باب ذِكْرِ الأَحَادِيثِ الْمُخْتَلِفَةِ فِي النَّهْىِ عَنْ كِرَاءِ الأَرْضِ بِالثُّلُثِ وَالرُّبُعِ وَاخْتِلاَفِ أَلْفَاظِ النَّاقِلِينَ لِلْخَبَرِ
Sunan an-Nasa'i 3914
It was narrated from Nafi' that Rafi' bin Khadij told 'Abdullah bin 'Umar that the Messenger of Allah forbade leasing arable land.
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ الْمُقْرِئُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي قَالَ، حَدَّثَنَا جُوَيْرِيَةُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، أَنَّ رَافِعَ بْنَ خَدِيجٍ، حَدَّثَ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنْ كِرَاءِ الْمَزَارِعِ.
