Sunan Ibn Majah 1307
It was
narrated that Umm ‘Atiyyah said:
“The Messenger of Allah (saw)
commanded us to bring them (the women) out on the day of Fitr and the
day of Nahr.” Umm ‘Atiyyah said: “We said: ‘What if one of
them does
not have an outer covering?’ He said: ‘Let her sister
share her own
outer covering with her.’”
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ حَسَّانٍ، عَنْ حَفْصَةَ بِنْتِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ أُمِّ عَطِيَّةَ، قَالَتْ أَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ أَنْ نُخْرِجَهُنَّ فِي يَوْمِ الْفِطْرِ وَالنَّحْرِ . قَالَ قَالَتْ أُمُّ عَطِيَّةَ فَقُلْنَا أَرَأَيْتَ إِحْدَاهُنَّ لاَ يَكُونُ لَهَا جِلْبَابٌ قَالَ
" فَلْتُلْبِسْهَا أُخْتُهَا مِنْ جِلْبَابِهَا " .

Sunan Ibn Majah 3978
It was narrated from Abu Sa’eed Al-Khudri that a man came to the
Prophet (saw) and said:
“Which of the people is best?” He said:
“A man
who strives in Jihad in the cause of Allah with himself and
his
wealth.” He said: “Then who?” He said: “A man in a
mountain pass who
worships Allah and leaves the people from his
evil.”
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَمْزَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا الزُّبَيْدِيُّ، حَدَّثَنِي الزُّهْرِيُّ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ اللَّيْثِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، أَنَّ رَجُلاً، أَتَى النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَقَالَ أَىُّ النَّاسِ أَفْضَلُ قَالَ " رَجُلٌ مُجَاهِدٌ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ بِنَفْسِهِ وَمَالِهِ " . قَالَ ثُمَّ مَنْ قَالَ " ثُمَّ امْرُؤٌ فِي شِعْبٍ مِنَ الشِّعَابِ يَعْبُدُ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَيَدَعُ النَّاسَ مِنْ شَرِّهِ " .

Sunan Ibn Majah 4220
It was
narrated from Abu Dharr that the Messenger of Allah (saw)
said:
“I
know a word – (one of the narrators) ‘Uthman said: “a Verse”
– which if all the people followed it, it would suffice them.”
They
said: “O Messenger of Allah, which Verse?” He said: “And
whosoever
fears Allah, He will make a way out for him.” [65:2]
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، وَعُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا الْمُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ كَهْمَسِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي السَّلِيلِ، ضُرَيْبِ بْنِ نُقَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " إِنِّي لأَعْرِفُ كَلِمَةً - وَقَالَ عُثْمَانُ آيَةً - لَوْ أَخَذَ النَّاسُ كُلُّهُمْ بِهَا لَكَفَتْهُمْ " . قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَيَّةُ آيَةٍ قَالَ " وَمَنْ يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يَجْعَلْ لَهُ مَخْرَجًا " .

Sunan Ibn Majah 4298
It was
narrated that Abu Hurairah said:
“The Messenger of Allah (saw)
said: “No one will enter Hell except one who is doomed.” It was
said:
“O Messenger of Allah, who is the one who is doomed?” He
said: “The
one who never does any act of obedience (towards Allah)
and who never
omitted any act of sin.”
حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ هَاشِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ رَبِّهِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " لاَ يَدْخُلُ النَّارَ إِلاَّ شَقِيٌّ " . قِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَمَنِ الشَّقِيُّ قَالَ " مَنْ لَمْ يَعْمَلْ لِلَّهِ بِطَاعَةٍ وَلَمْ يَتْرُكْ لَهُ مَعْصِيَةً " .

Musnad Ahmad 756
`Abdullah bin Shaqeeq said. `Uthman (رضي الله عنه) forbade tamattu` [in Haji] and `Ali (رضي الله عنه) enjoined it. ‘Uthman said to ‘Ali:
You do such and such. Then ‘Ali (رضي الله عنه) said: You know that we did tamattu` with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ). [`Uthman] said: Yes, but we were afraid.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ شَقِيقٍ كَانَ عُثْمَانُ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ يَنْهَى عَنْ الْمُتْعَةِ وَعَلِيٌّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ يَأْمُرُ بِهَا فَقَالَ عُثْمَانُ لِعَلِيٍّ إِنَّكَ كَذَا وَكَذَا ثُمَّ قَالَ عَلِيٌّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ لَقَدْ عَلِمْتَ أَنَّا قَدْ تَمَتَّعْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ أَجَلْ وَلَكِنَّا كُنَّا خَائِفِينَ.

Yahya related to me from Malik from Yahya ibn Said that he heard Said ibn al-Musayyab say, "There is nothing that Allah does not like to be pardoned as long as it is not a hadd."
Yahya said that Malik said, "The sunna with us is that the hadd is obliged against anyone who drinks something intoxicating whether or not he becomes drunk."
وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيَّبِ، يَقُولُ مَا مِنْ شَىْءٍ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ يُحِبُّ أَنْ يُعْفَى عَنْهُ مَا لَمْ يَكُنْ حَدًّا . قَالَ يَحْيَى قَالَ مَالِكٌ وَالسُّنَّةُ عِنْدَنَا أَنَّ كُلَّ مَنْ شَرِبَ شَرَابًا مُسْكِرًا فَسَكِرَ أَوْ لَمْ يَسْكَرْ فَقَدْ وَجَبَ عَلَيْهِ الْحَدُّ .

