Yahya related to me from Malik from Yahya ibn Said that Marwan ibn al-Hakam wrote to Muawiya ibn Abi Sufyan that a madman was brought to him who had killed a man. Muawiya wrote to him, "Tie him up and do not inflict any retaliation on him. There is no retaliation against a madman."
Malik said about an adult and a child when they murder a man together, "The adult is killed and the child pays half the full blood-money."
Malik said, "It is like that with a freeman and a slave when they murder a slave. The slave is killed and the freeman pays half of his value."
وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، أَنَّ مَرْوَانَ بْنَ الْحَكَمِ، كَتَبَ إِلَى مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ أَنَّهُ أُتِيَ بِمَجْنُونٍ قَتَلَ رَجُلاً . فَكَتَبَ إِلَيْهِ مُعَاوِيَةُ أَنِ اعْقِلْهُ وَلاَ تُقِدْ مِنْهُ فَإِنَّهُ لَيْسَ عَلَى مَجْنُونٍ قَوَدٌ . قَالَ مَالِكٌ فِي الْكَبِيرِ وَالصَّغِيرِ إِذَا قَتَلاَ رَجُلاً جَمِيعًا عَمْدًا أَنَّ عَلَى الْكَبِيرِ أَنْ يُقْتَلَ وَعَلَى الصَّغِيرِ نِصْفُ الدِّيَةِ . قَالَ مَالِكٌ وَكَذَلِكَ الْحُرُّ وَالْعَبْدُ يَقْتُلاَنِ الْعَبْدَ فَيُقْتَلُ الْعَبْدُ وَيَكُونُ عَلَى الْحُرِّ نِصْفُ قِيمَتِهِ .

Jami` at-Tirmidhi 1407
Narrated Abu Hurairah:
"A man was killed during the time of the Messenger of Allah (saws), so the killer was brought to the man's guardian. The killer said: 'O Messenger of Allah! By Allah! I did not mean to kill him.' So the Messenger of Allah (saws) said: 'Then if what he is saying is true, and you kill him, you would enter the Fire.' So he let the man go." He said: "His hands were bound behind him with a Nis'ah." He said: "So he left, dragging his Nis'ah." [He said:] "So he was called Dhan-Nis'ah'."
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قُتِلَ رَجُلٌ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَدُفِعَ الْقَاتِلُ إِلَى وَلِيِّهِ فَقَالَ الْقَاتِلُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَاللَّهِ مَا أَرَدْتُ قَتْلَهُ . فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " أَمَا إِنَّهُ إِنْ كَانَ صَادِقًا فَقَتَلْتَهُ دَخَلْتَ النَّارَ " . فَخَلَّى عَنْهُ الرَّجُلُ . قَالَ وَكَانَ مَكْتُوفًا بِنِسْعَةٍ . قَالَ فَخَرَجَ يَجُرُّ نِسْعَتَهُ . قَالَ فَكَانَ يُسَمَّى ذَا النِّسْعَةِ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ . وَالنِّسْعَةُ حَبْلٌ .

It was narrated that Mujahid said:
A man struck a son of his with a sword and killed him. The matter was referred to 'Umar and he said. Were it not that I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, “No father should be executed in retaliation for killing his son.` I would have executed you before you left.
حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا جَعْفَرٌ يَعْنِي الْأَحْمَرَ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، قَالَ حَذَفَ رَجُلٌ ابْنًا لَهُ بِسَيْفٍ فَقَتَلَهُ فَرُفِعَ إِلَى عُمَرَ فَقَالَ لَوْلَا أَنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ لَا يُقَادُ الْوَالِدُ مِنْ وَلَدِهِ لَقَتَلْتُكَ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَبْرَحَ.

It was narrated that al-Hasan said:
A man said to az-Zubair: “Shall I kill `Ali for you?” He said: “How would you kill him?” He said: “I will assassinate him.”He said: “No, the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Faith prohibits assassination; no believer should resort to that.`

Mishkat al-Masabih 3795
Abu Huraira reported God's Messenger as saying, “An infidel and the one who killed him will never be brought together in hell.”*
* The meaning is probably that one who kills an infidel in the course of jihad will on that account have his sins forgiven, and will therefore not go to hell where the infidel inevitably goes.
Muslim transmitted it.

