It was narrated from Anas:
That the Messenger of Allah was treated by means of cupping when he was in Ihram on the top of the foot for contusion that he had suffered. (Daif)

It was narrated from Ibn Abbas:
That As-Sab bin Jaththamah gave the Prophet some onager (meat) when he was in Ihram and he returned it to him.

Ibn 'abbas said:
"The Messenger of Allah said: 'Perform Hajj and 'Umrah consecutively; for they remove poverty and sin as the bellows removes impurity from iron.'''

" هَلْ عِنْدَكُمْ طَعَامٌ " . نَحْوَهُ . قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ وَقَدْ رَوَاهُ سِمَاكُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي رَجُلٌ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ بِنْتِ طَلْحَةَ .

" فِرَاشٌ لِلرَّجُلِ وَفِرَاشٌ لأَهْلِهِ وَالثَّالِثُ لِلضَّيْفِ وَالرَّابِعُ لِلشَّيْطَانِ " .

" إِنَّ عَمْرَو بْنَ الْعَاصِي مِنْ صَالِحِي قُرَيْشٍ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ إِنَّمَا نَعْرِفُهُ مِنْ حَدِيثِ نَافِعِ بْنِ عُمَرَ الْجُمَحِيِّ . وَنَافِعٌ ثِقَةٌ وَلَيْسَ إِسْنَادُهُ بِمُتَّصِلٍ وَابْنُ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ لَمْ يُدْرِكْ طَلْحَةَ .

" مَنْ كَانَ لَهُ أَرْضٌ فَلْيَزْرَعْهَا ".

" لاَ يَجْتَمِعُ غُبَارٌ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَدُخَانُ جَهَنَّمَ فِي مَنْخَرَىْ مُسْلِمٍ أَبَدًا " .

" لاَ جَلَبَ وَلاَ جَنَبَ وَلاَ شِغَارَ فِي الإِسْلاَمِ وَمَنِ انْتَهَبَ نُهْبَةً فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ . قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ أَنَسٍ وَأَبِي رَيْحَانَةَ وَابْنِ عُمَرَ وَجَابِرٍ وَمُعَاوِيَةَ وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَوَائِلِ بْنِ حُجْرٍ .

" لاَ يُحَرِّمُ مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ إِلاَّ مَا فَتَقَ الأَمْعَاءَ فِي الثَّدْىِ وَكَانَ قَبْلَ الْفِطَامِ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ . وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَكْثَرِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَغَيْرِهِمْ أَنَّ الرَّضَاعَةَ لاَ تُحَرِّمُ إِلاَّ مَا كَانَ دُونَ الْحَوْلَيْنِ وَمَا كَانَ بَعْدَ الْحَوْلَيْنِ الْكَامِلَيْنِ فَإِنَّهُ لاَ يُحَرِّمُ شَيْئًا . وَفَاطِمَةُ بِنْتُ الْمُنْذِرِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ بْنِ الْعَوَّامِ هِيَ امْرَأَةُ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ .

"The Prophet (saws) gave a boy the choice between his father and his mother."

