Jami` at-Tirmidhi 1892
Narrated 'Abdur-Rahman bin Abi 'Amrah:
From his grandmother Kabshah who said: "The Messenger of Allah (saws) entered upon me. He drank from a hanging water-skin while standing. So I went to its mouth and cut it off."
[Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih Gharib. Yazid bin Yazid bin Jabir is the brother of 'Adbur-Rahman bin Yazid bin Jabir. He died earlier than him.
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ بْنِ جَابِرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي عَمْرَةَ، عَنْ جَدَّتِهِ، كَبْشَةَ قَالَتْ دَخَلَ عَلَىَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَشَرِبَ مِنْ فِي قِرْبَةٍ مُعَلَّقَةٍ قَائِمًا فَقُمْتُ إِلَى فِيهَا فَقَطَعْتُهُ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيبٌ . وَيَزِيدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ بْنِ جَابِرٍ هُوَ أَخُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ بْنِ جَابِرٍ وَهُوَ أَقْدَمُ مِنْهُ مَوْتًا .

Jami` at-Tirmidhi 1314
Narrated Anas:
"Prices became excessive during the time of the Messenger of Allah (saws), so they said: 'O Messenger of Allah! Set prices for us!' So he said: 'Indeed Allah is Al-Musa'ir, Al-Qabid, Al-Basir, Ar-Razzaq. And I am hopeful that I meet my Lord and none of you are seeking (recompense from) me for an injustice involving blood or wealth.'"
[Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، وَثَابِتٍ، وَحُمَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ غَلاَ السِّعْرُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ سَعِّرْ لَنَا . فَقَالَ
" إِنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ الْمُسَعِّرُ الْقَابِضُ الْبَاسِطُ الرَّزَّاقُ وَإِنِّي لأَرْجُو أَنْ أَلْقَى رَبِّي وَلَيْسَ أَحَدٌ مِنْكُمْ يَطْلُبُنِي بِمَظْلَمَةٍ فِي دَمٍ وَلاَ مَالٍ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .

Jami` at-Tirmidhi 3306
Ma’mar narrated from Az-Zuhri, from Urwah that Aishah said:
“The Messenger of Allah would not have examined (the women) except for the Ayah in which Allah said: When believing come to you pledging to you.” Ma’mar said: “Ibn Tawus informed me from his father who said: ‘The hand of the Messenger of Allah did not touch the hand of a women he had not acquired.’”
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ مَا كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَمْتَحِنُ إِلاَّ بِالآيَةِ الَّتِي قَالَ اللَّهُ : (إذَا جَاءَكَ الْمُؤْمِنَاتُ يُبَايِعْنَكَ ) الآيَةَ .
قَالَ مَعْمَرٌ فَأَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ مَا مَسَّتْ يَدُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَدَ امْرَأَةٍ إِلاَّ امْرَأَةً يَمْلِكُهَا . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .

[Abu An-Nasr narrated :
from Ibn Abbas, regarding the saying of Allah, the Most High: When believing women come to you as emigrants, examine them. He said: “When a woman come to the Prophet to accept Islam, she would have to take and an oath by Allah: ‘I have not left out of anger with my husband, I have not left except out of love for Allah and His Messenger.’”]
حَدَّثَنَا سَلَمَةُ بْنُ شَبِيبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْفِرْيَابِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا قَيْسُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ، عَنِ الأَغَرِّ بْنِ الصَّبَّاحِ، عَنْ خَلِيفَةَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، عَنْ أَبِي نَصْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى : ( إذَا جَاءَكُمُ الْمُؤْمِنَاتُ مُهَاجِرَاتٍ فَامْتَحِنُوهُنَّ ) قَالَ كَانَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ إِذَا جَاءَتِ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم لِتُسْلِمَ حَلَّفَهَا بِاللَّهِ مَا خَرَجْتُ مِنْ بُغْضِ زَوْجِي مَا خَرَجْتُ إِلاَّ حُبًّا لِلَّهِ وَلِرَسُولِهِ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ .

Jami` at-Tirmidhi 3334
Abu Hurairah narrated that :
the Messenger of Allah said: “Verily, when the slave (of Allah) commits a sin, a black spot appears on his heart. When he refrains from it, seeks forgiveness and repents, his heart is polished clean. But if he returns, it increases until it covers his entire heart. And that is the ‘Ran’ which Allah mentioned: ‘Nay, but on their hearts is the Ran which they used to earn.’”
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَجْلاَنَ، عَنِ الْقَعْقَاعِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " إِنَّ الْعَبْدَ إِذَا أَخْطَأَ خَطِيئَةً نُكِتَتْ فِي قَلْبِهِ نُكْتَةٌ سَوْدَاءُ فَإِذَا هُوَ نَزَعَ وَاسْتَغْفَرَ وَتَابَ سُقِلَ قَلْبُهُ وَإِنْ عَادَ زِيدَ فِيهَا حَتَّى تَعْلُوَ قَلْبَهُ وَهُوَ الرَّانُ الَّذِي ذَكَرَ اللَّهُ : ( كلاَّ بَلْ رَانَ عَلَى قُلُوبِهِمْ مَا كَانُوا يَكْسِبُونَ ) " . قَالَ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .

Jami` at-Tirmidhi 3391
Abu Hurairah (ra) said:
The Messenger of Allah (saws) used to teach his Companions, saying: “When one of you reached the morning, then let him say: ‘O Allah, by You we enter the morning, and by You we enter the evening, and be You we live, and by You we died, and to You is the Return (Allāhumma bika aṣbaḥnā wa bika amsainā wa bika naḥyā wa bika namūtu wa ilaikal-maṣīr). And when he reaches the evening let him say: ‘O Allah, by You we enter the evening, and by You we enter the morning, and by You we live, and by You we die, and to You is the Resurrection (Allāhumma bika amsainā wa bika aṣbaḥnā wa bika naḥyā wa bika namūtu wa ilaikan-nushūr).’”
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا سُهَيْلُ بْنُ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يُعَلِّمُ أَصْحَابَهُ يَقُولُ
" إِذَا أَصْبَحَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيَقُلِ اللَّهُمَّ بِكَ أَصْبَحْنَا وَبِكَ أَمْسَيْنَا وَبِكَ نَحْيَا وَبِكَ نَمُوتُ وَإِلَيْكَ الْمَصِيرُ . وَإِذَا أَمْسَى فَلْيَقُلِ اللَّهُمَّ بِكَ أَمْسَيْنَا وَبِكَ أَصْبَحْنَا وَبِكَ نَحْيَا وَبِكَ نَمُوتُ وَإِلَيْكَ النُّشُورُ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ .

Asma bint Yazid narrated that the Prophet (saws) said:
“Allah's greatest name is in these two Ayah: ‘And your deity is One deity, there is none who has the right to be worshipped but He, Ar-Raḥmān, Ar-Raḥīm.’ And the Opening of Al-`Imrān: ‘Alif. Lām. Mīm. Allah, None has the right to be worshipped but He, the Ever living, the Sustainer.’”
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ خَشْرَمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي زِيَادٍ الْقَدَّاحِ، كَذَا قَالَ عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ، عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ يَزِيدَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " اسْمُ اللَّهِ الأَعْظَمُ فِي هَاتَيْنِ الآيَتَيْنِِ : ( وإلَهُكُمْ إِلَهٌ وَاحِدٌ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ هُوَ الرَّحْمَنُ الرَّحِيمُ ) وَفَاتِحَةِ آلِ عِمْرَانَ (الم * اللَّهُ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ هُوَ الْحَىُّ الْقَيُّومُ ) " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .

`Abdullah bin `Abbas narrated:
that the Messenger of Allah (saws) used [to teach them this supplication as he used] to teach them a Surat of the Quran: “O Allah, indeed, I seek refuge in you from the punishment of Hell, and from the punishment of the grave, and I seek refuge in You from the trial of the false Masih, and I seek refuge in You from the trial of living and dying. (Allāhumma innī a`ūdhu bika min `adhābi jahannam, wa min `adhābil-qabr, wa a`ūdhu bika min fitnatil-masīḥid-dajjāl, wa a`ūdhu bika min fitnatil-maḥyā wal-mamāt)”
حَدَّثَنَا الأَنْصَارِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْنٌ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ الْمَكِّيِّ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ الْيَمَانِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ يُعَلِّمُهُمْ هَذَا الدُّعَاءَ كَمَا يُعَلِّمُهُمُ السُّورَةَ مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ
" اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ جَهَنَّمَ وَمِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَسِيحِ الدَّجَّالِ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَحْيَا وَالْمَمَاتِ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ [غَرِيبٌ] .

Abu Umamah narrated:
“It was said: ‘O Messenger of Allah, which supplication is most likely to be listened to?’ He said: ‘(During) the last part of the night, and at the end of the obligatory prayers.’”
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الثَّقَفِيُّ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَابِطٍ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ، قَالَ قِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَىُّ الدُّعَاءِ أَسْمَعُ قَالَ " جَوْفُ اللَّيْلِ الآخِرُ وَدُبُرَ الصَّلَوَاتِ الْمَكْتُوبَاتِ " . قَالَ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ . وَقَدْ رُوِيَ عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ وَابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ قَالَ " جَوْفُ اللَّيْلِ الآخِرُ الدُّعَاءُ فِيهِ أَفْضَلُ أَوْ أَرْجَى " . أَوْ نَحْوَ هَذَا .

Abu Hurairah narrated that a man said:
“O Messenger of Allah, I heard your supplication last night, and the part of it that reached me of it, was that you said: ‘O Allah, forgive me my sin, and expand for me my abode, and bless for me that which You have provided me’ (Allāhummaghfirlī dhanbī, wa wassi` lī fī dārī, wa bārik lī fīmā razaqtanī). He said: ‘Do you see that they leave off anything?’”
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْهِلاَلِيُّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ إِيَاسٍ الْجُرَيْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي السَّلِيلِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَجُلاً، قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ سَمِعْتُ دُعَاءَكَ اللَّيْلَةَ فَكَانَ الَّذِي وَصَلَ إِلَىَّ مِنْهُ أَنَّكَ تَقُولُ " اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي ذَنْبِي وَوَسِّعْ لِي فِي رِزْقِي وَبَارِكْ لِي فِيمَا رَزَقْتَنِي " . قَالَ " فَهَلْ تَرَاهُنَّ تَرَكْنَ شَيْئًا " . قَالَ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ . وَأَبُو السَّلِيلِ اسْمُهُ ضُرَيْبُ بْنُ نُفَيْرٍ وَيُقَالُ ابْنُ نُقَيْرٍ .

Anas narrated that the Prophet (saws) said:
“Be constant with: ‘O Possessor of Majesty and Honor (Yā Dhal-Jalāli wal-Ikrām).’”
حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلاَنَ، حَدَّثَنَا الْمُؤَمِّلُ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
" أَلِظُّوا بِيَا ذَا الْجَلاَلِ وَالإِكْرَامِ " . قَالَ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ وَلَيْسَ بِمَحْفُوظٍ . وَإِنَّمَا يُرْوَى هَذَا عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَهَذَا أَصَحُّ وَمُؤَمِّلٌ غَلِطَ فِيهِ فَقَالَ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ وَلاَ يُتَابَعُ فِيهِ .

Jami` at-Tirmidhi 3533
Anas bin Malik narrated that:
the Prophet (saws) passed by a tree with dry leaves, so he struck it with his staff, making the leaves fall. Then he said: “Indeed, ‘all praise is due to Allah, (Al-Ḥamdulillāhh)’ ‘glory to Allah, (Subḥān Allāh)’ ‘none has the right to be worshipped by Allah, (Lā Ilāha Illallāh)’ and ‘Allah is the greatest (Allāhu Akbar)’ cause the sins to fall from the worshipper, just as the leaves of this tree fall.”
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ الرَّازِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ مُوسَى، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم مَرَّ بِشَجَرَةٍ يَابِسَةِ الْوَرَقِ فَضَرَبَهَا بِعَصَاهُ فَتَنَاثَرَ الْوَرَقُ فَقَالَ
" إِنَّ الْحَمْدَ لِلَّهِ وَسُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَلاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ لَتُسَاقِطُ مِنْ ذُنُوبِ الْعَبْدِ كَمَا تَسَاقَطَ وَرَقُ هَذِهِ الشَّجَرَةِ " . قَالَ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ . وَلاَ نَعْرِفُ لِلأَعْمَشِ سَمَاعًا مِنْ أَنَسٍ إِلاَّ أَنَّهُ قَدْ رَآهُ وَنَظَرَ إِلَيْهِ .

Jami` at-Tirmidhi 3590
Abu Hurairah [may Allah be pleased with him] narrated that the Messenger of Allah (saws) said:
“No worshipper has ever said: None has the right to be worshipped but Allah (Lā ilāha illallāh)’ sincerely, except that the gates of heaven are opened for it, until it reaches to the Throne, so long as he avoids the major sins.”
حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ يَزِيدَ الصُّدَائِيُّ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ كَيْسَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، رضى الله عنه قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
" مَا قَالَ عَبْدٌ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ قَطُّ مُخْلِصًا إِلاَّ فُتِحَتْ لَهُ أَبْوَابُ السَّمَاءِ حَتَّى تُفْضِيَ إِلَى الْعَرْشِ مَا اجْتَنَبَ الْكَبَائِرَ " . قَالَ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ .

Anas [bin Malik] narrated that the Prophet (saws) said:
“The supplication is not rejected between the Adhan and the Iqamah.”

" الدُّعَاءُ لاَ يُرَدُّ بَيْنَ الأَذَانِ وَالإِقَامَةِ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَهَكَذَا رَوَى أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ عَنْ بُرَيْدِ بْنِ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ الْكُوفِيِّ عَنْ أَنَسٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَحْوَ هَذَا وَهَذَا أَصَحُّ .

Narrated Abu Sa'eed:
that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "If you see a man who comes to the Masjid then bear witness to his faith." Because Allah, the Exalted, says: Only those who believe in Allah, and the Last Day, and establish the Salat, and give the Zakat (should) maintain the Masajid until the end of the Ayah (9:18)
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ دَرَّاجٍ أَبِي السَّمْحِ، عَنْ أَبِي الْهَيْثَمِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " إِذَا رَأَيْتُمُ الرَّجُلَ يَتَعَاهَدُ الْمَسْجِدَ فَاشْهَدُوا لَهُ بِالإِيمَانِ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى يَقُولُ: (إِنَّمَا يَعْمُرُ مَسَاجِدَ اللَّهِ مَنْ آمَنَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ وَأَقَامَ الصَّلاَةَ وَآتَى الزَّكَاةَ ) " . الآيَةَ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ حَسَنٌ .

Narrated Abu Dharr:
that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "Jibril came to me and gave me glad tidings, that whoever dies without associating anything with Allah, then he will enter Paradise. I said: "Even if he commits adultery and theft?" He said: "Yes."
حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلاَنَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ، وَعَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ رُفَيْعٍ، وَالأَعْمَشِ، كُلُّهُمْ سَمِعُوا زَيْدَ بْنَ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " أَتَانِي جِبْرِيلُ فَبَشَّرَنِي فَأَخْبَرَنِي أَنَّهُ مَنْ مَاتَ لاَ يُشْرِكُ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ " . قُلْتُ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ قَالَ " نَعَمْ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ . وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ .

Narrated Simak bin Hard:
"I heard 'Abdur-Rahman bin 'Abdullah bin Mas'ud narrating from his father who said: 'I heard the Messenger of Allah (SAW) saying: 'May Allah gladden a man who hears something from us, so he conveys it as he heard it. Perhaps the one it is conveyed to is more understanding than the one who heard it.'"

" نَضَّرَ اللَّهُ امْرَأً سَمِعَ مِنَّا شَيْئًا فَبَلَّغَهُ كَمَا سَمِعَ فَرُبَّ مُبَلَّغٍ أَوْعَى مِنْ سَامِعٍ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ وَقَدْ رَوَاهُ عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ .

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الأَبَحُّ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ الْبُنَانِيِّ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
" مَثَلُ أُمَّتِي مَثَلُ الْمَطَرِ لاَ يُدْرَى أَوَّلُهُ خَيْرٌ أَمْ آخِرُهُ " . قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ عَمَّارٍ وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو وَابْنِ عُمَرَ وَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ . وَرُوِيَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مَهْدِيٍّ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُثَبِّتُ حَمَّادَ بْنَ يَحْيَى الأَبَحَّ وَكَانَ يَقُولُ هُوَ مِنْ شُيُوخِنَا .

Narrated Abu Musa:
The Jews used to sneeze in the presence of the Prophet (SAW) hoping that he would say: 'Yarhamukumullah (May Allah have mercy upon you).' So he said: 'Yahdikumullahu Wa Yuslihu Balakum (May Allah guide you and rectify your affairs).'"
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ دَيْلَمَ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ بْنِ أَبِي مُوسَى، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى، قَالَ كَانَ الْيَهُودُ يَتَعَاطَسُونَ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَرْجُونَ أَنْ يَقُولَ لَهُمْ يَرْحَمُكُمُ اللَّهُ . فَيَقُولُ
" يَهْدِيكُمُ اللَّهُ وَيُصْلِحُ بَالَكُمْ " . وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَأَبِي أَيُّوبَ وَسَالِمِ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .

that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "Do you have Anmat?" I said: "Where would we get Anmat from?" He said: "Soon you will have Anmat" He said: "I would say to my wife: 'Remove your Anmat from my sight.' But she would say: 'Did not the Messenger of Allah (SAW) say: "Indeed you shall soon have Anmat?" He said: "So I left it."
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " هَلْ لَكُمْ أَنْمَاطٌ " . قُلْتُ وَأَنَّى تَكُونُ لَنَا أَنْمَاطٌ قَالَ " أَمَا إِنَّهَا سَتَكُونُ لَكُمْ أَنْمَاطٌ " . قَالَ فَأَنَا أَقُولُ لاِمْرَأَتِي أَخِّرِي عَنِّي أَنْمَاطَكِ فَتَقُولُ أَلَمْ يَقُلِ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " إِنَّهَا سَتَكُونُ لَكُمْ أَنْمَاطٌ " . قَالَ فَأَدَعُهَا . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .

from Laith, from Nafi, from Ibn 'Umar that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "Beware of nakedness! For indeed there are with you, those who do not part from you except at the place of defecation, and when a man goes into his wife. So be shy of them and honor them."
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ نِيْزَكَ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا الأَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُحَيَّاةَ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
" إِيَّاكُمْ وَالتَّعَرِّي فَإِنَّ مَعَكُمْ مَنْ لاَ يُفَارِقُكُمْ إِلاَّ عِنْدَ الْغَائِطِ وَحِينَ يُفْضِي الرَّجُلُ إِلَى أَهْلِهِ فَاسْتَحْيُوهُمْ وَأَكْرِمُوهُمْ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ لاَ نَعْرِفُهُ إِلاَّ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ وَأَبُو مُحَيَّاةَ اسْمُهُ يَحْيَى بْنُ يَعْلَى .

" لاَ تَدْخُلُ الْمَلاَئِكَةُ بَيْتًا فِيهِ كَلْبٌ وَلاَ صُورَةُ تَمَاثِيلَ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .

from his father that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "I have some names: I am Muhammad, I am Ahmad, I am Al-Mahi, the one by whom Allah wipes out disbelief, I am Al-Hasir, the one whom the people are gathered at his feet, and I am Al-'Aqib, the one after whom there is no Prophet."
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْمَخْزُومِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
" إِنَّ لِي أَسْمَاءً أَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ وَأَنَا أَحْمَدُ وَأَنَا الْمَاحِي الَّذِي يَمْحُو اللَّهُ بِيَ الْكُفْرَ وَأَنَا الْحَاشِرُ الَّذِي يُحْشَرُ النَّاسُ عَلَى قَدَمِي وَأَنَا الْعَاقِبُ الَّذِي لَيْسَ بَعْدِي نَبِيٌّ " . وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .

" لَمْ يَفْقَهْ مَنْ قَرَأَ الْقُرْآنَ فِي أَقَلَّ مِنْ ثَلاَثٍ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .

Narrated 'Atiyyah:
from Abu Sa'eed, that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "The Lord, Blessed and Most High is He, has said: 'Whoever is too busy with the Qur'an for remembering Me and asking Me, then I shall give him more than what I give to those who ask.' And the virtue of Allah's Speech over the speech of others is like the virtue of Allah over His creation.

" يَقُولُ الرَّبُّ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ مَنْ شَغَلَهُ الْقُرْآنُ عَنْ ذِكْرِي وَ مَسْأَلَتِي أَعْطَيْتُهُ أَفْضَلَ مَا أُعْطِي السَّائِلِينَ وَفَضْلُ كَلاَمِ اللَّهِ عَلَى سَائِرِ الْكَلاَمِ كَفَضْلِ اللَّهِ عَلَى خَلْقِهِ " . هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ .

" أَنَا أَوَّلُ مَنْ تَنْشَقُّ عَنْهُ الأَرْضُ فَأُكْسَى الْحُلَّةَ مِنْ حُلَلِ الْجَنَّةِ ثُمَّ أَقُومُ عَنْ يَمِينِ الْعَرْشِ لَيْسَ أَحَدٌ مِنَ الْخَلاَئِقِ يَقُومُ ذَلِكَ الْمَقَامَ غَيْرِي " . قَالَ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ صَحِيحٌ .

" أَبْرَأُ إِلَى كُلِّ خَلِيلٍ مِنْ خِلِّهِ وَلَوْ كُنْتُ مُتَّخِذًا خَلِيلاً لاَتَّخَذْتُ ابْنَ أَبِي قُحَافَةَ خَلِيلاً وَإِنَّ صَاحِبَكُمْ خَلِيلُ اللَّهِ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ . وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَابْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ .

" اللَّهُمَّ أَعِزَّ الإِسْلاَمَ بِأَبِي جَهْلِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ أَوْ بِعُمَرَ " . قَالَ فَأَصْبَحَ فَغَدَا عُمَرُ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَأَسْلَمَ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ . وَقَدْ تَكَلَّمَ بَعْضُهُمْ فِي النَّضْرِ أَبِي عُمَرَ وَهُوَ يَرْوِي مَنَاكِيرَ مِنْ قِبَلِ حِفْظِهِ .

'Amr bin Murrah said: "So I mentioned that to Ibrahim An-Nakha'i, so he rejected that and said: 'The first to accept Islam was Abu Bakr As-Siddiq.'"

"I said to Abu Hurairah: 'Why were you given the Kunyah Abu Hurairah?' He said: 'Do you not fear me?'" He said: "Indeed, I am in awe of you.' He said: 'I used to tend the sheep of my people, and I had a small kitten; so I used to place it in a tree at night, and during the day I would take it with me and play with it. So they named me Abu Hurairah.'"

