Three-Narrator Ahadith 180
Anas ibn Mālik (may Allah be pleased with him) reported:
“The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked about the time of the Fajr prayer... He commanded Bilāl when dawn first broke to call the iqāmah for prayer. Then the next day he waited until the sky brightened considerably, and then said: ‘Where is the one who asked about the time of the morning prayer? The time is between these two [limits].’” Reference: Musnad Aḥmad 180