Sunan an-Nasa'i 1659
It was narrated that 'Abdullah bin 'Amr said:
"I saw the Prophet (SAW) praying sitting down and I said: 'I was told that you said that the prayer of one who is sitting down is worth half of the prayer of the one who is standing up.' He said: 'Yes indeed, but I am not like any one of you.'"
أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَنْصُورٌ، عَنْ هِلاَلِ بْنِ يِسَافٍ، عَنْ أَبِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، قَالَ رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يُصَلِّي جَالِسًا فَقُلْتُ حُدِّثْتُ أَنَّكَ قُلْتَ " إِنَّ صَلاَةَ الْقَاعِدِ عَلَى النِّصْفِ مِنْ صَلاَةِ الْقَائِمِ " . وَأَنْتَ تُصَلِّي قَاعِدًا . قَالَ " أَجَلْ وَلَكِنِّي لَسْتُ كَأَحَدٍ مِنْكُمْ " .

Sunan an-Nasa'i 3006
It was narrated that Saeed bin Jubair said:
"I was with Ibn Abbas in Arafat and he said: 'Why do I not hear the people reciting Talbiyah?' I said: They are afraid of Muawiyah.' So Ibn Abbas went out of his tent and said: "Labbaik Allahumma Labbaik, Labbaik! They are only forsaking the Sunnah out of hatred for Ali.'"
أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ الأَوْدِيُّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، عَنْ مَيْسَرَةَ بْنِ حَبِيبٍ، عَنِ الْمِنْهَالِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، قَالَ كُنْتُ مَعَ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ بِعَرَفَاتٍ فَقَالَ مَا لِي لاَ أَسْمَعُ النَّاسَ يُلَبُّونَ قُلْتُ يَخَافُونَ مِنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ . فَخَرَجَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ مِنْ فُسْطَاطِهِ فَقَالَ لَبَّيْكَ اللَّهُمَّ لَبَّيْكَ لَبَّيْكَ فَإِنَّهُمْ قَدْ تَرَكُوا السُّنَّةَ مِنْ بُغْضِ عَلِيٍّ .

Sahih al-Bukhari 582, 583
Narrated Hisham's father:
Ibn `Umar said, "Allah's Apostle said, 'Do not pray at the time of sunrise and at the time of sunset.' " Ibn `Umar said, "Allah's Apostle said, 'If the edge of the sun appears (above the horizon) delay the prayer till it becomes high, and if the edge of the sun disappears, delay the prayer till it sets (disappears completely).' "
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي قَالَ، أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ عُمَرَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ تَحَرَّوْا بِصَلاَتِكُمْ طُلُوعَ الشَّمْسِ وَلاَ غُرُوبَهَا ". وَقَالَ حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ عُمَرَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " إِذَا طَلَعَ حَاجِبُ الشَّمْسِ فَأَخِّرُوا الصَّلاَةَ حَتَّى تَرْتَفِعَ، وَإِذَا غَابَ حَاجِبُ الشَّمْسِ فَأَخِّرُوا الصَّلاَةَ حَتَّى تَغِيبَ ". تَابَعَهُ عَبْدَةُ.

It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said:
"The Messenger of Allah said: 'A Dirham was better than a hundred thousand Dirhams.' They said: 'O Messenger of Allah, how?' He said: 'A man had two Dirhams and gave one in charity, and another man went to part of his wealth and took out a hundred thousand Dirhams and gave them in charity."'
أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا صَفْوَانُ بْنُ عِيسَى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عَجْلاَنَ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " سَبَقَ دِرْهَمٌ مِائَةَ أَلْفٍ " . قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَكَيْفَ قَالَ " رَجُلٌ لَهُ دِرْهَمَانِ فَأَخَذَ أَحَدَهُمَا فَتَصَدَّقَ بِهِ وَرَجُلٌ لَهُ مَالٌ كَثِيرٌ فَأَخَذَ مِنْ عُرْضِ مَالِهِ مِائَةَ أَلْفٍ فَتَصَدَّقَ بِهَا " .

Sunan an-Nasa'i 2320
It was narrated that Muhammad bin Saifi said:
"The Messenger of Allah said on the day of Ashura: Is there anyone among you who has eaten today?' They said: Some of us are fasting and some of us are not.' He said: 'Do not eat for the rest of the day, and send word to the people of Al-Al-Arud telling them not to eat for the rest of the day."'
أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ يُونُسَ أَبُو حَصِينٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْثَرٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حُصَيْنٌ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ صَيْفِيٍّ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَوْمَ عَاشُورَاءَ " أَمِنْكُمْ أَحَدٌ أَكَلَ الْيَوْمَ " . فَقَالُوا مِنَّا مَنْ صَامَ وَمِنَّا مَنْ لَمْ يَصُمْ . قَالَ " فَأَتِمُّوا بَقِيَّةَ يَوْمِكُمْ وَابْعَثُوا إِلَى أَهْلِ الْعَرُوضِ فَلْيُتِمُّوا بَقِيَّةَ يَوْمِهِمْ " .

Sunan an-Nasa'i 3426
It was narrated from 'Abdur-Rahman bin Ka'b bin Malik that his father said:
"The envoy of the Messenger of Allah came to me and said: 'Keep away from your wife.' I said: 'Should I divorce her?' He said: 'No, but do not approach her.'" And he (the narrator) did not mention (the words): "Go to your family."
أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ، - وَهُوَ ابْنُ ثَوْرٍ - عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ فِي حَدِيثِهِ إِذَا رَسُولٌ مِنَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَدْ أَتَانِي فَقَالَ اعْتَزِلِ امْرَأَتَكَ . فَقُلْتُ أُطَلِّقُهَا قَالَ لاَ وَلَكِنْ لاَ تَقْرَبْهَا . وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ فِيهِ الْحَقِي بِأَهْلِكِ .