"I did not envy any woman as I envied Khadijah - and the Messenger of Allah (SAW) did not marry me except after she had died - that was because the Messenger of Allah (SAW) gave her glad tidings of a house in Paradise made of Qasab, without clamoring nor discomforts in it."
حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ حُرَيْثٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ مُوسَى، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ مَا حَسَدْتُ أَحَدًا مَا حَسَدْتُ خَدِيجَةَ وَمَا تَزَوَّجَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِلاَّ بَعْدَ مَا مَاتَتْ وَذَلِكَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بَشَّرَهَا بِبَيْتٍ فِي الْجَنَّةِ مِنْ قَصَبٍ لاَ صَخَبَ فِيهِ وَلاَ نَصَبَ . هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ . مِنْ قَصَبٍ قَالَ إِنَّمَا يَعْنِي بِهِ قَصَبَ اللُّؤْلُؤِ .

" فَضْلُ عَائِشَةَ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ كَفَضْلِ الثَّرِيدِ عَلَى سَائِرِ الطَّعَامِ " . وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ وَأَبِي مُوسَى . وَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ . وَعَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مَعْمَرٍ هُوَ أَبُو طُوَالَةَ الأَنْصَارِيُّ الْمَدَنِيُّ ثِقَةٌ وَقَدْ رَوَى عَنْهُ مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ .

"When the Messenger of Allah (SAW) arrived in Makkah, performing Tawaf around the House seven times, I heard him reciting: And take the Maqam of Ibrahim as a place of prayer (2:125). So he performed Salat behind the Maqam, then he came to the (Black) Stone, then he said: 'We begin with what Allah began with.' So he began at As-Safa and recited: Indeed As-Safa and Al-Marwah are among the Symbols of Allah (2:158)."
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم حِينَ قَدِمَ مَكَّةَ طَافَ بِالْبَيْتِ سَبْعًا فَقَرَأَ : (وَاتَّخِذُوا مِنْ مَقَامِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ مُصَلًّى ) فَصَلَّى خَلْفَ الْمَقَامِ ثُمَّ أَتَى الْحَجَرَ فَاسْتَلَمَهُ ثُمَّ قَالَ " نَبْدَأُ بِمَا بَدَأَ اللَّهُ بِهِ " . وَقَرَأَ : (إِنَّ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةَ مِنْ شَعَائِرِ اللَّهِ ) . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .

So the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said to me" - it was something that Sufyan (a sub narrator) did not remember - so he said: "It is only the night and the day."

that Abu Talhah said: "We were overcome, and we were in our positions on the Day of Uhud," and he narrated that he was among those who were overcome with slumber on that day. He said: "My sword kept falling from my hand and I would pick it up and it would fall from my hand and I would pick it up (again). The other party was that of the hypocrites, they had no concern but themselves, the most cowardly of people, the most frightened, fleeing from the truth."

"Sawdah feared that the Prophet (SAW) was going to divorce her, so she said: 'Do not divorce me, but keep me and give my day to 'Aishah.' So he (SAW) did so, and the following was revealed: Then there is no sin on them both if they make terms of peace between themselves, and making peace is better (4:128). So whatever they agree to make peace in something then it is permissible."

"A man among the Companions of the Prophet (SAW) died before Khamr had been made unlawful. So when Khamr was made unlawful, some men said: 'How about our companions who died while drinking Khamr?' So (the following) was revealed: Those who believe and do righteous good deeds, there is no sin on them for what the ate, if they have Taqwa and perform good (5:93)."

Narrated 'Abdullah:
"When (the following) was revealed: It is those who believe and confuse not their belief with Zulm (wrong) (6:82) - That bothered some Muslims, so they said: 'O Messenger of Allah! Which of us has not wronged himself?' He said: 'It is not that, it is only Shirk, have you not heard what Luqman said to his son: O my son! Do not commit Shirk with Allah. Verily Shirk is a tremendous Zulm (wrong) (31:13).'"
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ خَشْرَمٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ : لَمَّا نَزَلَتْ: ( الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَلَمْ يَلْبِسُوا إِيمَانَهُمْ بِظُلْمٍ ) شَقَّ ذَلِكَ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ فَقَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَأَيُّنَا لاَ يَظْلِمُ نَفْسَهُ . قَالَ " لَيْسَ ذَلِكَ إِنَّمَا هُوَ الشِّرْكُ أَلَمْ تَسْمَعُوا مَا قَالَ لُقْمَانُ لاِبْنِهِ : ( يَا بُنَيَّ لاَ تُشْرِكْ بِاللَّهِ إِنَّ الشِّرْكَ لَظُلْمٌ عَظِيمٌ ) " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .

Narrated Abu Hurairah:
that the Prophet (SAW) said: "There are three, for which when they appear, a soul will not benefit by its faith, if it did not believe before the Signs: Ad-Dajjal, the Beast, and the rising of the sun from its setting place" - or "from the west."
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَى بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، عَنْ فُضَيْلِ بْنِ غَزْوَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
" ثَلاَثٌ إِذَا خَرَجْنَ : لَمْ يَنْفَعْ نَفْسًا إِيمَانُهَا لَمْ تَكُنْ آمَنَتْ مِنْ قَبْلُ الآيَةَ الدَّجَّالُ وَالدَّابَّةُ وَطُلُوعُ الشَّمْسِ مِنَ الْمَغْرِبِ أَوْ مِنْ مَغْرِبِهَا " .
قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ . وَأَبُو حَازِمٍ هُوَ الأَشْجَعِيُّ الْكُوفِيُّ وَاسْمُهُ سَلْمَانُ مَوْلَى عَزَّةَ الأَشْجَعِيَّةِ .
قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ . وَأَبُو حَازِمٍ هُوَ الأَشْجَعِيُّ الْكُوفِيُّ وَاسْمُهُ سَلْمَانُ مَوْلَى عَزَّةَ الأَشْجَعِيَّةِ .

Jami` at-Tirmidhi 3114
Narrated Ibn Mas'ud:
that a man unlawfully kissed a woman. So he came to the Prophet (SAW) to ask him about its atonement. So (the following) Ayah was revealed: And perform the Salat, at the two ends of the day and in some hours of the night (11:114). The man said: "Is this for me O Messenger of Allah?" He said: "For you and for whoever does that among my Ummah."
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ التَّيْمِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ، عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، أَنَّ رَجُلاً، أَصَابَ مِنَ امْرَأَةٍ قُبْلَةَ حَرَامٍ فَأَتَى النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَسَأَلَهُ عَنْ كَفَّارَتِهَا فَنَزَلَتْ : ( أَقِمِ الصَّلاَةَ طَرَفَيِ النَّهَارِ وَزُلَفًا مِنَ اللَّيْلِ إِنَّ الْحَسَنَاتِ يُذْهِبْنَ السَّيِّئَاتِ ) فَقَالَ الرَّجُلُ أَلِيَ هَذِهِ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ فَقَالَ " لَكَ وَلِمَنْ عَمِلَ بِهَا مِنْ أُمَّتِي " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .

Narrated 'Aishah [may Allah be pleased with her]:
"When the Prophet (SAW) saw storm clouds he would pace back and forth. And when it rained, he would relax." She said: "I said something to him about that, and he said: 'What do I know? Maybe it is as Allah, Most High said: Then, when they saw it as a dense cloud approaching their valleys, they said: "This is a cloud bringing us rain (46:24)."'
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الأَسْوَدِ أَبُو عَمْرٍو الْبَصْرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَبِيعَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، رضى الله عنها قَالَتْ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِذَا رَأَى مَخِيلَةً أَقْبَلَ وَأَدْبَرَ فَإِذَا مَطَرَتْ سُرِّيَ عَنْهُ . قَالَتْ فَقُلْتُ لَهُ . فَقَالَ " وَمَا أَدْرِي لَعَلَّهُ كَمَا قَالَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى : (فلمَّا رَأَوْهُ عَارِضًا مُسْتَقْبِلَ أَوْدِيَتِهِمْ قَالُوا هَذَا عَارِضٌ مُمْطِرُنَا ) " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ .

Narrated 'Abdullah bin Az-Zubair:
from his father who said: "When (the following) was revealed: 'Then, on the Day of Resurrection, you will be disputing before your Lord (39:31).' Az-Zubair said "O Messenger of Allah! We will repeat our disputes after what happened between us in the world?" He said: "Yes." So he said: "Indeed this is a very serious matter."

Narrated Abu Hurairah:
that the Prophet (SAW) said: "Allah Most High said: 'I have prepared for My righteous worshipers what no eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no human heart has conceived.'" And that is testified to in Allah's [the Mighty and Sublime] Book: No person knows what is kept hidden for them of delights of the eyes (32:17).

Jami` at-Tirmidhi 3228
Narrated Anas bin Malik:
that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "No caller invites to anything except that he is detained along with, on the Day of Resurrection, without parting from it, even if a man invites another man." Then he recited the saying of Allah, the Mighty and Sublime: 'But stop them, verily they are to be questioned. What is the matter with you? Why do you not help one another (37:24 & 25).'"
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ الضَّبِّيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثُ بْنُ أَبِي سُلَيْمٍ، عَنْ بِشْرٍ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَا مِنْ دَاعٍ دَعَا إِلَى شَيْءٍ إِلاَّ كَانَ مَوْقُوفًا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ لاَزِمًا لَهُ لاَ يُفَارِقُهُ وَإِنْ دَعَا رَجُلٌ رَجُلاً " . ثُمَّ قَرَأَ قَوْلَ اللَّهِ : ( وقِفُوهُمْ إِنَّهُمْ مَسْئُولُونَ * مَا لَكُمْ لاَ تَنَاصَرُونَ ) . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ .

Riyad as-Salihin 83
Anas (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "Whoever says (upon leaving his house): 'Bismillah, tawakkaltu 'alallah, wa la hawla wa la quwwata illa billah [I begin with the Name of Allah; I trust in Allah; there is no altering of conditions but by the Power of Allah],' it will be said to him: 'You are guided, defended and protected.' The devil will go far away from him".
[Abu Dawud, At-Tirmidhi and An- Nasa'i. At-Tirmidhi classified it as Hadith Hasan].
Abu Dawud reported it with this addition: "One devil will say to another: 'How can you deal with a man who has been guided, defended and protected?".

العاشر: عن أنس رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : "من قال-يعني إذا خرج من بيته-: بسم الله توكلت على الله، ولا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله ، يقال له: هديت وكفيت ووقيت، وتنحى عنه الشيطان". رواه أبو داود والترمذي، والنسائي وغيرهم. وقال الترمذي: حديث حسن، زاد أبو داود: "فيقول :-يعني الشيطان-لشيطان آخر: كيف لك برجل قد هدي وكفي ووقيّ ؟

Sunan an-Nasa'i 3695
It was narrated from 'Abdullah bin 'Abbas that the Messenger of Allah said:
"The likeness of the one who takes back his gift is that of a dog which vomits, then goes back to its vomit." (One of the narrators) Al-Awza'i said: "I heard him narrating this Hadith to 'Ata bin Abi Rabah."

" مَثَلُ الَّذِي يَرْجِعُ فِي صَدَقَتِهِ كَمَثَلِ الْكَلْبِ يَقِيءُ ثُمَّ يَعُودُ فِي قَيْئِهِ " . قَالَ الأَوْزَاعِيُّ سَمِعْتُهُ يُحَدِّثُ عَطَاءَ بْنَ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ .

It was narrated from Tawus and Mujahid, that Rafi' bin Khadij said:
"The Messenger of Allah came out to us and forbade something for us that had been beneficial for us, but the command of Messenger of Allah is better for us. He said: 'Whoever has land, let him cultivate it or leave it or give it (to someone else to cultivate).'"
أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، وَطَاوُسٍ، وَمُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ، قَالَ خَرَجَ إِلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَنَهَانَا عَنْ أَمْرٍ كَانَ لَنَا نَافِعًا وَأَمْرُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم خَيْرٌ لَنَا قَالَ
" مَنْ كَانَ لَهُ أَرْضٌ فَلْيَزْرَعْهَا أَوْ لِيَذَرْهَا أَوْ لِيَمْنَحْهَا ". وَمِمَّا يَدُلُّ عَلَى أَنَّ طَاوُسًا لَمْ يَسْمَعْ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ

Sunan an-Nasa'i 51
Ibrahim bin Jarir narrated that his father said:
"I was with the Prophet (PBUH) and he went to Al Khala' (toilet) and relieved himself, then he said: "O Jarir, bring Tahur (a means of purification)." So I brought him some water and he performed Intinja' with water, and did like this with hand, rubbing it on the ground.
Abu 'Abdur-Rahman (An-Nasa'i) said: "This resembles more with what is correct than the (previous) narration of Sharik, and Allah knows best."
أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعَيْبٌ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ حَرْبٍ - قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْبَجَلِيُّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ كُنْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَأَتَى الْخَلاَءَ فَقَضَى الْحَاجَةَ ثُمَّ قَالَ
" يَا جَرِيرُ هَاتِ طَهُورًا " . فَأَتَيْتُهُ بِالْمَاءِ فَاسْتَنْجَى بِالْمَاءِ وَقَالَ بِيَدِهِ فَدَلَكَ بِهَا الأَرْضَ . قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ هَذَا أَشْبَهُ بِالصَّوَابِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ شَرِيكٍ وَاللَّهُ سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى أَعْلَمُ .

Sunan an-Nasa'i 183
It was narrated that Sulaiman bin Yasar said:
"I entered upon Umm Salamah and she told me that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) used to wake up in a state of Janabah without having had a wet dream, then he would fast." And she told him that she brought the Prophet (PBUH) some grilled ribs and he ate from that, then he got up and prayed, and did not perform Wudu'.
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يُوسُفَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، قَالَ دَخَلْتُ عَلَى أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ فَحَدَّثَتْنِي أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ يُصْبِحُ جُنُبًا مِنْ غَيْرِ احْتِلاَمٍ ثُمَّ يَصُومُ . وَحَدَّثَنَا مَعَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ أَنَّهَا حَدَّثَتْهُ أَنَّهَا قَرَّبَتْ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم جَنْبًا مَشْوِيًّا فَأَكَلَ مِنْهُ ثُمَّ قَامَ إِلَى الصَّلاَةِ وَلَمْ يَتَوَضَّأْ .

Sunan an-Nasa'i 255
It was narrated that 'Aishah said:
"If the Prophet (PBUH)" - (one of the narrators) 'Amr said: "If the Messenger of Allah (PBUH)" - "wanted to eat or sleep while he was Junub, he would perform Wudu'." In his narration, 'Amr (one of the narrators) added: "Wudu' was for prayer."

أَخْبَرَنِي زِيَادُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ الْعَوَّامِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ حُسَيْنٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنِ الْمُحَاقَلَةِ وَالْمُزَابَنَةِ وَالْمُخَابَرَةِ وَعَنِ الثُّنْيَا إِلاَّ أَنْ تُعْلَمَ. وَفِي رِوَايَةِ هَمَّامِ بْنِ يَحْيَى كَالدَّلِيلِ عَلَى أَنَّ عَطَاءً لَمْ يَسْمَعْ مِنْ جَابِرٍ حَدِيثَهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم
" مَنْ كَانَ لَهُ أَرْضٌ فَلْيَزْرَعْهَا ".

