'A'isha reported that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said to her, "Jibril sends you the greeting." She replied, "And peace be upon him and the mercy of Allah."

Umm Kulthum, the daughter of Thumama, related that she went out to answer a call of nature,. Her brother, al-Makhariq ibn Thumama, said, "Go to 'A'isha and ask her about 'Uthman ibn 'Affan. People have said a lot about him. She said, "I went to her and said, 'One of your brothers sends you greetings and asks you about 'Uthman ibn 'Affan.' 'A'isha said, 'Peace be upon and the mercy of Allah.' 'A'isha then went on, 'I testify that I saw 'Uthman in this house one hot night when the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, had received revelation through Jibril. The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, struck the palm - or held the hand - of Ibn 'Affan, saying, 'Write, 'Uthma! Allah has placed in this house with His Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, only a man who is honoured with Him. If anyone curses Ibn 'Affan, the curse of Allah is on him.'"

When the Prophet (SAW) saw rain he said, "O Allah, (send down) a beneficial downpour." [Agreed upon].

'A'isha said, "Prophet of Allah, will you not give me a kunya?" He said, "Use the kunya of your son," i.e. 'Abdullah ibn az-Zubayr. She was given the kunya Umm 'Abdullah.

'Aisha said; “Allah's Messenger (Allah bless him and give him peace) went out one early morning, wearing a wrap of black hair.”

Allah’s Messenger (saw) used to sleep in the state of sexual impurity without touching water. [Reported by Al-Arba’a. This Hadith is defective].

The Prophet (SAW) then said, "Food for food, and a vessel for a vessel." [at-Tirmidhi graded it Sahih (authentic)].

Allah's Messenger (SAW) entered my house and prayed eight Rak'at of Duha prayer. [Reported by Ibn Hibban in his Sahih].

'A'isha said, "Poetry is both good and bad. Take the good and leave the bad. I have related some of the poetry of Ka'b ibn Malik. That included an ode of forty verses and some less than that."

(Allah's Messenger (SAW) said) "If anyone vows to disobey Allah, then he must not disobey Him."

One black slave-girl had a tent in the mosque and she used to come to me and talk (with me) in my house. [Agreed upon].

The Prophet (SAW) never left four Rak'at before the Zuhr prayer, and two Rak'at before the Fajr prayer. [Reported by al-Bukhari].

Allah's Messenger (SAW) used to pray four Rak'at in Duha prayer and increase (the number of Rak'at) as much as Allah willed." [Reported by Muslim].

I saw the Prophet (SAW) praying while sitted in a cross-legged position. [Reported by an-Nasa'i; and al-Hakim graded it Sahih (authentic)].

Allah’s Messenger (saw) used to mention Allah’s Name (praise Him) at all times. [Reported by Muslim and Al-Bukhari recorded it as Mu’allaq (suspended)].

Barirah was given her choice regarding her husband (to remain with him or separate) when she was freed. [Agreed upon; it is a part of a long Hadith].

I saw Allah's Messenger (SAW) praying while he sat cross-legged. [Reported by an-Nasa'i, and Ibn Khuzaimah graded it Sahib (authentic)].

The Prophet (SAW) used to lie down on his right side, after praying the two (voluntary) Rak'at of the Fajr (prayer). [Reported by al-Bukhari].

'A'isha said, "Do not forget to stand up at night to pray. The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, did not neglect to do it. If he was either ill or lazy, he prayed sitting down."

I swear by Allah, you have killed him. They said: We swear by Allah, we have not killed him. He then proceeded and came to his tribe and mentioned this to them. Then he, his brother Huwayyasah, who was older to him, and 'Abd al-Rahman b. Sahl came forward (to the Prophet). Muhayyasah began to speak. It was he who was at Khaibar. The Messenger of Allah (saws) then said to him: Let the eldest (speak), let the eldest (speak), meaning age. So Huwayyasah spoke, and after him Muhayyasah spoke. The Messenger of Allah (saws) then said: They should either pay the bloodwit for you friend or they should be prepared for war. So the Messenger of Allah (saws) wrote to them about it. They wrote (in reply): We swear by Allah, we have not killed him. The Messenger of Allah (saws) then said to Huwayyasah, Muhayyasah and 'Abd al-Rahman: Will you take an oath and thus have the claim to the blood of your friend ? They said: No. He (the Prophet) said: The Jews will then take an oath. They said: They are not Muslims. Then the Messenger of Allah (saws) himself paid the bloodwit. The Messenger of Allah (saws) then sent on one hundred she-camels and they were entered in their house. Sahl said: A red she-camel of them gave me a kick.

Allah’s Messenger (saw) used to wash the semen and then go out for prayer in that (very) garment and I could still see the trace of the washing on it. [Agreed upon]

The Prophet (saw) kissed one of his wives and went to pray without performing (fresh) ablution. [Reported by Ahmad and Al-Bukhari graded it Da’if (weak)].

['Aishah (RA)] said, "I have never seen Allah's Messenger (SAW) offering Duha prayer, yet I offer it."

"I asked 'A'isha and Umm Salama: “Which work was dearest to Allah’s Messenger (Allah bless him and give him peace)?” They said: “That which a person perseveres in, even if the amount of work done is small.”

"A man sought permission to come in to see Allah’s Messenger (Allah bless him and give him peace) while I was in his presence, so he said: 'What a disagreeable man he is!' Then he gave him permission to enter, and when he came in, he spoke to him gently. After he had left, I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, you said what you said, then you spoke to him gently!' He said: 'O 'A'isha, some of the worst people are those who have been granted gentle treatment for fear of their ill manners.'”

Sa'id ibn al-'As reported that 'Uthman and 'A'isha told him that Abu Bakr asked for permission to come in to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, while he was lying of 'A'isha's bed, wearing 'A'isha's woollen shirt. He gave Abu Bakr permission to enter while he was like that. he gave him what he needed and then Abu Bakr left. Then 'Umar, may Allah be pleased with him, asked for permission to come in and he gave him permission to come in while he was like that. He gave him what he needed and then 'Umar left. 'Uthman said, "Then I asked for permission to come in and he sat up and told 'A'isha, 'Take your garment.' I told him what I needed and then I left.' 'A'isha asked, 'Messenger of Allah, why did I see that you did not do for Abu Bakr and 'Umar what you did for 'Uthman?' The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, ''Uthman is a modest man and I feared that if I gave him permission to come in while I was in that state he would not tell me what he needed.'"

'A'isha said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, say, 'The arwah are a massed army. When they already know each other, they are friendly. When they do not know each other, they disagree.'"

Kathir ibn 'Ubayd said, "When someone in the family of 'A'isha had a child, she did not ask, 'boy or girl?' She asked, 'Was he created well-formed?' If the answer was 'Yes,' she said, 'Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds.'"

Allah’s Messenger (rad) loved to begin with the right while putting on his shoes, combing his hair, in his purification and in all his affairs [Agreed upon].

At-Tirmidhi and Al-Hakim transmitted on the authority of 'Aishah (RAA) with the wording, 'Allah's Messenger (PBUH) said, "Avert infliction of the prescribed punishment on the Muslims as much as you can." It is also a weak hadith.

al-Aqra' is the period of a woman's purity (which occurs between two menses). [Malik, Ahmad and an-Nasa'i reported it in the course of a story with a Sahih (authentic) chain of narrators].

Allah's Messenger (SAW) was asked in the expedition of Tabuk about the Sutra of the person who is offering the prayer; he said , "It is (something) like the back of a saddle." [Reported by Muslim].

The Prophet (SAW) was more particular about offering the two (optional) Rak'at at dawn than he was about offering any of the other optional prayers. [Agreed upon].

Allah's Messenger (SAW) used to pray thirteen Rak'at during the night, offering a Witr out of that with five and sitting only during the last of them. [Agreed upon].

Allah's Messenger (SAW) offered Witr prayer (on different nights) at various hours, extending (from the 'Isha' prayer) up to the last hour of the night. [Agreed upon].

'A'isha said, "I never saw the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, laugh until I could see his uvula. He used to smile, may Allah bless him and grant him peace." She said, "When he saw a cloud or wind, distress could be seen in his face." She said, "Messenger of Allah, when people see a cloud, they rejoice, hoping that there will be rain in it. Yet when you see it, I see distress in your face." He replied, "'A'isha, what will assure me that there is no painful punishment in it? People have been punished by wind. Some people saw the punishment and stated, 'This is a rain cloud coming to us.'"

'A'isha said, "I was on a camel that was somewhat intractable and I began to beat it. The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, 'You must be compassionate. Whenever there is compassion in something, it adorns it, and whenever it is removed from something it disgraces it."

'A'isha said, "The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, prayed the Duha prayer and then said, 'O Lord, forgive me and turn to me. You are the Ever-Turning back (to his slaves), the Merciful' a hundred times."

'A'isha said, "A man called Shihab (flame) was mentioned in the presence of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, 'Rather you are Hisham.'"

Hisham reported that his father said, "I began to abuse Hassan [ibn Thabit] in the presence of 'A'isha and she said, 'Do not abuse him. He used to defend the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace.'"

Muslim reported the same above Hadith in another version narrated by 'Aishah (RA), who narrated 'Sajdah (prostration)' instead of 'Rak'a (prayer unit)' and then he (Muslim) said, "A Sajdah implies a Rak'a."

On the day of al-Khandaq (battle of the Trench), Sa'd was injured and Allah's Messenger (SAW) pitched a tent for him in the mosque to visit him from a close distance. [Agreed upon].

['Aishah (RA)] was asked, "Did Allah's Messenger (SAW) use to offer the Duha prayer?" She replied, "No, unless he came back from a journey."

Allah's Messenger (SAW) said: "('Eid) al-Fitr is the day on which the people break the fast, and ('Eid) al-Adha is the day the people offer sacrifices." [Reported by at-Tirmidhi].

"It was with 'Aishah (RA) till she died, then I took possession of it. The Prophet (SAW) used to wear it, and we wash it for the sick, seeking cure by means of it."

Aishah (RA) reported, “The Messenger of Allah ﷺ did not sleep until he recited (Sūrat) az-Zumar and Banī Isrā-īl (i.e., Al-Isrā).” Reference: Jami` at-Tirmidhi 3405

“Allah’s Messenger said (Allah bless him and give him peace):‘The superiority of 'A'isha over all other women is like the superiority of tharid [a dish of sopped bread, meat and broth] over all other food'.”

'A'isha said, "I went to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and said, 'Messenger of Allah, you give your wives kunyas, so give me a kunya.' He said, 'Take the kunya of your nephew, 'Abdullah.'"

'Aishah (RAA) narrated that Allah's Messenger (PBUH) said, "Forgive the people with high moral values when they slip but not what calls for the infliction of Hudud." Related by Ahmad, Abu Dawud, An-Nasa'i and Al-Baihaqi.
