Nafi said:
Ibn ‘Umar made the call to prayer on a cold and windy night. He then said: “Lo! Pray in the dwellings. “Afterwards he said: Whenever there was a cold or rainy day night, the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) used to command the mu’adhdin to announce: “Lo! Pray in the dwellings.”
حَدَّثَنَا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ، - يَعْنِي أَذَّنَ بِالصَّلاَةِ فِي لَيْلَةٍ ذَاتِ بَرْدٍ وَرِيحٍ - فَقَالَ أَلاَ صَلُّوا فِي الرِّحَالِ ثُمَّ قَالَ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ يَأْمُرُ الْمُؤَذِّنَ إِذَا كَانَتْ لَيْلَةٌ بَارِدَةٌ أَوْ ذَاتُ مَطَرٍ يَقُولُ أَلاَ صَلُّوا فِي الرِّحَالِ .

Sunan Abi Dawud 1072
‘Ata’ said:
The Friday and the ‘id prayers synchronized during the time of Ibn al-Zubair. He said: Two festivals (‘id and Friday) synchronized on the same day. He combined them and offered two rak’ahs in the morning and did not add anything to them until he offered the afternoon prayer.
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ خَلَفٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ قَالَ عَطَاءٌ اجْتَمَعَ يَوْمُ جُمُعَةٍ وَيَوْمُ فِطْرٍ عَلَى عَهْدِ ابْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ فَقَالَ عِيدَانِ اجْتَمَعَا فِي يَوْمٍ وَاحِدٍ فَجَمَعَهُمَا جَمِيعًا فَصَلاَّهُمَا رَكْعَتَيْنِ بُكْرَةً لَمْ يَزِدْ عَلَيْهِمَا حَتَّى صَلَّى الْعَصْرَ .

Yahya related to me from Malik from Yazid ibn Abdullah ibn al-Had from Muhammad ibn Ibrahim ibn al-Harith at-Taymi from Abu Salama ibn Abd ar-Rahman ibn Awf that Abu Hurayra said, "I went out to at-Tur (Mount Sinai) and met Kab al Ahbar and sat with him. He related to me things from the Tawrah and I related to him things from the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. Among the things I related to him was that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, 'The best of days on which the sun rises is the day of jumua. In it Adam was created, and in it he fell from the Garden. In it he was forgiven, and in it he died. In it the Hour occurs, and every moving thing listens from morning till sunset in apprehension of the Hour except jinn and men. In it is a time when Allah gives toa muslim slave standing in prayer whatever he asks for.' Kab said, 'That is one day in every year.' I said, 'No, in every jumua.' Then Kab recited the Tawrah and said, 'The Messenger of Allah has spoken the truth.' "
Abu Hurayra continued, "I met Basra ibn Abi Basra al-Ghiffari and he said, 'Where have you come from?' I said, 'From at-Tur.' He said, 'If I had seen you before you left, you would not have gone. I heard the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, say, "Only make a special journey to three mosques:
the mosque of the Haram (Makka), this mosque (Madina), and
the mosque of Ilya or the Bait al-Maqdis (two names of Jerusalem)." '
" (He was not sure which expression was used.)
Abu Hurayra continued, "Then I met Abdullah ibn Salam and I told him that I had sat with Kabal-Ahbar, and I mentioned what I had related to him about the day of jumua, and told him that Kab had said, 'That is one day in every year.' Abdullah ibn Salam said, 'Kab lied,' and I added, 'Kab then recited the Tawrah and said, "No, it is in every jumua.'' ' Abdullah ibn Salam said, 'Kab spoke the truth. 'Then Abdullah ibn Salam said, 'I know what time that is.' "
Abu Hurayra continued, "I said to him, 'Let me know it - don't keep it from me.' Abdullah ibn Salam said, 'It is the last period of time in the dayof jumua.' "
Abu Hurayra continued, "I said, 'How can it be the last period of time in the day of jumua, when the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "a muslim slave standing in prayer", and that is a time when there is no prayer?' Abdullah ibn Salam replied, 'Didn't the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, say, "Whoever sits waiting for the prayer is in prayer until he prays?" "'
Abu Hurayra added, "I said, 'Of course.' He said, 'Then it is that.' "

" خَيْرُ يَوْمٍ طَلَعَتْ عَلَيْهِ الشَّمْسُ يَوْمُ الْجُمُعَةِ فِيهِ خُلِقَ آدَمُ وَفِيهِ أُهْبِطَ مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ وَفِيهِ تِيبَ عَلَيْهِ وَفِيهِ مَاتَ وَفِيهِ تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ وَمَا مِنْ دَابَّةٍ إِلاَّ وَهِيَ مُصِيخَةٌ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ مِنْ حِينِ تُصْبِحُ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ شَفَقًا مِنَ السَّاعَةِ إِلاَّ الْجِنَّ وَالإِنْسَ وَفِيهِ سَاعَةٌ لاَ يُصَادِفُهَا عَبْدٌ مُسْلِمٌ وَهُوَ يُصَلِّي يَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ شَيْئًا إِلاَّ أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ " . قَالَ كَعْبٌ ذَلِكَ فِي كُلِّ سَنَةٍ يَوْمٌ . فَقُلْتُ بَلْ فِي كُلِّ جُمُعَةٍ . فَقَرَأَ كَعْبٌ التَّوْرَاةَ فَقَالَ صَدَقَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم . قَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ فَلَقِيتُ بَصْرَةَ بْنَ أَبِي بَصْرَةَ الْغِفَارِيَّ فَقَالَ مِنْ أَيْنَ أَقْبَلْتَ فَقُلْتُ مِنَ الطُّورِ . فَقَالَ لَوْ أَدْرَكْتُكَ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَخْرُجَ إِلَيْهِ مَا خَرَجْتَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله ...

