مُسْنَدُ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ خَادِمِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ
Three-Narrator Ahadith 98
Anas ibn Mālik (may Allah be pleased with him) reported:
The iqāmah for prayer was called, and the Prophet ﷺ stood up and turned to face us, saying: “Straighten your rows and stand close together, for I can see you from behind my back.”

حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ: أُقِيمَتِ الصَّلَاةُ فَقَامَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَقْبَلَ عَلَيْنَا بِوَجْهِهِ فَقَالَ: «أَقِيمُوا صُفُوفَكُمْ، وَتَرَاصُّوا فَإِنِّي أَرَاكُمْ مِنْ وَرَاءِ ظَهْرِي».