Sunan an-Nasa'i 3902
It was narrated that Rafi' bin Khadij said:
"The Messenger of Allah forbade us to lease our land. At that time there was no gold nor silver. A man would lease his land in return for what grew on the banks of streams and where the springs emerged, and in return for something specific."
أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَبِيبِ بْنِ عَرَبِيٍّ، فِي حَدِيثِهِ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ حَنْظَلَةَ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ، قَالَ نَهَانَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ كِرَاءِ أَرْضِنَا وَلَمْ يَكُنْ يَوْمَئِذٍ ذَهَبٌ وَلاَ فِضَّةٌ فَكَانَ الرَّجُلُ يُكْرِي أَرْضَهُ بِمَا عَلَى الرَّبِيعِ وَالأَقْبَالِ وَأَشْيَاءَ مَعْلُومَةٍ وَسَاقَهُ. رَوَاهُ سَالِمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ وَاخْتُلِفَ عَلَى الزُّهْرِيِّ فِيهِ.

Sunan Abi Dawud 195
Narrated Umm Habibah:
AbuSufyan ibn Sa'id ibn al-Mughirah reported that he entered upon Umm Habibah who presented him a glass of sawiq (a drink prepared with flour and water) to drink. He called for water and rinsed his mouth. She said: O my cousin, don't you perform ablution? The Prophet (saws) said: Perform ablution after eating anything cooked with fire, or he said: anything touched by fire.
Abu Dawud said: The version of al-Zuhri has: O my paternal cousin.

Narrated Mu'adh ibn Jabal:
I asked the Messenger of Allah (saws): What is lawful for a man to do with his wife when she is menstruating? He replied: What is above the waist-wrapper, but it is better to abstain from it, too.
Abu Dawud said: This (tradition) is not strong.

" مَا فَوْقَ الإِزَارِ وَالتَّعَفُّفُ عَنْ ذَلِكَ أَفْضَلُ " . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَلَيْسَ هُوَ - يَعْنِي الْحَدِيثَ - بِالْقَوِيِّ .

Narrated Umm Farwah:
The Messenger of Allah (saws) was asked: Which of the actions is best? He replied: Observing prayer early in its period.
Al-Khuza'i narrated in his version from his aunt named Umm Farwah who took the oath of allegiance to the Prophet (saws): He was questioned.

Sunan Abi Dawud 510
Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar:
The words of adhan were pronounced from the time of the Messenger of Allah (saws) twice in pairs (i.e. four times) each, and the words of iqamah were pronounced once in pairs (twice each), except that the phrase "The time for prayer has come" would be pronounced twice. When we heard iqamah, we would perform ablution, and go out for prayer. Shu'bah said: I did not hear AbuJa'far narrating any other tradition except this one.

Sunan Abi Dawud 532
Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar:
Bilal made a call to prayer before the break of dawn; the Prophet (saws), therefore, commanded him to return and make a call: Lo! the servant of Allah (i.e. I) had slept (hence this mistake).
The version of Musa has the addition: He returned and made a call: Lo! the servant of Allah had slept.
Abu Dawud said: This tradition has been narrated by al-Darawardi from 'Ubaid Allah on the authority of Ibn 'Umar saying: There was a mu'adhdhin of 'Umar, named Mas'ud. He then narrated the rest of the tradition. This version is more correct than that one.

Narrated Ibn Umm Maktum:
Messenger of Allah, there are many venomous creatures and wild beasts in Medina (so allow me to pray in my house because I am blind). The Prophet (saws) said: Do you hear the call, "Come to prayer," "Come to salvation"? (He said: Yes.) Then you must come.
Abu Dawud said: Al-Qasim al-Jarmi has narrated this tradition from Sufyan in a similar manner. But his version does not contain the words "Then you must come."

Narrated Abdullah ibn Mas'ud:
Alqamah said that Abdullah ibn Mas'ud caught hold of his hand saying that the Messenger of Allah (saws) caught hold of his (Ibn Mas'ud's) hand and taught him the tashahhud during prayer.
He then narrated the (well known ) tradition (of tashahhud). This version adds: When you say this or finish this, then you have completed your prayer. If you want to stand up, then stand, and if you want to remain sitting, then remain sitting.

The Prophet (saws) said: The Friday prayer is obligatory on him who hears the call.
Abu Dawud said: This tradition has been transmitted by a group of narrators from Sufyan. They did not narrate it as a statement of the Prophet (saws); only Qabisah has transmitted it as saying of the Prophet (saws).

Mutarrif reported:
'Imran b. Husain said to me: Should I not narrate to you a hadith today by which Allah will benefit you subsequently-and bear in mind that Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) made some members of his family perform 'Umra within ten days of Dhu'l-Hijja. No verse was revealed to abrogate that, and he (the Holy Prophet) did not refrain from doing it till he died. So after him everyone said as he liked, (but it would be his. personal opinion and not the verdict of the Shari'ah).

Bushair b. Yasir reported on the authority of some of the Companions of Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon hinn) from among the members of his family that he forbade (the direct exchange of a commodity having different qualities) but with the change that Ishaq and Ibn al-Muthanna used the word Zabn in place of Riba and Ibn Abu 'Umar used the word Riba (interest).

Jaber b. 'Abdullah (Allah be pleased with them) reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upan him) as saying:
He who conferred a life grant upon a person, it becomes his possession and that of his successors, for he surrendered his right in that by his declaration. (This property) now belongs to one to whom this lifelong grant has been made, and to his successors. Yahya narrated in the beginning of his narration: Whatever man is given a life grant, then it belongs to him and his posterity.

Sahih Muslim 1722 d
Zaid b. Khalid al-Juhani reported. There came to Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) a person, the rest of the hadith is the same but with the variation (of these words):
His face became red, his forehead too, and he felt annoyed; and made an addition after the words: He should make announcement of that for a year, and if its owner does not turn up, then it is a trust with you.
وَحَدَّثَنِي أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ الأَوْدِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ، حَدَّثَنِي سُلَيْمَانُ، - وَهُوَ ابْنُ بِلاَلٍ - عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ، مَوْلَى الْمُنْبَعِثِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ زَيْدَ بْنَ خَالِدٍ الْجُهَنِيَّ، يَقُولُ أَتَى رَجُلٌ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم . فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَ حَدِيثِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ . غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ فَاحْمَارَّ وَجْهُهُ وَجَبِينُهُ وَغَضِبَ . وَزَادَ بَعْدَ قَوْلِهِ " ثُمَّ عَرِّفْهَا سَنَةً " . " فَإِنْ لَمْ يَجِئْ صَاحِبُهَا كَانَتْ وَدِيعَةً عِنْدَكَ " .

Sahih Muslim 1722 f
Zaid b. Khalid al-Juhani reported:
A person asked Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) about a lost camel; Rabi'a made this addition: He (the Holy Prophet) was so much annoyed that his cheeks became red." The rest of the hadith is the same. He (the narrator) made this addition:" If its (that of the article) owner comes and he recognises the bag (which contained it) and its number, and the strap. then give that to them, but if not, then it is for you."
وَحَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا حَبَّانُ بْنُ هِلاَلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، وَرَبِيعَةُ الرَّأْىِ بْنُ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ، مَوْلَى الْمُنْبَعِثِ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ، خَالِدٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ أَنَّ رَجُلاً، سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ ضَالَّةِ الإِبِلِ . زَادَ رَبِيعَةُ فَغَضِبَ حَتَّى احْمَرَّتْ وَجْنَتَاهُ . وَاقْتَصَّ الْحَدِيثَ بِنَحْوِ حَدِيثِهِمْ وَزَادَ
" فَإِنْ جَاءَ صَاحِبُهَا فَعَرَفَ عِفَاصَهَا وَعَدَدَهَا وَوِكَاءَهَا فَأَعْطِهَا إِيَّاهُ وَإِلاَّ فَهْىَ لَكَ " .