Abu Huraira said:
The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: Every Messenger is endowed with a prayer which is granted and by which he would (pray to his Lord) and it would he granted for him. I have, however, reserved my prayer for the intercession of my Ummab on the Day of Resurrection.

Narrated Rafi' ibn Amr al-Muzani:
I saw the Messenger of Allah (saws) addressing the people at Mina (on the day of sacrifice) when the sun rose high (i.e. in the forenoon) on a white mule, and Ali (Allah be pleased with him) was interpreting on his behalf; some people were standing and some sitting.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحِيمِ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مَرْوَانُ، عَنْ هِلاَلِ بْنِ عَامِرٍ الْمُزَنِيِّ، حَدَّثَنِي رَافِعُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْمُزَنِيُّ، قَالَ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَخْطُبُ النَّاسَ بِمِنًى حِينَ ارْتَفَعَ الضُّحَى عَلَى بَغْلَةٍ شَهْبَاءَ وَعَلِيٌّ - رضى الله عنه - يُعَبِّرُ عَنْهُ وَالنَّاسُ بَيْنَ قَاعِدٍ وَقَائِمٍ .

Narrated Hafsah, Ummul Mu'minin:
When the Messenger of Allah (saws) wanted to go to sleep, he put his right hand under his cheek and would then say three times: O Allah, guard me from Thy punishment on the day when Thou raisest up Thy servants.
حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ، حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمٌ، عَنْ مَعْبَدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ، عَنْ سَوَاءٍ، عَنْ حَفْصَةَ، زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَرْقُدَ وَضَعَ يَدَهُ الْيُمْنَى تَحْتَ خَدِّهِ ثُمَّ يَقُولُ
" اللَّهُمَّ قِنِي عَذَابَكَ يَوْمَ تَبْعَثُ عِبَادَكَ " . ثَلاَثَ مِرَارٍ .

Mishkat al-Masabih 3681
Abu Huraira reported the Prophet as saying, “You will be eager for the office of commander, but it will become a cause of regret on the day of resurrection. It is a good suckler but an evil weaner.”*
Bukhari transmitted it.
*In the beginning it causes pleasure, but later such pleasures are cut off. The idea is that one gladly undertakes high office, but later finds it to be a cause of grief.
وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِنَّكُمْ سَتَحْرِصُونَ عَلَى الْإِمَارَةِ وَسَتَكُونُ نَدَامَةً يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فَنِعْمَ الْمُرْضِعَةُ وَبِئْسَتِ الفاطمةُ» . رَوَاهُ البُخَارِيّ

Anas said that when Rajab came God’s Messenger said, “O God, bless us in Rajab and Sha'ban and bring us to Ramadan.” He also quoted him as saying, “Thursday night is a very bright night and Friday is a shining day.”
Baihaqi transmitted it in [Kitab] ad-Da'awat al-kabir.
وَعَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا دَخَلَ رَجَبٌ قَالَ: «اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِي رَجَبٍ وَشَعْبَانَ وَبَلِّغْنَا رَمَضَانَ» قَالَ: وَكَانَ يَقُولُ: «لَيْلَةُ الْجُمُعَةِ لَيْلَةٌ أَغَرُّ وَيَوْمُ الْجُمُعَةِ يَوْمٌ أَزْهَرُ» . رَوَاهُ الْبَيْهَقِيُّ فِي الدَّعَوَاتِ الْكَبِيرِ

Abu Qatada told that he said to God’s messenger, "I have locks coming down to the shoulders, so should I comb it ?” He replied, “Yes, and show honour to it.” Abu Qatada often greased it twice a day because God’s messenger said, “Yes, and show honour to it.”
Malik transmitted it.
وَعَنْ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ لِي جُمَّةً أَفَأُرَجِّلُهَا؟ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «نَعَمْ وَأَكْرِمْهَا» قَالَ: فَكَانَ أَبُو قَتَادَةَ رُبَّمَا دَهَنَهَا فِي الْيَوْمِ مَرَّتَيْنِ مِنْ أَجْلِ قَوْلُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «نِعْمَ وَأَكْرمهَا» . رَوَاهُ مَالك

Sā‘d b. Ubāda reported God’s messenger as saying, “Every man who recites the' Qur’ān and then forgets it* will meet God on the day of resurrection in a maimed condition.”
*This has been explained as referring to one who has learned the Qur’ān by heart and later forgets it, or neglects to recite it.
Abū Dāwūd and Dārimī transmitted it.

Mishkat al-Masabih 2881
Abu Huraira reported God’s Messenger as saying, “If anyone rescinds a sale with a Muslim, God will cancel his slip* on the day of resurrection.”
* God will forgive his fault.
Abu Dawud and Ibn Majah transmitted it; and it occurs in Sharh as-sunna with the wording in al-Masabih on the authority of Shuraih ash-Shami in mursal form.

