Allāhumma jannibnash-Shayṭān,
wa jannibish-Shayṭāna mā razaqtanā.

O Allah, keep the Devil away from us,
and keep the Devil away from that which You provide for us.

Al-Bara' reported, and he was no liar:
When the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: Allah listened to him who praised Him, none of us bent his back till he (the Holy Prophet) prostrated; we then, afterwards, went down in prostration.
وَحَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ خَلاَّدٍ الْبَاهِلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ سَعِيدٍ - حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، حَدَّثَنِي الْبَرَاءُ، - وَهُوَ غَيْرُ كَذُوبٍ - قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِذَا قَالَ
" سَمِعَ اللَّهُ لِمَنْ حَمِدَهُ " . لَمْ يَحْنِ أَحَدٌ مِنَّا ظَهْرَهُ حَتَّى يَقَعَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم سَاجِدًا ثُمَّ نَقَعُ سُجُودًا بَعْدَهُ .

Sahih Muslim 509 a
Salama b. Akwa' reported:
He sought the place (in the mosque) where the copies of the Qur'an were kept and glorified Allah there, and the narrator made a mention that the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) sought that place and that was between the pulpit and the qibla-a place where a goat could pass.
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، - وَاللَّفْظُ لاِبْنِ الْمُثَنَّى - قَالَ إِسْحَاقُ أَخْبَرَنَا وَقَالَ ابْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ مَسْعَدَةَ، - عَنْ يَزِيدَ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي عُبَيْدٍ - عَنْ سَلَمَةَ، - وَهُوَ ابْنُ الأَكْوَعِ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَتَحَرَّى مَوْضِعَ مَكَانِ الْمُصْحَفِ يُسَبِّحُ فِيهِ . وَذَكَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ يَتَحَرَّى ذَلِكَ الْمَكَانَ وَكَانَ بَيْنَ الْمِنْبَرِ وَالْقِبْلَةِ قَدْرُ مَمَرِّ الشَّاةِ .

'Abdullah b. 'Umar reported:
A man stood up and said. Messenger of Allah, how is the night prayer? The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: The night prayer consists of pair, but if you apprehend the rise of dawn, make it odd number by observing one rak'ah.
وَحَدَّثَنِي حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرٌو، أَنَّ ابْنَ شِهَابٍ، حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ سَالِمَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ وَحُمَيْدَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ حَدَّثَاهُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ قَامَ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ كَيْفَ صَلاَةُ اللَّيْلِ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
" صَلاَةُ اللَّيْلِ مَثْنَى مَثْنَى فَإِذَا خِفْتَ الصُّبْحَ فَأَوْتِرْ بِوَاحِدَةٍ " .

Sunan Ibn Majah 710
'Abdur-Rahman bin Sa'd bin 'Ammar bin Sa'd, who was the Mu'adh-dhin of the Messenger of Allah narrated from his grandfather, that:
The Messenger of Allah commanded Bilal to put his fingers in his ears when calling the Adhan, and he said: "It makes the voice louder."
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ سَعْدِ بْنِ عَمَّارِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، مُؤَذِّنِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ أَمَرَ بِلاَلاً أَنْ يَجْعَلَ إِصْبَعَيْهِ فِي أُذُنَيْهِ وَقَالَ
" إِنَّهُ أَرْفَعُ لِصَوْتِكَ " .

Sunan Ibn Majah 717
It was narrated that Ziyad bin Harith As-Suda'i said:
"I was with the Messenger of Allah on a journey, and he commanded me to call the Adhan. Bilal wanted to call the Iqamah, but the Messenger of Allah said: 'The brother of Suda' called the Adhan, and the one who calls the Adhan is the one who calls the Iqamah.'"

" إِنَّ أَخَا صُدَاءٍ قَدْ أَذَّنَ وَمَنْ أَذَّنَ فَهُوَ يُقِيمُ " .