Sahih Muslim 1790 b
It has been reported on the authority of Abu Hazim who heard from Sahl b. Sa'd. The latter was asked about the injury of the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him). He said:
By God, I know the person who washed the wound of the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him), who poured water on it and with what the wound was treated. Then Sahl narrated the same tradition as has been narrated by 'Abd al-'Azlz except that he added the words:" And his face was injured" and replaced the word" Hushimat" by" Kusirat" (i. e. it was broken).
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْقَارِيَّ - عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ سَهْلَ بْنَ سَعْدٍ، وَهُوَ يُسْأَلُ عَنْ جُرْحِ، رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ أَمَ وَاللَّهِ إِنِّي لأَعْرِفُ مَنْ كَانَ يَغْسِلُ جُرْحَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَمَنْ كَانَ يَسْكُبُ الْمَاءَ . وَبِمَاذَا دُووِيَ جُرْحُهُ . ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ نَحْوَ حَدِيثِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ زَادَ وَجُرِحَ وَجْهُهُ وَقَالَ مَكَانَ هُشِمَتْ كُسِرَتْ .

It has been narrarted on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said:
People are subservient to the Quraish: the Muslims among them being subservient to the Muslims among them, and the disbelievers among the people being subservient to the disbelievers among them.

" النَّاسُ تَبَعٌ لِقُرَيْشٍ فِي هَذَا الشَّأْنِ مُسْلِمُهُمْ لِمُسْلِمِهِمْ وَكَافِرُهُمْ لِكَافِرِهِمْ " .

Sahih Muslim 1954 c
'Abdullah b. Mughaffal reported that Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) prohibited throwing of pebbles. Ibn Ja'far reported (in the narration transmitted by him) that he (the Holy Prophet) said:
It neither inflicts defeat to the enemy nor kills the game but breaks the tooth and puts the eye out. This hadith has been transmitted on the authority of Ibn Mahdi with a slight variation of wording.
وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، قَالاَ

يَقْتُلُ الصَّيْدَ وَلَكِنَّهُ يَكْسِرُ السِّنَّ وَيَفْقَأُ الْعَيْنَ . وَقَالَ ابْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ إِنَّهَا لاَ تَنْكَأُ الْعَدُوَّ . وَلَمْ
يَذْكُرْ تَفْقَأُ الْعَيْنَ .

Jami` at-Tirmidhi 454
Sufyan Ath-Thawri and others reported from Abu Ishaq, from Asim bin Damrah, that :
Ali said: "Al-Witr is not incumbent like the status of the obligatory prayers, but it is a Sunnah which Allah's Messenger practiced."
وَرَوَى سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ، وَغَيْرُهُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ ضَمْرَةَ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ الْوِتْرُ لَيْسَ بِحَتْمٍ كَهَيْئَةِ الصَّلاَةِ الْمَكْتُوبَةِ وَلَكِنْ سُنَّةٌ سَنَّهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم . حَدَّثَنَا بِذَلِكَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ . وَهَذَا أَصَحُّ مِنْ حَدِيثِ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ . وَقَدْ رَوَاهُ مَنْصُورُ بْنُ الْمُعْتَمِرِ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ نَحْوَ رِوَايَةِ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ .

"Umar bin Al-Khattab asked Abu Waqid Al-Laithi what Allah's Messenger would recite during Al-Fitr and Al-Adha, so he said: 'He would recite: Qaf, By the Glorious Quran and the Hour has drawn near, and the moon has been cleft asunder.'"
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مُوسَى الأَنْصَارِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْنُ بْنُ عِيسَى، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ ضَمْرَةَ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الْمَازِنِيِّ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ، سَأَلَ أَبَا وَاقِدٍ اللَّيْثِيَّ مَا كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقْرَأُ بِهِ فِي الْفِطْرِ وَالأَضْحَى قَالَ كَانَ يَقْرَأُ بـــ(ق والقرآنِ الْمَجِيدِ ) (اقْتَرَبَتِ السَّاعَةُ وَانْشَقَّ الْقَمَرُ ) . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .

Abu Hurairah narrated:

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ، وَهُوَ أَبُو الْحَارِثِ الْبَصْرِيُّ ثِقَةٌ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ مُحَمَّدٌ صلى الله عليه وسلم " أَمَا يَخْشَى الَّذِي يَرْفَعُ رَأْسَهُ قَبْلَ الإِمَامِ أَنْ يُحَوِّلَ اللَّهُ رَأْسَهُ رَأْسَ حِمَارٍ " . قَالَ قُتَيْبَةُ قَالَ حَمَّادٌ قَالَ لِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ وَإِنَّمَا قَالَ " أَمَا يَخْشَى " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ . وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ هُوَ بَصْرِيٌّ ثِقَةٌ وَيُكْنَى أَبَا الْحَارِثِ .

Qais bin Asim narrated that:
he accepted Islam and the Prophet ordered him to perform Ghusl with water and Sidr.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الأَغَرِّ بْنِ الصَّبَّاحِ، عَنْ خَلِيفَةَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ، أَنَّهُ أَسْلَمَ فَأَمَرَهُ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ يَغْتَسِلَ بِمَاءٍ وَسِدْرٍ . قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ لاَ نَعْرِفُهُ إِلاَّ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ . وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَيْهِ عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ يَسْتَحِبُّونَ لِلرَّجُلِ إِذَا أَسْلَمَ أَنْ يَغْتَسِلَ وَيَغْسِلَ ثِيَابَهُ .

Aishah narrated that :
the Prophet said: "When a woman gives in charity from her husband's house, she will get the reward for it, and for her husband is the same as that, and for the trustee is the same as that. The reward of each them will not be decreased at all by the reward of the other, for him is what he earned, and for her is what she spent."
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا وَائِلٍ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ قَالَ
" إِذَا تَصَدَّقَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ مِنْ بَيْتِ زَوْجِهَا كَانَ لَهَا بِهِ أَجْرٌ وَلِلزَّوْجِ مِثْلُ ذَلِكَ وَلِلْخَازِنِ مِثْلُ ذَلِكَ وَلاَ يَنْقُصُ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمْ مِنْ أَجْرِ صَاحِبِهِ شَيْئًا لَهُ بِمَا كَسَبَ وَلَهَا بِمَا أَنْفَقَتْ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ .

Ibn Umar narrated that :
the Messenger of Allah would order paying the Zakat before going to the Salat on the day of Fitr.
حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ أَبُو عَمْرٍو الْحَذَّاءُ الْمَدَنِيُّ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نَافِعٍ الصَّائِغُ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ يَأْمُرُ بِإِخْرَاجِ الزَّكَاةِ قَبْلَ الْغُدُوِّ لِلصَّلاَةِ يَوْمَ الْفِطْرِ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيبٌ . وَهُوَ الَّذِي يَسْتَحِبُّهُ أَهْلُ الْعِلْمِ أَنْ يُخْرِجَ الرَّجُلُ صَدَقَةَ الْفِطْرِ قَبْلَ الْغُدُوِّ إِلَى الصَّلاَةِ .

Salamah bin Al-Akwa said:
"When the following was revealed: 'And for those upon whom it is difficult, (they may) feed a poor person' - if one of us wanted we would not fast, and pay the ransom, until the Ayah after it was revealed abrogating it."
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا بَكْرُ بْنُ مُضَرَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الأَشَجِّ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ، مَوْلَى سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الأَكْوَعِ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الأَكْوَعِ، قَالَ لَمَّا نَزَلَتْ : (وَعَلَى الَّذِينَ يُطِيقُونَهُ فِدْيَةٌ طَعَامُ مِسْكِينٍ ) كَانَ مَنْ أَرَادَ مِنَّا أَنْ يُفْطِرَ وَيَفْتَدِيَ حَتَّى نَزَلَتِ الآيَةُ الَّتِي بَعْدَهَا فَنَسَخَتْهَا . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيبٌ . وَيَزِيدُ هُوَ ابْنُ أَبِي عُبَيْدٍ مَوْلَى سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الأَكْوَعِ .