He also reported God’s messenger as saying, “When one of you awakes from sleep and performs ablution he must clear his nose three times, for the devil spends the night in the interior of his nose.”
(Bukhari and Muslim) ‘Abdallah b. Zaid b. ‘Asim, on being asked how God’s messenger used to perform ablution, called for ablution water and poured it over his hands, washing each hand twice. He then rinsed his mouth and cleared his nose with water three times. He then washed his face three times, then washed each arm twice up to the elbows, then wiped his head both front and back with his hands, beginning with the front of the head and moving them to the nape of the neck, then bringing them back to the place from which he began. He then washed his feet. Malik and Nasa’i transmitted it, and Abu Dawud has something similar. The author of the Jami‘ mentioned it. In the version of Bukhari and Muslim ‘Abdallah b. Zaid b. ‘Asim was asked to perform ablution for them as God's messenger had done, so he called for a vessel and, pouring water from it on his hands, he washed them three times, then inserted his hand and brought it out, rinsed his mouth and snuffed up water from the palm of one hand, doing that three times. He then inserted his hand and brought it out and washed his face three times, then inserted his hand and brought it out and washed each arm up to the elbows twice, then inserted his hand and brought it out and wiped his head both front and back with his hands. He then washed his feet up to the ankles and said, “This is how God’s messenger performed ablution.” A version says that he moved them to the front and the back beginning with the front of his head, then moving them to the nape of his neck, then bringing them back till he reached the place from which he had begun, after which he washed his feet. Another version says that he rinsed his mouth, snuffed up water and cleared his nose three times with three handfuls of water. Another version says that he rinsed his mouth and snuffed up water from one palm, doing that three times. In a version by Bukhari he wiped his head front and back with both hands once, then washed his feet up to the ankles. In another by him he rinsed his mouth and cleared his nose with water three times from one handful.
وَعَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِذَا اسْتَيْقَظَ أَحَدُكُمْ مِنْ مَنَامه فليستنثر ثَلَاثًا فَإِن الشَّيْطَان يبيت على خيشومه»
وَقيل لعبد الله بن زيد: كَيْفَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَتَوَضَّأُ؟ فَدَعَا بِوَضُوءٍ فَأَفْرَغَ عَلَى يَدَيْهِ فَغَسَلَ يَدَيْهِ مَرَّتَيْنِ مَرَّتَيْنِ ثُمَّ مَضْمَضَ وَاسْتَنْثَرَ ثَلَاثًا ثُمَّ غَسَلَ وَجْهَهُ ثَلَاثًا ثُمَّ غَسَلَ يَدَيْهِ مَرَّتَيْنِ مَرَّتَيْنِ إِلَى الْمَرْفِقَيْنِ ثُمَّ مَسَحَ رَأْسَهَ بِيَدَيْهِ فَأَقْبَلَ بِهِمَا وَأَدْبَرَ بَدَأَ بِمُقَدَّمِ رَأْسِهِ ثُمَّ ذَهَبَ بِهِمَا إِلَى قَفَاهُ ثُمَّ ردهما حَتَّى يرجع إِلَى الْمَكَانِ الَّذِي بَدَأَ مِنْهُ ثُمَّ غَسَلَ رِجْلَيْهِ. رَوَاهُ مَالِكٌ وَالنَّسَائِيُّ وَلِأَبِي دَاوُدَ نَحْوُهُ ذكره صَاحب الْجَامِع

Sunan Ibn Majah 4074
It was narrated that Fatimah bint Qais said:
"The Messenger of
Allah
(saw) prayed one day, and ascended the pulpit, and he never
used to
ascend it, before that, except on Fridays. The people were
alarmed by
that, and some were standing and some were sitting. He
gestured to
them with his hand, telling them to sit. (Then he said:)
'By Allah, I
am not standing here for something that will benefit
you, an
exhortation or warning. Rather Tamim Dari has come to me and
told me
something that prevented me from taking a rest because of the
joy and
delight (I felt), and I wanted to spread that joy among you.
A cousin
of Tamim Dari told me that the wind drove them to an island
that they
did not know, so they sat in the rowing boats of the ship
and set out.
There they saw something black, with long eyelashes.
They said to it:
"What are you?" It said: "I am
Jassasah," They said: "Tell us." It
said: "I will
not tell you anything or ask you anything. Rather there
is this
monastery that you have looked at. Go to it, for there is a
man there
who is longing to hear your news and tell you news." So they
went there and entered upon him, and they saw an old man firmly
shackled, with a sorrowful appearance and complaining a great deal.
He
said to them: "Where have you come from?" They said:
"From Sham." He
said: "How are the Arabs faring?"
They said: "We are from among the
Arabs. What do you want to ask
about?" He said: "What has this man
done who has appeared
among you?" They said: "(He has done) well. He
made enemies
of some people, but Allah supported him against them and
now they
have become one, with one God and one religion." He said:
"What
happened to the spring of Zughar?" They said: "It is good;
we
irrigate out crops from it and drink from it." He said: "What
happened
to the date-palms between 'Amman and Baisan?" They
said: "They bear
fruit every year." He said: "What
happened to the Lake of Tiberias?"
They said: "It overflows
because of the abundance of water." He gave
three deep sighs,
then he said: "If I were to free myself from these
chains, I
would not leave any land without entering it on these two
feet of
mine, except for Taibah, for I have no way to enter it." The
Prophet (saw) said: 'My joy is so great. This (Al-Madinah) is Taibah,
and by the One in Whose Hand is my soul, there is no narrow or broad
road in it, or any plain or mountain, but there is an angel
(standing)
over it with his sword unsheathed, until the Day of
Resurrection.'"