Sunan an-Nasa'i 1808
It was narrated that Umm Habibah said:
"The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: 'Whoever prays twelve rak'ahs in a day apart from the obligatory prayers, Allah (SWT) will build for him, or there will be built for him, a house in Paradise.'"

"Whoever fasts one day in the cause of Allah, the mighty and sublime, Allah will separate him the distance of one hundred years from the fire."

The Prophet used to invoke Allah at night, saying, "O Allah: All the Praises are for You: You are the Lord of the Heavens and the Earth. All the Praises are for You; You are the Maintainer of the Heaven and the Earth and whatever is in them. All the Praises are for You; You are the Light of the Heavens and the Earth. Your Word is the Truth, and Your Promise is the Truth, and the Meeting with You is the Truth, and Paradise is the Truth, and the (Hell) Fire is the Truth, and the Hour is the Truth. O Allah! I surrender myself to You, and I believe in You and I depend upon You, and I repent to You and with You (Your evidences) I stand against my opponents, and to you I leave the judgment (for those who refuse my message). O Allah! Forgive me my sins that I did in the past or will do in the future, and also the sins I did in secret or in public. You are my only God (Whom I worship) and there is no other God for me (i.e. I worship none but You)."
Narrated Sufyan:
(regarding the above narration) that the Prophet added, "You are the Truth, and Your Word is the Truth."
حَدَّثَنَا قَبِيصَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ قَالَ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَدْعُو مِنَ اللَّيْلِ " اللَّهُمَّ لَكَ الْحَمْدُ أَنْتَ رَبُّ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ، لَكَ الْحَمْدُ أَنْتَ قَيِّمُ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ وَمَنْ فِيهِنَّ، لَكَ الْحَمْدُ أَنْتَ نُورُ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ، قَوْلُكَ الْحَقُّ، وَوَعْدُكَ الْحَقُّ، وَلِقَاؤُكَ حَقٌّ، وَالْجَنَّةُ حَقٌّ، وَالنَّارُ حَقٌّ، وَالسَّاعَةُ حَقٌّ، اللَّهُمَّ لَكَ أَسْلَمْتُ، وَبِكَ آمَنْتُ، وَعَلَيْكَ تَوَكَّلْتُ، وَإِلَيْكَ أَنَبْتُ، وَبِكَ خَاصَمْتُ، وَإِلَيْكَ حَاكَمْتُ، فَاغْفِرْ لِي مَا قَدَّمْتُ وَمَا أَخَّرْتُ، وَأَسْرَرْتُ وَأَعْلَنْتُ، أَنْتَ إِلَهِي لاَ إِلَهَ لِي غَيْرُكَ " . حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بِهَذَا وَقَالَ أَنْتَ الْحَقُّ وَقَوْلُكَ الْحَقُّ.

Sahih Muslim 2786 a
Abdullah b. Mas'ud reported that a Jewish scholar came to Allah's Apostle (may peace he upon him) and said:
Muhammad, or Abu al-Qasim, verily, Allah, the Exalted and Glorious would carry the Heavens on the Day of Judgment upon one finger and earths upon one finger and the mountains and trees upon one finger and the ocean and moist earth upon one finger, and in fact the whole of the creation upon one finger, and then He would stir them and say: I am your Lord, I am your Lord. Thereupon Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) smiled testifying what that scholar had said. He then recited this verse:" And they honour not Allah with the honour due to Him; and the whole earth will be in His grip on the Day of Resurrection and the heaven rolled up in His right hand. Glory be to Him I and highly Exalted is He above what they associate (with Him)" (Az-Zumar:67).

الْقِيَامَةِ عَلَى إِصْبَعٍ وَالأَرَضِينَ عَلَى إِصْبَعٍ وَالْجِبَالَ وَالشَّجَرَ عَلَى إِصْبَعٍ وَالْمَاءَ وَالثَّرَى
عَلَى إِصْبَعٍ وَسَائِرَ الْخَلْقِ عَلَى إِصْبَعٍ ثُمَّ يَهُزُّهُنَّ فَيَقُولُ أَنَا الْمَلِكُ أَنَا الْمَلِكُ . فَضَحِكَ رَسُولُ
اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم تَعَجُّبًا مِمَّا قَالَ الْحَبْرُ تَصْدِيقًا لَهُ ثُمَّ قَرَأَ { وَمَا قَدَرُوا اللَّهَ حَقَّ
قَدْرِهِ وَالأَرْضُ جَمِيعًا قَبْضَتُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَالسَّمَوَاتُ مَطْوِيَّاتٌ بِيَمِينِهِ سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى عَمَّا
يُشْرِكُونَ}

Sunan Ibn Majah 3959
Abu Musa narrated that the Messenger of Allah (saw) said:
“Before
the
Hour comes there will be Harj.” I said: “O Messenger of
Allah, what is
Harj?” He said: “Killing.” Some of the Muslims
said: “O Messenger of
Allah, now we kill such and such a number of
idolaters in one year.”
The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: “That
will not be like killing the
idolaters, rather you will kill one
another, until a man will kill his
neighbor and son of the cousin and
a relative.” Some of the people
said: “O Messenger of Allah, will
we be in our right minds that day?”
The Messenger of Allah (saw)
said: “No, reason will be taken away from
most of the people at
that time, and there will be left the
insignificant people who have
no reason.”
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَوْفٌ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَسِيدُ بْنُ الْمُتَشَمِّسِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُوسَى، حَدَّثَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " إِنَّ بَيْنَ يَدَىِ السَّاعَةِ لَهَرْجًا " . قَالَ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مَا الْهَرْجُ قَالَ " الْقَتْلُ " . فَقَالَ بَعْضُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّا نَقْتُلُ الآنَ فِي الْعَامِ الْوَاحِدِ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ كَذَا وَكَذَا . فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " لَيْسَ بِقَتْلِ الْمُشْرِكِينَ وَلَكِنْ يَقْتُلُ بَعْضُكُمْ بَعْضًا حَتَّى يَقْتُلَ الرَّجُلُ جَارَهُ وَابْنَ عَمِّهِ وَذَا قَرَابَتِهِ " . فَقَالَ بَعْضُ الْقَوْمِ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَمَعَنَا عُقُولُنَا ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " لاَ تُنْزَعُ عُقُولُ أَكْثَرِ ذَلِكَ الزَّمَانِ وَيَخْلُفُ لَهُ هَبَاءٌ مِنَ النَّاسِ لاَ عُقُولَ لَهُمْ " . ثُمَّ قَالَ الأَشْعَرِيُّ وَايْمُ اللَّهِ إِنِّي لأَظُنُّهَا مُدْرِكَتِي وَإِيَّاكُمْ ...

Sunan an-Nasa'i 2466
It was narrated that 'Abdullah bin Hilal Ath-Thaqafi said:
"A man came to the Prophet and said: 'I feared that I might be killed after you are gone for the sake of a goat or sheep of the Sadaqah.' He said: 'Were it not that it will be given to the poor Muhajirin I would not have taken it."' (Daif)
أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، وَمَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلاَنَ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ هِلاَلٍ الثَّقَفِيِّ، قَالَ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ كِدْتُ أُقْتَلُ بَعْدَكَ فِي عَنَاقٍ أَوْ شَاةٍ مِنَ الصَّدَقَةِ . فَقَالَ " لَوْلاَ أَنَّهَا تُعْطَى فُقَرَاءَ الْمُهَاجِرِينَ مَا أَخَذْتُهَا " .

Sunan an-Nasa'i 4128
It was narrated that Masruq said:
"The Messenger of Allah [SAW] said: 'I do not want to see you after I am gone reverting to disbelievers, striking the necks of one another (killing one another). No man is punished for the crime of his father, or the crime of his brother.'" This is correct.
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلاَءِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ أُلْفِيَنَّكُمْ تَرْجِعُونَ بَعْدِي كُفَّارًا يَضْرِبُ بَعْضُكُمْ رِقَابَ بَعْضٍ لاَ يُؤْخَذُ الرَّجُلُ بِجَرِيرَةِ أَبِيهِ وَلاَ بِجَرِيرَةِ أَخِيهِ " . هَذَا الصَّوَابُ .

Sunan an-Nasa'i 4735
It was narrated from 'Ali, may Allah be please with him that the Prophet said:
"The lives of the believers are equal in value, and they are one against others, and they hasten to support the asylum granted by the least of them. But no believer may be killed in return for a disbeliever, nor one with a covenant while his covenant is in effect."
أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْقَوَارِيرِيُّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي حَسَّانَ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رضى الله عنه أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " الْمُؤْمِنُونَ تَكَافَأُ دِمَاؤُهُمْ وَهُمْ يَدٌ عَلَى مَنْ سِوَاهُمْ يَسْعَى بِذِمَّتِهِمْ أَدْنَاهُمْ لاَ يُقْتَلُ مُؤْمِنٌ بِكَافِرٍ وَلاَ ذُو عَهْدٍ فِي عَهْدِهِ " .

Sunan an-Nasa'i 4824
It was narrated that Al-Muhgirah bin Shu'bah said:
"A woman of Banu Lihyan struck her co-wife with a tent pole and killed her, and the slain woman was pregnant. The Messenger of Allah ruled that the Diyah was to be paid by the'Asbah of the killer, and that a slave should be given (as Diyah) for the child in her womb".
أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ مَسْرُوقٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ، عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ نُضَيْلَةَ، عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ، قَالَ ضَرَبَتِ امْرَأَةٌ مِنْ بَنِي لِحْيَانَ ضَرَّتَهَا بِعَمُودِ الْفُسْطَاطِ فَقَتَلَتْهَا وَكَانَ بِالْمَقْتُولَةِ حَمْلٌ فَقَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَلَى عَصَبَةِ الْقَاتِلَةِ بِالدِّيَةِ وَلِمَا فِي بَطْنِهَا بِغُرَّةٍ .

Sunan an-Nasa'i 5662
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that :
The Messenger of Allah [SAW] said: "If he becomes drunk, whip him; then if he becomes drunk, whip him; then if he becomes drunk, whip him." Then he said concerning the fourth time, "Strike his neck (i.e., kill him)."
أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شَبَابَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنْ خَالِهِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " إِذَا سَكِرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ ثُمَّ إِنْ سَكِرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ ثُمَّ إِنْ سَكِرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ " . ثُمَّ قَالَ فِي الرَّابِعَةِ " فَاضْرِبُوا عُنُقَهُ " .

Jami` at-Tirmidhi 1426
Narrated Ibn 'Umar:
That the Messenger of Allah (saws) said: "The Muslim is the brother of the Muslim, he doesn't oppress him and doesn't put him into ruin, and whoever is concerned for the needs of his brother, Allah is concerned for his needs, and whoever relieves a Muslim of a burden, Allah will relieve him of a burden from the burdens of the Day of Judgement and whoever covers (the faults of) a Muslim, Allah will cover (his faults) on the Day of Judgement."
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ عُقَيْلٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " الْمُسْلِمُ أَخُو الْمُسْلِمِ لاَ يَظْلِمُهُ وَلاَ يُسْلِمُهُ وَمَنْ كَانَ فِي حَاجَةِ أَخِيهِ كَانَ اللَّهُ فِي حَاجَتِهِ وَمَنْ فَرَّجَ عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ كُرْبَةً فَرَّجَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ كُرْبَةً مِنْ كُرَبِ يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ وَمَنْ سَتَرَ مُسْلِمًا سَتَرَهُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيبٌ مِنْ حَدِيثِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ.

Musnad Ahmad 408
It was narrated from `Uthman bin `Affan (رضي الله عنه) . `Abdur-Razzaq said:
from the Prophet (ﷺ) - that he said: `Whoever prays `Isha` and Fajr prayer in congregation, it is as if he spent the night in prayer (qiyamul-lail).” ‘Abdur-Rahman said: Whoever prays `Isha` in congregation, it is as if he spent half the night in prayer, and whoever prays Fajr in congregation, it is as if he spent the entire night in prayer,

Sunan an-Nasa'i 1962
It was narrated that Jabir said:
"The Prophet would not pray for a man who owed a debt. A deceased person was brought to him and he said: 'Does he owe any debt?' They said: 'Yes, he owes two Dinars.' He said: 'Pray for your companion.' Abu Qatadah said: 'I will pay them, O Messenger of Alllah, So he prayed for him. Then, when Allah made His Messenger rich though conquest, he said: ' I am closer to each believer than his own self. Whoever leaves behind a debt, I will pay it, and whoever leaves behind wealth, it is for his heirs."
أَخْبَرَنَا نُوحُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ الْقُومِسِيُّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم لاَ يُصَلِّي عَلَى رَجُلٍ عَلَيْهِ دَيْنٌ فَأُتِيَ بِمَيِّتٍ فَسَأَلَ " أَعَلَيْهِ دَيْنٌ " . قَالُوا نَعَمْ عَلَيْهِ دِينَارَانِ . قَالَ " صَلُّوا عَلَى صَاحِبِكُمْ " . قَالَ أَبُو قَتَادَةَ هُمَا عَلَىَّ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ . فَصَلَّى عَلَيْهِ فَلَمَّا فَتَحَ اللَّهُ عَلَى رَسُولِهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " أَنَا أَوْلَى بِكُلِّ مُؤْمِنٍ مِنْ نَفْسِهِ مَنْ تَرَكَ دَيْنًا فَعَلَىَّ وَمَنْ تَرَكَ مَالاً فَلِوَرَثَتِهِ " .

Mishkat al-Masabih 3484
Abu Huraira reported God’s Messenger as saying, “If anyone helps in killing a believer to the extent of half a word,* he will meet God with ‘Despairing of God’s mercy’ written on his forehead.”
Ibn Majah transmitted it.
* This is taken to mean that it is a serious matter even to utter half the word which expresses an intention to kill a believer.

Salama b. al-Akwa‘ said:
A spy of the polytheists who came to the Prophet when he was on a journey sat and talked with his companions and afterwards withdrew. The Prophet then said, “Look for him and kill him,” so I killed him and the Prophet gave me the spoil taken from him.

Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2309
'Ubadah bin As-Samit narrated that the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) said:
"Whoever loves to meet Allah, Allah loves to meet him. Whoever is averse to meeting Allah, Allah is averse to meeting him."
حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلاَنَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَنَسًا، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَنْ أَحَبَّ لِقَاءَ اللَّهِ أَحَبَّ اللَّهُ لِقَاءَهُ وَمَنْ كَرِهَ لِقَاءَ اللَّهِ كَرِهَ اللَّهُ لِقَاءَهُ " . قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَعَائِشَةَ وَأَنَسٍ وَأَبِي مُوسَى . قَالَ حَدِيثُ عُبَادَةَ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .

Yahya related to me from Malik from Rabia ibn Abi Abd ar-Rahman from more than one of the people of knowledge of that time, that those who were killed on the Day of the Camel, the Day of Siffin, the Day of al-Harra, and the Day of Qudayd did not inherit from each other. None of them inherited anything from his companion unless it was known that he had been killed before his companion.
Malik said, "That is the way of doing things about which there is no dispute, and which none of the people of knowledge in our city doubt. The procedure with two mutual heirs who are drowned, or killed in another way, when it is not known which of them died first is the same - neither of them inherits anything from his companion. Their inheritance goes to whoever remains of their heirs. They are inherited from by the living."
Malik said, "No one should inherit from anyone else when there is doubt, and one should only inherit from the other when there is certainty of knowledge and witnesses. That is because a man and his mawla whom his father has freed might die at the same time. The sons of the free man could say, 'Our father inherited from the mawla.' They should not inherit from the mawla without knowledge or testimony that he died first. The living people most entitled to his wala' inherit from him."
Malik said, "Another example is two full brothers who die. One of them has children and the other does not. They have a half-brother by their father. It is not known which of them died first, so the inheritance of the childless one goes to his half-brother by the father. The children of the full-brother get nothing."
Malik said, "Another example is when a paternal aunt and the son of her brother die, or else the daughter of the brother and her paternal uncle. It is not known which of them died first. The paternal uncle does not inherit anything from the daughter of his brother, and the son of the brother does not inherit anything from his paternal aunt."

