Bulugh al-Maram 102
Narrated Abu Huraira (rad):
Allah’s Messenger (saw) forbade us to use a bone or dung for cleaning and said, “These two things do not purify”. [Reported by Ad-Daraqutni who graded it Sahih].
وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ - رضى الله عنه - { أَنَّ رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -نَهَى "أَنْ يُسْتَنْجَى بِعَظْمٍ, أَوْ رَوْثٍ" وَقَالَ: "إِنَّهُمَا لَا يُطَهِّرَانِ" } رَوَاهُ اَلدَّارَقُطْنِيُّ وَصَحَّحَه ُ 1 .

Narrated Abu Bakra (RA):
The Prophet (SAW) considered Shahadah az-Zur (giving false testimony) among the most serious of major sins.

Narrated Ibn 'Abbas (RA):
Allah's Messenger (SAW) ruled on the basis of an oath and a single witness.
[Muslim, Abu Dawud and an-Nasa'i reported it, the latter said that it has a Jayyid (good) chain or narrators].
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا; { أَنَّ رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -قَضَى بِيَمِينٍ وَشَاهِدٍ } أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ. وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ. وَالنَّسَائِيُّ وَقَالَ: إِسْنَادُ [ هُ ] جَيِّد ٌ 1 .

Muslim reported the same above Hadith in another version narrated by 'Aishah (RA), who narrated 'Sajdah (prostration)' instead of 'Rak'a (prayer unit)' and then he (Muslim) said, "A Sajdah implies a Rak'a."
وَلِمُسْلِمٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ نَحْوَهُ, وَقَالَ: "سَجْدَةً" بَدَلَ "رَكْعَةً". ثُمَّ قَالَ: وَالسَّجْدَةُ إِنَّمَا هِيَ اَلرَّكْعَةُ 1 .
