Mishkat al-Masabih 2531
‘A’isha said that God's messenger appointed Dhat ‘Irq as the place where the people of al-‘Iraq should put on the ihram.
Abu Dawud and Nasa’i transmitted it.
وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَقَّتَ لِأَهْلِ الْعِرَاقِ ذَاتَ عِرْقٍ. رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد وَالنَّسَائِيّ