Sunan Ibn Majah 3174
It was
narrated from ‘Aishah, the Mother of the Believers, that some
people said:
“O Messenger of Allah, some people bring us meat, and
we
do not know whether the Name of Allah has been mentioned over it
or
not.” He said: “Say: Bismillah and eat.’ They were new in
Islam.

" سَمُّوا أَنْتُمْ وَكُلُوا " . وَكَانُوا حَدِيثَ عَهْدٍ بِالْكُفْرِ .

narrated that Umm ‘Asim said:
“Nubaishah, the freed slave of
the
Messenger of Allah (saw), entered upon us when we were eating from
a
bowl. He said that the Messenger of Allah (saw) said: “Whoever eats
from a bowl and cleans it, the bowl will pray for forgiveness for
him.”

" مَنْ أَكَلَ فِي قَصْعَةٍ فَلَحِسَهَا اسْتَغْفَرَتْ لَهُ الْقَصْعَةُ " .

Sunan Ibn Majah 1115
It was
narrated from Jabir bin ‘Abdullah that a man entered the
mosque one
Friday when the Messenger of Allah (saw) was delivering the
sermon.
He started stepping over the people’s shoulders, and the
Messenger
of Allah (saw) said:
‘Sit down, for you have annoyed
(people) and
you are late.’”

Most High.’, [Al-A’la (87)] ‘Say: O you disbelievers!”
[Al-Kafirun
(109)] and ‘Say: Allah is One.”. [Al-Ikhlas (112)]

Sunan Ibn Majah 1390
It was
narrated from Abu Musa Al-Ash’ari that the Messenger of Allah
(saw)
said:
“Allah looks down on the night of the middle of Sha’ban
and
forgives all His creation, apart from the idolater and the
Mushahin.”
Another chain from Abu Musa, from the Prophet (saws) with similar wording.
حَدَّثَنَا رَاشِدُ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ رَاشِدٍ الرَّمْلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ، عَنِ ابْنِ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ بْنِ أَيْمَنَ، عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَرْزَبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى الأَشْعَرِيِّ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ
" إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَيَطَّلِعُ فِي لَيْلَةِ النِّصْفِ مِنْ شَعْبَانَ فَيَغْفِرُ لِجَمِيعِ خَلْقِهِ إِلاَّ لِمُشْرِكٍ أَوْ مُشَاحِنٍ " .

Sunan Ibn Majah 4067
‘Abdullah bin Buraidah narrated that his father said:
“The
Messenger
of Allah (saw) took me to a place in the desert, near
Makkah, where
there was arid land surrounded by sand. The Messenger
of Allah (saw)
said: ‘The Beast will emerge from this spot – span
by a span. (i.e,
the size of that spot).’”
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو غَسَّانَ، مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو زُنَيْجٌ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو تُمَيْلَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ ذَهَبَ بِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ إِلَى مَوْضِعٍ بِالْبَادِيَةِ قَرِيبٍ مِنْ مَكَّةَ فَإِذَا أَرْضٌ يَابِسَةٌ حَوْلَهَا رَمْلٌ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ
" تَخْرُجُ الدَّابَّةُ مِنْ هَذَا الْمَوْضِعِ " . فَإِذَا فِتْرٌ فِي شِبْرٍ . قَالَ ابْنُ بُرَيْدَةَ فَحَجَجْتُ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ بِسِنِينَ فَأَرَانَا عَصًا لَهُ فَإِذَا هُوَ بِعَصَاىَ هَذِهِ كَذَا وَكَذَا .

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah from 'Umar bin al-Khattab that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
“Do not sit with the people who deny al-qadar, or initiate any discussion with them.` 'AbdurRahman said on one occasion: I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say.....

