Narrated Hudhaifa bin Al-Yaman:
Narrated Hudhaifa bin Al-Yaman (rad):
Allah’s Messenger (saw) said, “Do not drink in silver or gold utensils, and do not eat in plates of such metals, for such things are for them (the disbelievers) in this worldly life and for you in the Hereafter.” [Agreed upon]
عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ بْنِ الْيَمَانِ رَضِيَ الْلَّهُ عَنْهُمَا، قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ لَا تَشْرَبُوا فِي آنِيَةِ الذَّهَبِ والْفِضَّةِ، وَلَا تَأْكُلُوا فِي صِحَافِهَا، فَإِنَّهَا لَهُمْ فِي الدُّنْيَا، وَلَكُمْ فِي الْآخِرَةِ } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ 1 .

Narrated Abu Bakra (rad):
The Prophet (saw) gave permission for the traveller to perform Mash (wiping) over his leather socks for three days and nights and for a non-traveller for a day and night, if he had put them on in a state of purity. [Reported by Ad-Daraqutni and graded Sahih (sound) by Ibnn Khuzaima].
وَعَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ - رضى الله عنه - عَنْ اَلنَّبِيِّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ أَنَّهُ رَخَّصَ لِلْمُسَافِرِ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ وَلَيَالِيَهُنَّ, وَلِلْمُقِيمِ يَوْمًا وَلَيْلَةً, إِذَا تَطَهَّرَ فَلَبِسَ خُفَّيْهِ: أَنْ يَمْسَحَ عَلَيْهِمَا } أَخْرَجَهُ اَلدَّارَقُطْنِيُّ, وَصَحَّحَهُ اِبْنُ خُزَيْمَة َ 1 .

Bulugh al-Maram 549
Jabir (RAA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (P.B.U.H.) had each two martyrs of the battle of Uhud wrapped in one shroud, and then would ask, “Which one of them knew more of the Qur’An?” He would put that one (that was pointed out) first in the grave. They were not washed and the Messenger of Allah (P.B.U.H.) did not offer a funeral prayer for them.’ Related by Al-Bukhari.
وَعَنْهُ قَالَ: { كَانَ اَلنَّبِيُّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -يَجْمَعُ بَيْنَ اَلرَّجُلَيْنِ مِنْ قَتْلَى أُحَدٍ فِي ثَوْبٍ وَاحِدٍ, ثُمَّ يَقُولُ:
"أَيُّهُمْ أَكْثَرُ أَخْذًا لِلْقُرْآنِ?", فَيُقَدِّمُهُ فِي اَللَّحْدِ, وَلَمْ يُغَسَّلُوا, وَلَمْ يُصَلِّ عَلَيْهِمْ } رَوَاهُ اَلْبُخَارِيُّ 1 .

Ibn ‘Abbas (RAA) narrated, ‘I heard the Messenger of Allah (P.B.U.H.) say, "If a Muslim man dies and a group of forty people, who do not associate any one with Allah, pray for him, Allah will accept their intercession for him (by way of their Du’A for him.” Related by Muslim.
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا: سَمِعْتُ اَلنَّبِيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -يَقُولُ: { مَا مِنْ رَجُلٍ مُسْلِمٍ يَمُوتُ, فَيَقُومُ عَلَى جَنَازَتِهِ أَرْبَعُونَ رَجُلًا, لَا يُشْرِكُونَ بِاَللَّهِ شَيْئًا, إِلَّا شَفَّعَهُمْ اَللَّهُ فِيهِ } رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ 1 .

‘Abdullah Ibn Ja’far (RAA) narrated, ‘When we received the news of Ja’far’s death; when he was killed (in the Battle of Mu’tah), the Prophet(P.B.U.H.) said, “Prepare some food for the family of Ja’far, for what has befallen them is keeping them preoccupied.” Related by the five lmams except for An-Nasa’i.
وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: { لَمَّا جَاءَ نَعْيُ جَعْفَرٍ -حِينَ قُتِلَ- قَالَ اَلنَّبِيُّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -
"اصْنَعُوا لِآلِ جَعْفَرٍ طَعَامًا, فَقَدْ أَتَاهُمْ مَا يَشْغَلُهُمْ" } أَخْرَجَهُ الْخَمْسَةُ, إِلَّا النَّسَائِيّ َ 1 .

Bulugh al-Maram 759
'Umar (RAA) narrated, ‘The pagans did not use to depart from Muzdalifah until the sun had risen, and they would say, ‘Let the sun shine on Thabir (the highest mountain in Makkah). The Messenger of Allah (P.B.U.H.) contradicted them and departed from Muzdalifah before sunrise.' Related by Al-Bukhari.
وَعَنْ عُمَرَ - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ: { إِنَّ اَلْمُشْرِكِينَ كَانُوا لَا يُفِيضُونَ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ اَلشَّمْسُ، وَيَقُولُونَ: أَشْرِقْ ثَبِيرُ 1 وَأَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -خَالَفَهُمْ, ثُمَّ أَفَاضَ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَطْلُعَ اَلشَّمْسُ } رَوَاهُ اَلْبُخَارِيُّ 2 .