Narrated Umm Hani:
"I went to the Messenger of Allah (SAW) during the Year of the Conquest, and I found him performing Ghusl, while Fatimah was screening him with a garment. She said: "So I gave Salam and he said: 'Who is this?' I said: 'I am Umm Hani.' He said: 'Welcome Umm Hani'"
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مُوسَى الأَنْصَارِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْنٌ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي النَّضْرِ، أَنَّ أَبَا مُرَّةَ، مَوْلَى أُمِّ هَانِئٍ بِنْتِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ، سَمِعَ أُمَّ هَانِئٍ، تَقُولُ ذَهَبْتُ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَامَ الْفَتْحِ فَوَجَدْتُهُ يَغْتَسِلُ وَفَاطِمَةُ تَسْتُرُهُ بِثَوْبٍ قَالَتْ فَسَلَّمْتُ فَقَالَ " مَنْ هَذِهِ " . قُلْتُ أَنَا أُمُّ هَانِئٍ فَقَالَ " مَرْحَبًا بِأُمِّ هَانِئٍ " . قَالَ فَذَكَرَ فِي الْحَدِيثِ قِصَّةً طَوِيلَةً هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .

It was narrated that Salman said:
"The idolators said: 'We see that your companion teaches you how to go to the toilet.' He said: 'Yes, he forbade us from cleaning ourselves with our right hand, and from facing toward the Qiblah, and he said: 'None of you should clean with less than three stones.'"

" لاَ يَسْتَنْجِي أَحَدُكُمْ بِدُونِ ثَلاَثَةِ أَحْجَارٍ " .

Sunan an-Nasa'i 3128
Abu Hurairah said:
"A man came to the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) and said: 'Tell me of an action that is equal to Jihad.' He said: 'I cannot. When the Mujahid goes out, can you enter the Masjid and stand in prayer and never rest, and fast and never break your fast?' He said: 'Who can do that?'"
أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جُحَادَةَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو حُصَيْنٍ، أَنَّ ذَكْوَانَ، حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ حَدَّثَهُ قَالَ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ دُلَّنِي عَلَى عَمَلٍ يَعْدِلُ الْجِهَادَ قَالَ
" لاَ أَجِدُهُ هَلْ تَسْتَطِيعُ إِذَا خَرَجَ الْمُجَاهِدُ تَدْخُلُ مَسْجِدًا فَتَقُومُ لاَ تَفْتُرُ وَتَصُومُ لاَ تُفْطِرُ " . قَالَ مَنْ يَسْتَطِيعُ ذَلِكَ

Sunan an-Nasa'i 851
It was narrated from Ibn Umm Maktum that he said:
"0 Messenger of Allah (saws), there are many (dangerous) pests and wild animals in Al-Madinah." He said: "Can you hear (the words) 'Come prayer, come to prosperity'?" He said "Yes." He said: "Then be quick to respond," and he did not grant him a dispensation.
أَخْبَرَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَبِي الزَّرْقَاءِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي قَالَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، ح وَأَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا قَاسِمُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَابِسٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنِ ابْنِ أُمِّ مَكْتُومٍ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ الْمَدِينَةَ كَثِيرَةُ الْهَوَامِّ وَالسِّبَاعِ . قَالَ " هَلْ تَسْمَعُ حَىَّ عَلَى الصَّلاَةِ حَىَّ عَلَى الْفَلاَحِ " . قَالَ نَعَمْ . قَالَ " فَحَىَّ هَلاً " . وَلَمْ يُرَخِّصْ لَهُ .

Jami` at-Tirmidhi 691
Ibn Abbas narrated:
"A Bedouin came to the Prophet and said: 'I have seen the crescent.' So he said: 'Do you testify that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah? Do you testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah?' He said: 'Yes.' So he said: 'O Bilal! Announce to the people that they should fast tomorrow.'"
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ، حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي ثَوْرٍ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ جَاءَ أَعْرَابِيٌّ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ إِنِّي رَأَيْتُ الْهِلاَلَ . قَالَ " أَتَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ أَتَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ " . قَالَ نَعَمْ . قَالَ " يَا بِلاَلُ أَذِّنْ فِي النَّاسِ أَنْ يَصُومُوا غَدًا " .
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنٌ الْجُعْفِيُّ، عَنْ زَائِدَةَ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ، نَحْوَهُ بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فِيهِ اخْتِلاَفٌ . وَرَوَى سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ، وَغَيْرُهُ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم مُرْسَلاً وَأَكْثَرُ أَصْحَابِ سِمَاكٍ رَوَوْا عَنْ سِمَاكٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم مُرْسَلاً . وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ عِنْدَ أَكْثَرِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ قَالُوا تُقْبَلُ شَهَادَةُ رَجُلٍ وَاحِدٍ فِي الصِّيَامِ . وَبِهِ يَقُولُ ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ وَالشَّافِعِيُّ وَأَحْمَدُ وَأَهْلُ الْكُوفَةِ . قَالَ إِسْحَاقُ لاَ يُصَامُ إِلاَّ بِشَهَادَةِ رَجُلَيْنِ . وَلَمْ يَخْتَلِفْ أَهْلُ الْعِلْمِ فِي الإِفْطَارِ أَنَّهُ لاَ يُقْبَلُ فِيهِ إِلاَّ شَهَادَةُ رَجُلَيْنِ .

'Abdur-Rahman bin Abi-Bakrah narrated from his father that a man said:
"O Messenger of Allah! Which of the people is the best?" He said: "He whose life is long and his deeds are good." He said: "Then which of the people is the worst?" He said: "He whose life is long and his deeds are bad."
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حَفْصٍ، عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ رَجُلاً، قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَىُّ النَّاسِ خَيْرٌ قَالَ " مَنْ طَالَ عُمُرُهُ وَحَسُنَ عَمَلُهُ " . قَالَ فَأَىُّ النَّاسِ شَرٌّ قَالَ " مَنْ طَالَ عُمُرُهُ وَسَاءَ عَمَلُهُ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .

Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2335
Abu As-Safr narrated that 'Abdullah bin 'Amr said:
"The Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) passed by us while we were repairing a hut of ours, so he said: 'What is this?' We said:"It has become weak, so we are repairing it.' He said: 'I do not think but that the matter (of life) is more in fleeting than that."
حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي السَّفَرِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، قَالَ مَرَّ عَلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَنَحْنُ نُعَالِجُ خُصًّا لَنَا فَقَالَ " مَا هَذَا " . فَقُلْنَا قَدْ وَهَى فَنَحْنُ نُصْلِحُهُ . قَالَ " مَا أُرَى الأَمْرَ إِلاَّ أَعْجَلَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ . وَأَبُو السَّفَرِ اسْمُهُ سَعِيدُ بْنُ يُحْمِدَ وَيُقَالُ ابْنُ أَحْمَدَ الثَّوْرِيُّ .

'Amr reported:
I said to 'Urwa: How long did Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) stay in Mecca? He said: For ten years. I said: Ibn Abbas says it is some years above ten. He ('Urwa) sought forgiveness for him and said: His statement is based on the verse of a poet.
وَحَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، قَالَ قُلْتُ لِعُرْوَةَ كَمْ لَبِثَ النَّبِيُّ
صلى الله عليه وسلم بِمَكَّةَ قَالَ عَشْرًا . قُلْتُ فَإِنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ بِضْعَ عَشْرَةَ . قَالَ

'Imran b. Husain repotted that it was said to Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him):
Has there been drawn a distinction between the people of Paradise and the denizens of hell? He said: Yes. It was again said: (If it is so), then What is the use of doing good deeds? Thereupon he said: Everyone is facilitated in what has been created for him.

" نَعَمْ " . قَالَ قِيلَ فَفِيمَ يَعْمَلُ الْعَامِلُونَ قَالَ " كُلٌّ مُيَسَّرٌ لِمَا خُلِقَ لَهُ " .

‘Adl b. Hatim said:
A speaker gave sermon before the prophet (May peace be upon him). He said : he who obeys Allah and his Prophet will follow the right course, and he who disobeys them. He (The prophet) said: get up; he said: go away, a bad speaker you are.
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ رُفَيْعٍ، عَنْ تَمِيمٍ الطَّائِيِّ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ، أَنَّ خَطِيبًا، خَطَبَ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ مَنْ يُطِعِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَقَدْ رَشَدَ وَمَنْ يَعْصِهِمَا . فَقَالَ " قُمْ " . أَوْ قَالَ " اذْهَبْ فَبِئْسَ الْخَطِيبُ أَنْتَ " .

Sunan Abi Dawud 3226
The tradition mentioned above has also been narrated by Jabir through a different chain of transmitters.
Abu Dawud said:
'Uthman said: "or anything added to it." Sulaiman b. Musa said: "or anything written on it." Musaddad did not mention in his version the words "or anything added to it."
Abu Dawud said: The word "and that" (wa an) remained hidden to me.

It was narrated from Hudhaifah that the Messenger of Allah (saw)
said:
“The believer should not humiliate himself.” They said:
“How
could he humiliate himself?” He said: “By taking on a
trial that he
cannot deal with.”

It was said to Abu Bakr: O khaleefäh of Allah. He said: Rather slam] the khaleefah (lit successor) of Muhammad (ﷺ), and I am pleased with that,

It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas said:
"A woman lifted up a child of hers from a howdah (litter) and said: 'O Messenger of Allah, is there Hajj for this one?' He said: 'Yes, and you will be rewarded.'''(sahih)

Abu Hurairah narrated that:
the Messenger of Allah said: "The religion is An-Nasihah" three times. They said: "O Messenger of Allah! For Whom?" He said : "To Allah , His books, the A'immah of the Muslims, and their average people."
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا صَفْوَانُ بْنُ عِيسَى، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَجْلاَنَ، عَنِ الْقَعْقَاعِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " الدِّينُ النَّصِيحَةُ " . ثَلاَثَ مِرَارٍ . قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ لِمَنْ قَالَ " لِلَّهِ وَلِكِتَابِهِ وَلأَئِمَّةِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَعَامَّتِهِمْ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ . وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ وَتَمِيمٍ الدَّارِيِّ وَجَرِيرٍ وَحَكِيمِ بْنِ أَبِي يَزِيدَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ وَثَوْبَانَ .

