Amr bin Alī Abū Hafs narrated to us, he said I heard Yahyā bin Sa’īd, he said:
‘I asked Sufyān ath-Thawrī , Shu’bah, Mālik, and Ibn Uyaynah about a man who is not reliable (Thabt) in Ḥadīth, and someone comes and asks me about him, and they said: ‘Inform [others] against him that he is not reliable’.’
وَحَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ أَبُو حَفْصٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ يَحْيَى بْنَ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ سَأَلْتُ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيَّ وَشُعْبَةَ وَمَالِكًا وَابْنَ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ لاَ يَكُونُ ثَبْتًا فِي الْحَدِيثِ فَيَأْتِينِي الرَّجُلُ فَيَسْأَلُنِي عَنْهُ . قَالُوا أَخْبِرْ عَنْهُ أَنَّهُ لَيْسَ بِثَبْتٍ .

Narrated 'Aishah:
The Messenger of Allah (saws) alighted at al-Muhassab so that it might be easier for him to proceed (to Medina). It is not a sunnah (i.e. a rite of Hajj). Anyone who desires may alight there, and anyone who does not want may not alight.

Rafi b. Khadij (Allah be pleased with him) reported:
I heard Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) as saying: The worst earning is the earning of a prostitute, the price of a dog and the earning of a cupper.

His (the Holy Prophet's) daughter Fatimah provided him privacy with the help of his cloth, and when he had taken a bath he took it up and wrapped it around him and then stood and offered eight rak'ahs of the forenoon prayer.

Yahya related to me from Malik that Yahya ibn Said said, "I asked Amra bint Abd ar-Rahman if there was anything that was haram for someone who sent a sacrificial animal (to Makka) but did not go there himself, and she told me that she had heard A'isha say, 'It is only some one who goes into ihram for hajj and begins saying the talbiya for whom things are haram.' "

Jabir said :
when the prophet (may peace be upon him) became seriously ill, we prayed behind him while he was sitting and Abu Bakr was calling “Allah is most great “ to cause the people to hear the TAKBIR. Then he (the narrators) narrated the rest of the tradition.

It was narrated from ‘Ali that Al-`Abbas bin `Abdul-Muttalib asked the Prophet (ﷺ) about paying zakah in advance and he gave him a concession allowing him to do that.

Sunan an-Nasa'i 5595
It was narrated that Abu Musa said:
"The Messenger of Allah [SAW] said: 'Every intoxicant is unlawful.'"
أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سُوَيْدِ بْنِ مَنْجُوفٍ، وَعَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ، عَنْ أَبِي دَاوُدَ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
" كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ " .

Sahih Muslim 1421 b
Ibn Abbas (Allah be pleased with them) reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying:
A woman who has been previously married (Thayyib) has more right to her person than her guardian. And a virgin should also be consulted, and her silence implies her consent.
وَحَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ، سَمِعَ نَافِعَ بْنَ جُبَيْرٍ، يُخْبِرُ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
" الثَّيِّبُ أَحَقُّ بِنَفْسِهَا مِنْ وَلِيِّهَا وَالْبِكْرُ تُسْتَأْمَرُ وَإِذْنُهَا سُكُوتُهَا " .

Sahih Muslim 1977 d
Umm Salama reported Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) as saying:
If anyone of you intends to offer sacrifice he should not get his hair cut or nails trimmed.
وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ،
عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، تَرْفَعُهُ قَالَ
" إِذَا دَخَلَ الْعَشْرُ
وَعِنْدَهُ أُضْحِيَّةٌ يُرِيدُ أَنْ يُضَحِّيَ فَلاَ يَأْخُذَنَّ شَعْرًا وَلاَ يَقْلِمَنَّ ظُفُرًا " .

Sunan Abi Dawud 1012
This tradition has also been transmitted by Abu Hurairah through a different chain of narrators. This version goes:
he did not make two prostrations (at the end of prayer) due to forgetfulness until Allah gave him satisfaction about it.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ فَارِسٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ، عَنِ الأَوْزَاعِيِّ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، وَأَبِي، سَلَمَةَ وَعُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، بِهَذِهِ الْقِصَّةِ قَالَ وَلَمْ يَسْجُدْ سَجْدَتَىِ السَّهْوِ حَتَّى يَقَّنَهُ اللَّهُ ذَلِكَ .

حَدَّثَنَا خَلِيفَةُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عِمْرَانُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ: أَشْرَفُ الْعِبَادَةِ الدُّعَاءُ.

Yahya related to me from Malik that he had heard that Said ibn al-Musayyab said, "If a man does not find the means to spend on his wife, they are to be separated . "
Malik said, "That is what I saw the people of knowledge in our city doing."
29.30 Idda of Widows when Pregnant
وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ أَنَّ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيَّبِ، كَانَ يَقُولُ إِذَا لَمْ يَجِدِ الرَّجُلُ مَا يُنْفِقُ عَلَى امْرَأَتِهِ فُرِّقَ بَيْنَهُمَا . قَالَ مَالِكٌ وَعَلَى ذَلِكَ أَدْرَكْتُ أَهْلَ الْعِلْمِ بِبَلَدِنَا .

Narrated Sahl:
Allah's Apostle said, "I have been sent and the Hour (is at hand) as these two," showing his two fingers and sticking (separating) them out.

" بُعِثْتُ أَنَا وَالسَّاعَةَ هَكَذَا ". وَيُشِيرُ بِإِصْبَعَيْهِ فَيَمُدُّ بِهِمَا.