Mishkat al-Masabih 3281
‘Ali reported the Prophet as saying, “There is no divorce before marriage, no manumission till one has possession, no continuous fasting, no orphan hood after the age of puberty, no suckling after weaning, and no silence all day up to the night”.*
* Observing a complete day's silence as a religious practice is rejected.
It is transmitted in Sharh as-sunna.
وَعَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَا طَلَاقَ قَبْلَ نِكَاحٍ وَلَا عَتَاقَ إِلَّا بَعْدَ مِلْكٍ وَلَا وِصَالَ فِي صِيَامٍ وَلَا يُتْمَ بَعْدَ احْتِلَامٍ وَلَا رَضَاعَ بَعْدَ فِطَامٍ وَلَا صَمْتَ يَوْمٍ إِلَى اللَّيْلِ» . رَوَاهُ فِي شَرْحِ السُّنَّةِ

‘Amr b. ‘Abasa reported the Prophet as saying, “If anyone builds a mosque that God may be mentioned in it, a house will be built for him in paradise; if anyone emancipates a Muslim, that will be his ransom from jahannam; if anyone develops a grey hair while in 'God’s path, it will be a light for him on the day of resurrection.”
It is transmitted in Sharh as-sunna.
وَعَن عَمْرو بن عبسة أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَنْ بَنَى مَسْجِدًا لِيُذْكَرَ اللَّهُ فِيهِ بُنِيَ لَهُ بَيْتٌ فِي الْجَنَّةِ وَمَنْ أَعْتَقَ نَفْسًا مُسْلِمَةً كَانَتْ فِدْيَتَهُ مِنْ جَهَنَّمَ. وَمَنْ شَابَ شَيْبَةً فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ كَانَتْ لَهُ نُورًا يَوْم الْقِيَامَة» . رَوَاهُ فِي شرح السّنة

'Abbad b. Abdullah b. Zubair narrated that he heard 'A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) saying:
A person came to the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him), and he then narrated the hadith. But (neither these words are found):" Give charity, give charity" (nor) his words:" during the day time".
وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ الثَّقَفِيُّ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ يَحْيَى بْنَ سَعِيدٍ، يَقُولُ أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ، أَنَّ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ عَبَّادَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّهُ، سَمِعَ عَائِشَةَ، - رضى الله عنها - تَقُولُ أَتَى رَجُلٌ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ وَلَيْسَ فِي أَوَّلِ الْحَدِيثِ
" تَصَدَّقْ تَصَدَّقْ " . وَلاَ قَوْلُهُ نَهَارًا .

Qais b Sakan reported that al-Ash'ath b. Qais went to 'Abdullah on the day of 'Ashura while he was eating. He said:
Abu Muhammad, come near and dine. Upon this he said: I am fasting. Thereupon he said: We used to observe fast and then (this practice) was abandoned.

the Messenger of Allah said: “Whoever begs when he has enough to suffice him, his begging will come on the Day of Resurrection like lacerations on his face. ” It was said: “O Messenger of Allah, what is sufficient for him?” He said: “Fifty Dirham or their value in gold.”

will be rewarded with provision, and he will be kept safe from
Fattan,* and Allah will raise him on the Day of Resurrection free of
fright.”

“Whoever tells a lie about his eyes (i.e., claims to have seen something in his dream that he did not see) will be commanded to tie the two ends of a grain of barley on the Day of Resurrection.”

When the last ten days of Ramadan came, the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) would wake up his family and tighten his izar. It was said to Abu Bakr: What does tightening the izar mean? He said: Keeping away from women.

An-Nu'man bin Bashir said:
"Allah's Messenger would straighten our lines. One day he came out and saw a man whose chest was protruding from the people, so he said: 'You must straighten your lines, or Allah will cause disagreement to occur among your faces."
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ، عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ، قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يُسَوِّي صُفُوفَنَا فَخَرَجَ يَوْمًا فَرَأَى رَجُلاً خَارِجًا صَدْرُهُ عَنِ الْقَوْمِ فَقَالَ " لَتُسَوُّنَّ صُفُوفَكُمْ أَوْ لَيُخَالِفَنَّ اللَّهُ بَيْنَ وُجُوهِكُمْ " . قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ وَالْبَرَاءِ وَجَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ وَأَنَسٍ وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَعَائِشَةَ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ . وَقَدْ رُوِيَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ قَالَ " مِنْ تَمَامِ الصَّلاَةِ إِقَامَةُ الصَّفِّ " . وَرُوِيَ عَنْ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُوَكِّلُ رِجَالاً بِإِقَامَةِ الصُّفُوفِ فَلاَ يُكَبِّرُ حَتَّى يُخْبَرَ أَنَّ الصُّفُوفَ قَدِ اسْتَوَتْ . وَرُوِيَ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَعُثْمَانَ أَنَّهُمَا كَانَا يَتَعَاهَدَانِ ذَلِكَ وَيَقُولاَنِ اسْتَوُوا . وَكَانَ عَلِيٌّ يَقُولُ تَقَدَّمْ يَا فُلاَنُ تَأَخَّرْ يَا فُلاَنُ .

Abu Dharr used to take an oath confirming that the Verse: 'These two opponents (believers, and disbelievers) dispute with each other about their Lord.' (22.19) was Revealed in connection with Hamza and his two companions and `Utbah and his two companions on the day when they ease out of the battle of Badr.