Qatadah narrated:
"I said to Anas bin Malik: 'How many times did the Prophet perform Hajj?' He said: 'He performed one Hajj and he performed four Umrah: An Umrah during Dhul-Qa'dah; the Umrah of Al-Hudaibiyah, and Umrah with his Hajj, and an Umrah from Al-Ji'irranah when he divided up the war spoils of Hunain.'"
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَبَّانُ بْنُ هِلاَلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ، قَالَ قُلْتُ لأَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ كَمْ حَجَّ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ حَجَّةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ وَاعْتَمَرَ أَرْبَعَ عُمَرٍ عُمْرَةٌ فِي ذِي الْقَعْدَةِ وَعُمْرَةُ الْحُدَيْبِيَةِ وَعُمْرَةٌ مَعَ حَجَّتِهِ وَعُمْرَةُ الْجِعِرَّانَةِ إِذْ قَسَّمَ غَنِيمَةَ حُنَيْنٍ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ . وَحَبَّانُ بْنُ هِلاَلٍ هُوَ أَبُو حَبِيبٍ الْبَصْرِيُّ هُوَ جَلِيلٌ ثِقَةٌ وَثَّقَهُ يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْقَطَّانُ .

He heard the Messenger of Allah saying: "Indeed the Corner and the Maqam are two corundums from the corundum of Paradise. Allah removed their lights, and if their lights had not been removed then they would illuminate what is between east and the west."

" إِنَّ الرُّكْنَ وَالْمَقَامَ يَاقُوتَتَانِ مِنْ يَاقُوتِ الْجَنَّةِ طَمَسَ اللَّهُ نُورَهُمَا وَلَوْ لَمْ يَطْمِسْ نُورَهُمَا لأَضَاءَتَا مَا بَيْنَ الْمَشْرِقِ وَالْمَغْرِبِ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا يُرْوَى عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو مَوْقُوفًا قَوْلُهُ . وَفِيهِ عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَيْضًا وَهُوَ حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ .

"A woman came to the Prophet and said: 'My mother died and she did not perform Hajj should I perform Hajj on her behalf?' He said: 'Yes, perform Hajj on her behalf.'"

" نَعَمْ حُجِّي عَنْهَا " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .

"When Ali returned to the Messenger of Allah from Yemen he said: 'For what did you intended the Talbiyah?' He replied: 'I intended the Talbiyah for what the Messenger of Allah announced it.' So he (pbuh) said: 'If I did not have the Hadi with me then I would exit Ihram.'"
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الصَّمَدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْوَارِثِ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا سَلِيمُ بْنُ حَيَّانَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ مَرْوَانَ الأَصْفَرَ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ عَلِيًّا، قَدِمَ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِنَ الْيَمَنِ فَقَالَ " بِمَ أَهْلَلْتَ " . قَالَ أَهْلَلْتُ بِمَا أَهَلَّ بِهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم . قَالَ " لَوْلاَ أَنَّ مَعِي هَدْيًا لأَحْلَلْتُ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ .

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، حَدَّثَنَا عِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ حَسَّانَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " إِذَا وَلِيَ أَحَدُكُمْ أَخَاهُ فَلْيُحَسِّنْ كَفَنَهُ " . وَفِيهِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ . وَقَالَ ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ قَالَ سَلاَّمُ بْنُ أَبِي مُطِيعٍ فِي قَوْلِهِ " وَلْيُحَسِّنْ أَحَدُكُمْ كَفَنَ أَخِيهِ " قَالَ هُوَ الصِّفَاقُ لَيْسَ بِالْمُرْتَفِعِ .

" مَنْ تَبِعَ جَنَازَةً وَحَمَلَهَا ثَلاَثَ مَرَّاتٍ فَقَدْ قَضَى مَا عَلَيْهِ مِنْ حَقِّهَا " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ . وَرَوَاهُ بَعْضُهُمْ بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ . وَأَبُو الْمُهَزَّمِ اسْمُهُ يَزِيدُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ وَضَعَّفَهُ شُعْبَةُ .

" مَنْ قَتَلَهُ بَطْنُهُ لَمْ يُعَذَّبْ فِي قَبْرِهِ " . فَقَالَ أَحَدُهُمَا لِصَاحِبِهِ نَعَمْ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ فِي هَذَا الْبَابِ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ مِنْ غَيْرِ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ .

" لاَ جَلَبَ وَلاَ جَنَبَ وَلاَ شِغَارَ فِي الإِسْلاَمِ وَمَنِ انْتَهَبَ نُهْبَةً فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ . قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ أَنَسٍ وَأَبِي رَيْحَانَةَ وَابْنِ عُمَرَ وَجَابِرٍ وَمُعَاوِيَةَ وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَوَائِلِ بْنِ حُجْرٍ .

وَرُوِيَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ قَالَ " أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ اخْتَلَعَتْ مِنْ زَوْجِهَا مِنْ غَيْرِ بَأْسٍ لَمْ تَرِحْ رَائِحَةَ الْجَنَّةِ "

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عِيسَى الثَّقَفِيِّ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ، مَوْلَى الْمُنْبَعِثِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " تَعَلَّمُوا مِنْ أَنْسَابِكُمْ مَا تَصِلُونَ بِهِ أَرْحَامَكُمْ فَإِنَّ صِلَةَ الرَّحِمِ مَحَبَّةٌ فِي الأَهْلِ مَثْرَاةٌ فِي الْمَالِ مَنْسَأَةٌ فِي الأَثَرِ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ . وَمَعْنَى قَوْلِهِ " مَنْسَأَةٌ فِي الأَثَرِ " . يَعْنِي زِيَادَةً فِي الْعُمُرِ .

Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2002
Abu Ad-Dardh narrated that the Messenger of Allah said:
"Nothing is heavier on the believer's Scale on the Day of Judgment than good character. For indeed Allah, Most High, is angered by the shameless obscene person."
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ، عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ مَمْلَكٍ، عَنْ أُمِّ الدَّرْدَاءِ، عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
" مَا شَيْءٌ أَثْقَلُ فِي مِيزَانِ الْمُؤْمِنِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مِنْ خُلُقٍ حَسَنٍ وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَيَبْغَضُ الْفَاحِشَ الْبَذِيءَ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَأَنَسٍ وَأُسَامَةَ بْنِ شَرِيكٍ . وَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .

Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2004
Abu Hurairah narrated that the Messenger of Allah was asked about that for which people are admitted into Paradise the most, so he said:
"Taqwa of Allah, and good character." And he was asked about that for which people are admitted into the Fire the most, and he said: " The mouth and the private parts."
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلاَءِ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ جَدِّي، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ أَكْثَرِ مَا يُدْخِلُ النَّاسَ الْجَنَّةَ فَقَالَ " تَقْوَى اللَّهِ وَحُسْنُ الْخُلُقِ " . وَسُئِلَ عَنْ أَكْثَرِ مَا يُدْخِلُ النَّاسَ النَّارَ فَقَالَ " الْفَمُ وَالْفَرْجُ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيبٌ وَعَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ هُوَ ابْنُ يَزِيدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الأَوْدِيُّ .

Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2007
Hudhaifah narrated that the Messenger of Allah said:
“Do not be a people without a will of your own, saying: 'If people treat us well, we will treat them well; and if they do wrong, we will do wrong,' but accustom yourselves to do good if people do good, and do not behave unjustly if they do evil.”
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو هِشَامٍ الرِّفَاعِيُّ، مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنِ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ جُمَيْعٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الطُّفَيْلِ، عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
" لاَ تَكُونُوا إِمَّعَةً تَقُولُونَ إِنْ أَحْسَنَ النَّاسُ أَحْسَنَّا وَإِنْ ظَلَمُوا ظَلَمْنَا وَلَكِنْ وَطِّنُوا أَنْفُسَكُمْ إِنْ أَحْسَنَ النَّاسُ أَنْ تُحْسِنُوا وَإِنْ أَسَاءُوا فَلاَ تَظْلِمُوا " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ لاَ نَعْرِفُهُ إِلاَّ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ .
