Abu Musa said that when a house in Medina was burned down during the night over its inhabitants and the Prophet was told, he said, “This fire is just an enemy to you, so when you go to sleep extinguish it.” (Bukhari and Muslim.)

Abu Huraira reported Gods Messenger as saying, “Whatever town you come to and stay in, your portion is in it; but whatever town disobeys God and His Messenger, a fifth of it goes to God and His Messenger and what remains is yours.” Muslim transmitted it.

Nafi' b. `Utba reported God's messenger as saying, "You will attack Arabia and God will conquer it; then Persia and God will conquer it; then you will attack the Byzantines and God will conquer them; then you will attack the dajjal and God will conquer him." Muslim transmitted it.

Jabir reported God's messenger as saying, "In the last days there will be a Caliph who will distribute wealth without reckoning it." In a version he said, "Among the last of my people there will be a Caliph who will pour out wealth without counting it." Muslim transmitted it.

`Abdallah[*] reported God's messenger as saying, "God is not hidden from you, God most high is not one-eyed, but the antichrist is blind in the right eye, his eye looking like a floating grape." *i.e., Ibn Mas'ud (Bukhari and Muslim.)

`A'isha told that when nomadic Arabs came and asked the Prophet about the last hour, he would look at the youngest of them and say, "If this one lives, he will not become decrepit before your hour comes to you." (Bukhari and Muslim.)

Samura b. Jundub reported the Prophet as saying, "There will be some to whose ankles the fire will reach, some to whose knees the fire will reach, some to whose waist the fire will reach, and some to whose collar-bone the fire will reach." Muslim transmitted it.

He reported God's messenger as saying, "All the descendants of Adam have their sides pierced by the devil with two of his fingers at birth, except the son of Mary. He went to pierce him, but pierced the membrane covering him." (Bukhari and Muslim.)

Jabir reported the Prophet as saying at the battle of the Confederates, ``Who will bring me information about the people?" When az Zubair said, ``I will," he said, ``Every prophet has a sincere friend, and mine is az-Zubair." (Bukhari and Muslim.)

Abu Usaid reported God's messenger as saying, "The best of the tribes of the Ansar are the B. an-Najjar, then the B. 'Abd al-Ashhal, then the B. al-Harith b. al-Khazraj, then the B. Sa'ida, and there is good in all the tribes of the Ansar." (Bukhari and Muslim.)

I heard 'Umar bin al-Khattab say that he heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: `The martyrs are three; a man who believes and has good faith, who meets the enemy and shows sincerity to Allah until he is killed ­ he is the one to whom people will raise their heads on the Day of Resurrection` ­ and the ­­Messenger of Allah ﷺ raised his head until his hat or Umar's hat fell off - ; `and a man who is a believer and has good faith, who meets the enemy and it is as if his skin was beaten with the thorns of an acacia tree, then a stray arrow comes and kills him - he will be in the second rank; and a man who is a believer and has good faith, but he mixes good and bad deeds, and he meets the enemy and shows sincerity to Allah until he is killed - he will be in the third rank.`

"The believer, when he desires a child in Paradise, he shall be carried (in pregnancy), born, and complete his aging in an hour as he desires."

The people of knowledge disagreed concerning this, so some of them said that in Paradise there is intercourse but no births. It has been reported like this from Tawus, Mujahid and Ibrahim AnNakha'i. Muhammad said: "Concerning the Hadith of the Prophet SAW: 'When the believer desires a child in Paradise, it shall be in an hour as he desires' Ishaq bin Ibrahim said: 'But he will not desire." Muhammad said: "And it has been reported from Abu Razin Al- 'Uqaili from the Prophet SAW that he said: 'Indeed the people of Paradise shall not have children therein."

"A beggar came to Ibn 'Abbas to beg from him. Ibn 'Abbas said to the beggar: 'Do you testify to La Ilaha Illallah?' He said: 'Yes.' He said: 'Do you testify that Muhammad is the Messenfger of Allah?' He said: 'Yes.' He said: 'You fast(the month of) Ramadan?' He said: 'Yes?' He said: 'You asked, and the one who asked has a right, so you have a right upon us that we give you.' So he gave him a garment then said: 'I heard the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) saying: "No Muslim clothes a Muslim with a garment except that he is under the protection of Allah as long as a shred from it remains upon him."

"A man came to the Prophet (SAW) and said: 'O Messenger of Allah! What do you say about a man who meets a woman and there is no acquaintance between them. So there is nothing that a man who would do with his wife but he does it with her, except that he does not have intercourse with her?'" He said: "So Allah revealed: And perform the Salat, at the two ends of the day and in some hours of the night. Verily, the good deeds remove the evil deeds. That is a reminder for the mindful (11:114). So he ordered him to perform Wudu and Salat." Then Mu'adh said: "I said: 'O Messenger of Allah! Is that specifically for him, or for the believers in general?' He said: 'Rather it is for the believers in general.'"

The Messenger of Allah (PBUH), "The supplication of every one of you will be granted if he does not get impatient and say (for example): 'I supplicated my Rubb but my prayer has not been granted'."

[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].

The narration of Muslim is: "The supplication of a slave continues to be granted as long as he does not supplicate for a sinful thing or for something that would cut off the ties of kinship and he does not grow impatient." It was said: "O Messenger of Allah! What does growing impatient mean?" He (PBUH) said, "It is one's saying: 'I supplicated again and again but I do not think that my prayer will be answered.' Then he becomes frustrated (in such circumstances) and gives up supplication altogether."

Hudhaifa reported God’s Messenger as saying, “Before your time there was a man to whom the angel came to take his spirit, and he was asked whether he had done anything good. On his replying that he did not know, he was told to consider, and then said that the only thing he knew was that he used to have business dealings with people in the world and would demand his rights from them, giving the rich time to pay and letting the poor off. So God brought him into paradise.” In a version by Muslim there is something similar on the authority of ‘Uqba b. ‘Amir and Abu Mas'ud al-Ansari. God said, “I have more right to do this than you. Forgive my servant.” (Bukhari and Muslim).

The man used it in supplication to God, and God healed him. Muslim transmitted it.

I came to God’s Messenger when he was praying and sat down, but did not join the congregation in prayer. When he finished he saw me sitting and asked, “Have you not become a Muslim, Yazid?” I replied, “I certainly have become a Muslim, Messenger of God.” He asked, “What prevented you from joining the people in their prayer?” I replied, “I had already prayed at home, thinking you had prayed.” So he said, “When you come to prayer and find the people praying, pray along with them. If you have already prayed it will be a supererogatory prayer for you, though this is a prescribed prayer.” Abu Dawud transmitted it.

Abu Shuraih al-Ka'bi reported God's messenger as saying, "He who believes in God and the last day should honour his guest. Provisions for the road are what will serve for a day and a night; hospitality extends for three days ; what goes beyond that is sadaqa ; and it is not allowable that a guest should stay till he makes himself an encumbrance.'' (Bukhari and Muslim.)

He reported God's messenger as saying, "No prophet has failed to be given a miracle which caused men to believe in him when it was seen What I have been given is simply a revelation which God gave to me and I hope I may be the one of them who will have the largest following on the day of resurrection." (Bukhari and Muslim.)

Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "Whoever enters our mosque or passes through our market with arrows with him, he should hold them by their heads lest it should injure any of the Muslims".

from his mother who said: "I entered upon Umm Salamah, and I heard her saying: "The Messenger of Allah (SAW) used to say: "No hypocrite loves 'Ali, and no believer hates him."

"The Prophet (SAW) wanted to wipe the running nose of Usamah." 'Aishah said: "Leave it to me so that I may be the one to do it." He said: "O 'Aishah, love him, for verily I love him."

that 'Aishah said: "O Messenger of Allah! - On the Day of Resurrection the whole earth will be grasped by His Hand and the heavens will be rolled up in His Right Hand (39:67). Where will the believers be?" He said: "Upon the Sirat O 'Aishah!"

Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "Whoever guides someone to virtue will be rewarded equivalent to him who practices that good action".

[Muslim].

Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "On the Day of Resurrection, there will be brought forth a bulky person (person of noteworthy status) whose value to Allah will be less than that of the wing of a mosquito".

[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].

The Prophet (PBUH) said, "Whoever supports two girls till they attain maturity, he and I will come on the Day of Resurrection like this". Messenger of Allah (PBUH) joined his fingers illustrating this.

[Muslim].

The Prophet (PBUH) said, "A woman is married for four things: for her wealth, for her lineage, for her beauty or for her piety. Select the pious, may you be blessed!".

[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].

I heard the Prophet (PBUH) saying three days before his death: "Let none of you die unless he has good expectations from Allah".

[Muslim].

Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "Do not be importunate in begging. By Allah! If one of you asks me for something and I give it to him unwillingly, there is no blessing in what I give him."

[Muslim].

The Prophet (PBUH) said, "If one of you would keep begging (of people) until he meets Allah (on the Day of Resurrection) his face will be without a shred of flesh."

[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].

The Prophet (PBUH) found a dry date-fruit lying in the way and said, "Had it not been for fear of being from charity I would have eaten it."

[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].

The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "The just will be seated upon pulpits of light." Those who are fair with regards to their judgement and their family and those who are under them."

[Muslim].

The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "The food of one person suffices for two, the food of two persons suffices for four persons, and the food of four persons suffices for eight persons."

[Muslim].

I went to the Prophet (PBUH) who was taking a bath while Fatimah was screening him. He asked, "Who is there?" I replied: "I am Umm Hani."

[Al- Bukhari and Muslim].

I heard the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) saying, "Whosoever makes a picture, will be punished on the Day of Resurrection, and will be asked to infuse soul therein, which he will not be able to do."

The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) saw a boy, some portion of whose head was shaved and some of it was left out. He prohibited them from that and said, "Shave the whole of it or leave the whole of it."

[Muslim].

The Prophet (PBUH) said, "There are five acts which conform to the pure nature: Circumcision, removing of the pubic hair, clipping the nails, plucking the underarm hair and trimming the moustache."

[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].

The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "(The performance of) 'Umrah is an expiation for the sins committed between it and the previous 'Umrah; and the reward of Hajj Mabrur (i.e., one accepted) is nothing but Jannah."

[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].

The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "He who learnt archery and then neglected it, is not from us." (Or said,) "He has been guilty of disobedience (to Messenger of Allah)."

The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "He who dies without having fought in the Cause of Allah or without having thought of doing so, will die with one characteristic of hypocrisy in him."

The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) used to recite in his bowing and prostration: "Subbuhun Quddusun, Rabbul-mala'ikati war-ruh [You are the Most Glorious. The Most Holy. You the Rubb of the angels and of Jibril