Sunan an-Nasa'i 5421
It was narrated that 'Abdullah bin Abi Bakrah, who was a governor in Sijistan, said:
"Abu Bakrah wrote to me, saying: 'I heard the Messenger of Allah [SAW] say: No one should pass two judgments on one issue, and no one should pass judgment between two disputing parties while he is angry.'"

About the verse "If a man kills a believer intentionally" Abu Mijlaz said:
This is his recompense. If Allah wishes to disregard him, He may do do.

Kalb b. Ujra (Allah be pleased with him) reported:
It was I for whom this verse was revealed (to the Holy Prophet):" Whoever among you is sick or has an ail- ment of the head, he (may effect) a compensation by lasting or alms or a sacrifice" He said: I came to him (the Holy Prophet) and he said: Come Dear. So I went near. He (again) said: Come near. So I went near. Thereupon the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: Do the vermins trouble you? Ibn Aun (one of the narrators) said: I think he (Ka'b b. Ujra) replied in the affirmative. He (the Holy Prophet) then commanded to do compensation by fasting or by giving sadaqa (feeding six needy persons) or by sacrifice (of a animal) that is available.
وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ كَعْبِ بْنِ عُجْرَةَ، - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ فِيَّ أُنْزِلَتْ هَذِهِ الآيَةُ { فَمَنْ كَانَ مِنْكُمْ مَرِيضًا أَوْ بِهِ أَذًى مِنْ رَأْسِهِ فَفِدْيَةٌ مِنْ صِيَامٍ أَوْ صَدَقَةٍ أَوْ نُسُكٍ} قَالَ فَأَتَيْتُهُ فَقَالَ " ادْنُهْ " . فَدَنَوْتُ فَقَالَ " ادْنُهْ " . فَدَنَوْتُ . فَقَالَ صلى الله عليه وسلم " أَيُؤْذِيكَ هَوَامُّكَ " . قَالَ ابْنُ عَوْنٍ وَأَظُنُّهُ قَالَ نَعَمْ . قَالَ فَأَمَرَنِي بِفِدْيَةٍ مِنْ صِيَامٍ أَوْ صَدَقَةٍ أَوْ نُسُكٍ مَا تَيَسَّرَ .

It was narrated that Thawban said:

"Whoever keep s dog except a dog for hunting, farming or herding livestock, on e Qurat will be deducted from his good deeds each day."

أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ فَقَالَ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ إِنْ شَاءَ أَمْضَى وَإِنْ شَاءَ تَرَكَ " .

Sunan an-Nasa'i 3874
It was narrated from 'Ata' from Jabir, that the Messenger of Allah said:
"Whoever has land, let him cultivate it. If he is unable to cultivate it, let him give it to his Muslim brother and not share-crop it with him."
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَنْ كَانَ لَهُ أَرْضٌ فَلْيَزْرَعْهَا فَإِنْ عَجَزَ أَنْ يَزْرَعَهَا فَلْيَمْنَحْهَا أَخَاهُ الْمُسْلِمَ وَلاَ يُزْرِعْهَا إِيَّاهُ ".

Sunan an-Nasa'i 151
It was narrated that 'Uqbah bin 'Amir Al-Juhani said:
"The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: 'Whoever performs Wudu' and does it well, then prays two Rak'ahs in which his heart and face are focused, Paradise will be his."
أَخْبَرَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْمَسْرُوقِيُّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا رَبِيعَةُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي إِدْرِيسَ الْخَوْلاَنِيِّ، وَأَبِي، عُثْمَانَ عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ نُفَيْرٍ الْحَضْرَمِيِّ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ تَوَضَّأَ فَأَحْسَنَ الْوُضُوءَ ثُمَّ صَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ يُقْبِلُ عَلَيْهِمَا بِقَلْبِهِ وَوَجْهِهِ وَجَبَتْ لَهُ الْجَنَّةُ " .