It was narrated from An-Nu'man bin Bashir that:
The Messenger of Allah (SAW) used to recite on the two 'Eids and on Friday: "GLorify the Name of Your Lord, the Most High" and "Has there come to you the narration of The Overwhelming?" Sometimes the two ('Eid and Jumu'ah) occurred on the same day, and he would recite them (these two Surahs).

Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet said, "If I had gold equal to the mountain of Uhud, I would love that, before three days had passed, not a single Dinar thereof remained with me if I found somebody to accept it excluding some amount that I would keep for the payment of my debts.''
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ هَمَّامٍ، سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
" لَوْ كَانَ عِنْدِي أُحُدٌ ذَهَبًا، لأَحْبَبْتُ أَنْ لاَ يَأْتِيَ ثَلاَثٌ وَعِنْدِي مِنْهُ دِينَارٌ، لَيْسَ شَىْءٌ أُرْصِدُهُ فِي دَيْنٍ عَلَىَّ أَجِدُ مَنْ يَقْبَلُهُ ".

حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
" إِذَا قُلْتَ لِصَاحِبِكَ أَنْصِتْ وَالإِمَامُ يَخْطُبُ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ فَقَدْ لَغَوْتَ " .

وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ، كَانَ يَقُولُ اللَّهُمَّ لاَ تَجْعَلْ قَتْلِي بِيَدِ رَجُلٍ صَلَّى لَكَ سَجْدَةً وَاحِدَةً يُحَاجُّنِي بِهَا عِنْدَكَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ .

Narrated `Aisha:
Once Allah's Apostle delayed the `Isha' prayer till `Umar informed him that the women and children had slept. Then Allah's Apostle came out and said: "None from amongst the dwellers of earth have prayed this prayer except you." In those days none but the people of Medina prayed.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عُرْوَةُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ، أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ أَعْتَمَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم. وَقَالَ عَيَّاشٌ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الأَعْلَى حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ قَالَتْ أَعْتَمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي الْعِشَاءِ حَتَّى نَادَاهُ عُمَرُ قَدْ نَامَ النِّسَاءُ وَالصِّبْيَانُ. فَخَرَجَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ
" إِنَّهُ لَيْسَ أَحَدٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الأَرْضِ يُصَلِّي هَذِهِ الصَّلاَةَ غَيْرُكُمْ ". وَلَمْ يَكُنْ أَحَدٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ يُصَلِّي غَيْرَ أَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ.

Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet said, "The Hour (Last Day) will not be established until (religious) knowledge will be taken away (by the death of religious learned men), earthquakes will be very frequent, time will pass quickly, afflictions will appear, murders will increase and money will overflow amongst you." (See Hadith No. 85 Vol 1).

" لاَ تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ حَتَّى يُقْبَضَ الْعِلْمُ، وَتَكْثُرَ الزَّلاَزِلُ، وَيَتَقَارَبَ الزَّمَانُ، وَتَظْهَرَ الْفِتَنُ، وَيَكْثُرَ الْهَرْجُ ـ وَهْوَ الْقَتْلُ الْقَتْلُ ـ حَتَّى يَكْثُرَ فِيكُمُ الْمَالُ فَيَفِيضُ ".

I heard Anas saying, "We traveled with the Prophet from Medina to Mecca and offered two rak`at (for every prayer) till we returned to Medina." I said, "Did you stay for a while in Mecca?" He replied, "We stayed in Mecca for ten days."
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مَعْمَرٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَنَسًا، يَقُولُ خَرَجْنَا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِنَ الْمَدِينَةِ إِلَى مَكَّةَ، فَكَانَ يُصَلِّي رَكْعَتَيْنِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ حَتَّى رَجَعْنَا إِلَى الْمَدِينَةِ. قُلْتُ أَقَمْتُمْ بِمَكَّةَ شَيْئًا قَالَ أَقَمْنَا بِهَا عَشْرًا.

A man fell from his Mount and died while he was with the Prophet at `Arafat. The Prophet said, "Wash him with water and Sidr and shroud him in two pieces of cloth and neither perfume him nor cover his head, for he will be resurrected on the Day of Resurrection saying, 'Labbaik'."
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، وَأَيُّوبَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ـ رضى الله عنهم ـ قَالَ كَانَ رَجُلٌ وَاقِفٌ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِعَرَفَةَ فَوَقَعَ عَنْ رَاحِلَتِهِ ـ قَالَ أَيُّوبُ فَوَقَصَتْهُ، وَقَالَ عَمْرٌو فَأَقْصَعَتْهُ ـ فَمَاتَ فَقَالَ
" اغْسِلُوهُ بِمَاءٍ وَسِدْرٍ، وَكَفِّنُوهُ فِي ثَوْبَيْنِ، وَلاَ تُحَنِّطُوهُ وَلاَ تُخَمِّرُوا رَأْسَهُ، فَإِنَّهُ يُبْعَثُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ـ قَالَ أَيُّوبُ يُلَبِّي، وَقَالَ عَمْرٌو ـ مُلَبِّيًا ".

Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar:
Allah's Apostle mentioned Ramadan and said, "Do not fast unless you see the crescent (of Ramadan), and do not give up fasting till you see the crescent (of Shawwal), but if the sky is overcast (if you cannot see it), then act on estimation (i.e. count Sha'ban as 30 days).

It was narrated from Ibn Abbas that:
a man was performing Hajj with the Messenger of Allah and his she-camel threw him and he died. The Messenger of Allah said: "Wash him and shroud him in two garments, and do not cover his head of his face, for he will be raised on the Day of Resurrection reciting Talbiyah.".

" يُغَسَّلُ وَيُكَفَّنُ فِي ثَوْبَيْنِ وَلاَ يُغَطَّى رَأْسُهُ وَوَجْهُهُ فَإِنَّهُ يَقُومُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مُلَبِّيًا " .

It was narrated that 'Abdullah bin Tha'labah said:
"The Messenger of Allah said, concerning those who had been slain at Uhud: 'Wrap them up on their clothes that are stained with blood, for there is no wound that is sustained for the sake of Allah, but it will come bleeding on the Day of Resurrection: its color will be the color of blood, but its fragrance will be the fragrance of musk."'

" زَمِّلُوهُمْ بِدِمَائِهِمْ، فَإِنَّهُ لَيْسَ كَلْمٌ يُكْلَمُ فِي اللَّهِ إِلاَّ يَأْتِي يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ يَدْمَى، لَوْنُهُ لَوْنُ الدَّمِ وَرِيحُهُ رِيحُ الْمِسْكِ " .

"On the Day of Awtas, we captured some women who had husbands among the idolaters. So some of the men disliked that, so Allah, Most High, revealed: And women already married, except those whom your right hands possess... (4:24)"
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا حَبَّانُ بْنُ هِلاَلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي الْخَلِيلِ، عَنْ أَبِي عَلْقَمَةَ الْهَاشِمِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، قَالَ لَمَّا كَانَ يَوْمُ أَوْطَاسٍ أَصَبْنَا نِسَاءً لَهُنَّ أَزْوَاجٌ فِي الْمُشْرِكِينَ فَكَرِهَهُنَّ رِجَالٌ مِنْهُمْ فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ : (وَالْمُحْصَنَاتُ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ إِلاَّ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ ) . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ .

Narrated Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri:
"Two men disagreed over the Masjid whose foundation was laid upon Taqwa from the first day (9:108). A man said: 'It is Masjid Quba' and the other said: 'It is the Masjid of the Messenger of Allah (SAW).' So the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: 'It is this Masjid of mine.'"
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ أَبِي أَنَسٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ تَمَارَى رَجُلاَنِ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ الَّذِي أُسِّسَ عَلَى التَّقْوَى مِنْ أَوَّلِ يَوْمٍ فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ هُوَ مَسْجِدُ قُبَاءَ وَقَالَ الآخَرُ هُوَ مَسْجِدُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم . فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
" هُوَ مَسْجِدِي هَذَا " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيبٌ مِنْ حَدِيثِ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ أَبِي أَنَسٍ . وَقَدْ رُوِيَ هَذَا عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ مِنْ غَيْرِ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ رَوَاهُ أُنَيْسُ بْنُ أَبِي يَحْيَى عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ رضى الله عنه .

It was narrated that Umm Salamah said:
"A woman asked the Prophet (PBUH): 'I suffer from Istihadah and I never become pure; should I stop praying?' He said: 'No. Stop praying for the number of days and nights that you used to menstruate, then perform Ghusl, wrap a cloth around yourself, and pray.'"

" لاَ وَلَكِنْ دَعِي قَدْرَ تِلْكَ الأَيَّامِ وَاللَّيَالِي الَّتِي كُنْتِ تَحِيضِينَ فِيهَا ثُمَّ اغْتَسِلِي وَاسْتَثْفِرِي وَصَلِّي " .

"Allah’s Messenger (Allah bless him and give him peace) used to have cupping performed between the two veins of the neck and in the upper back, and he used to undergo cupping on the seventeenth, nineteenth and twenty-first days of the month.”

Narrated Imran ibn Husayn:
I went on an expedition with the Messenger of Allah (saws), and I was present with him at the conquest. He stayed eighteen days in Mecca and prayed only two rak'ahs (at each time of prayer). And he said: You who live in the town must pray four; we are travellers.
حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُوسَى، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ، - وَهَذَا لَفْظُهُ - أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، قَالَ غَزَوْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَشَهِدْتُ مَعَهُ الْفَتْحَ فَأَقَامَ بِمَكَّةَ ثَمَانِيَ عَشْرَةَ لَيْلَةً لاَ يُصَلِّي إِلاَّ رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَيَقُولُ
" يَا أَهْلَ الْبَلَدِ صَلُّوا أَرْبَعًا فَإِنَّا قَوْمٌ سَفْرٌ " .

A hadith like this has been narrated on the authority of Mansur, but he did not mention:
" On that very day He created the heavens and the earth," and he (the narrator) substituted the word" fighting" (qital) for" killing" (qatl), and further said:" No one is to pick up the dropped thing except one who makes a public announcement of it."
وَحَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، حَدَّثَنَا مُفَضَّلٌ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، فِي هَذَا الإِسْنَادِ بِمِثْلِهِ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ " يَوْمَ خَلَقَ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضَ " . وَقَالَ بَدَلَ الْقِتَالِ " الْقَتْلَ " . وَقَالَ " لاَ يَلْتَقِطُ لُقَطَتَهُ إِلاَّ مَنْ عَرَّفَهَا " .

Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) as saying:
lie who buys a goat having its udder tied up has the option to return it within three days. If he returns it he should pay a sa' of dates. Wheat is not essential.

Sahih Muslim 1935 f
Jabir b. Abdullah reported that Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) sent an expedition to the sea coast and I was one among them. The rest of the hadith is the same with a slight variation of wording that in the hadith transmitted on the authority of Wahb b. Kaisan (the words are):
" The army ate out of that (the whale) for eighteen days."

Silah bin Zufar said:
"We were with Ammar bin Yasir when a roasted sheep was brought and he said: 'Eat.' Someone among the people said: 'I am fasting.' So Ammar said: 'Whoever fasts on a day in which there is doubt, then he has disobeyed Abul-Qasim (pbuh)."

Narrated Amr bin 'Abasah:
That the Messenger of Allah (saws) said: "Whoever develops some gray hair in the cause of Allah, it shall be a light for him in the Day of Judgement.
[Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih Gharib. As for Haiwah bin Shuraih, (the remainder of his name is) Ibn Yazid Al-Himsi.

Anas b. Malik reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying:
Neither nurse mutual hatred, nor jealousy, nor enmity, and become as fellow brothers and servants of Allah. It is not lawful for a Muslim that he should keep his relations estranged with his brother beyond three days.
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مَالِكٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ،

Verily. Allah would say on the Day of Resurrection: Where are those who have mutual love for My Glory's sake? Today I shall shelter them in My shadow when there is no other shadow but the shadow of Mine.

On the day of the battle of Uhud, a man came to the Prophet and said, "Can you tell me where I will be if I should get martyred?" The Prophet replied, "In Paradise." The man threw away some dates he was carrying in his hand, and fought till he was martyred .

" فِي الْجَنَّةِ " فَأَلْقَى تَمَرَاتٍ فِي يَدِهِ، ثُمَّ قَاتَلَ حَتَّى قُتِلَ.

Narrated Ibn Al Musaiyab:
Sa`d bin Abi Waqqas said, "Allah's Apostle mentioned both his father and mother for me on the day of the battle of Uhud." He meant when the Prophet said (to Sa`d) while the latter was fighting. "Let my father and mother be sacrificed for you!"
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ قَالَ سَعْدُ بْنُ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ لَقَدْ جَمَعَ لِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَوْمَ أُحُدٍ أَبَوَيْهِ كِلَيْهِمَا. يُرِيدُ حِينَ قَالَ
" فِدَاكَ أَبِي وَأُمِّي ". وَهُوَ يُقَاتِلُ.

Sunan Abi Dawud 4593
Narrated Abu Hurairah:
The Messenger of Allah (saws) as saying: No retaliation is payable for a wound caused by a dumb animal, for a mine, and for a well. On the treasure found buried in the land there is a fifth.
Abu Dawud said: A dumb animal means an animal which is free and has not tether, and there is no one (as a watchman) with it. It causes harm by day and not by night.
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، وَأَبِي، سَلَمَةَ سَمِعَا أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
" الْعَجْمَاءُ جَرْحُهَا جُبَارٌ وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ " . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ الْعَجْمَاءُ الْمُنْفَلِتَةُ الَّتِي لاَ يَكُونُ مَعَهَا أَحَدٌ وَتَكُونُ بِالنَّهَارِ وَلاَ تَكُونُ بِاللَّيْلِ .

Sunan Abi Dawud 1291
Narrated Ibn Abi Laila:
No one told us that the Prophet (saws) had offered Duha prayer except Umm Hani. She said that the Prophet (saws) had taken bath in her house on the day of the Conquest of Mecca and prayed eight rak'ahs. But no one saw him afterwards praying these rak'ahs.
حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، قَالَ مَا أَخْبَرَنَا أَحَدٌ، أَنَّهُ رَأَى النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم صَلَّى الضُّحَى غَيْرَ أُمِّ هَانِئٍ فَإِنَّهَا ذَكَرَتْ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَوْمَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ اغْتَسَلَ فِي بَيْتِهَا وَصَلَّى ثَمَانِيَ رَكَعَاتٍ فَلَمْ يَرَهُ أَحَدٌ صَلاَّهُنَّ بَعْدُ .

Abu Al-Darda' said:
My friend (i.e. the Prophet) instructed me to observe three practices which I never leave: he instructed me to fast three days every month, and not to sleep but after observing the witr, and to observe supererogatory prayer in the forenoon while traveling and while resident.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ، عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي إِدْرِيسَ السَّكُونِيِّ، عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ نُفَيْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ، قَالَ " أَوْصَانِي خَلِيلِي صلى الله عليه وسلم بِثَلاَثٍ لاَ أَدَعُهُنَّ لِشَىْءٍ أَوْصَانِي بِصِيَامِ ثَلاَثَةِ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ وَلاَ أَنَامُ إِلاَّ عَلَى وِتْرٍ وَبِسُبْحَةِ الضُّحَى فِي الْحَضَرِ وَالسَّفَرِ .

Sahih Muslim 1017 e
Jarir b. Abdullah reported that some desert Arabs clad in woollen clothes came to Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him). He saw them in sad plight as they had been hard pressed by need. He (the Holy Prophet) exhorted people to give charity, but they showed some reluctance until (signs) of anger could be seen on his face. Then a person from the Ansar came with a purse containing silver. Then came another person and then other persons followed them in succession until signs of happiness could be seen on his (sacred) face. Thereupon Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said:
He who introduced some good practice in Islam which was followed after him (by people) he would be assured of reward like one who followed it, without their rewards being diminished in any respect. And he who introduced some evil practice in Islam which had been followed subsequently (by others), he would be required to bear the burden like that of one who followed this (evil practice) without their's being diminished in any respect.
حَدَّثَنِي زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ مُوسَى،
بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ وَأَبِي الضُّحَى عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ هِلاَلٍ الْعَبْسِيِّ، عَنْ جَرِيرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ،
اللَّهِ قَالَ جَاءَ نَاسٌ مِنَ الأَعْرَابِ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَلَيْهِمُ الصُّوفُ فَرَأَى
سُوءَ حَالِهِمْ قَدْ أَصَابَتْهُمْ حَاجَةٌ فَحَثَّ النَّاسَ عَلَى الصَّدَقَةِ فَأَبْطَئُوا عَنْهُ حَتَّى رُئِيَ ذَلِكَ
فِي وَجْهِهِ - قَالَ - ثُمَّ إِنَّ رَجُلاً مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ جَاءَ بِصُرَّةٍ مِنْ وَرِقٍ ثُمَّ جَاءَ آخَرُ ثُمَّ تَتَابَعُوا
حَتَّى عُرِفَ السُّرُورُ فِي وَجْهِهِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
" مَنْ سَنَّ فِي الإِسْلاَمِ
سُنَّةً حَسَنَةً فَعُمِلَ بِهَا بَعْدَهُ كُتِبَ لَهُ مِثْلُ أَجْرِ مَنْ عَمِلَ بِهَا وَلاَ يَنْقُصُ مِنْ أُجُورِهِمْ شَىْءٌ
وَمَنْ سَنَّ فِي الإِسْلاَمِ سُنَّةً سَيِّئَةً فَعُمِلَ بِهَا بَعْدَهُ كُتِبَ عَلَيْهِ مِثْلُ وِزْرِ مَنْ عَمِلَ بِهَا وَلاَ
يَنْقُصُ مِنْ أَوْزَارِهِمْ شَىْءٌ " .

Narrated Jubayr ibn Mut'im:
The Prophet (saws) said: Do not prevent anyone from going round this House (the Ka'bah) and from praying any moment he desires by day or by night. The narrator Fadl (ibn Ya'qub) said: The Messenger of Allah (saws) said: Banu Abdu Munaf, do not stop anyone.

Abu Huraira reported God’s Messenger as saying, “He who has been ruler over ten people will be brought on the day of resurrection shackled till justice loosens his chains or tyranny brings him to destruction.”*

Ibn ‘Abbas said that he returned with the Prophet on the day of ‘Arafa, and when the Prophet heard the people behind him shouting loudly at their camels and beating them, he pointed his whip at them and said, “You people must preserve a quiet demeanour, for piety does not consist in going quickly.”
Bukhari transmitted it.

Anas said:

Abu Mas'ud al-Ansari told that a man brought a she-camel with a rope through its nose-ring and said, “This is to be devoted to God’s path." God’s Messenger replied to him, “On the day of resurrection you will get for it seven hundred she-camels each with a rope through its nose-ring.”

Muhammad b. Abul Mujalid reported ‘Abdallah b. Abu Aufa as saying he asked whether they set aside the fifth of food in the time of God’s Messenger and received the reply that on the day of Khaibar they captured food and a man would come and take as much of it as he needed and then go away.

Darimi transmitted it, and Nasa’i transmitted on the authority of ‘Amr b. Shu'aib who gave it on his father’s authority as coming from his grandfather.
وَعَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَقُولُ: «أَدُّوا الْخِيَاطَ وَالْمِخْيَطَ وَإِيَّاكُمْ وَالْغُلُولَ فَإِنَّهُ عَارٌ عَلَى أَهْلِهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ» . رَوَاهُ الدَّارِمِيُّ

`A'isha told that she heard God's messenger say, "Mankind will be assembled on the day of resurrection barefoot, naked and uncircumcised." She asked God's messenger whether men and women would be together looking at one another, and he replied, "The matter will be too serious, `A'isha, for them to look at one another."

Jabir ibn 'Abdullah reported that the Prophet, may Allah bless
him and grant him peace, said, "Fear injustice. Injustice will appear as
darkness on the Day of Rising. Fear avarice. Avarice destroyed people before
you and led them to shed one another's blood and to make lawful what was
unlawful for them."

Narrated 'Abdullah bin Mas'ud (RA):
"Ammar, Sa'd and I agrred to be partners in whatever we would get (from the spoils of war) on the day of Badr." The narrator quoted the rest of the Hadith which concludes: "Then Sa'd brought two captives, but neither Ammar nor I brought anything."

It was narrated that az-Zubair (رضي الله عنه) said:
I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say one day: `Paradise is due to Talhah,` when he did what he did for the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)(i.e., when Talhah leaned down and the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) climbed on his back.)

