The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) prostrated himself (while reciting these verses)." When the heaven burst asunder" ;" Read in the name of Thy Lord".

It is narrated on the authority of Abu Sa'id that the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said:
On the Day of Judgment there will be a flag fixed behind the buttocks of every person guilty of the breach of faith.

'Adi (RAA) narrated, 'I asked the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) about hunting using a featherless arrow (al-Mi'rad) [1]. He replied, "If The game is killed with its sharp edge (the iron piece) eat it; but if it strikes with the middle part of the shart (i.e. it is not penetrated with the sharp part) and the game is killed (due to being hit with it), it is considered a Mauqudhah [2], so do not eat it." Related by Al-Bukhari.
وَعَنْ عَدِيٍّ قَالَ: { سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -عَنْ صَيْدِ اَلْمِعْرَاضِ (1747) فَقَالَ:
"إِذَا أَصَبْتَ بِحَدِّهِ فَكُلْ, وَإِذَا أَصَبْتَ بِعَرْضِهِ, فَقُتِلَ, فَإِنَّهُ وَقِيذٌ, فَلَا تَأْكُلْ" } رَوَاهُ اَلْبُخَارِيُّ (1748) .

'Abdur Rahman bin 'Uthman al-Qurashi (RAA) narrated, 'A doctor consulted the Prophet (PBUH) about extracting medicine from a frog but he prohibited killing it.' Related by Ahmad, Abu Dawud and An-Nasai. Al-Hakim graded it as Sahih.
وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اَلرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ اَلْقُرَشِيُّ - رضى الله عنه - { أَنَّ طَبِيباً سَأَلَ رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم - (1743) - صلى الله عليه وسلم -عَنْ اَلضِّفْدَعِ يَجْعَلُهَا فِي دَوَاءٍ, فَنَهَى عَنْ قَتْلِهَا } أَخْرَجَهُ أَحْمَدُ, وَصَحَّحَهُ اَلْحَاكِمُ (1744) .

Narrated Jabir (RA):
The Prophet (SAW) said, "If anyone swears a false oath on this Minbar of mine, he will have prepared his seat in the Hell-Fire."
[Reported by Ahmad, Abu Dawud and an-Nasa'i. Ibn Hibban graded it Sahih (authentic)].
وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ - رضى الله عنه - أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -قَالَ: {
"مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى مِنْبَرِي هَذَا بِيَمِينٍ آثِمَةٍ, تَبَوَّأَ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنْ اَلنَّارِ" } رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ, وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ, وَالنَّسَائِيُّ, وَصَحَّحَهُ اِبْنُ حِبَّان َ 1 .

Narrated 'Abdullah bin Zaid in another narration of the Hadith reported by Abu Dawud:
I saw it, i.e. the Adhan (in a vision) and I wanted to announce it. Allah's Messenger (SAW) said, "You pronounce the Iqamah."
[This Hadith is also Da'if (weak)].
وَلِأَبِي دَاوُدَ: فِي حَدِيثِ عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ : أَنَا رَأَيْتُهُ - يَعْنِي : اَلْأَذَانُ - وَأَنَا كُنْتُ أُرِيدُهُ . قَالَ :
"فَأَقِمْ أَنْتَ " وَفِيهِ ضَعْفٌ أَيْضًا 1 .