Narrated Ibn `Abbas (RAA):
Allah's Messenger (Peace be upon him) said regarding a husband who has sexual intercourse with his wife during her menstruation period, "He must pay a Dinar or half a Dinar in way of charity.”
[Reported by the five Imams. Al-Hakim and Ibn Al-Qattan graded it Sahih (sound).]
وَعَنِ اِبْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا, عَنِ اَلنَّبِيِّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم --فِي اَلَّذِي يَأْتِي اِمْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ- قَالَ: { يَتَصَدَّقُ بِدِينَارٍ, أَوْ نِصْفِ دِينَارٍ } رَوَاهُ اَلْخَمْسَةُ, وَصَحَّحَهُ اَلْحَاكِمُ وَابْنُ اَلْقَطَّانِ, وَرَجَّحَ غَيْرَهُمَا وَقْفَه ُ 1 .

وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهَا; { أَنَّ قَوْمًا قَالُوا لِلنَّبِيِّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -إِنَّ قَوْماً يَأْتُونَنَا بِاللَّحْمِ, لَا نَدْرِي أَذُكِرَ اِسْمُ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ أَمْ لَا? فَقَالَ:
" سَمُّوا اَللَّهَ عَلَيْهِ أَنْتُمْ, وَكُلُوهُ" } رَوَاهُ اَلْبُخَارِيُّ (1750) .

Narrated Ibn 'Abbas (RA):
The Prophet (SAW) was brought a dish containing Tharid and said, "Eat from its side and not from the middle, for the blessing descends in the middle of it."
[Reported by al-Arba'a. This is the wording of an-Nasa'i. Its chain of narrators is Sahih (authentic)].
وَعَنْ اِبْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ; { أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -أُتِيَ بِقَصْعَةٍ مِنْ ثَرِيدٍ، فَقَالَ : "كُلُوا مِنْ جَوَانِبِهَا, وَلَا تَأْكُلُوا مِنْ وَسَطِهَا, فَإِنَّ اَلْبَرَكَةَ تَنْزِلُ فِي وَسَطِهَا } رَوَاهُ اَلْأَرْبَعَةُ , وَهَذَا لَفْظُ النَّسَائِيِّ , وَسَنَدُهُ صَحِيحٌ 1 .

Narrated Abu Sa'id (RA)" The Prophet (SAW) said in regard to the captives taken at Autas, "There must be no intercourse with a pregnant woman till she gives birth, or with one who is not pregnant till she has had one menstrual period."

Narrated 'Uqbah bin al-Harith:
He married Umm Yahya, daughter of Abu Ihab, and a woman came and said, "I have suckled both of you." So he asked the Prophet (SAW) and he replied, "How (can you hesitate) while it has been said (that you are foster brothers and sisters)?" 'Uqbah therefore separated from her and she married another husband.

وَعَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ اَلْحَارِثِ; { أَنَّهُ تَزَوَّجَ أُمَّ يَحْيَى بِنْتَ أَبِي إِهَابٍ, فَجَاءَتْ اِمْرَأَةٌ. فَقَالَتْ: قَدْ أَرْضَعْتُكُمَا, فَسَأَلَ اَلنَّبِيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -فَقَالَ:
"كَيْفَ وَقَدْ قِيلَ? " فَفَارَقَهَا عُقْبَةُ. وَنَكَحَتْ زَوْجًا غَيْرَهُ. } أَخْرَجَهُ اَلْبُخَارِيُّ 1 .

وَعَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ -رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا- { قَالَ: أَرَدْتُ اَلْخُرُوجَ إِلَى خَيْبَرَ, فَأَتَيْتُ اَلنَّبِيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -فَقَالَ: " إِذَا أَتَيْتَ وَكِيلِي بِخَيْبَرَ, فَخُذْ مِنْهُ خَمْسَةَ عَشَرَ وَسْقًا } رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَصَحَّحَهُ 1 .

Narrated Ibn 'Umar (RA):
The Prophet (SAW) assigned az-Zubair the land his horse could cover at a run. He made his horse run, and when it stopped he threw his whip. He then said, "Give to him up to the spot his has reached.

وَعَنْ اِبْنِ عُمَرَ -رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا- { أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -أَقْطَعَ اَلزُّبَيْرَ حُضْرَ فَرَسِهِ , فَأَجْرَى اَلْفَرَسَ حَتَّى قَامَ , ثُمَّ رَمَى سَوْطَهُ. فَقَالَ : " أَعْطُوهُ حَيْثُ بَلَغَ اَلسَّوْطُ } رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَفِيهِ ضَعْفٌ 1 .

A narration has:
My father went then to the Prophet (SAW) to call him as a witness to my Sadaqah (i.e. gift) and he asked, "Have you done the same with all your children?" He replied, "No." He said, "Fear Allah and treat your children equally." My father then returned and took back that gift.