Abu Darda’ told how God’s messenger, when asked how much a
man had to learn to become a faqih, replied, “ If anyone preserves for
my people forty traditions concerning their religion, God will raise him
up in the next world as a faqih, and I shall be an intercessor and witness
for him on the day of resurrection.”
وَعَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ قَالَ: سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: مَا حَدُّ الْعِلْمِ الَّذِي إِذَا بَلَغَهُ الرَّجُلُ كَانَ فَقِيهًا؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «من حَفِظَ عَلَى أُمَّتِي أَرْبَعِينَ حَدِيثًا فِي أَمْرِ دِينِهَا بَعَثَهُ اللَّهُ فَقِيهًا وَكُنْتُ لَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَة شافعا وشهيدا»

He reported the Prophet as saying, “If anyone who is about to sleep on his bed lies on his right side, then recites ‘Say, He is God, One’ a hundred times, the Lord will say to him on the day of resurrection, ‘My servant, enter paradise to your right’.”
Tirmidhī transmitted it, saying this is a hasan gharīb tradition.
وَعَنْ أَنَسٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
" مِنْ أَرَادَ أَنْ يَنَامَ عَلَى فِرَاشِهِ فَنَامَ عَلَى يَمِينِهِ ثُمَّ قَرَأَ مِائَةَ مَرَّةٍ (قل هُوَ الله أحد)
إِذا كَانَ يَوْم الْقِيَامَةِ يَقُولُ لَهُ الرَّبُّ: يَا عَبْدِي ادْخُلْ عَلَى يَمِينِكَ الْجَنَّةَ ". رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَقَالَ: هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ

He told of hearing God’s Messenger say, “If anyone wrongly takes a span of land God who is great and glorious will make him dig it till he gets to the end of seven earths, and then he will have it tied round his neck till the day of resurrection until men are judged.”

وَعَنْهُ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ ظَلَمَ شِبْرًا مِنَ الْأَرْضِ كَلَّفَهُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ أَنْ يَحْفِرَهُ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ آخِرَ سَبْعِ أَرَضِينَ ثُمَّ يُطَوَّقَهُ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ حَتَّى يُقْضَى بَيْنَ النَّاس» . رَوَاهُ أَحْمد

Yahya heard 'Ali saying that the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said on the day (of the Battle) of Ahzab, while sitting in one of the openings of the ditch:
They (the enemies) have diverted us from the middle prayer till the sun set. May Allah fill their graves and their houses with fire, or their graves and stomachs with fire.

I am fasting today, so he who wishes to observe fast should do so; but he did not make mention of the rest of the hadith.

It was narrated that Jabir said:
"The Messenger of Allah said on the Day of Quraizah: 'Who will bring us news of the people?' Zubair said: 'I will.' The Prophet said: 'Who will bring us news of the people?' Zubair said: 'I will,' three times. Every Prophet has a Hawari (sincere supporter or disciple) and my Hawari is Zubair.'"

It was narrated from Abu Sa'eed Ar-Ru'aini that 'Abdullah bin Malik told him, that :
'Uqbah bin 'Amir told him, that his sister vowed to walk, barefoot and bareheaded, and he mentioned that to the Messenger of Allah (SAW) He said: "Order her to ride and to cover her head, and to fast for three days."

‘How much of the month has passed?” We said: “Twenty-two

and there are eight left.” The Messenger of Allah (saw)
said: “The
month is like that, and the month is like that, (and the
month is like
that), three times, and he withheld one finger the last
time.”

behind us until the Day of Resurrection. We are the last of
the people
of this world but we will be the first to be judged among
all of
creation.’”

he has perfume then let him put some on. And upon you (I
urge to use)
is the tooth stick.”

“Whoever restrains his anger when

is able to implement it, Allah will call him before all of creation
on the Day of Resurrection, and will give him his choice of any houri
that he wants.”

narrated from Anas bin Malik that the Messenger of Allah (saw)
said:
“This nation has been granted mercy (in the Hereafter) and its
torment (in this world) is at the hands of one another. When the Day
of Resurrection comes, each Muslim man will be given a man from among
the idolaters and it will be said: ‘This is your ransom from the
Fire.’”

It was narrated from `Abeedah, that ‘Ali (رضي الله عنه) said:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said on the day of Al-Ahzab. `They distracted us from the middle prayer until the sunset. May Allah fill their graves and houses - or stomachs - with fire.` He (the narrator) was not sure whether it was houses or stomachs. As for graves, there is no doubt about that.

When it was the last third of the night, or some part of the night, the Prophet got up looking towards the sky and recited: 'Verily! In the creation of the heavens and the earth, and in the alternation of Night and Day, there are indeed signs for men of u understanding.' (3.190)

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) said:
The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "A person who acquires (religious) knowledge, which is (normally) acquired to gain the Pleasure of Allah, (for the sole reason) to secure worldly comforts will not even smell the fragrance of Jannah on the Day of Resurrection (i.e., will not enter Jannah)."

The Verse of Al-Hijab (veiling of women) was revealed in connection with Zainab bint Jahsh. (On the day of her marriage with him) the Prophet gave a wedding banquet with bread and meat; and she used to boast before other wives of the Prophet and used to say, "Allah married me (to the Prophet in the Heavens."
حَدَّثَنَا خَلاَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ طَهْمَانَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ يَقُولُ نَزَلَتْ آيَةُ الْحِجَابِ فِي زَيْنَبَ بِنْتِ جَحْشٍ وَأَطْعَمَ عَلَيْهَا يَوْمَئِذٍ خُبْزًا وَلَحْمًا وَكَانَتْ تَفْخَرُ عَلَى نِسَاءِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَكَانَتْ تَقُولُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ أَنْكَحَنِي فِي السَّمَاءِ.