Narrated Abu Al-Aswad:
I came to Medina when an epidemic had broken out. While I was sitting with `Umar bin Al-Khattab a funeral procession passed by and the people praised the deceased. `Umar said, "It has been affirmed to him." And another funeral procession passed by and the people praised the deceased. `Umar said, "It has been affirmed to him." A third (funeral procession) passed by and the people spoke badly of the deceased. He said, "It has been affirmed to him." I (Abu Al-Aswad) asked, "O chief of the believers! What has been affirmed?" He replied, "I said the same as the Prophet had said, that is: if four persons testify the piety of a Muslim, Allah will grant him Paradise." We asked, "If three persons testify his piety?" He (the Prophet) replied, "Even three." Then we asked, "If two?" He replied, "Even two." We did not ask him regarding one witness.
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ أَبِي الْفُرَاتِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الأَسْوَدِ، قَالَ قَدِمْتُ الْمَدِينَةَ وَقَدْ وَقَعَ بِهَا مَرَضٌ، فَجَلَسْتُ إِلَى عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ فَمَرَّتْ بِهِمْ جَنَازَةٌ فَأُثْنِيَ عَلَى صَاحِبِهَا خَيْرًا فَقَالَ عُمَرُ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ وَجَبَتْ. ثُمَّ مُرَّ بِأُخْرَى فَأُثْنِيَ عَلَى صَاحِبِهَا خَيْرًا، فَقَالَ عُمَرُ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ وَجَبَتْ. ثُمَّ مُرَّ بِالثَّالِثَةِ، فَأُثْنِيَ عَلَى صَاحِبِهَا شَرًّا فَقَالَ وَجَبَتْ. فَقَالَ أَبُو الأَسْوَدِ فَقُلْتُ وَمَا وَجَبَتْ يَا أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ قَالَ قُلْتُ كَمَا قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " أَيُّمَا مُسْلِمٍ شَهِدَ لَهُ أَرْبَعَةٌ بِخَيْرٍ أَدْخَلَهُ اللَّهُ الْجَنَّةَ ". فَقُلْنَا وَثَلاَثَةٌ قَالَ " وَثَلاَثَةٌ ". فَقُلْنَا وَاثْنَانِ قَالَ " وَاثْنَانِ ". ثُمَّ لَمْ نَسْأَلْهُ عَنِ الْوَاحِدِ.

Narrated Abu Salama bin `Abdur-Rahman:
I asked Abu Sa`id Al-Khudri, "Did you hear Allah's Apostle talking about the Night of Qadr?" He replied in the affirmative and said, "Once we were in I`tikaf with Allah's Apostle in the middle ten days of (Ramadan) and we came out of it in the morning of the twentieth, and Allah's Apostledelivered a sermon on the 20th (of Ramadan) and said, 'I was informed (of the date) of the Night of Qadr (in my dream) but had forgotten it. So, look for it in the odd nights of the last ten nights of the month of Ramadan. I saw myself prostrating in mud and water on that night (as a sign of the Night of Qadr). So, whoever had been in I`tikaf with Allah's Apostle should return for it.' The people returned to the mosque (for I`tikaf). There was no trace of clouds in the sky. But all of a sudden a cloud came and it rained. Then the prayer was established (they stood for the prayer) and Allah's Apostle prostrated in mud and water and I saw mud over the forehead and the nose of the Prophet.
حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُنِيرٍ، سَمِعَ هَارُونَ بْنَ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا سَلَمَةَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَبَا سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيَّ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قُلْتُ هَلْ سَمِعْتَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَذْكُرُ لَيْلَةَ الْقَدْرِ قَالَ نَعَمِ، اعْتَكَفْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم الْعَشْرَ الأَوْسَطَ مِنْ رَمَضَانَ ـ قَالَ ـ فَخَرَجْنَا صَبِيحَةَ عِشْرِينَ، قَالَ فَخَطَبَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم صَبِيحَةَ عِشْرِينَ فَقَالَ " إِنِّي أُرِيتُ لَيْلَةَ الْقَدْرِ، وَإِنِّي نُسِّيتُهَا، فَالْتَمِسُوهَا فِي الْعَشْرِ الأَوَاخِرِ فِي وِتْرٍ، فَإِنِّي رَأَيْتُ أَنِّي أَسْجُدُ فِي مَاءٍ وَطِينٍ، وَمَنْ كَانَ اعْتَكَفَ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَلْيَرْجِعْ ". فَرَجَعَ النَّاسُ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ، وَمَا نَرَى فِي السَّمَاءِ قَزَعَةً ـ قَالَ ـ فَجَاءَتْ سَحَابَةٌ فَمَطَرَتْ، وَأُقِيمَتِ الصَّلاَةُ، فَسَجَدَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ...