Anas narrated that the Prophet (s.a.w) said:
"The believer shall be given in paradise such and such strength in intercourse ." it was said: "O Messenger of Allah! And will he able to do that?" He said: "He will be given the strength of a hundred."
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، وَمَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلاَنَ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ الْقَطَّانِ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " يُعْطَى الْمُؤْمِنُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ قُوَّةَ كَذَا وَكَذَا مِنَ الْجِمَاعِ " . قِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَوَيُطِيقُ ذَلِكَ قَالَ " يُعْطَى قُوَّةَ مِائَةٍ " . وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَرْقَمَ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيبٌ لاَ نَعْرِفُهُ مِنْ حَدِيثِ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ إِلاَّ مِنْ حَدِيثِ عِمْرَانَ الْقَطَّانِ .

" الأَرْضُ يُطَهِّرُ بَعْضُهَا بَعْضًا " .

" لاَ تَجْمَعْنَ جُوعًا وَكَذِبًا " .

wounded.’”

حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، عَنْ صَالِحٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ شِهَابٍ، أَنَّ عُبَيْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَبَّاسٍ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم مَرَّ بِشَاةٍ مَيِّتَةٍ فَقَالَ " هَلاَّ اسْتَمْتَعْتُمْ بِإِهَابِهَا ". قَالُوا إِنَّهَا مَيِّتَةٌ. قَالَ " إِنَّمَا حَرُمَ أَكْلُهَا ".

It was narrated that Abdullah said:
"A man said: 'O Messenger of Allah (SAW). So-and-so slept and missed the prayer yesterday until morning came.' He said: 'The Shaitan has urinated in that one's ears.'"

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا صَدَقَةُ بْنُ مُوسَى، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ سُئِلَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَىُّ الصَّوْمِ أَفْضَلُ بَعْدَ رَمَضَانَ فَقَالَ " شَعْبَانُ لِتَعْظِيمِ رَمَضَانَ " . قِيلَ فَأَىُّ الصَّدَقَةِ أَفْضَلُ قَالَ " صَدَقَةٌ فِي رَمَضَانَ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ . وَصَدَقَةُ بْنُ مُوسَى لَيْسَ عِنْدَهُمْ بِذَاكَ الْقَوِيِّ .

" يَا بِلاَلُ أَقِمِ الصَّلاَةَ أَرِحْنَا بِهَا " .

Abu Dawud said: That is to say, the tradition of Abu Musa al-Ash'ari. In this version he said: "He then knocked at the door."
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، - يَعْنِي الْمَقَابِرِيَّ - حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ جَعْفَرٍ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ نَافِعِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَارِثِ، قَالَ خَرَجْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم حَتَّى دَخَلْتُ حَائِطًا فَقَالَ لِي " أَمْسِكِ الْبَابَ " . فَضُرِبَ الْبَابُ فَقُلْتُ " مَنْ هَذَا " . وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ يَعْنِي حَدِيثَ أَبِي مُوسَى الأَشْعَرِيَّ قَالَ فِيهِ فَدَقَّ الْبَابَ .

Sunan Ibn Majah 111
It was narrated that Ka'b bin 'Ujrah said:
"The Messenger of Allah mentioned a Fitnah (tribulation) that had drawn nigh. Then a man passed by with his head covered. The Messenger of Allah said: 'On that day, this man will be following right guidance.' I leapt up and took hold of 'Uthman's arms, then I turned to face the Messenger of Allah and said: 'This man?' He said: 'This man.'"
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ حَسَّانَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ كَعْبِ بْنِ عُجْرَةَ، قَالَ ذَكَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فِتْنَةً فَقَرَّبَهَا فَمَرَّ رَجُلٌ مُقَنَّعٌ رَأْسُهُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " هَذَا يَوْمَئِذٍ عَلَى الْهُدَى " . فَوَثَبْتُ فَأَخَذْتُ بِضَبْعَىْ عُثْمَانَ ثُمَّ اسْتَقْبَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَقُلْتُ هَذَا قَالَ " هَذَا " .

Ibn Buraidah narrated that his father said:
"The Messenger of Allah said: 'Allah has commanded me to love four people, and He told me that He also loves them.' He was asked: 'O Messenger of Allah, who are they?' He said: ''Ali is one of them,' and he said that three times, 'and Abu Dharr, Salman and Miqdad.'"

Sunan Ibn Majah 270
'Abdullah bin Muhammed bin 'Aqil bin Abu Talib narrated from his father that his grandfather said:
"The Messenger of Allah said: 'A Mudd is sufficient for the ablution and a Sa' is sufficient for the bath.' A man said: 'It is not sufficient for us.'" He (the narrator) said: "It was sufficient for one who is better than you and had more hair" meaning the Prophet.

" يُجْزِئُ مِنَ الْوُضُوءِ مُدٌّ وَمِنَ الْغُسْلِ صَاعٌ " . فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ لاَ يُجْزِئُنَا . فَقَالَ قَدْ كَانَ يُجْزِئُ مَنْ هُوَ خَيْرٌ مِنْكَ وَأَكْثَرُ شَعَرًا . يَعْنِي النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ .

It was narrated from Maimunah bint Kardam Al-Yasariyyah that :
her father met the Prophet (SAW) when she was riding behind him. He said: "I vowed to offer a sacrifice at Buwanah." The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "Is there any idol there?" He said: "No." He said: " Fulfill your vow." (Hasan)Another chain with similar wording.

Sunan Ibn Majah 2471
It was narrated from 'Aisha that the Prophet (SAW) heard some sounds and said:
“What is this noise?” They said: “Palm trees that are being pollinated.” He said: “If they did not do that it would be better.” So they did not pollinate them that year, and the dates did not mature properly. they mentioned that to the Prophet (SAW) and he said: “If it is one of the matters of your religion, then refer to me.”
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتٌ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، وَهِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم سَمِعَ أَصْوَاتًا . فَقَالَ " مَا هَذَا الصَّوْتُ " . قَالُوا النَّخْلُ يُؤَبِّرُونَهُ فَقَالَ " لَوْ لَمْ يَفْعَلُوا لَصَلَحَ " . فَلَمْ يُؤَبِّرُوا عَامَئِذٍ فَصَارَ شِيصًا فَذَكَرُوا لِلنَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ " إِنْ كَانَ شَيْئًا مِنْ أَمْرِ دُنْيَاكُمْ فَشَأْنَكُمْ بِهِ وَإِنْ كَانَ شَيْئًا مِنْ أُمُورِ دِينِكُمْ فَإِلَىَّ " .

Wahshi
bin Harb bin Wahshi bin Harb narrated from his father, from

grandfather, that they said:
“O Messenger of Allah, we eat and do
not feel full.” He said: “Perhaps you eat separately?” They
said:
“Yes.” He said: “Gather to eat together, and mention the
Name of Allah
over it, then it will be blessed for you.”

Umm Sa’d
said:
“The Messenger of Allah (saw) entered upon ‘Aishah,
when I
was with her, and said: ‘Is there any food?’ She said: ‘We have
bread, dates and vinegar.’ The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: ‘What
a
blessed condiment vinegar is. O Allah, bless vinegar, for it was
the
condiment of the Prophets before me, and no house will ever be
poor in
which there is vinegar.’”
حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَنْبَسَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زَاذَانَ، أَنَّهُ حَدَّثَهُ قَالَ حَدَّثَتْنِي أُمُّ سَعْدٍ، قَالَتْ دَخَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ عَلَى عَائِشَةَ وَأَنَا عِنْدَهَا فَقَالَ " هَلْ مِنْ غَدَاءٍ " . قَالَتْ عِنْدَنَا خُبْزٌ وَتَمْرٌ وَخَلٌّ . فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " نِعْمَ الإِدَامُ الْخَلُّ اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ فِي الْخَلِّ فَإِنَّهُ كَانَ إِدَامَ الأَنْبِيَاءِ قَبْلِي وَلَمْ يَفْتَقِرْ بَيْتٌ فِيهِ خَلٌّ " .

‘Go for Hajj and say: “I will exit Ihram from the point where I
am
prevented.’”

did.” He
said: “I was saying to myself, what is wrong with me
that someone is
fighting to wrest the Qur’an from me?”
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَهِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ أُكَيْمَةَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، يَقُولُ صَلَّى النَّبِيُّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ بِأَصْحَابِهِ صَلاَةً نَظُنُّ أَنَّهَا الصُّبْحُ فَقَالَ " هَلْ قَرَأَ مِنْكُمْ مِنْ أَحَدٍ " . قَالَ رَجُلٌ أَنَا . قَالَ " إِنِّي أَقُولُ مَا لِي أُنَازَعُ الْقُرْآنَ " .

It was
narrated that Jabir bin Samurah As-Suwa’i said:
“The Messenger of
Allah (saw) said: ‘Will you not form your rows as the angels form
their rows before their Lord?’ We said: ‘How do the angels form
their rows before their Lord?’ He said: ‘They complete the first
row and they stand close of one another in the line (leaving no gaps
between one another).’”

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) gave me two slaves who were brothers, and I sold one of them, The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: `What happened to the two slaves?` I said: I have sold one of them. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: `Get him back.`
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، وَإِسْحَقُ بْنُ عِيسَى، قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ مَيْمُونِ بْنِ أَبِي شَبِيبٍ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ وَهَبَ لِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ غُلَامَيْنِ أَخَوَيْنِ فَبِعْتُ أَحَدَهُمَا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا فَعَلَ الْغُلَامَانِ فَقُلْتُ بِعْتُ أَحَدَهُمَا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رُدَّهُ.

`Ali (رضي الله عنه) said to me - and ‘Abdur-Rahman said: `Ali (رضي الله عنه) said to Abul-Hayyaj: I am sending you on the same mission as the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) sent me: do not leave any raised grave without levelling it or any image without erasing it.
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْهَيَّاجِ، قَالَ قَالَ لِي عَلِيٌّ وَقَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ إِنَّ عَلِيًّا رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ لِأَبِي الْهَيَّاجِ أَبْعَثُكَ عَلَى مَا بَعَثَنِي عَلَيْهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ لَا تَدَعَ قَبْرًا مُشْرِفًا إِلَّا سَوَّيْتَهُ وَلَا تِمْثَالًا إِلَّا طَمَسْتَهُ.

Narrated Ibn `Abbas:
'Allah is Sufficient for us and He Is the Best Disposer of affairs," was said by Abraham when he was thrown into the fire; and it was said by Muhammad when they (i.e. hypocrites) said, "A great army is gathering against you, therefore, fear them," but it only increased their faith and they said: "Allah is Sufficient for us, and He is the Best Disposer (of affairs, for us)." (3.173)

Narrated Anas:
Two men sneezed before the Prophet and he said Tashmit to one of them, while he did not say Tashmit to the other. So that man said, "O Allah's Apostle! You said Tashmit to that fellow but you did not say Tashmit to me. "The Prophet said, "That man praised Allah, but you did not praise Allah."
حَدَّثَنَا آدَمُ بْنُ أَبِي إِيَاسٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ التَّيْمِيُّ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَنَسًا ـ رضى الله عنه ـ يَقُولُ عَطَسَ رَجُلاَنِ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَشَمَّتَ أَحَدَهُمَا وَلَمْ يُشَمِّتِ الآخَرَ. فَقَالَ الرَّجُلُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ شَمَّتَّ هَذَا وَلَمْ تُشَمِّتْنِي. قَالَ
" إِنَّ هَذَا حَمِدَ اللَّهَ، وَلَمْ تَحْمَدِ اللَّهَ ".

