مُسْنَدُ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ خَادِمِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ
Three-Narrator Ahadith 67
Muʻtamir narrated to us from Ḥumayd, from Anas, who said, “There were not twenty grey hairs on the head and beard of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. Abū Bakr dyed [his beard] with henna and katam, and ʻUmar dyed his with henna.” Reference: Musnad Aḥmad 67
حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرٌ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ: «لَمْ يَكُنْ فِي رَأْسِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَلِحْيَتِهِ عِشْرُونَ شَعَرَةً بَيْضَاءَ»، وَخَضَبَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ بِالْحِنَّاءِ وَالْكَتَمِ، وَخَضَبَ عُمَرُ بِالْحِنَّاءِ
