying to sight the new moon (of Ramadan.) and when I reported to the Messenger of Allah (P.B.U.H.) that I had seen it, he fasted and commanded people to fast.’ Related by Abu Dawud, and Al-Hakim and Ibn Hibban graded it as Sahih.

Ibn Abi 'Ammar narrated. 'I said to Jabir (RAA), 'Is hyena a kind of game?' He replied, 'Yes.' I asked, 'Did Allah's Messenger (PBUH) say that?' He replied, 'Yes.' Related by Ahmad and the four Imams. Al-Bukhari and Ibn Hibban graded it as Sahih.

The Prophet (SAW) forbade the sale of grapes till they become black (i.e. ripe) and the sale of grain till it becomes hard (i.e. ripe). [Reported by al-Khamsah except an-Nasa'i and graded Sahih (authentic) by Ibn Hibban and al-Hakim].

I intended to go to Khaibar, so I went to the Prophet (SAW) and he said, "When you meet my agent at Khaibar take fifteen Wasq (of dates) from him." [Abu Dawud reported and graded it Sahih (authentic)].

The Witr prayer is not obligatory as the prescribed prayer is [i.e. the five daily prayers], but it is a Sunnah which was established by the practice of Allah's Messenger (SAW). [at-Tirmidhi and an-Nasa'i reported it, who graded it Hasan (good). al-Hakim graded it Sahih (authentic)].

Allāhumma innī as'aluka ‘l-jannah wa a`ūdhu bika minan-nār. O Allah, I ask You for Paradise, and I seek Your protection from the Fire. Reference: Abu Dawud. See also Al-Albani, Sahih Ibn Majah 2/328.

"No one sends greetings (or prayers of peace) upon me but Allah returns my soul to me so that I may return his greetings." Reference: Abu Dawud (no. 2041). Al-Albani graded it good in Sahih Abu Dawud 1/383.

"Whoever buys a palm tree that has been pollinated, its fruits belong to the seller, unless the purchaser stipulated a condition." (Sahih) Another chain from Ibn 'Umar, from the Prophet (SAW), with similar wording.

The Prophet (PBUH) said, "If I were to order anyone to prostrate himself before another, I would have ordered a woman to prostrate herself before her husband".

[At-Tirmidhi, who classified it as Hadith Hasan Sahih]

Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "Begging is a cut that a person inflicts upon his face; except for asking a ruler, or under the stress of circumstances from which there is no escape."

[At- Tirmidhi, who classified it as Hadith Hasan Sahih].

"Whoever lives in the desert, he becomes hard-hearted, and whoever follows game becomes preoccupied with it (and neglectful toward other duties), and whoever follows the ruler will put himself through trial."(Sahih) The wording is of Ibn Al-Muthanna.

Abu Al- Qasim said: "Whoever buys a Musarrah, he has the choice (of annulling the deal) for three days. If the wishes ti keep it, he may keep it, and if he wishes to return it, he may return it, along with a Sa of daters, not wheat." (Sahih )

"The Messenger of Allah said: 'The pilferer is not to be cut off."' (Sahih) Ibn Juraij also did not hear it from Abu Az-Zubair. Ibn Juraij also did not hear it from Abu Az-Zubair.

"The Prophet was delivering a Khutbah on Friday when a man came. The Prophet said: 'Have you prayed?' He said no. So he said: 'Then stand and pray.'" Abu Eisa said: This Hadith is Hasan Sahih [It is the most correct thing about this topic.]

"Aman passed by Hudhaifah bin Al-Yaman and it was said to him: "This person conveys news about the people to the leaders.' So Hudaifah said: 'The Messenger of Allah said: 'The Qatat shall not enter paradise.'" (Sahih)Sufyan said: "The Qatat is the Nammam.

"You shall be gathered walking, riding, and dragged upon your faces."

There is a narration on this topic from Abu Hurairah. [Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan [Sahih].

"The Messenger of Allah (saw) used to go to battle with Umm Sulaim, and other women with her, from the Ansar, who would give water and attend to the wounded."

[Abu 'Eisa said:] There is something on this topic from Ar-Rabi' bin Mu'awwidh. This Hadith is Hasan Sahih.

"The Messenger of Allah (saws) prohibited having images in the house, and he prohibited making them."

He said: There are narrations on this topic from 'Ali, Abu Talhah, 'Aishah, Abu Hurairah, and Abu Ayyub.

[Abu 'Eisa said:] The Hadith of Jabir is a Hasan Sahih Hadith.

Abud Darda’ reported God’s messenger as saying, “One who gives sadaqa or who frees a slave at the time of his death is like one who gives gifts when he has more than enough.” Ahmad, Nasa’i, Darimi and Tirmidhi transmitted it, and Tirmidhi said it is sahih.

Allah’s Messenger (saw) said regarding the sea, "It's water is purifying and its dead (animals) are lawful (to eat)." [Al- Arba’a and Ibn Abu Shaiba reported it (this version is of the latter). Ibn Khuzaima and Tirmidhi graded it Sahih. It was also reported by Malik, Shafi'i and Ahmad.]

Allah’s Mesenger (saw) said: “If there is enough water to fill two pots (Qulla), it carries no impurity,” Another version has: “It does not become unclean”. {Al-Arba’a reported it. Ibn Khuzaima, Ibn Hibban and Al-Hakim graded it Sahih (sound)].