Musnad Ahmad 617
It was narrated that ‘Ali (رضي الله عنه) said. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said on the day of al-Ahzab. `They distracted us from the middle prayer, ‘Asr prayer. May Allah fill their graves and houses with fire.` Then he offered it between the two evening prayers, Maghrib and ‘Isha’.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ شُتَيْرِ بْنِ شَكَلٍ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ الْأَحْزَابِ شَغَلُونَا عَنْ صَلَاةِ الْوُسْطَى صَلَاةِ الْعَصْرِ مَلَأَ اللَّهُ قُبُورَهُمْ وَبُيُوتَهُمْ نَارًا ثُمَّ صَلَّاهَا بَيْنَ الْعِشَاءَيْنِ بَيْنِ الْمَغْرِبِ وَالْعِشَاءِ.

It was narrated from `Ali (رضي الله عنه) that The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), when he wanted to travel, would say:
“O Allah, by Your power I charge at the enemy, by Your power I ward off the plot of the enemy and by Your power I march to the enemy.”
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنِي نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْأَزْدِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَّامٍ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ سَلَّامٍ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ ظَبْيَانَ، عَنْ حُكَيْمِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ إِذَا أَرَادَ سَفَرًا قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ بِكَ أَصُولُ وَبِكَ أَحُولُ وَبِكَ أَسِيرُ.

Yahya related to me from Malik from Zayd ibn Aslam from Ibn Bujayd (formerly al-Ansari) from his grandmother that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "Give to the very poor, if only a roasted hoof."

Allah's Apostle took a silver ring and had 'Muhammad, the Apostle' of Allah' engraved on it. The Prophet then said (to us), 'I have a silver ring with 'Muhammad, the Apostle of Allah engraved on it, so none of you should have the same engraving on his ring."

The Prophet (SAW) recited Surat Al-Baqarah, Al 'Imran and An-Nisa' in one rak'ah, and he did not reach any verse that spoke of mercy but he asked Allah for it, nor any verse that spoke of punishment but he asked Allah for protection therefrom.

Ubayy bin Ka'b said: "The Messenger of Allah (SAW) used to recite in Witr: "Glorify the Name of your Lord, the Most High;" and "Say: O you disbelievers!;' and 'Say: He is Allah, (the) One.'"

'Ata bin As-Sa'ib reported from Sa'eed bin Abdur-Rahman bin Abza from his father:
That the Messenger of Allah (SAW) used to recite in witr: Glorify the Name of your Lord, the Most High;" and "Say: O you disbelievers!;' and 'Say: He is Allah, (the) One.'"

" مَنْ أَدْرَكَ رَكْعَةً مِنَ الصَّلاَةِ فَقَدْ أَدْرَكَ الصَّلاَةَ " .

from his uncle who said, "The Prophet went out to invoke Allah for rain. He faced the Qibla invoking Allah. He turned over his cloak (inside out) and then offered two rak`at and recited the Qur'an aloud in them."

It was narrated that Abdullah said:
"We were with the Messenger of Allah in Al-Khaif, which is in Mina, when the following was revealed: 'By the winds sent forth one after another.' A snake came out, and the Messenger of Allah said: 'Kill it.' So they rushed to kill, but it went back into its hole."
أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، عَنْ حَفْصِ بْنِ غِيَاثٍ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنِ الأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِالْخَيْفِ مِنْ مِنًى حَتَّى نَزَلَتْ { وَالْمُرْسَلاَتِ عُرْفًا } فَخَرَجَتْ حَيَّةٌ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " اقْتُلُوهَا " . فَابْتَدَرْنَاهَا فَدَخَلَتْ فِي جُحْرِهَا .

" أَرْبَعَةٌ يُبْغِضُهُمُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ الْبَيَّاعُ الْحَلاَّفُ وَالْفَقِيرُ الْمُخْتَالُ وَالشَّيْخُ الزَّانِي وَالإِمَامُ الْجَائِرُ " .

أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مَعْنٍ، عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ يَحْيَى، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ بِنْتِ طَلْحَةَ، وَمُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَتَاهَا فَقَالَ " هَلْ عِنْدَكُمْ طَعَامٌ " . فَقُلْتُ لاَ . قَالَ " إِنِّي صَائِمٌ " . ثُمَّ جَاءَ يَوْمًا آخَرَ فَقَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّا قَدْ أُهْدِيَ لَنَا حَيْسٌ فَدَعَا بِهِ فَقَالَ " أَمَا إِنِّي قَدْ أَصْبَحْتُ صَائِمًا " . فَأَكَلَ .