وَفِي لَفْظٍ : { فَانْطَلَقَ أَبِي إِلَى اَلنَّبِيِّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -لِيُشْهِدَهُ عَلَى صَدَقَتِي. فَقَالَ : " أَفَعَلْتَ هَذَا بِوَلَدِكَ كُلِّهِمْ"?. قَالَ : لَا. قَالَ: " اِتَّقُوا اَللَّهَ , وَاعْدِلُوا بَيْنَ أَوْلَادِكُمْ " فَرَجَعَ أَبِي, فَرَدَّ تِلْكَ اَلصَّدَقَةَ } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْه ِ 1 .

Narrated Ibn 'Umar (RA):
Allah's Messenger (SAW) forbade prayer at seven places; a dump, a slaughter house, a graveyard, the middle of the path, a bathroom, and where camels sit at a watering place and on (roof) of the Ka'bah.
[Reported by at-Tirmidhi who graded it Da'if (weak)].

Narrated Jabir bin Samurah (RA):
The Prophet (SAW) used to deliver the Khutbah (religious talk, sermon) while standing. He (SAW) would then sit down and then stand up and deliver the Khutbah in a standing posture. So, whoever informs you that he [the Prophet (SAW)] delivered the Khutbah (religious talk, sermon) while sitting has definitely told a lie.

وَعَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا, { أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -كَانَ يَخْطُبُ قَائِمًا, ثُمَّ يَجْلِسُ, ثُمَّ يَقُومُ فَيَخْطُبُ قَائِمًا, فَمَنْ أَنْبَأَك َ 1 أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَخْطُبُ جَالِسًا, فَقَدْ كَذَبَ } أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِم ٌ 2 .

Abu Hurayrah (RA) reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ would recite, in the morning prayer of Jumu’ah (Friday), Sūrat as-Sajdah (32) in the first rakʿah, and Sūrat al-Insān (76) in the second rakʿah.

Buraida said that God’s messenger prayed the prayers on the day of the Conquest [The conquest of Mecca in the year 8 A.H.] with one ablution and wiped over his shoes. ‘Umar said,
“You have done something today that you have not been accustomed to do.” He replied, “I have done it purposely, ‘Umar.”
Muslim transmitted it.

Abu Musa said:

‘Abdallah b. Abu Rabi'a said the Prophet borrowed forty thousand* from him, and when revenue came in he paid it to him saying, “God most high bless your family and your property! The only reward for a loan is commendation and repayment.”
*The text mentions the number. It probably means dirhams.

Rafi‘ b. Khadij reported the Prophet as saying, “If anyone sows in other people’s land without their permission he has no right to any of the crop, but he may have what it cost him.”
Tirmidhi and Abu Dawud transmitted it, Tirmidhi saying this is a gharib tradition.

Ibn ‘Umar told that Ghailan b. Salama ath-Thaqafi accepted Islam and that he had had ten wives in the pre-Islamic period who accepted Islam along with him; so the Prophet told him to keep four and separate from the rest of them.

Mishkat al-Masabih 3177
Naufal b. Mu’awiya said:
When I accepted Islam I had five wives, so I consulted the Prophet and he said, “Separate from one and keep four.” I therefore decided on the one who had been longest with me and had been barren for sixty years,* and separated from her.
* This statement may seem strange when one considers that Naufal is said to have died in the Caliphate of Yazid b. Mu'awiya (60-64 A.H.). Some say he lived 60 years in the pre-Islamic period and 60 years in Islam. Others says he died aged 100. He is said to have accepted Islam at the Conquest of Mecca. The tradition cannot mean that he had been married to this woman for 60 years; it probably indicates that she was both barren and much older than he. She was possibly his first wife. Cf. Ibn Abu Hatim, al-Jarh wat-ta’dil, IV, i, 487 i.; Isti'ab, p. 293 ; Ibn Hajar, Tahdhib, x, 492; Isaba, iii, 1191.
It is transmitted in Sharh as-sunna.

It was narrated from ‘Abdullah that the Prophet (saw) said:
“Just
before the Hour comes there will be transformations, the earth
collapsing, and Qadhf. (i.e. the throwing of stones perhaps as a
means
of punishment – maybe it refers to landslides).”

Yahya related to me from Malik from Alqama ibn Abi Alqama that his mother said, "Hafsa bint Abd ar-Rahman visited A'isha, the wife of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and Hafsa was wearing a long thin head scarf. A'isha tore it in two and made a thick one for her."
وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ أَبِي عَلْقَمَةَ، عَنْ أُمِّهِ، أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ دَخَلَتْ حَفْصَةُ بِنْتُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَلَى عَائِشَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَعَلَى حَفْصَةَ خِمَارٌ رَقِيقٌ فَشَقَّتْهُ عَائِشَةُ وَكَسَتْهَا خِمَارًا كَثِيفًا .
