Three-Narrator Ahadith 10
Sufyān reported that Ṣadaqa heard Ibn ʿUmar (رضي الله عنهما) say, citing the Prophet (ﷺ):
“The people of Najd shall enter iḥrām from Qarn, the people of Syria from al-Juḥfa, and the people of Yemen from Yalamlam,” though Ibn ʿUmar had not heard this portion directly from the Prophet (ﷺ). What Ibn ʿUmar did hear from the Prophet (ﷺ) himself was: “The mīqāt of the people of Medina is Dhū al-Ḥulayfa.” When asked: “And where for the people of Iraq?” Ibn ʿUmar replied: “Iraq did not exist at that time.” Reference: Musnad Aḥmad 10