Malik said that Ibn Shihab said, "The precedent of the sunna in the intentional murder is that when the relatives of the murdered person relinquish retaliation, the blood-money is owed by the murderer from his own property unless the tribe helps him with it willingly."
Malik said, "What is done in our community is that the blood- money is not obliged against the tribe until it has reached a third of the full amount and upwards. Whatever reaches a third is against the tribe, and whatever is below a third, is against the property of the one who did the injury."
Malik said, "The way of doing things about which there is no dispute among us, in the case of someone who has the blood-money accepted from him in intentional murder or in any injury in which there is retaliation, is that that blood-money is not due from the tribe unless they wish it. The blood-money for that is from the property of the murderer or the injurer if he has property. If he does not have any property, it is a debt against him, and none of it is owed by the tribe unless they wish."
Malik said, "The tribe does not pay blood-money to anyone who injures himself, intentionally or accidentally. This is the opinion of the people of fiqh in our community. I have not heard that anyone has made the tribe liable for any blood-money incurred by intentional acts. Part of what is well-known of that is that Allah, the Blessed, and the Exalted, said in His Book, 'Whoever has something pardoned him by his brother, should follow it with what is accepted and pay it with good will' (Sura 2 ayat 178) The commentary on that - in our view - and Allah knows best, is that whoever gives his brother something of the blood- money, should follow it with what is accepted and pay him with good will."
Malik spoke about a child who had no property and a woman who had no property. He said, "When one of them causes an injury below a third of the blood-money, it is taken on behalf of the child and woman from their personal property, if they have property from which it may be taken. If not, the injury which each of them has caused is a debt against them. The tribe does not have to pay any of it and the father of a child is not liable for the blood-money of an injury caused by the child and he is not responsible for it."
Malik said, "The way of doing things in our community about which there is no dispute, is that when a slave is killed, the value for him is that of the day on which he was killed. The tribe of the murderer is not liable for any of the value of the slave, great or small. That is the responsibility of the one who struck him from his own personal property as far as it covers. If the value of the slave is the blood- money or more, that is against him in his property. That is because the slave is a certain type of goods."

Narrated Zaid bin Thabit:
Abu Bakr sent for me owing to the large number of casualties in the battle of Al-Yamama, while `Umar was sitting with him. Abu Bakr said (to me), `Umar has come to my and said, 'A great number of Qaris of the Holy Qur'an were killed on the day of the battle of Al-Yamama, and I am afraid that the casualties among the Qaris of the Qur'an may increase on other battle-fields whereby a large part of the Qur'an may be lost. Therefore I consider it advisable that you (Abu Bakr) should have the Qur'an collected.' I said, 'How dare I do something which Allah's Apostle did not do?' `Umar said, By Allah, it is something beneficial.' `Umar kept on pressing me for that till Allah opened my chest for that for which He had opened the chest of `Umar and I had in that matter, the same opinion as `Umar had." Abu Bakr then said to me (Zaid), "You are a wise young man and we do not have any suspicion about you, and you used to write the Divine Inspiration for Allah's Apostle. So you should search for the fragmentary scripts of the Qur'an and collect it (in one Book)." Zaid further said: By Allah, if Abu Bakr had ordered me to shift a mountain among the mountains from one place to another it would not have been heavier for me than this ordering me to collect the Qur'an. Then I said (to `Umar and Abu Bakr), "How can you do something which Allah's Apostle did not do?" Abu Bakr said, "By Allah, it is something beneficial." Zaid added: So he (Abu Bakr) kept on pressing me for that until Allah opened my chest for that for which He had opened the chests of Abu Bakr and `Umar, and I had in that matter, the same opinion as theirs. So I started compiling the Qur'an by collecting it from the leafless stalks of the date-palm tree and from the pieces of leather and hides and from the stones, and from the chests of men (who had memorized the Qur'an). I found the last verses of Sirat-at-Tauba: ("Verily there has come unto you an Apostle (Muhammad) from amongst yourselves--' (9.128-129) ) from Khuza`ima or Abi Khuza`ima and I added to it the rest of the Sura. The manuscripts of the Qur'an remained with Abu Bakr till Allah took him unto Him. Then it remained with `Umar till Allah took him unto Him, and then with Hafsa bint `Umar.

The Messenger of Allah (saws) did not make a prostration at any verse in al-Mufassal from the time he moved to Medina.

Narrated Ali ibn AbuTalib:
I memorised (a tradition) from the Messenger of Allah (saws): There is no orphanhood after puberty, and there is no silence for the whole day till the night.

" لاَ يُتْمَ بَعْدَ احْتِلاَمٍ وَلاَ صُمَاتَ يَوْمٍ إِلَى اللَّيْلِ " .

When the Prophet (saws) was brought some old dates, he began to examine them and remove the worms from them.

A man from among the companions of the prophet (saws) reported him as saying:
The people will not perish until their sins and faults become abundant, and there remains no excuse for them.
حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، وَحَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، - وَهَذَا لَفْظُهُ - عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْبَخْتَرِيِّ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي مَنْ، سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ وَقَالَ سُلَيْمَانُ حَدَّثَنِي رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
" لَنْ يَهْلِكَ النَّاسُ حَتَّى يَعْذِرُوا أَوْ يُعْذِرُوا مِنْ أَنْفُسِهِمْ " .