Narrated Ibn `Umar:
`Umar said "O Allah's Apostle! I vowed to perform I`tikaf for one night in Al-Masjid-al-Haram, during the Pre-Islamic Period of ignorance (before embracing Islam). "The Prophet said, "Fulfill your vow." Ibn `Umar said to the lady, "Pray on her behalf." Ibn `Abbas said the same.

Sunan an-Nasa'i 2997
It was narrated that Abdul-Aziz bin Rafi said:
"I asked anas bin Malik: 'Tell me of something that you learned from the Messenger of Allah; where did he pray Zuhr on the day of At-Tarwiyah?' He said: 'In Mina.' I said: 'Where did he pray Asr on the day of An-Nafr?' He said: 'In Al-Abtah.'"
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَلاَّمٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ الأَزْرَقُ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ رُفَيْعٍ، قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ فَقُلْتُ أَخْبِرْنِي بِشَىْءٍ، عَقَلْتَهُ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَيْنَ صَلَّى الظُّهْرَ يَوْمَ التَّرْوِيَةِ قَالَ بِمِنًى . فَقُلْتُ أَيْنَ صَلَّى الْعَصْرَ يَوْمَ النَّفْرِ قَالَ بِالأَبْطَحِ .

Sunan an-Nasa'i 1855
It was narrated that Ibn 'Umar said;
"The Messenger of Allah said:
'The deceased is punished due to his family's weeping over him; Mention of that was made to 'Aishah and she said: 'He is wrong; rather the Prophet passed by a grave and said: The occupant of this grave is being punished and his family are weeping for him." Then she recited: And no bearer of burdens shall bear another's burden.
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ آدَمَ، عَنْ عَبْدَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " إِنَّ الْمَيِّتَ لَيُعَذَّبُ بِبُكَاءِ أَهْلِهِ عَلَيْهِ " . فَذُكِرَ ذَلِكَ لِعَائِشَةَ فَقَالَتْ وَهِلَ إِنَّمَا مَرَّ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَلَى قَبْرٍ فَقَالَ " إِنَّ صَاحِبَ الْقَبْرِ لَيُعَذَّبُ وَإِنَّ أَهْلَهُ يَبْكُونَ عَلَيْهِ " . ثُمَّ قَرَأَتْ { وَلاَ تَزِرُ وَازِرَةٌ وِزْرَ أُخْرَى } .

It was narrated that Al-Hasan said:
"Aqil bin Abi Talib married a woman from Banu Jusham, and it was said to him: 'May you live in harmony and have many sons.' He said: 'Say what the Messenger of Allah said: Barak Allahu fikum, wa baraka lakum. (May Allah bless you and bestow blessings upon you.)'"

It was narrated that Abu 'Imran Al-Jawni said:
"Jundab said: 'So and so told me that the Messenger of Allah [SAW] said: The slain will bring his killer on the Day of Resurrection and will say: Ask him why he killed me. He will say: I killed him defending the kingdom of so and so.'" Jundab said: "So be careful.'"

Sunan an-Nasa'i 4144
It was narrated that Musa bin Abi 'Aishah said:
"I asked Yahya bin Al-Jazzar about this Verse: and know that whatever of spoils of war that you may gain, verily, one-fifth of it is assigned to Allah, and to the Messenger". He said: "I said: 'How much of the Khumus did he Prophet take?' He said: 'One-fifth of the Khumus."'
أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَحْبُوبٌ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ أَبِي عَائِشَةَ، قَالَ سَأَلْتُ يَحْيَى بْنَ الْجَزَّارِ عَنْ هَذِهِ الآيَةِ، { وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّمَا غَنِمْتُمْ مِنْ شَىْءٍ فَأَنَّ لِلَّهِ خُمُسَهُ وَلِلرَّسُولِ } قَالَ قُلْتُ كَمْ كَانَ لِلنَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِنَ الْخُمُسِ قَالَ خُمُسُ الْخُمُسِ .

Sunan an-Nasa'i 4233
It was narrated that Abu Razin Laqit bin 'Amir Al-Uqaili said:
"I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, we used to offer sacrifices during the Jahiliyyah in Rajab, and eat of (their meat) and offer some to those who came to us.' The Messenger of Allah said: 'There is nothing wrong with that."' (One of the narrators) Waki bin 'Udus said: "I will not leave it."

" لاَ بَأْسَ بِهِ " . قَالَ وَكِيعُ بْنُ عُدُسٍ فَلاَ أَدَعُهُ .

