Jami` at-Tirmidhi 1940
Abu Sirmah narrated that the Messenger of Allah said:
"Whoever causes harm, Allah harms him, and whoever is harsh, Allah will be harsh with him."
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ حَبَّانَ، عَنْ لُؤْلُؤَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي صِرْمَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَنْ ضَارَّ ضَارَّ اللَّهُ بِهِ وَمَنْ شَاقَّ شَاقَّ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ . وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرٍ .

Narrated Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri:
"We sought permission from the Messenger of Allah (SAW) for writing but he did not permit us."
حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ وَكِيعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، قَالَ اسْتَأْذَنَّا النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي الْكِتَابَةِ فَلَمْ يَأْذَنْ لَنَا . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَقَدْ رُوِيَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ مِنْ غَيْرِ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ أَيْضًا عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ رَوَاهُ هَمَّامٌ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ .

Narrated Abu Ishaq:
"A man asked Al-Bara: 'Was the face of the Messenger of Allah (SAW) like a sword?' He said: 'No, like the moon.'"
حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ وَكِيعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، قَالَ سَأَلَ رَجُلٌ الْبَرَاءَ أَكَانَ وَجْهُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِثْلَ السَّيْفِ قَالَ لاَ مِثْلَ الْقَمَرِ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ .

حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي أُوَيْسٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ بِلاَلٍ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ، قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ سَيِّدُنَا وَخَيْرُنَا وَأَحَبُّنَا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيبٌ .

Narrated Abu Sa'eed:
that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said to 'Ali: "O 'Ali! It is not permissible for anyone to be Junub in this Masjid except for you and I."
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ أَبِي حَفْصَةَ، عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم لِعَلِيٍّ " يَا عَلِيُّ لاَ يَحِلُّ لأَحَدٍ أَنْ يُجْنِبَ فِي هَذَا الْمَسْجِدِ غَيْرِي وَغَيْرَكَ " . قَالَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ قُلْتُ لِضِرَارِ بْنِ صُرَدَ مَا مَعْنَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ قَالَ لاَ يَحِلُّ لأَحَدٍ يَسْتَطْرِقُهُ جُنُبًا غَيْرِي وَغَيْرُكَ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ لاَ نَعْرِفُهُ إِلاَّ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ وَقَدْ سَمِعَ مِنِّي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ وَاسْتَغْرَبَهُ .

Narrated Abu Jahdam:
from Ibn 'Abbas that he saw Jibra'il (AS), two times and the Prophet (SAW) supplicated for him two times.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، وَمَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلاَنَ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ أَبِي جَهْضَمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، أَنَّهُ رَأَى جِبْرِيلَ عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَمُ مَرَّتَيْنِ وَدَعَا لَهُ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم مَرَّتَيْنِ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ مُرْسَلٌ . وَلاَ نَعْرِفُ لأَبِي جَهْضَمٍ سَمَاعًا مِنَ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ . وَقَدْ رُوِيَ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ . وَأَبُو جَهْضَمٍ اسْمُهُ مُوسَى بْنُ سَالِمٍ .

Anas said that the Prophet urged them to pray and forbade them to leave after prayer before he did.
