Al-Adab Al-Mufrad 719
Ubayy bin Kab (ra) said," Do not denounce wind. When you behold in it something that you dislike make this supplication:
(O Allah! We ask you the good of this wind and the good of what is therein and the good with which it is sent.)
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَسْبَاطٌ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبْزَى، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي قَالَ: لاَ تَسُبُّوا الرِّيحَ، فَإِذَا رَأَيْتُمْ مِنْهَا مَا تَكْرَهُونَ فَقُولُوا: اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّا نَسْأَلُكَ خَيْرَ هَذِهِ الرِّيحِ، وَخَيْرَ مَا فِيهَا، وَخَيْرَ مَا أُرْسِلَتْ بِهِ، وَنَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ هَذِهِ الرِّيحِ، وَشَرِّ مَا فِيهَا، وَشَرِّ مَا أُرْسِلَتْ بِهِ.

Narrated ‘Aisha (rad):
When the Prophet (saw) came out of the privy, he used to say, “Ghufranaka (O Allah! Grant me Your forgiveness)”. [Reported by Al-Khamsa, Abu Hatim and Al-Hakim graded it Sahih (sound)].
وَعَنْهَا; { أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -كَانَ إِذَا خَرَجَ مِنْ اَلْغَائِطِ قَالَ:
"غُفْرَانَكَ" } أَخْرَجَهُ اَلْخَمْسَةُ. وَصَحَّحَهُ أَبُو حَاتِمٍ, وَالْحَاكِم ُ 1 .

Ibn Abbas (RAA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (P.B.U.H.) said, “When one of you eats, he must not wipe his hand till he licks it, or gives it to someone else to lick (such as a wife, husband, etc.).” Agreed upon.
وَعَنْ اِبْنِ عَبَّاسٍ -رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا- قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ إِذَا أَكَلَ أَحَدُكُمْ طَعَامًا, فَلَا يَمْسَحْ يَدَهُ, حَتَّى يَلْعَقَهَا, أَوْ يُلْعِقَهَا } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ. 1 .

Narrated Jabir (RA):
In the lifetime of Allah's Messenger (SAW) when the Qur'an was being revealed, we used to engage in 'Azl. Hence, if it had been something forbidden, the Qur'an would have forbade us from doing it.

Mishkat al-Masabih 406
Ibn ‘Abbas reported God’s messenger as saying, “When you perform ablution let the water run between your fingers and your toes.”
Tirmidhi transmitted it and Ibn Majah transmitted something similar. Tirmidhi said that this is a gharib tradition.

Abu Huraira reported God’s messenger as saying, "When Ramadan begins the gates of heaven are opened." A version has, "The gates of paradise are opened, the gates of jahannam are locked, and the devils are chained." Another has, "The gates of mercy are opened."

Ibn ‘Abbas said that it was the custom of God’s messenger not to eat on the middle days* of the month whether travelling or not.
*Literally, the days of the white (nights). These are the days following the thirteenth, fourteenth, and fifteenth nights of the month, the nights when there is most moonlight.
Nasa’i transmitted it.

Abu Mas'ud al-Ansari said God’s messenger forbade that the imam should stand on anything when the people were behind him, meaning on a lower level than he was.

Qatada narrated on the authority of Anas b. Malik that the Apostle of Allah (may peace be upon him) said:

" ابْدَأْنَ بِمَيَامِنِهَا وَمَوَاضِعِ الْوُضُوءِ مِنْهَا " .

When a man is always begging from people. he would meet Allah (in a state) that there would be no flesh on his face.

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that:
The Prophet said: "Do not let the Bedouins make you change the name of your prayer." Ibn Harmalah added: "Rather it is the 'Isha', but they say the 'Atamah because they bring their camels in for milking at that time (when it is dark)."

“Let the judge (Qadi) not pass a judgment when he is angry.”

Salman
bin ‘Amr narrated that the Messenger of Allah (saw) said:

any one of you breaks his fast, let him break it with dates. If

cannot find dates, then let him break it with water, for it is a
means of purification."

narrated that ‘Abdullah bin ‘Umar said:
“The Messenger of

(saw) commanded that the blade should be sharpened, and hidden

the animals, and he said: ‘When one of you slaughters, let him do
it quickly.’”

was speaking the truth.”

" تَكُونُ فِتَنٌ عَلَى أَبْوَابِهَا دُعَاةٌ إِلَى النَّارِ فَأَنْ تَمُوتَ وَأَنْتَ عَاضٌّ عَلَى جِذْلِ شَجَرَةٍ خَيْرٌ لَكَ مِنْ أَنْ تَتْبَعَ أَحَدًا مِنْهُمْ " .

Messenger of Allah, what is Harj?” He said: “Killing.”

When the Prophet entered the Ka`ba, he invoked Allah in each and every side of it and did not pray till he came out of it, and offered a two-rak`at prayer facing the Ka`ba and said, "This is the Qibla."

"I saw the Messenger of Allah riding his mount in Dhul-Hulaifah, then he began the Talbiyah when it stood up with him."

Sunan an-Nasa'i 3337
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that the Messenger of Allah forbade Ash-Shighar. Ash-Shighar means when a man marries his daughter to another man, on the condition that that man marries his daughter to him, and no dowry is exchanged between them.
أَخْبَرَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْنٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، ح وَالْحَارِثُ بْنُ مِسْكِينٍ قِرَاءَةً عَلَيْهِ وَأَنَا أَسْمَعُ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْقَاسِمِ، قَالَ مَالِكٌ حَدَّثَنِي نَافِعٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنِ الشِّغَارِ وَالشِّغَارُ أَنْ يُزَوِّجَ الرَّجُلُ الرَّجُلَ ابْنَتَهُ عَلَى أَنْ يُزَوِّجَهُ ابْنَتَهُ وَلَيْسَ بَيْنَهُمَا صَدَاقٌ .