Abu Hurairah narrated that the Messenger of Allah said:
"The Imam is like a shield whose orders should be obeyed when they (the Muslims) fight, and where they should seek protection. If he enjoins fear of Allah and behaves justly, then he will be rewarded, but if he enjoins otherwise, then it will be a burden (of sin) on him."

" إِنَّمَا الإِمَامُ جُنَّةٌ يُقَاتَلُ مِنْ وَرَائِهِ وَيُتَّقَى بِهِ فَإِنْ أَمَرَ بِتَقْوَى اللَّهِ وَعَدَلَ فَإِنَّ لَهُ بِذَلِكَ أَجْرًا وَإِنْ أَمَرَ بِغَيْرِهِ فَإِنَّ عَلَيْهِ وِزْرًا " .

" فَهَلاَّ قَبْلَ الآنَ " .

أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ اتَّخَذَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم خَاتَمَ الذَّهَبِ فَلَبِسَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَاتَّخَذَ النَّاسُ خَوَاتِيِمَ الذَّهَبِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
" إِنِّي كُنْتُ أَلْبَسُ هَذَا الْخَاتَمَ وَإِنِّي لَنْ أَلْبَسَهُ أَبَدًا " . فَنَبَذَهُ فَنَبَذَ النَّاسُ خَوَاتِيمَهُمْ .

" أَقْرَبُ مَا يَكُونُ الرَّبُّ مِنَ الْعَبْدِ فِي جَوْفِ اللَّيْلِ الآخِرِ فَإِنِ اسْتَطَعْتَ أَنْ تَكُونَ مِمَّنْ يَذْكُرُ اللَّهَ فِي تِلْكَ السَّاعَةِ فَكُنْ " . قَالَ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيبٌ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ .

The Jews used to sneeze in the presence of the Prophet (SAW) hoping that he would say: 'Yarhamukumullah (May Allah have mercy upon you).' So he said: 'Yahdikumullahu Wa Yuslihu Balakum (May Allah guide you and rectify your affairs).'"

" يَهْدِيكُمُ اللَّهُ وَيُصْلِحُ بَالَكُمْ " . وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَأَبِي أَيُّوبَ وَسَالِمِ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .

Narrated Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri:
"We captured some women on the Day of Awtas and they had husbands among their people. That was mentioned to the Messenger of Allah (SAW) so Allah revealed: '...And women already married, except those whom your right hands possess... (4:24)'"
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا عُثْمَانُ الْبَتِّيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي الْخَلِيلِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، قَالَ أَصَبْنَا سَبَايَا يَوْمَ أَوْطَاسٍ لَهُنَّ أَزْوَاجٌ فِي قَوْمِهِنَّ فَذَكَرُوا ذَلِكَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَنَزَلَتْ : (وَالْمُحْصَنَاتُ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ إِلاَّ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ ) . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ . وَهَكَذَا رَوَى الثَّوْرِيُّ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ الْبَتِّيِّ عَنْ أَبِي الْخَلِيلِ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَحْوَهُ وَلَيْسَ فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ عَنْ أَبِي عَلْقَمَةَ وَلاَ أَعْلَمُ أَنَّ أَحَدًا ذَكَرَ أَبَا عَلْقَمَةَ فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ إِلاَّ مَا ذَكَرَ هَمَّامٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ وَأَبُو الْخَلِيلِ اسْمُهُ صَالِحُ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ .

It was narrated that 'Aishah said:
"Umm Habibah bint Jahsh suffered Istihadah (non-menstrual vaginal bleeding) for seven years. She complained about that to the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) and the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: 'That is not menstruation; rather that is (bleeding from) a vein, so perform Ghusl then pray.'"

" امْكُثِي قَدْرَ مَا كَانَتْ تَحْبِسُكِ حِيضَتُكِ ثُمَّ اغْتَسِلِي " .
وَأَخْبَرَنَا بِهِ قُتَيْبَةُ مَرَّةً أُخْرَى وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ فِيهِ جَعْفَرَ بْنَ رَبِيعَةَ.

" الصَّلاَةُ فِيهِ أَفْضَلُ مِنْ أَلْفِ صَلاَةٍ فِيمَا سِوَاهُ إِلاَّ مَسْجِدَ الْكَعْبَةِ " .

Abu Umama said:
“When the table was removed from in front of him, Allah’s Messenger (Allah bless him and give him peace) used to say: ‘Much fine blessed praise to Allah! It is neither the last of our food, nor can it be dispensed with, O our Lord'!”
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ثَوْرُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ خَالِدُ بْنُ مَعْدَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ، قَالَ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِذَا رُفِعَتِ الْمَائِدَةُ مِنْ بَيْنِ يَدَيْهِ، يَقُولُ: الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ حَمْدًا كَثِيرًا طَيِّبًا مُبَارَكًا فِيهِ، غَيْرَ مُودَعٍ، وَلا مُسْتَغْنًى عَنْهُ رَبَّنَا.

Narrated Wa'il ibn Hujr:
I offered prayer along with the Prophet (saws). He would give the salutation to his right side (saying): Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings; and to his left side (saying): Peace be upon you and mercy of Allah.

I heard Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) forbidding Muzabana, and Huqul. Jabir b. Abdullah (Allah be pleased with them) said: Muzabana means the selling of fruits for dry dates and Huqul is the renting of land.
وَحَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ الْحُلْوَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو تَوْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، أَنَّ يَزِيدَ بْنَ نُعَيْمٍ، أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ، سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَنْهَى عَنِ الْمُزَابَنَةِ وَالْحُقُولِ . فَقَالَ جَابِرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْمُزَابَنَةُ الثَّمَرُ بِالتَّمْرِ . وَالْحُقُولُ كِرَاءُ الأَرْضِ .

" مَنِ اقْتَطَعَ شِبْرًا مِنَ الأَرْضِ ظُلْمًا طَوَّقَهُ اللَّهُ إِيَّاهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مِنْ سَبْعِ أَرَضِينَ " .

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى الصَّنْعَانِيُّ الْبَصْرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الطُّفَاوِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ كَانَتْ قُرَيْشٌ وَمَنْ كَانَ عَلَى دِينِهَا وَهُمُ الْحُمْسُ يَقِفُونَ بِالْمُزْدَلِفَةِ يَقُولُونَ نَحْنُ قَطِينُ اللَّهِ . وَكَانَ مَنْ سِوَاهُمْ يَقِفُونَ بِعَرَفَةَ فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى : (ثُمَّ أَفِيضُوا مِنْ حَيْثُ أَفَاضَ النَّاسُ ) . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ . قَالَ وَمَعْنَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ أَنَّ أَهْلَ مَكَّةَ كَانُوا لاَ يَخْرُجُونَ مِنَ الْحَرَمِ وَعَرَفَةُ خَارِجٌ مِنَ الْحَرَمِ وَأَهْلُ مَكَّةَ كَانُوا يَقِفُونَ بِالْمُزْدَلِفَةِ وَيَقُولُونَ نَحْنُ قَطِينُ اللَّهِ يَعْنِي سُكَّانَ اللَّهِ وَمَنْ سِوَى أَهْلِ مَكَّةَ كَانُوا يَقِفُونَ بِعَرَفَاتٍ . فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى: (ثُمَّ أَفِيضُوا مِنْ حَيْثُ أَفَاضَ النَّاسُ ) . وَالْحُمْسُ هُمْ أَهْلُ الْحَرَمِ .

This tradition is transmitted by A'mash with this addition;, I saw the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him)."