It was narrated from Salamah bin Al-Muhabbaq that:
during the campaign of Tabuk, the Prophet of Allah called for water from a woman. She said: "I only have a waterskin of mine made from an (unslaughtered) dead animal." He said: "Didn't you tan it?" She said: "Of course." He said: "Then it's tanning is its slaughter". (Daif)
أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ جَوْنِ بْنِ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الْمُحَبِّقِ، أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي غَزْوَةِ تَبُوكَ دَعَا بِمَاءٍ مِنْ عِنْدِ امْرَأَةٍ قَالَتْ مَا عِنْدِي إِلاَّ فِي قِرْبَةٍ لِي مَيْتَةٍ . قَالَ " أَلَيْسَ قَدْ دَبَغْتِهَا " . قَالَتْ بَلَى . قَالَ " فَإِنَّ دِبَاغَهَا ذَكَاتُهَا " .

It was narrated that 'Ali Al-Bariqi said:
"A woman came to me to ask a question, and I said to her: 'There is Ibn 'Umar.' So she went after him to ask him, and I went after her to hear what he would say. She said: 'Tell me about silk.' He said: 'The Messenger of Allah [SAW] forbade it.'"
أَخْبَرَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ، سَنَةَ سَبْعٍ وَمِائَتَيْنِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الصَّعْقُ بْنُ حَزْنٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ الْبَارِقِيِّ، قَالَ أَتَتْنِي امْرَأَةٌ تَسْتَفْتِينِي فَقُلْتُ لَهَا هَذَا ابْنُ عُمَرَ . فَاتَّبَعَتْهُ تَسْأَلُهُ وَاتَّبَعْتُهَا أَسْمَعُ مَا يَقُولُ . قَالَتْ أَفْتِنِي فِي الْحَرِيرِ . قَالَ نَهَى عَنْهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم .

Sunan an-Nasa'i 5703
It was narrated that Abu Mas'ud said:
"The Prophet [SAW] became thirsty around the Ka'bah so he called for a drink. Some Nabidh was brought in a water skin and he smelled it and frowned. He said: 'Bring me a bucket of Zamzam (water).' He poured it over it and drank some. A man said: 'Is it unlawful, O Messenger of Allah?' He said: 'No.'"
أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَمَانٍ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ، قَالَ عَطِشَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم حَوْلَ الْكَعْبَةِ فَاسْتَسْقَى فَأُتِيَ بِنَبِيذٍ مِنَ السِّقَايَةِ فَشَمَّهُ فَقَطَّبَ فَقَالَ " عَلَىَّ بِذَنُوبٍ مِنْ زَمْزَمَ " . فَصَبَّ عَلَيْهِ ثُمَّ شَرِبَ فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ أَحَرَامٌ هُوَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ " لاَ " . وَهَذَا خَبَرٌ ضَعِيفٌ لأَنَّ يَحْيَى بْنَ يَمَانٍ انْفَرَدَ بِهِ دُونَ أَصْحَابِ سُفْيَانَ وَيَحْيَى بْنُ يَمَانٍ لاَ يُحْتَجُّ بِحَدِيثِهِ لِسُوءِ حِفْظِهِ وَكَثْرَةِ خَطَئِهِ .

Sunan an-Nasa'i 697
It was narrated from Ibn Abi Sa'eed Al-Khudri that his father said:
"Two men argued about the Masjid which was founded on piety from the first day. [1] One man said that it was the Masjid of Quba', and the other said that it was the Masjid of the Messenger of Allah (PBUH). The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: 'It is this Masjid of mine.'"

أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ أَبِي أَنَسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ تَمَارَى رَجُلاَنِ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ الَّذِي أُسِّسَ عَلَى التَّقْوَى مِنْ أَوَّلِ يَوْمٍ فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ هُوَ مَسْجِدُ قُبَاءٍ وَقَالَ الآخَرُ هُوَ مَسْجِدُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم . فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
" هُوَ مَسْجِدِي هَذَا " .

Sunan an-Nasa'i 3104
It was narrated from Mu'awiyah bin Jahimah As-Sulami, that Jahimah came to the Prophet (PBUH) and said:
"O Messenger of Allah! I want to go out and fight (in Jihad) and I have come to ask your advice." He said: "Do you have a mother?" He said: "Yes." He said: "Then stay with her, for Paradise is beneath her feet."
أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ الْوَرَّاقُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ طَلْحَةَ، - وَهُوَ ابْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ - عَنْ أَبِيهِ، طَلْحَةَ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ جَاهِمَةَ السُّلَمِيِّ، أَنَّ جَاهِمَةَ، جَاءَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَرَدْتُ أَنْ أَغْزُوَ وَقَدْ جِئْتُ أَسْتَشِيرُكَ . فَقَالَ " هَلْ لَكَ مِنْ أُمٍّ " . قَالَ نَعَمْ . قَالَ " فَالْزَمْهَا فَإِنَّ الْجَنَّةَ تَحْتَ رِجْلَيْهَا " .

Sahih al-Bukhari 3287
Narrated Alqama:
I went to Sham (and asked. "Who is here?"), The people said, "Abu Ad-Darda." Abu Darda said, "Is the person whom Allah has protected against Satan, (as Allah's Apostle said) amongst you". The subnarrator, Mughira said that the person who was given Allah's Refuge through the tongue of the Prophet was `Ammar (bin Yasir).
حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ، قَالَ قَدِمْتُ الشَّأْمَ {فَقُلْتُ مَنْ هَا هُنَا} قَالُوا أَبُو الدَّرْدَاءِ قَالَ أَفِيكُمُ الَّذِي أَجَارَهُ اللَّهُ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ عَلَى لِسَانِ نَبِيِّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ وَقَالَ الَّذِي أَجَارَهُ اللَّهُ عَلَى لِسَانِ نَبِيِّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَعْنِي عَمَّارًا.