‘Let one of you ask his Lord for his every need, even until he asks Him for the strap of his sandal when it breaks.’”
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ الأَشْعَثِ السِّجْزِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا قَطَنٌ الْبَصْرِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
" لِيَسْأَلْ أَحَدُكُمْ رَبَّهُ حَاجَتَهُ كُلَّهَا حَتَّى يَسْأَلَ شِسْعَ نَعْلِهِ إِذَا انْقَطَعَ " . هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ . وَرَوَى غَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ الْبُنَانِيِّ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم . وَلَمْ يَذْكُرُوا فِيهِ عَنْ أَنَسٍ .

Narrated 'Adi bin Hatim:
"When 'Until the white (light) thread of dawn appears distinct to you from the black thread (of night)' was revealed, the Prophet (SAW) said to me: 'That only refers to the whiteness of the day from the blackness of the night.'"
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا حُصَيْنٌ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَدِيُّ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ، قَالَ لَمَّا نَزَلَتْ : ( حَتَّى يَتَبَيَّنَ لَكُمُ الْخَيْطُ الأَبْيَضُ مِنَ الْخَيْطِ الأَسْوَدِ مِنَ الْفَجْرِ ) قَالَ لِي النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " إِنَّمَا ذَاكَ بَيَاضُ النَّهَارِ مِنْ سَوَادِ اللَّيْلِ " .
قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .

Narrated Abu Hurairah:
that the Prophet (SAW) said: "There are three, for which when they appear, a soul will not benefit by its faith, if it did not believe before the Signs: Ad-Dajjal, the Beast, and the rising of the sun from its setting place" - or "from the west."
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَى بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، عَنْ فُضَيْلِ بْنِ غَزْوَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
" ثَلاَثٌ إِذَا خَرَجْنَ : لَمْ يَنْفَعْ نَفْسًا إِيمَانُهَا لَمْ تَكُنْ آمَنَتْ مِنْ قَبْلُ الآيَةَ الدَّجَّالُ وَالدَّابَّةُ وَطُلُوعُ الشَّمْسِ مِنَ الْمَغْرِبِ أَوْ مِنْ مَغْرِبِهَا " .
قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ . وَأَبُو حَازِمٍ هُوَ الأَشْجَعِيُّ الْكُوفِيُّ وَاسْمُهُ سَلْمَانُ مَوْلَى عَزَّةَ الأَشْجَعِيَّةِ .
قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ . وَأَبُو حَازِمٍ هُوَ الأَشْجَعِيُّ الْكُوفِيُّ وَاسْمُهُ سَلْمَانُ مَوْلَى عَزَّةَ الأَشْجَعِيَّةِ .

" لَمَّا كَذَّبَتْنِي قُرَيْشٌ قُمْتُ فِي الْحِجْرِ فَجَلاَ اللَّهُ لِي بَيْتَ الْمَقْدِسِ فَطَفِقْتُ أُخْبِرُهُمْ عَنْ آيَاتِهِ وَأَنَا أَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ . وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ صَعْصَعَةَ وَأَبِي سَعِيدٍ وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَأَبِي ذَرٍّ وَابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ .

It was narrated from Huthaifah that the Prophet (PBUH) met him when he was Junub:
"And he came close to me and reached out his hand. I said: 'I am Junub.' He said: 'The Muslim is not made impure (Najis).'"

It was narrated from Anas that a Bedouin urinated in the Masjid, and some of the people went after him, but the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said:
"Do not restrain him." When he had finished he called from a bucket (of water) and poured over it.

I accompanied the Messenger of Allah (saws) on eighteen journeys and I never saw him fail to pray two rak'ahs when the sun had passed the meridian before offering the noon prayer.

The Messenger of Allah (saws) sent me on some business, and when I came to him he was praying on (the back of) his riding beast (moving) towards the east and making the prostration lower than the bowing.

The Prophet (saws) came to the mosque of Banu AbdulAshhal. He prayed the sunset prayer there. When they finished the prayer, he saw them praying the supererogatory prayer after it. He said: This is the prayer to be offered in the houses.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي الأَسْوَدِ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو مُطَرِّفٍ، مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي الْوَزِيرِ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْفِطْرِيُّ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ عُجْرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَتَى مَسْجِدَ بَنِي عَبْدِ الأَشْهَلِ فَصَلَّى فِيهِ الْمَغْرِبَ فَلَمَّا قَضَوْا صَلاَتَهُمْ رَآهُمْ يُسَبِّحُونَ بَعْدَهَا فَقَالَ
" هَذِهِ صَلاَةُ الْبُيُوتِ " .

This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Qatada with the same chain of transmitters but with this variation (of words):
" When Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) came to Dhu'l-Hulaifa" and he made no mention (of the fact) that he led the Zuhr prayer.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، فِي هَذَا الإِسْنَادِ . بِمَعْنَى حَدِيثِ شُعْبَةَ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ إِنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم لَمَّا أَتَى ذَا الْحُلَيْفَةِ . وَلَمْ يَقُلْ صَلَّى بِهَا الظُّهْرَ .