" الإِشْرَاكُ بِاللَّهِ، وَعُقُوقُ الْوَالِدَيْنِ، وَقَتْلُ النَّفْسِ، وَشَهَادَةُ الزُّورِ ". تَابَعَهُ غُنْدَرٌ وَأَبُو عَامِرٍ وَبَهْزٌ وَعَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ.

Whom do you consider a wrestler among you? The people replied: (the man) whom the men cannot defeat in wrestling. He said: No, it is he who controls himself when he is angry.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ التَّيْمِيِّ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ سُوَيْدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَا تَعُدُّونَ الصُّرَعَةَ فِيكُمْ " . قَالُوا الَّذِي لاَ يَصْرَعُهُ الرِّجَالُ . قَالَ " لاَ وَلَكِنَّهُ الَّذِي يَمْلِكُ نَفْسَهُ عِنْدَ الْغَضَبِ " .

Sunan Abi Dawud 5028
Abu Hurairah reported the Messenger of Allah (May peace be upon him) as saying:
Allah likes sneezing but dislikes yawning. So when one of you yawns, he should restrain it as much as possible, and should not say Ha, Ha, for that is from the devil who laughs at him.
حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
" إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْعُطَاسَ وَيَكْرَهُ التَّثَاؤُبَ فَإِذَا تَثَاءَبَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيَرُدَّهُ مَا اسْتَطَاعَ وَلاَ يَقُلْ هَاهْ هَاهْ فَإِنَّمَا ذَلِكُمْ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ يَضْحَكُ مِنْهُ " .

Sunan Abi Dawud 3940
'Abd Allah b. 'Umar reported the Messenger of Allah (saws) as saying:
If anyone emancipates his share in slave, a fair price for the slave should be fixed, give his partners their shares, and the slave be thus emancipated. Otherwise he is emancipated to the extent of the share which he emancipated.
حَدَّثَنَا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
" مَنْ أَعْتَقَ شِرْكًا لَهُ فِي مَمْلُوكٍ أُقِيمَ عَلَيْهِ قِيمَةَ الْعَدْلِ فَأَعْطَى شُرَكَاءَهُ حِصَصَهُمْ وَأُعْتِقَ عَلَيْهِ الْعَبْدُ وَإِلاَّ فَقَدْ عَتَقَ مِنْهُ مَا عَتَقَ " . .

Sunan Abi Dawud 1992
Mujahid said:
Ibn 'Umar was asked: How many times did the Messenger of Allah (saws) perform 'Umrah ? He said: Twice. 'Aishah said: Ibn 'Umar knew that the Messenger of Allah (saws) performed three 'Umrahs in addition to the one he combined with the Farewell Pilgrimage.
حَدَّثَنَا النُّفَيْلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، قَالَ سُئِلَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ كَمِ اعْتَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ مَرَّتَيْنِ . فَقَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ لَقَدْ عَلِمَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَدِ اعْتَمَرَ ثَلاَثًا سِوَى الَّتِي قَرَنَهَا بِحَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ .

Sunan Abi Dawud 3404
Narrated Jabir b. 'Abd Allah :
The Messenger of Allah (saws) forbade muhaqalah, muzabanah, mukhabarah, and mu'awanah. One of the two narrators from Hammad said the word mu'awamah, and other said: "selling many years ahead". The agreed version then goes: and thunya, but gave license for 'araya.
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، أَنَّ حَمَّادًا، وَعَبْدَ الْوَارِثِ، حَدَّثَاهُمْ كُلُّهُمْ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، - قَالَ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ، وَسَعِيدِ بْنِ مِينَاءَ، ثُمَّ اتَّفَقُوا - عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنِ الْمُحَاقَلَةِ وَالْمُزَابَنَةِ وَالْمُخَابَرَةِ وَالْمُعَاوَمَةِ - قَالَ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ وَقَالَ أَحَدُهُمَا وَالْمُعَاوَمَةِ وَقَالَ الآخَرُ بَيْعِ السِّنِينَ ثُمَّ اتَّفَقُوا - وَعَنِ الثُّنْيَا وَرَخَّصَ فِي الْعَرَايَا .
