باب قَتْلِ الْحَيَّةِ .
Sunan an-Nasa'i 2829
It was narrated from Aishah that the Prophet said:
"There are five which the Muhrim may kill: snakes, mice, kites, speckled crows and vicious dogs."
أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
" خَمْسٌ يَقْتُلُهُنَّ الْمُحْرِمُ الْحَيَّةُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ وَالْغُرَابُ الأَبْقَعُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ " .
